The room layout showed jetted tubs which promoted me to book. Ended up on the 3rd floor with no elevator and regular tubs. Our 4th day they did offer a first floor room but my family didn't want to pack up& move for 2 more nights. They said they need to take the room layout off the website because it's not accurate. I would not book here again. The property photos are not from the Falls but from the Meadows.

We were super happy at this resort and hope that they continue to serve people well in the COVID-19 atmosphere.

I called in advance to ensure we got something that didn't require a lot of stairs. That didn't work and had to be changed when we arrived. So we had to end up with the worst Wyndham room we've ever been in. No jetted tub. The air didn't work in the bedroom. Had maintenance come look at it and his temp reader agreed… it was hot. Even when supplied a fan and turned air down to 68 at night, it was still too hot. As soon as we arrived I noticed we didn't have bath towels. Oh, and there was a power outage in the building at one point. We've never stayed at a Wyndham like this. I texted the front desk asking for the Wi-Fi information and where I could find a cake for my husband's birthday, never heard back from them. Ended up calling 4 hours later. Just disappointed especially with COVID right now, ppl are spending more time in their so called "home away from home" I guess being a member means nothing right now. Why am I paying for this again?

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I will hopefully get to stay here again in the summer time! We had everything we needed down to the utensils! I would give this place five stars!

We have never had a bad room or service since we started our ownership with Wyndham. I have to say that this room has been the best one yet. I did say that about the room in Tennessee but Missouri topped it. Branson Missouri literally has everything. Great golf, numerous attractions, great shows, lots of restaurants to choose from and they are big on catfish here, nature trails to hike, trail rides and tons of shopping.

They refunded our money, so I wasn’t going to post this until today when we realized that’s probably where the bed bugs came from.
You’ve probably stopped reading, but here’s the rest.
1. The online system would not allow me to make a reservation for one night, and if we cancelled our two-night reservation, we forfeited one night’s fee.
2. Check-in was in a separate building six miles from the room; the several emails from Wyndham prior to arrival made no mention of this fact. We stopped a random stranger unloading her car, and she gave us the 411.
3. Once we located the check-in building, we stood at the counter for more than five minutes before an employee even appeared.
4. After we checked in, we had to go to yet another building for a parking pass.
5. Hotel staff had told me the “resort” has a sauna, hot tub, etc. Only after we arrived did they mention that they’re not at our location but we could use the “activity center” six miles away – in crawling traffic.
6. Finally at our room, it smelled of old bacon and included someone else’s hairs in the shower (presumably no extra charge) – which had a permanently grimy floor and mildewed tub.
7. The room has a kitchenette: the bourbon we left in a glass for a few hours became cloudy and viscous, the coffee pot was dirty, the disposer stank, and the dishwasher was very loud – but at least we couldn’t hear the neighbors over the dishwasher noise.

We normally get a hotel, but decided to try out a condo at Wyndham at the Falls. Boy are we glad we did! Great customer service, very clean 1 bedroom condo and really spacious. The price couldn't be beat, and honestly was around the same price as a nice hotel room. We had a fully stocked kitchen with appliances/dishes to make our own meals, so we saved on eating out. We definitely will make this our new spot when staying in Branson.

It's well stocked, comfortable, and clean. Be prepared for a sales pitch if they offer you discounts.

By far the worst customer service from Marla (marketing) avoid her like the plague, Ashley (Front desk marketing) she has checked out of her job a long time ago. The thing that surprised me is the top manager on property Travis, he was NOT willing or able to make any of this situation right. We are Platinum level owner's which is the top level for Wyndham timeshare owners and if they will treat Platinum members that way I could only imagine how they would treat any other customers, because straight from the pretend (general manager) Travis, he said we treat everyone the same and he is actually not the GM, Josh Creznic is the real GM for Mountain Vista and The Falls. Also do not expect any response from Wyndham at the falls when you have a bad time there, they will just make it worse!

