Front desk girls are super nice very helpful and polite very easy check in place is clean.

My father has been an IHG rewards member for years so we always try to stay at a Holiday Inn Express. We recently stayed at this location and was extremely disappointed. We booked 3 rooms in the same reservation and requested connecting rooms or to at least be near one another. The people working the front desk refused to put us together, they put us on different floors. One of our rooms wasn’t even ready at check in. We were told we would get a call when it was ready, never received a call. The breakfast was not kept up with, nothing was out for us to eat. Again, the people working the desk didn’t feel like this was their problem.
One thing some might see as plus was that the bath tub didn’t drain so while you took a shower you got to soak your feet in ankle deep water.
I would highly recommend avoiding this place and staying somewhere else.

Our bedding was horrible and disgusting.

We always enjoy staying there. The rooms are always nice and clean. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.

Having a wonderful time here at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Branson. Here for family reunion. All have been so kind with allowing our local family to come to our suite to visit. Nice people at the desk…

Oh my god living like a millionaire on a beer budget super adorable desk clerk kind and sweet asking her questions is a joy and she's knows so much of the area room is amazing how could you not stay here.

The executive suite is awesome. Lots of room and very clean.

Furniture was broken, shower was dirty, no hot water, terrible customer service with breakfast staff, no extra blankets available, threw away stuff in my room that wasn’t in or near the trash, would never stay here again.

No hot water on 5th floor for 3 days. Called room service. No help at all let water run for 10 min. Nope no hot water. Then told me because I booked through Expedia I may not get my points either. WOW! Won’t stay here again.

Everything! The beds are so comfortable and the pillows are like clouds! The staff is very friendly.

Staff is spot on but, this is the oldest and most antiquated Holiday Inn facility we’ve ever been to and we’ve stayed at MANY all I’ve the country. Small rooms, no microwave, clostrophobic bathrooms (complete with mold in the showers). Come on Holiday Inn! How much mileage do you need to get out of this property? Remodel and update please. BTW, we paid some of the highest rates ever for this property with very little to show. My home is far nicer than this property. I’m not sure that’s should be the case.

My church group of 78 came to Branson, Mo to see the Samson show in the Sight and Sound theater and we stayed here in the Holiday Inn. We all had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was tasty. They even had pastries at 5pm! Lee was awesome to work with from the beginning to end to help manage my group to get in their rooms and be comfortable. If we ever come back to Branson, we hope to stay here again:).

The hotel is very convenient and clean. Our room wouldn't cool below 72°F and the hot water in the shower periodically surged really hot or cold. If not for these issues I would give 5 stars.

Nice location in relation to all the attractions. A little less contemporary and clean in relation to most HI Express properties, but to be expected in such a high traffic tourist area. This seems to be typical of most places we've stayed in Branson. Overall a decent hotel and we would stay here again if in the area.

When we first got there. The lady with the grayish blonde hair was so rude to my mom… We got our rooms, they were pretty small but hey I was with family so the closer the better. The breakfast was great. The lady named Chris that worked the night shift was sooo sweet. We had room 246 and I loved the little balcony. All in all it was good and I would recommend it. The beds were so comfy too!

Very nice property and the General manager Donna, and her staff are fantastic. Very accommodating and the beds are very comfortable. We had a suite and the couch and chair in the living room could use an updating, but the beds are great…

I had bugs in my room the first night. They couldn’t move me until the next day because they were booked. The next day they moved me and the room was not clean. They moved me again and that room was good. They also gave me a free night. The only reason I didn’t leave because I didn’t get back to my room until 11:00 that night to see the bugs. I was not familiar with area and was with family.

The stay was great. Friendly staff. Nice clean and comfortable rooms. I'd make this my first choice next time I'm in town.

Clean rooms & very nice looking. I don't like dated looking hotel rooms. Awesome pool & hot tub. Main lobby is beautiful! The breakfast is really really good! Waffles, pancakes, eggs, biscuts & gravy, bacon, sausage, juice, yogurt, ceral, & more! I actually liked the eggs, usually I don't like the eggs at hotels. Very nice staff! We will be coming back, it's right in the middle of everything in Branson! & Right next to walmart in case you need anything!

