The friendliness, very nice atmosphere and cleanliness. Some desk clerks not very welcoming but they were the first time. Straight shot to everything downtown and Silver Dollar City before you get there to room if I remember right. Breakfast awesome and the little lady there then, I just loved her for 2 mornings we were there.

I recommend this hotel to others! Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and prompt to serve, and our stay here was very affordable. Located a short walk from outlet shopping and in the center of all the fun things to do here in Branson! It didn't hurt that it is located right next to a Krispy Kreme donut shop!

Most unhelpful people. Our car got broken into at this facility. They were so unhelpful. They should’ve at least comped us for our room. The manager there is a disgrace.

My mom and I just spent the weekend in town and this hotel was awesome. The staff was very friendly and had great service. The rooms where clean and the pool was great!

Absolutely! Nice and quiet — close to lots of restaurants and fun things to do. The staff went out of their way and all were so friendly. If we ever come back we will stay here!

Very clean, staff was really nice. My only complaint and what will keep us from staying here again is the beds were like sleeping on a brick. The housekeeper was very nice and brought me a mattress topper that helped.

We really like the decor in this place and the breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were nice and clean and well decorated. It was definitely an excellent value for the money! We will probably stay there again sometime soon.

Thus far it's promising. We arrived at 4:20AM and they were one of the few that didn't insist we check out in 6 hrs or pay for two nights. It's really awful Camden Hotel (right next door) demanded a 2 night price for a less than 24 hr stay. Updates pending. So our experience was amazing. Breakfast was LEGIT. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are really clean. Our room had a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron & towels of plenty! Skip Camden & stay at Grandview!

Very clean hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. You get cookies when you arrive, and they make pizza there that you can order, which I loved! My only complaints are that in the room we were in, there was a hair on the shower wall and the drain was stopped up with hair so I was standing in water, the room smelled of cigarette smoke and it is a non smoking hotel, and the AC unit couldn't really keep up with the size of the room. It never got cold enough in there for us, but it was not miserable at least! Love the location, right off of the main strip and literally right across from Tanger Outlets. We will definitely stay here again!

Checked in by an extremely nice woman at the front counter. Received two freshly baked cookies in each package before we headed to our room. The room was extremely clean and walking distance from the Tanger Outlet! Pool was alright, could have been cleaned more frequently, but overall a great experience at this hotel.

Air Conditioning not working. Food bland. Salad/soup bar wilted lettuce, potato soup luke warm to cold. Servers sweating badly cause of the no air working. Server was good, friendly and on top of things. Had chicken and dumplings large bowl just needed more flavor. Husband had the big chicken could have been fried a little longer. Fried pickles good till they stated getting cool and they became very greasy.

This was a great place to stay. Super clean room. Good breakfast and the staff was so nice and friendly. Christina at the front desk helped us so much with tickets. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Branson.

One of the best hotels around Branson … the service and the staff are great. The location of this hotel is perfect because everything is just around the corner. Highly recommended!

Staff was friendly. Room was as expected, nice size for four people. Breakfast room is a little small but a nice variety of food. Close to the strip and literally right across from the tanger outlet shopping center. Very convienent location.

5 minute walk from the Tanger outlet mall. Front desk has been helpful with everything we needed. It’s right off the strip from everything!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and the answered all of our questions. Location is great, within walking distance from the outlets and a really good restaurant, can't remember the name but it has a huge rooster at the door. Also it is right at the strip Rooms were super clean (I work for a cleaning company) beds comfortable, huge flat screen, lots and lots of towels, microwave, fridge, iron. All of this for a great price They only problem we had was that the Wi-Fi was spotty, sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. I highly recommend this hotel, price is good, we will come back in the future for sure.

This is the first time we have stayed here and it was a good experience. The staff was very nice and courteous. The room were clean and spacious, had plenty of towels and toiletries. The bathroom was clean but a little small. We would stay here again.

I have paid double for hotels that have been nowhere near the level of this place. The staff was extremely friendly. Personally I loved the recliner in the room. In my opinion a great location. The only issue we had, which I don’t consider it a negative or really an issue at all. It was actually pretty reassuring to see for myself. When we checked in and got to the room it was torn apart. Furniture moved, bed disassembled and so on. Walked back down to the front desk and was given a new room instantly. The girl at the front explained they were doing deep cleaning and she made a mistake and was very apologetic with the issue. Great job to the owner and cleaning staff for going above and beyond. Didn’t get a chance to try any of the pizza but having it as an option is great! I was here on business but after my lovely and very affordable stay at this hotel I will be planning a family vacation back! Keep up the great work!

