Got in pretty late and just needed a place to crash for a few hours with my friend that I was road tripping with. The front desk was extremely helpful in getting a room set up for us. Comfy bed. Working AC. 10/10

Cannot say enough compliments about this hotel! Very spacious rooms, excellently updated floors, furniture and fixtures. Wonderful hot breakfast with REAL bagels, hot coffee in the lobby all the time, staff with permanent friendly smiles and attitude, near everything you need. Bedding is luxurious, big TVs with many channels, nice pool and everywhere speaks of cleanliness and care. Perfect for those needing handicapped accommodations as well as the rest of us. The value for the money is incredible!

People were great, area was fine. Building needed a bit of work. Pool needed cleaning and new chairs. But overall enjoyed our stay.

Nice spot, clean rooms, friendly employees, delicious breakfast with lots of variety. We had a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone. We didn't get a chance to use the gym or pool, but they both looked well maintained.

Very friendly and helpful woman at the front desk. I'm sorry I forgot her name! They were all booked up and she helped us find a room at another Hampton location in the area. I greatly appreciated her friendly courteous service!

Please do not waste your time at this hotel the customer service is horrible the manager Teresa told a lie and constantly kept lying the gm ruby was very rude and told me that she wasn't going to listen to me I thought the Hampton in by hiltion was supposed to be high ranked but clearly this hotel needs new employees because of this I will never stay at another hiltion again. From the looks of the reviews I'm not the only one not satisfied with the staff.

I believe this was the most friendly and accomodating staff we've ever had at a Hampton Inn. The breakfast was fresh and very flavorful. Will definitely stop here again.

It is a very nice hotel. It is nicely kept up. The customer service is nice. Their prices have steadily risen over the years. But all in all not a bad place to stay.

My stay here was actually pretty good. When I first got here, the hotel staff was friendly and upfront with me about the construction. They are remodeling the entire hotel. The room they gave me had been remodeled and was very cozy. No complaints.

That's where you need to be for cooling your mind, short break after long drive all night, good rooms, nice people employees, nice breakfast, and all you need to make your vacation, visit and many more to remember, come and stay here new renovated rooms loby and many area inside the hotel. For your breakfast meet lady sherry she will make your day with her good professional skills and nice talking care breakfast. The coffee is ready and fresh 24hours a day. Diallo the man.

It was a nice stay. Even though they are in the middle of a remodel in the lobby the rooms were nice and staff was friendly.

Under construction but rooms are new, and clean. Need to punch list each room. USB plugs are not plugged in, found outlet for coffee pot without power, so had to move to another outlet. No towel rack by sink. Management seemed responsive to concerns.

Stay away! This is the first Hampton I've been disappointed by. Construction everywhere, dirty rooms, half the appliances don't work, unsafe-feeling location… I could go on. Friendly staff, but that doesn't make up for the other issues. It's hard to believe the Hampton name is on this one.

After driving around looking for places to stay I called the Hampton Inn and explained our situation to reservations and to my surprise they were able to make accommodations for us and even set everything up over the phone leaving details on the computer. Upon our arrival everything was easy going for us and up to our suite we went, king size bed, queen sofa bed, flat screen tv, Wi-Fi, continental breakfast, 6am to 11 the works. I recommend this place. Clean and very organized, professional people and lovely. A+

This is the 1st Hilton property that I've been unhappy with. I have to slam the door shut and lock myself in the room while I'm in it. When I'm not in the room, I have to pray that all is well when I return. I arrived to the hotel on 8/18 and went to the gym. Half way in to my workout the equipment died… none of the equipment worked. I reported it and the equipment is now working again today; 8/19. Today, while in my room, the lights in the bathroom & hall died. I reported the incident at 9 am; it's now 11:39 and nothing has been done yet. Also, the only trash can in the room is a tiny one in the bathroom. I realize I'm being nitpicky, but these are things that I've never encountered at other Hilton properties.

The staff was friendly and free breakfast nice. But I had a suite a d the ice dispensing in my refrigerator was brown.

We had a pleasant stay. The only thing available for a family of 4 was a suite, which was nice and spacious, although we didn't know that's what we were given so when we opened the door and saw the parlor, we thought we had been given a sofa-bed! The rooms were attractive, but there was a space in the bedroom where they didn't completely recarpet the area and we could see the old carpet. The only employee I saw was the one at the front desk, and she was very sweet. All in all, it was a nice place that I would stay at again if I am ever in the area again.

They were out of regular rooms so my wife and I ended up in a suite and it was lovely. My kids enjoyed the pool. Their breakfast was better than I expected with little omelets and potatoes. A good stay for sure.

It wasn't the most eye appealing area of the city. But it was convenient and my boyfriend and I felt totally comfortable there. The hotel was nice. The staff was super friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

The people we're nice everything was clean breakfast was really good.

The rooms did not have a refrigerator or microwave, and the room was quite expensive for a bed and toilet. City cops sat in the parking lot for security and shady characters were in the parking lot. One night there and the next we stayed in a little safer town down the road.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Greymont St, Jackson, Ms. The staff is very friendly, when I checked in my room was a handicap room, after calling the front desk I was moved to a better room with no hassle. The rooms are clean, I enjoyed the hot breakfast which was free. Great location, walking distance to several restaurants. I definitely will stay there again.

The hotel may be past its prime but they are renovating currently. Area isn't the best but not the hotel's fault! Lol! We stayed in a suite and it was huge. Gave it 5 stars because of superior staff.

Bed sheets/comforter smelled like fish! Room was prepared for a single person despite making the reservation for 4 people. Not the usual Hampton quality or service.

The living room area in our hotel room had a strong smell of sweat / dog urine, we were there very late and were only staying for one night so we just decided to keep that room since the bedroom seemed fine. The towels were very old, the carpet had not been washed in a long time, the kitchen and refrigerator were also not very clean. I love staying at Hampton Inn but this location definitely needs some deep cleaning and remodeling. I regret not staying next door at the Holiday Inn.

OK, not a new facility I understand that. Kim at the front desk was excellent. I liked the security in the parking lot at night. However, the carpet in the hallways and our room could use some serious cleaning.