Really comfortable and clean flat screen TV in sitting area and bedroom. We brought our DVD player and no problem hooking it up. They have guest laundry available and breakfast daily, the jacuzzi seats 4 — 5 comfortably and the swimming pool is L shaped plenty of room for lap swimming.

Great room. Bathroom is a little small for two people. But, it's not a big deal. Great hotel.

Terrible! Went here for work to get rest, at least that is what you are SUPPOSED to do at a hotel. This was NOT the case! I’m an IHG platinum member and stay at holiday inn properties approximately 75-100 times/year. There were people banging and knocking around until WELL past 11:45. I called front desk 3 times and nothing was done… not exactly good customer service if you ask me. Again I am a rewards member and frequent these hotels quite often. The customer service is what matters the most. Unfortunately a good, loyal customer like me, probably will be washed now as a result of this, and how the situation was not handled correctly. Quite a shame. This is how customers get lost every day, though. It’s from things that are avoidable, and if they are handled the correct way at the adequate time, then customers would not be lost. Again I am a rewards member and frequent these hotels quite often. The customer service is what matters the most. Our stay was very great. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The service is great they even have a little shop with all sorts of snacks in it!

Beds were high up, and worth the climb, lol. Nice and firm. The. Rooms are large, and ours had a Jacuzzi tub. My wife enjoyed the "hot tub. " The rest of the rooms were out dated and the HDTV's are small at 32 inches. The bathrooms are small, but functional. I was more disappointed in the city of Branson as a whole. Everything seemed to close at 8pm or 9pm for shows and restaurants, with fast food, IHOP, and Denny's. We were looking forward to a place brimming over with shows, great dining, and so much more. It has been a major letdown for both of us. Plan well before you visit. There are hucksters and folks pushing low cost to free shows and lodging if you commit to a 90 minute presentation for time shares, which was the most prevelant.

Friendly service. Room was nice. Location was good. Easy to access.

My husband and I had such a great stay here. Donna was so accommodating and made us feel at home. They even delivered a complimentary bottle of wine and a cake to our room for our anniversary. Our room was clean and the housekeepers did a great job refreshing our room. We had a beautiful view of the ozarks and our jacuzzi tub was an extra touch. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The breakfast staff was also very helpful. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a perfect stay!

I am actually an IHG member. When I ordered my king suite with a closed off room from the kids for 175.00 a night for 3 nights I expect a nice room. What I got was a room with the door that wouldn't latch without me lifting the door so it would latch. A shower that would go from hot to cold for no reason. A cheap small hot tub that was yellow in color and smelled weird. The rooms are outdated, Pictures online look nice, I guess that's how they got me.

Was. A very nice room and hotel how ever the man at front desk gave a key to my room to some one he knew did not stay in that room and for my safety and security I will NEVER stay here again.

Clean and reasonably priced. Right in the middle of a lot of things to do. Very nice staff too.

Ok hotel. The rooms are out dated but not to terrible. The placed is in need of some tlc. The beds are really comfortable and they have suites with separate rooms. The workout room was pretty good. They had free weights and Wi-Fi was ok.

Great place to stay for one night or a week. The continental breakfast is great and all kinds of food there. The rooms are nice and kept up great.

Very nice staff! On busy weekend get to breakfast before 8 or line will be insane. GREAT entrance and lobby. Outdoor pool is nice but hot tub is TINY! Could not tell until inside our room but it seems like a very old hotel that Holiday Inn revamped. It's nice but I've been in lots of Holiday Inn Hotels and this wasn't up to the norm.

Lovely location. Stylish Hotel, but not so stylish it becomes too exquisite. Perfect for the price. Brandon is a great place.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Nice view from balcony. Breakfast had a lot of variety and tasted great. Nice 2.5 mile walk to Branson Landing. There is a lot to do within a mile of this hotel.

This hotel had some ups and downs. One was the exterior picture on another site shows it as quite new. It's not. It is redone though. The hotel was full when we stayed and staff was nice and very accommodating. I had an issue while there and they resolved it quite nicely so I won't harp on about it and make them sound bad for it, they simply weren't. They stuck a card in with your keys that said my 100% satisfaction was their goal. They mean it. Our room was right outside the "biggest pool on the strip. " It was 930pm and it was packed with screaming kids. (I have 2, no prejudice on that just the noise) luckily right at 10pm on the dot it stopped. Not good for afternoon maps if you want one. Don't stay on 1st & 2nd floor unless you want to be close to pool. Lobby is on 3rd floor as it's built into a hill. Breakfast was a little wait to get a table. Again, full. The thing I disliked were the people hocking their shows and shoving cards etc. At you at 8am. I just want my coffee and I'm waiting a while to eat as it is. Go away! Nice enough for an overnight stay. Again staff was excellent. That makes a real difference. Great room price for the area.

