Love the view of the bay and they have chairs of all kind for the beach. Kitchen to cook breakfast. Staff has been very nice.

I love the Cape, and have stayed in many nice places, but the Sandbars Inn stands out among the best! But, where to begin?! First, the location: perfect (! ), right on a nicely maintained beach with its own fire pit and in close proximity to both the National Seashore and PTown! Then, the motel itself: a lovely, large room that was nicely decorated and included an updated kitchenette and eating area with sliders leading out to a roomy deck that had gorgeous views of the beach — we could actually see the Provincetown Monument across the water! Incredible! The bathroom was squeaky clean with a beautiful, large, step in shower to wash off the sand after strolling the beaches. And, at day’s end I drifted off to sleep listening to the waves gently lapping on the shore in a bed as comfy as a cloud — heavenly! I hated to leave (! ) but am looking forward to the next time I’m able to visit this Cape Cod Gem! Absolutely loved it! (and, the manager, Patty, is a pleasure to talk to! )

Beautiful hidden treasure. Beach is beautiful, rooms are so clean and pretty, they allowed our Golden retriever, very friendly at check in, fire pit, nice tables on porch, very comfortable bed, I don’t want to leave.

Lovely room with fab view! Kitchenette with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, silverware! Wonderful staff, and only a few minutes outside of Ptown!

I give Sandbars a 4 only because it had no pool which would of been nice due to the cold water of Cape Cod. Otherwise it deserves a five star.
The room we booked had 2 queen beds and plenty of room. The beds were super comfy with plenty of pillows and a wonderful duvet.
Our room also had a full kitchen where everything was supplied, right down to extra coffee filters, dish soap, scrubbie and a brand new sos pad.
It was wonderful to be able to make coffee and sit outside on our bistro set gazing at the ocean. All the rooms were ocean front with a private beach, lounge chairs, and picnic tables. We truly enjoyed this inn and I highly recommend it. They are also pet friendly!
A bouquet of fresh flowers greeted us, when we entered our room. A truly special touch. Thank you Sandbars Inn for making our stay confortable and enjoyable.

Not fancy but directly on the beach. The room does have a built in kitchen which is great and very clean. The owner is so sweet and will help make your stay the best… will come back again.

We spent three nights and absolutely loved it. It is a total hidden gem. Amazing rooms with a fabulous view and the staff was very nice. Will definitely be back!

From the moment you call this place they give amazing customer service! Upon checking in they give you a map of the town and national park along with ideas for activities and meals. The downstairs rooms go right out onto the private beach. The upstairs rooms have their own decks with chairs and an amazing view. The private beach has chairs and a fire pit. It’s far enough from town and away from larger resorts so it’s not over run with people. Although it’s only a couple minute drive into town for shopping and food. The hotel itself is really close to the water and pretty small and cozy. The bed in our king superior was better than any other bed I have slept on! The in room kitchen is perfect for those looking to not each out every meal. The bathrooms are nice and updated. The whole place looks like it’s has had a lot of care and money put in it to keep it looking very nice. We will definitely be back!

Love sand bars! The view is spectacular! The General Manager Patty is a gem!

This is our 3rd time here with our pups. Well appointed rooms with kitchen and fridge. Located right on the beach. You can view Provincetown from a distance. The hotel staff is great and the rooms are immaculate, especially considering its a pet friendly motel. You would never know. Love this place so much❤

My boyfriend was in charge of booking the hotel for our vacation this year, and man was it a slam dunk! Just a 5-10 min drive to Provincetown (also on the busline and Uber available) and right on the beach. The clerk at the desk was super friendly and hooked us up with printouts of the weather forecast, map of the area, and booklets on stuff to do in town. Fresh flowers, super clean room and an amazing view of the beach out back greeted us. Very quiet stay, and the beach was never overly crowded. There was tables with umbrellas and lots of chairs for everyone's use. No free breakfasts here, but we had breakfasts and lunches in our kitchenette and it suited us just fine. Beautiful views morning and night — you can see the lights all the way up to the tip of the Cape. The views, private beach, proximity to Provincetown, and cleanliness/comfort of the room are big selling points on this place.

Room was wonderful, however there was no hot water in the shower. View is absolutely amazing.

Room door locks/security lacking. (1. ) The back deck sliding patio door should be lockable from the outside with the same key as the front door so you can lock it when you head out for a walk. You can only lock it from inside, so you have to go out the front and walk around the building. (2. ) The front door has no inside chain, deadbolt or other device to secure while you are in the room, like almost every other lodging room on the planet has. Only the doorknob lock. (3. ) The front door had to be pulled hard to make it shut and latch all the way. Very easy to lock it and think it is shut when it actually isn't. (4. ) You have to test the knob and door yourself to see if vertical or horizontal equals locked. Once I thought it was locked and it wasn't. Should be a little explanation chart right there on door to eliminate confusion. (5. ) No peephole or side window to see who might be at your door. (6. ) No safe or lockbox. For the good things: (1. ) Came across as clean and predominately functional. One broken drawer handle that didn't affect much, but that was it. (2. ) Well equipped full kitchenette. Small full-size over-under fridge/freezer, 4-burner electric stove, large 1000 watt microwave, and sink. Coffee maker with necessary expendables for brewing caff & decaf (no tea, powdered creamer). Pots, pans, cutting board & knives, dishes, wine glasses, cleaning supplies. (3. ) Well equipped and clean bathroom.

Perfect comfy place for our mini vacation! Cozy, quiet, most comfy beds! Convenient to Provincetown, restaraunts and shopping. Also close to historical beaches and sightseeing attractions. Private beach with chairs, loungers, and a firepit right on the beach! Highly recommened!

Cute and cozy. Right on small private beach. Great views of water and small but functional efficiency inside. Huge issues with hot water when we stayed. Ended up leaving after a few nights. Would change 3 to 4 stars if not for the cold water only (during a winter storm) situation.

Great views of the beach and ptown from the place. Very clean, comfortable bed and kitchenette.

Amazing private beach shared with a small amount of people, leading to connected beaches up to Provincetown and down through Truro. Bottom floor Queen suits lead out to sandy beach with fire pit. Upgraded suit with all the kitchen enmities. TV and cable system, impeccably clean, bathroom and shower spacious. Staff nice and out of site. Look on the off season to get reasonable deals!

Great time, Great location and Hospitality as Good as it Comes. Doesn't Get Much Better.