Giving this hotel 1 star is 1 star too many! I stayed a couple nights at this hotel and on the morning I was leaving a worker came into our room while we were asleep accusing us of smoking! When there had been NO smoking done in our room! We said we weren't and she left and then we expressed our concern about her accusing us when we checked out and nothing else was said about it. I received my bank statement in the mail the next month with a 100 dollar fee from this hotel! Called to clarify what it was for and the manager said it was in fact for the smoking! I tried to explain there was so smoking and she would not take my answer what so ever! She had no idea about the situation and had to keep looking back at notes from the worker who did make the call to give me the fee! Very poorly ran business! And I was charged a 100 dollar fee at the expense of some worker claiming they smelled smoke from my room! That was all the evidence they had on me! I asked to speak to someone else and the general manager explained how she was the only one to talk to because it is a privately owned hotel. We called back another time to talk to the lady who made the call to give me the fee and she said that there had been smoking going on in the room the entire 2 days I stayed there! She changed her story. And it doesn't make sense at all, if smoking was going on the entire stay and they knew about it wouldn't they come up and put it to a end? I HIGHLY RECCOMEND NOT GOING HERE! Operated by crooks!

OWNED BY CROOKS! Received a 100 dollar fee from this hotel and called to clarify what it was for and they said it was because they found evidence that I had been smoking in the room! Their only evidence was that someone had smelled the room and it smelled like smoke! There was no smoking in the room and the general manager was not understanding what so ever and told me there is no one else to get into contact with about this because the hotel is privately owned and that she was the highest up to talk to! I do NOT reccomend this hotel what so ever! I basically have to pay a fee for someone else's actions! The smell of smoke travels and the entire floor smelled like it and we even expressed our concern to the front desk and the staff just decided to assume the smoking happened in my room!

This was admittedly not our hotel of choice. But Vacations Made Easy pulled a bait and switch on us. This said the general manager really helped to save our vacation. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, nice furniture and fixtures, comfy beds, 42" Flatscreen, lots of towels and the full hot breakfast was the best I've ever had at a motel. The lady that was keeping the breakfast bins full was very unfriendly, unwelcoming, unpersonable, not pleasant at all… I was really surprised because the people at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. That was the only negative but I would recommend this place very highly. Construction next door started early woke us up. But not much you can do about that. I'd stay here again, probably will. Again, I recommend this place highly.

Have stayed here multipal times. Always friendly, clean and convient to attractions. Hot breakfast a plus with variety of sausage, gravy, biscuits, pancakes, muffins, fruits and cerals. Also easy access to Tangler Mall. Will be staying here again in the future.

If you are looking for a motel that is quiet, friendly, and in a great location this is the one for you! We were very pleased with our stay there.

For me it was customers service very pleasant and I did get my cookies. Room was neat and clean no odd smell. The location is close to everything. Its close to tanger mall, grocery store, mall, walmart, food. Expect traffic. Breakfast early but good. Shoneys close if you miss breakfast.

Shopping is with in walking distance. Food and some attractions are also with in walking distance. Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. The decor is elegant, beautiful and modern. The grounds are well kept and manicured nicely. The General Manager there Bruce is very dedicated to his job. He puts in a lot of hours and goes above and beyond duties to assure customer satisfaction. Thats excellent customer service and today thats much appreciated.

We are on our second night here. The staff are very friendly and have gone out of their way to see to our comfort. We had requested a handicapped accessible room when we did our reservations online. One was not available when we arrived. The on duty staff did what was necessary to accommodate us. Thank you so much!

Nice room and clean. Friendly staff. Little things would make a better stay like pay channels and shower massager… those little extras. Get basic cable about 15 channels. Get cheapest shower head they make. Breakfast although hot is subpar. The hotel has the basics down but could be better.

The location is great. It is very easy to access many of the activities around Branson without being in the bustle of it all. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

My stay was just over night on June 23. Your excellent front desk ladies found me taxi service for two shows, one in the afternoon and the other evening — we were on a short time frame and they worked it out for me. They were great!. The motel was very clean, quiet and they provided a cookie!

I haven't even stayed here yet but I am already pleased with their Customer service. I made a mistake when I booked our stay and clicked on a AAA offer and Then I saw that the offer was only for AAA members so I called them to tell them about my mistake and to ask them about the correct price and to my surprise the Christina the desk attendant said 'she appreciated my honesty and therefore she was going to honor the offer anyways'. That is some great customer service she saved my family about a night's stay. I really look forward to staying here and meeting Christina. Thanks again for honoring the offer though you didn't have too.
