When we checked in, our TV wasn't working so we called the front desk… within minutes, maintenance came and promptly fixed the problem. Good service, nice people, complimentary breakfast, awesome hot tub and game room😁 10/10😎

The staff was nice and friendly. Always creating you with a smile. The rooms were clean and nice. Mattress was a little to firm fir my husband.

We had booked another hotel, but when we got there we were not at all pleased with the accommodations and the staff was extremely rude from the other hotel. So we took our chances and came to hotel grand Victorian and they are amazing! We lucked out and got a room is absolutely beautiful, great views and super friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

Great room very spacious of 5 people. Pool and hot tub both were open. Great breakfast beautiful view would recommend for any stay.

Not only is it beautiful but very nice and clean rooms… we have found our home away from. Home we love it.

Nice place to stay. Had an issue with the first room they gave us. It was musty and damp. Located on the first level but they happily changed out room to the 3rd floor and it was very nice! The indoor pool is nice as is the small game room. The outdoor pool is just a pool. Nothing fancy but it serves its purpose. One of the front desk clerks played the baby grand piano and sang for some if the guests and it was lovely. I don't know what to think of all the stuffed ready bears but all in all it was a nice place to stay and the owner who has family in MN was very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

An excellent value. Located right in the middle of the Branson strip. Free breakfast and afternoon tea. Clean rooms, overall well maintained. Pool and game room. Enjoyed my stay there.

Room was nice and clean. I enjoyed having a balcony off of my room. The pools were nice. The breakfast was great. There is a game room that is pretty fun but sometimes the games take your tokens and then don't work. All around a good experience.

This p lil ace is beautiful and jet tub rooms are fun and relaxing. It is a nice clean place and fun to stay here. Plus it's right in the middle of town and you have the ability to walk to a lot of places. This place is also next to one of the best outlet malls in the awesome United States!

The hotel seems old, but well kept. The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff was nice, and there was a lot of selection for breakfast. The halls smelled strange, but nothing bad or concerning. Really liked the pools. I'd stay here again.

We stayed here for three nights, and I had no complaints. Comfortable beds, modern design, gorgeous views, friendly staff, clean facilities. The air conditioning was very cold, but easy to adjust. The pool was nice, the hot tub was hot, the laundry facilities were decent (though the dryer took two cycles to clean a small load). Breakfast was delicious, with so many choices! Plenty of ice machines, and we never had to wait long for the elevators. I would definitely stay here again!

It was pretty good. We were just there a few hours. They had several different things to choose from for breakfast and a very pleasant place to eat your food.

Staff are nice and helpful. Public areas and rooms are dated, and needing some touchups. Rooms could use some attention. Hard water deposits on the fixtures, walls have some dark smudges from years of people touching it. Lamp beside the table had a short in it so the switch didn't work right. AC unit was finicky, could set it so the fan was supposed to always stay on, but it wouldn't kick on except when the AC would engage. If you get a room with a better tub, the bathroom is TINY! neighbors had their TV too loud. Experience was ok, but not great and honestly a bit overpriced in comparison to other locations.

I was afraid of what I might reserved because the price was so low. This place was so nice. It was current, clean, and well laid out. The beds were comfy and each one had 4 pillows. The balcony with chairs was nice to relax on after a day of shopping! I will stay there again. Oh, and the included breakfast was good as well!

It was a very nice stay and quiet! The breakfast was so good with so many options! We had a Jacuzzi in our room so we didn't really check the pool out, there were lots of kids there! Its in walking distance to lots of places!

Everything was just AMAZING. Rooms we're perfect and beautiful. The breakfast is also wonderful and I really just want to let this company know that kirstin (I believe breakfast attendant) is awesome. Such a wonderful worker that catered to us and made us feel very well taken care of and that was just at breakfast! I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed by the rooms or staff.