The staff was amazing. My husband lost his cane when we were traveling. The manager had one in his lost and found that had been there for a year; he gave it to us. They were so helpful with my husband, who has had a stroke. We had a two room suite that was great. Lots of room, a great view, easy access to the front door. He got out at 1:30am and the staff brought him back to our room. The other guests were so helpful; helping us get breakfast, helping me when I fell in the parking lot. I would so definitely stay there again and recommend it to people. I loved everything about our experience there!

The location is great. It is with walking distance of many premium attractions in Branson. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast has had good variety and quality. The room was clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel!

Staff was friendly. The always great value for the money I am used to receiving from Holiday Inn. They are always a safe bet when booking a hotel. Very consistent from location to location and this place is no exception. Clean, comfortable rooms with a modern decor. A nice continental breakfast, outdoor pool, and indoor spa. Bathroom was a little small, but no complaints from me really.

We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express when we travel. This is an old hotel with a new front and lobby. Positive… outside and lobby very lovely, breakfast usual but ok, employees super nice and friendly. Negative… we were in room 100. Very old the security lock on the door was broke off as well as the door stop. I don't even know how to describe the tub facet as it was basically just hanging on and was difficult to manage. The room had an old smell to it. I don't know if all rooms are this bad since I saw good reviews before booking but this room is bad. In the future I guess we need to visit the room before settling in… This was the first time I have been this disappointed. Stay away from room 100.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The light on the balcony did not work neither did the coffee pot. When we got there and needed to use the elevator the worker would not get out if the way he was rude.

I would rate this 4.5/5 because the accommodations were adequate and quite nice. However, there were a few things that were consistent amongst the 100 member group I was in. We stayed there 5 nights and the consistent complaints regarded the small bathrooms, slow drain in shower and leaky faucet in the sink. However, the staff was great the food was excellent.

Really enjoyed our experience with Holiday inn. The customer service is wonderful! The room was Amazing! Its right on the strip where everything is! I would definitely recommend staying here if you stay in Branson!

Excellent experience with these guys. They are top-shelf professionals who know what southern hospitality really is. From the front desk, to the maintenance crew, to the cleaning people. Everyone is smiles, efficient, fast and care about their tenants. We got a great larger room or suite with no extra charge from the smaller 2 queen bedroom. Thanks Holiday Inn Express! We will definitely stay with you guys again. And thanks for a room with a view. Great staff, and the food is good too.

With all the excitement of traveling and packing just make sure you double check your room when leaving. If for some reason you do forget it, hopefully it won't be to important to you because you will not get it back. Had a good stay but made the mistake of forgetting something and some how it wasn't seen. Hmmm. In spite of that stay was good but all I will remember from trip is that I lost something.

Clean and quiet hotel. Free breakfast was AWESOME! Staff was friendly. Didn't love the suite, as it was just 2 individual rooms joined by a door. Not the best set up. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, while on our family vacation at the end of June 2015. I liked the fact that it's located by several attractions, restaurants and walmart! The front desk employees were always very helpful and they would always greet us when we came back. One night, the people above us was so loud and jumping until midnight. I called the front desk and within 5 minutes, we didn't hear anymore noise. I also like the fact they offer FREE bottle water anytime you need it. That was very helpful for our daily activities. The breakfast was always hot and they stayed stocked up on everything! The housekeeping is amazing! We would always come back with our beds nicely made and clean fresh towels. If they found anything of ours out of place; example-my son's charger and a pendant, they would put the items nicely on the bed or nightstand where noticeable. The pool was cleaned every morning and always provided clean towels that was well stocked. Each floor had a washer ans dryer, which was really helpful to us. My only complaint about the hotel, would be the parking. Parking up front is very limited and it's really dark in the back where a lot of spaces are available. If we ever return to Branson, this would be the first place I would stay at again, with my family.
