The condos are fabulous right on the course. The staff have bent over backwards to take care of us. Thanks for the relaxing stay.

Great place for the price. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is offered with biscuits and gravy. They do have conjoining rooms available.

Facilities were clean and in good shape. The breakfast was weak. Parking lot was poorly lit. Room rates were good. About $55 per night thanksgiving weekend.

The staff was very friendly and the location was very close to the main street that runs through the heart of Branson. The room was quaint but included all the necessities. Was a great bargain in a tourist town!

Rooms and front desk service is nice. However, the breakfast can use a lot of improvement. The biscuits were stale and the gravy was literally water. One of the guests asked the employee who was in charge of managing the breakfast if there was scrambled eggs and sausage. The employee rudely responded, "If you want those things then you can go down the street to Dennys. " It was very unprofessional and rude.

The rooms are updated which was nice. But we seemed to have an issue with bugs in our room. It looked like they were coming in from the AC unit. For the most part it was clean but didn't look like it had a deep clean in some time. Breakfast was decent, there is no meat but enough to get you through to lunch.

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean and modernized rooms. Old, but good pool. Lot of families with kids. More of a motel. Go to Hampton Inn or higher quality if you want to be more private with nicer rooms. Fine if you are on a budget, like we were on this trip.

They are infested with flies. We've killed 7+. They make the bed but don't give clean sheets everyday. We spilled crushed peppers on the floor our first day and they are still there after 3 days. The walls are not generous and can hear a conversation right across the walls. And they didn't take our trash. The only real positive is the location. It is convenient to how centered it is to all of Branson.

This place was perfect for the price and what we needed which was a place to crash and shower. The pool looked nice but we didn't get a chance to use it. The breakfast was decent for what we paid to stay, as there were hot food items, which I did not expect. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping brought us clean towels each day without us having to ask which is not that common these days. My only complaint was there were a few things I noticed cleanliness-wise when we first checked in. Overall, this hotel met my expectations and our family slept great.

Very nice, clean, updated rooms. Rooms are a bit larger than normal hotel room. Friendly staff. Great location to entertainment and shows. Affordable prices.

The location is right on Highway 76 which can be busy at times, but it is very near to the Fall Creek Highway which is much less busy and is easy to navigate to some of the big attractions! Our room was very spacious and clean! Continental breakfast provided each day! Free Wi-Fi (which was a surprise to us)! And very friendly and accommodating staff… They even helped provide tools to fix a flat tire, offered to print off coupons for us and more! Would easily recommend to others!

Front desk was friendly. Room looked like they remodeled in the last couple years. Clean. Looked like new carpet, which is always a plus. Near everything in Branson. Pool was nice also. Wish there was more than one ice machine per building. Long walk to get ice.

We hot wired a room at the Crown Club Inn Resort. Stayed in a king size room. Very very clean rooms! Did NOT smell at all! Bed was very comfortable! Hot water! Clean bathrooms! Micro, fridge, flat screen tv. Have no complaints at all! Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone wanting a clean room at a very reasonable price!

Very good value. Extremely clean and awesome staff. But if you want bacon for breakfast, you have to go before 8:30!

This is a nasty old run down hotel enter rooms from outside if that's a swimming pool my bathtub is a Lake. Stand in the tub to clothes the bathroom door. We were to stay at the Roark Resort had confirmation and everything only to get an email saying sorry we made a mistake for those dates but we can put you here. Good lord clothes this dump down: — (

A motel off the main drag in Branson. The property is older so even though it's been renovated, don't expect anything really nice. But the rooms are clean and basic. Basically it's a place to crash before you enjoy your day seeing the attractions in Branson. If you go into it not expecting much more than that, it will be a good stay.

Made a reservation through an online service for $52.90 and had the forethought to call and check about deposits. The property requires a $100 deposit be placed on my card in addition to the room cost. I immediately canceled my reservation at no charge through the booking service. A few hours later the Crown Club Inn charged me the room cost anyway. While we were in town shopping we drove by the property. Don't waste your time. It looks like a run down chain that is under HEAVY construction. Stay at the Scenic Hills or any one of the other perfectly good mom&pop places in town. They will at least appreciate your business.

My husband and I came here for a Christmas time get away. Not going to lie I was very worried about not liking this place because how good the price is and I'm very picky when it comes to where I stay. We absolutely LOVED this place. It is completely remodeled and updated. Everthing is VERY clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. Amaxing place for the price. Has flat screen tv, nice beds, fridge, microwave, I highly recommend it!

Real bad scam they tell you one thing and when your going to sign paper it's different contract. They charge my credit card even when I told them to cancel now they don't want to return my money $540 big scam don't do it.

I was highly disappointed in the hotel/motel as a whole. I booked and paid online and NO WHERE did they say anything about being under-construction. First off, it is never good when you pull up to a hotel and it looks like the slums. I wouldn't have minded the construction that much, if we had been warned. A nice "Hey, We are currently remodeling our front part of the hotel, don't be alarmed. " would have sufficed. We also weren't told about the $100 pre-authorization hold they put on your credit/debit card. My down payment clearly wasn't enough for them. We arrived later in the evening on Friday, checked in… Found out all about the above, not a very nice first impression. The front desk girls weren't all that friendly or pleasant to deal with. To top it all off, we arrived to our room and the dresser/mini fridge compartment was wet on the top, the sheets and pillows were wet, the floors in the bathroom were wet, etc. Everything in the room was wet. To top it all off, the website said they had Wi-Fi… Well, guess what? They didn't have Wi-Fi. Overall, we hated and felt miserable with our choice in hotel/motel this time around. We WILL NOT recommend this place to our family or peers. WE ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN… If you are looking at staying at this establishment, I definitely recommend spending a little extra and going somewhere else. Steer clear.
