Great place! Friendly atmosphere!

Been coming here since the mid 80’s. Love it. Step out the door and right on to the sand, then walk 100 yards to the beach. Super clean and staff that is like family.

I brought my 7 year old daughter out here for the first time and she loved the private beach! It was so clean, unlike some of the public beaches we have visited so far this spring… The sunset was amazing. We thank you and look forward to coming back someday.

The Blue Sea Motor Inn is without a doubt the best deal in the entire Cape. The owner Josh is one of the nicest people I've ever met. The area leading up to the beach is perfect — there's a fire pit, large picnic tables and tons of space to lay out in the sun or play beach games. The boardwalk leads to an absolutely stunning beach. You can see Ptown from there and the sunrises/sunsets you get from this spot are breath-taking. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and rates are incredibly inexpensive for the area. The motel is like two miles from Provincetown, which is one of the coolest places I've ever been. You can literally walk there from the motel. I never would, cause I'm there to vacation and drink, not to exercise, but it's that close. There are also shuttle's that you can pick up from the motel going into Ptown for super cheap. For the last 8 years, my wife and I have been vacationing here atleast once a year, and I can't say enough good things about it. From the friendly staff, to the amazing views, to the fantastic location, I give the blue sea inn a 10/10

Great location, excellent access to the beach and is situated along the public bus route to P-Town. Eliminates all of the parking hassles in town… Love the place and we're heading back (15 family members) in August for another 5 day mini vacation…

kids and adults love the spacious heated pool walking out into the sand, access to the beach close to town clean friendly staff we see every year.

It was really cute and clean. The staff was friendly and when we had a problem resolved it immediately. The bathroom shower needs an overhaul, the water didn't really drain properly. The bed was comfy. They had coffee in the room but the cord was really short — LOL! I had to put the coffee pot on the floor to work it. The motel itself is literally right on the water though and you really can't beat that — sorry no pictures didn't bring it with me to the beach. It's like I don't know 100 feet to the water? And it's a 12 minute bike ride to commercial street. So bring your bikes and your bathing suites, book it ahead (we booked our stay in March for an August visit), and it's a fun time.

It has a great location. The pool and hot tub are very dirty. They have a beach there that you can swim in. The rooms are okay but a little dirty. The best place there is the beach.

Very happy with staying here. Our room was clean and staff was extremely friendly. We loved the rooms with the ocean view. Only complaint is not with any of the staff or management, it's with customers. If you smoke they provide plenty of places to put your disgusting cigarettes out, use them! I used a tiny shovel to pick the ones up that were in the sand right by our slider door. It was def people who were staying there. Could I have called the front desk and had someone to it. Yes. I chose not to. It's all part of helping and giving back.

Good size room in a king efficiency. Located across from the main resort, little bit of a walk to get to the beach but nice that there's no additional charge.

Stayed here 2 nights knowing it was a 2 star motel… Just needed a cheap place to crash while around P-town. Do yourself a favor and find another motel. This place is disgusting. Shower was worse at my college dorms. We also had a legit cockroach in our room along with several gnats. Stuff was broken and unkempt. Look elsewhere!

This a great, family run establishment. They have a prime spot on the bayside beach, where there are some awesome sand bars. I highly recommend a stay here. I've been staying yearly for over the past 30 years!

Years of return trips and always stay here! Best view w the ocean rooms and privacy! The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly! It's close to town and other places to visit! Love love this place.

Staff is helpful, beach is nice, room facilities are old and out of maintenance, esp. The pipes.

I have stayed at the Blue Sea Motor Inn each summer for the last seven years. It is a no frills, family friendly comfortable location located along the bus line to PTown. I always have stayed in an ocean view room on the ground level because I like waking up or relaxing at night with my feet in the cool sand. It can be noisy on the ground level so you may want to reserve the upper level if you don't like to hear food steps above you. My rooms have always has refrigerators and microwave for convenience and have been VERY clean. I love the fire pit out back where guests tend to gather and wrap up the night. The indoor pool area is large and clean, with a hot tub placed in the corner. This location is family owned and we have always been welcomed warmly.

Close to Provincetown on bus route so no need to drive to town or even Race Point beaches. Inexpensive and a range of room configurations. Their beach is good if you have young swimmers.

I've been staying here for over 15 years. It is absolutely the best place to stay… the staff is exceptional especially Maria… You have the beach right outside your door, the efficiency rooms have full kitchen and living room, indoor pool and jacuzzi. No need to even leave… except to go see the sites of Provincetown and shop.

Although the environment was nice, the food was not. I got the Lobster Roll Platter, and the lobster was cold and had a strange texture. I came with a group of 8, and more than half did not finish their food.

Quiet modest nice place for anyone. Pricing moderate. Nice rooms, great beachfront view, liked it a lot.

Way worth the cost, which is already surprisingly low to begin with. The rooms are really cute and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are indoor, and the motel is right on the beach. We even had a private balcony with ocean view. It was really a pleasant surprise!

We have been staying at the Blue Sea for the past 4-5 summers and we love it! Being able to walk right out to the beach is perfect and love being able to get the shuttle into P'town right across the street. The staff is fantastic and I would never hesitate to recommend this to my friends!

Spent 4 days at this location. Very nice room clean excellent customer service. Room over look ed the ocean. Very quiet and close to p-town. Would definitely go back again!

Bay side beach. Indoor pool. Easy to find. Clean rooms. Right on the bus line so you don't need to drive into town. Everything you need without spending a ton of money.

Many years ago when I was in High School, our Marine Biology teacher took us here. The entire class. Twice we stated here and it was amazing. I can't wait to stay here again. This is awesome.

Best. Also they got a J-Cooz and a great beach with easy access. Request a room beach side though and definitely score some bunk beds, a kitchenette, and pickle chips.

I did not actually get to stay here to due to unfortunate events but my sister in law stays here every year and is always very satisfied with the amenities and the service. I look forward to rebooking for another time.