This hotel is nice. The rooms appear to be well maintained and clean. The towels have been nice and soft, not scratchy. The beds sleep well enough. Each room seems to include a balcony. They have two chairs, and the view is nice. The bathroom is smaller, because the sink is not with the shower and commode. The water pressure is very nice. The room itself is big enough. I would like more outlets, so if I return I will bring a power strip. The indoor pool area is nice and open. The pool is cool and the hot tub is just right. They have a game room with a few coin ops. They have a decent enough selection for kids. The outdoor pool is a little walk, but seems fine. The dining area works well for the breakfast buffet, so long as everyone doesn't show up at once. The food is good and the staff works really hard to keep the area clean and stocked. I have enjoyed my stay here.

I really love this place, I remembered for my family reunion we all stayed at this hotel and I love it! Especially the pool area. The reason I have it a 4 because the room stinked AND I found a few roaches under the bed.

Stayed here for my honeymoon night, it was so cute, cozy and quaint. Will forever be in my memories. I loved the style.

The balcony is a nice feature. The room is a little smaller. The hotel has a Victorian theme which to some is elegant and some consider it outdated. The pool is nice and warm with a fireplace. Very cozy! The game room isn't nice. Only 2 games work. Over all the stay is peaceful, located in a great area and it's a classy touch of the past.

Lovely hotel with quaint comfy rooms. The Christmas decorations were lovely inside and out. Great breakfast buffet!

Clean, nicely decorated rooms near the outlet mall and Andy Williams theater. Very comfortable and a nice hot breakfast buffet.

Our stay was very nice. Rooms were very clean upon arrival, and service for things like extra towels, etc. Was fast and friendly. No complaints about the hotel. Location is right I the heart of Branson, so nice for proximity to a lot of things, but also means there's a lot of traffic around the hotel.

Beds we're nice, but I'm not into hotels that continue with there amenities from the 70's… then the mold on the ceilings, in the ice bucket & refrigerator… would be ok if the room cost $49 vs $149… if your looking for luxurious accommodation, it's not here.

Very* clean hotel with a perfect price. We've been staying here for years with pets every time and the rooms are roomy enough, and the beds are fairly comfortable, the staff is pleasant, and the breakfast is a hot deluxe continental which is better than spending time and money on another meal out. Location is set perfectly in the middle of the strip, and right up a steep hill, but a walkable distance to the outlet mall. During the holidays (Thanksgiving for us) they are completely decorated for Christmas… I love this place and will continue to stay here every time I visit Branson.

Very nice hotel! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Lots of big pillows on the beds! And the location is very convenient to Branson attractions and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it to anyone spending time in Branson.

Friendly atmosphere and beautiful on the inside. Granted we are in our thirties and most of people there were double our age. Also it was really off putting that our room color was pepto pink. Other than that. Staff was amazing. Cleanliness was on point and the pool is open until midnight!

I very much enjoyed this hotel. Both pools were very nice but not crowded all the time. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and not too expensive. The bathrooms are a bit small but very clean and nice looking. Breakfast was very good, and never had yo look twice for more food. Great hotel experience all around.

We stayed two nights and it was great. So cute and so quaint. The bed was outstanding. It was a dream. Indoor pool even stays open till midnight. Breakfast was great, love the decor.

Great location. No hot water during our 3 night stay. Tiny bathrooms. Maid does not make beds or replace toiletries, but the trash was emptied and new towels were supplied daily. Pools were nice. Comforter was a down comforter with a sheet on top of it (instead of an actual duvet cover).

This hotel was perfect for our specific needs. We had an elderly dog with a quickly degenerative condition. Pet rooms are perfectly located on the 1st floor so it was easy to get her in and out to the restroom (she had to be carried). She was able to sleep on the patio which provided her the cool, fresh air she needed. The staff was very accompanying and friendly. The beds are comfortable enough. The hotel is a bit dated and the rooms are a bit small. The breakfast crew had trouble keeping up with demand but they were working very hard. The hotel is in a good location and the Denny's next door is great! This is not a luxury hotel but it was perfect for our needs. We would stay here again.

We had a very good stay. Our room was spotless. The king size bed was very comfortable. Breakfast wasn't fancy but they had a good variety of food. The indoor and outdoor pools both looked very nice and well maintained. I booked a balcony room thinking smoking would be allowed on the balcony however it is not. (My bad for not checking before booking not the hotels fault) just a heads up if you happen to smoke. I would definitely stay here again. And would also recommend to friends.

