Has a new owner who's been revamping the rooms it's quite the rooms are clean the staff is very helpful and it's a good price.

It was cool for the price 56.00 a night. They just don't sever breakfast.

Clean rooms. The a/c almost cooled the room. The Wi-Fi wouldn't make it to the room. The Google search said free breakfast um nope not even a cup of coffee.

Very dirty rooms. Wifi didn't work. Most of all I had my iPad charger stolen by the housekeeping staff. When I reported the theft to the front desk manager I was told that she couldn't do anything about it and that she had never had a problem before. I would avoid this hotel at all cost.

I will start by saying the staff were very friendly, beds were comfy and location was good. However, cleanliness is high on my list of importance and this hotel bombed out! I have never been in any hotel where your feet would stay cleaner walking barefoot on the blacktop outside than on the carpet in your room! There was a blood stain and mildew along the bottom six inches of the cloth shower curtain, both of which would be easily cleaned with a little bleach in the wash. Vacuuming and dusting are basic cleaning jobs yet there was dust and cobwebs everywhere and we found a petrified cheetoh full of hair next to the night stand. The portable fridge/freezer had so much ice that we had to defrost it and then it still froze everything we put in it… we were wakened in the night to the sound of our soda cans exploding! The knob to adjust the temp was missing. We could not even put the garbage from our rooms into the trash cans outside because they didn't get emptied and they were swarming with bees and wasps. When I see that very basic cleaning has not been done, it makes me wonder whether the bathroom has been cleaned or sheets have been changed since the last tenant. Other complaints I feel need to be addressed: There is no phone in the room, yet their check-in papers say to dial 0 from the room to contact the front desk for help. There is no coffee pot in the room… not everyone ONLY drinks coffee in the morning between the hours of 7-9:30 when the breakfast room is open.

It's on the main drag of town. Easy to get to anything you need. Rooms were good they allow pets as well for extra fee.

Stay there a while back it was very clean the staff was very nice and went out of the way to be very helpful.

Bed bugs… Nasty bed… We stayed here last October 2015 and it was alright… But This time, April 2016, there was a dirty towel in the bathroom which could be a simple mistake… But over all cleanliness was not there. During the night my wife turned on the light and a Bed Bug was beside her and she killed it, full of blood. She got dressed and went to the office while I packed our stuff… I found 2 other bed bugs, pillow and side of mattress, then when I moved the mattress cover to look for more I was disgusted at the FILTH of the bed and mattress! They did give us a full refund, and I understand bed bugs are easy to transfer, but the filth of the box springs and mattress alone was horrible. Folks check the beds if you stay here, last years room was ok, this room was NASTY!

If you want the Hilton experience you'll be disappointed. If you want a clean, comfortable room to sleep and shower in at very affordable rates, this is the place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price you really can't beat it. Save your $$ for the shows and eats.

By far one of the worst places I've ever stayed in my entire life. The entire week we stayed our room was never cleaned, beds never made, sheets never changed and we had to stay on their tails at the front desk just to bring towels and empty our trash. One day they even walked past our empty pizza boxes and overflowing trash to take our dirty towels and then didn't even bring new towels! On top of that our air conditioner didn't work the first couple days and they were informed the first day it needed to be fixed. Box springs were covered in stains and the comforter had old blood stains. Truly a disgusting rat hole. I wouldn't stay there again if it was free.

I do not understand how places like this stay in business. We gave them plenty of oportunities to make it up but their lack of effort is laughable. The place has to be the most disturbing hotel/rat hole I have seen and I have traveled in 3rd world countries. I hope this review will steer you clear of this place.

THE worst inn/hotel/motel/establishment we ever stayed in. Rooms are unkept, dirty, smelly, and smell. The front desk clerks don't have any customer service skills.
Do not stay here! This was a huge mistake.

This place was a DIVE! The front appearance is very deceiving! The lobby was very well dressed so I suspect the money used for renovation was to spruce up the front of the building. We rented a double queen, which is just a standard king room, with two bed shoved in and tables and chairs moved around. The Wi-Fi that was offered was apparently on satellite because when we asked why the connection was so poor, they told us it was due to cloud cover. The bathroom reeked of urine and there was mildew growing on the shower curtain. The door knob was falling off the bathroom door and the stopper in the sink was not allowing the sink to drain and there was an outlet hanging out of the wall. The "continental breakfast" was merely dry cereal in rubber maid shakers with a pitcher of milk on ice, Eggo waffles in a container next to a toaster, egg patties, some kind of gravy and stale biscuits. For the price we paid to stay here, we could have went to one of the larger chains and got much better accommodations.

If your a millionaire you wont like but if your a average family wanting a bargan this is the place, I will stay here everytime I come to branson. Staff super friendly rooms clean good location.

You only get what you pay for. My Wife and visited Branson once before five years ago and stayed at a motel near the Moon River Theater; of course It was much superior to Four Seasons. It was my Wife who picked the Four Seasons as we drove through Branson due to its "quaint" appearance. For the price, it was adequate for a few days stay to take in some of the shows, but definately not as described by the owner/management. Like Branson itself with its shoddy, made in China souvenirs and almost empty shows, the Four Seasons with its empty rooms seem to be a harbinger for both motel and town, they appear to be dying. When Andy Williams goes, so will go Branson.

We stayed here a cuple of times. We had the king size room with the jaquzzi in the room. It was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend to everyone.