Smaller property with a pool as the only amenity on site, but all amenities at Meadows and Mountain Vista are available to Falls guests. Unit was very clean and nice, and the area is quiet. Only a short drive to the 76 strip. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Very disappointed. Had one of the worst experiences of my life with Wyndham. My boyfriend had a family medical emergency and wasn’t able to make it on time to pick me up. Sherry, is probably one of the most rude people I’ve ever had to deal with. She is obviously incapable of showing any empathy. It was pouring down rain and I was forced to wait outside with my luggage. If I wasn’t when she called me, she said she would report it to the police and have me arrested. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. I was in tears not knowing what to do, I even offered to pay for another day. I will never stay with Wyndham again nor will anybody I know. The check in absolutely sucked. The clerk was not trained and said he could not check me in. I finally got a different person who knew what to do. They are very rude to you if you are an RCI member. The room sucked also. I traded for a one bedroom condo and ended up with a glorified hotel room with a tiny kitchen in the same one and only room. They say the bed is a queen, but it definitely is not and it is ridiculously hard. Also floors need to be shampooed. The bottom of my feet turned black just from walking barefoot in the room. The walls are paperthin and you can hear every word your neighbors say. I do not recommend this resort, mostly because of the attitude of the staff. Oh yeah, the mini fridge emitted a high pitch whistle on and off during the entire stay.

The studio deluxe was smaller than a motel 6. It had a small worthless kitchen area 5 feet from the bed. It gets two stars for having a jet tub but they put glass around it making it uncomfortable to relax in. Maybe the other rooms that they show are nicer but judging from the outside, I doubt it.

The condos are clean and will furnished. The one draw back was the uncomfortable beds. They don't have a headboard so you chase your pillow all night. It would also be nice if there was more of a sound barrier between the floors. I also didn't appreciate people trying to sell me time shares and shows as I am trying to check in at 9:00 at night.

Nice comfortable and roomy condos. Besides a small pool though, there is really not much more at the Falls. All activities are at the Meadows, which is almost two miles away. It was very quiet here though, and the view from the balcony was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The resort is nice and located in a great quiet spot and the 1 bedroom deluxe (the room we got) was very spacious and included a screened in back patio. The only downside was the additional Wyndham amenities were all at another Wyndham location about a mile away. Oh, almost forgot to mention, the Wi-Fi is just "ok". You can pay extra for "good" Wi-Fi service.

Great place to relax. Beautiful scenery, quiet, condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable. Easy access to entertainment and eating establishments.

Yay! A nice cozy place. Money well spent. Def check this place out if you aren't into cheap hourly rate motels or like sleeping with cockroaches. Nice staff. Do the timeshare meeting, pretend like you're interested and make funny jokes, get your $125 card and RUN, unless you're 55+ and want a Lakeview house you'll enjoy 1 week out of the year!

Secluded off the beaten path and quiet. Decks are screened in an private with a view of the woods. Would recommend if your not wanting to be in the action and around alot of people. Very nice remodeled units.

Very nice place. However, my room does not have access to the balcony. Studio room nice. Would recommend.

Overall a great experience, the rooms were very clean and staff was outstanding and very friendly. Exactly what you expect when you come to a nice place like this. Thank you and we may see you next year!

Definitely not a high end Wyndham property. Upon check in and settling into the room, the dinner table was bear, no welcoming place settings, no center piece. The pitcher had a bug in it. Other than these items, the room was clean no items missing from kitchen and the bathroom was well stocked. The room Furniture needs updating, the patio furniture is horrible, plastic adirondike chairs the are almost impossible to get out of. They give a little too much when you sit down and feel like it will collapse but didnt.

Lots of different swimming areas\pools. Elevator option for upper floors are helpful for lots of luggage and physically challenged guests. Hosts are willingly helpful. Upper class lodging for sure.

Hi FBF! I was vacationing last week in Branson Missouri and my family went to Silver Dollar City to the Globe Trotters we were on the front row and Globie the mascot came and picked me from the bench and led me to the court where two basketball player had picked out two other people! We did not know what they had us out there to do until they decided that we were going to dance to some music! I was videotaped by my nephew and this is a piece of the the performance that I did in front of all of the crowd and for the Globetrotters! No one knew who I was! I had fun that day and on the whole vacation! Check me out, I got a standing ovation Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android.

My mind was blown when I arrived at this property! The buildings are all lined up and placed so nicely, There isn't a bad view from any window, in my humble opinion. We toured the presidential and the entertainment center alone is worth more than the car I drive to work. I would highly recommend going to this resort if you ever have a chance. There's an indoor pool, an outdoor pools, the game room has some pretty cool entertainment options and its on site movie theater has leather recliners and a decent sound system.

They had great amenities for the kids! The 1.5 ft kiddie pool was fantastic for our 2 and 4 yr old to play in safely without feeling like the need to hover in case they fell into the "deep" end. Great little playground also. Charcoal grills. We really had a relaxing time.

The line staff at the resort are wonderful. The sales staff at the headquarters are pushy, rude, & abusive.