Loved it here. We will definitely be coming back. Very nice staff, breakfast was good, deluxe room was huge. Very fair prices compared to other places and is located right on the strip near everything! Highly recommend it.

What is so far no trouble whatsoever just a little over the price but it was a last-minute thing. I would recommend this to other people.

Nice cozy rooms. Love the balcony, the easy access to the strip and the indoor pool being open until midnight. There wasn't Wi-Fi in the rooms, but you could connect in the lobby.

Nice clean rooms. Great breakfast. Located near ride the ducks and dixie stampede and not far from silver dollar.

This is a fun hotel. The name says it all. Feel like we were back with queen victoria. It has a traditional 1800s feeling. The two nights we stayed there I don't think we saw anyone over 30. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub.

Stayed last year at a much cheaper price. Price has sky rocketed. Will be looking somewhere else.

It is at a great location along the main stretch of branson. Rooms are nice and clean. Indoor pool and hot tub was great! The continental breakfast was very good as well. Highly recommend to anyone.

Restrooms are very small. Groupon pricing is also not that great compared to the hotel's nearby.

I am cutrently on a long trip in which I have stayed in multiple hotels throughout. They were very nice, this hotel is not. I wasn't expecting much for the price I paid, but I was expecting to have a clean bed to sleep in. We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The first night I noticed a few little red bumps on my legs, arms, and face. I didn't think much of it. The next night I could hardly sleep because I felt like I was getting eatin alive by something. I woke up at 4am, looked in the mirror and have bites all overy my face and body, they are huge. I went down to the front desk to discuss this with the person on duty. He seemed annoyed and exasperated at the idea of having to help me, he gave me a card for 20% off my next stay like that would make it okay. He offered me another room after he decided to do his job. I was furious so I said no, went upstairs packed my things and checked out. I just called and spoke to the manager, she said she's getting somebody out to look at it but seemed nonchalant about it. I will never do buisness with this hotel again even if it's free.

I found lots of dog hair in my bed. The beds are not comfortable and the rooms are not clean. Most of the staff (as in more than half) doesn't speak English. The staff is not friendly and seems to be annoyed if you ask them for something. Also, if you're coming with somebody else, keep in mind that the bathrooms are not big enough to get dressed in. I won't be coming back to this hotel.

Is a nice hotel to work for and I like my Co workers. I love my job.

Bathroom has literally 5.5 square feet of space to disrobe; the tub drain was plugged up, the maids left the previous guest's soap in the shower/tub. The decor was nice and the room was large however after 6:30 am there was constant noise of chairs sliding around and we were on the 3 floor. To make matters worse at check out we were ignored by the desk clerk and finally just placed the room key on the desk and left.

Great hotel love it friendly people.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Bed's are horribly hard. We are not picky people but those beds are so hard we almost left. We stayed 2 nights and roughed it out. We would not have made it any longer with the hard beds. The balcony is too small to really even sit on. Overall it was a decent place but nothing too spectacular. It does have an easy back entrance to the outlet mall and alternate routes. That made it worth while.

The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows were horrible. It's older but close to everything. We didn't use the pool. Basically good for a one night stay but anything longer and your back will hurt.

We just got from branson and we stayed from the 9-11th and it wasnt anything like we all thought it would be. The morning shift front desk workers are very rude I asked for more coffee when I ran out and you would have thought I asked her to walk the strip or something after breathing hard she finally got it we went to the outdoor pool and there wasnt any towels we had to call and they came out with them my room had a bug in it when we got there I killed it and didnt see anymore my gmpa went to eat breakfast with me and there was a huge chunk of hair in the gravy I know it wasnt on purpose but hairnets would help that out alot. But there was some good things the pools are nice and the 2nd shift workers are great they will do anything for you and make you feel like they actually want you there the beds was nice better then most hotels and the room in general is nice. Over all I wouldnt stay here anymore not for the price you can get the same service from a cheaper hotel.

I didn't much care to stay here. Room was too pricey to have a two "queen" bedroom when we only needed one bed. Bathroom was claustrophobic small. The balcony didn't see anything worth looking at. The "queen" beds were actually full beds. Didn't like their hair dryer either.
