The homestead Motel is the only place we stay. Its always very clean. And the people that run it are very nice and helpful.

The owners were super friendly and clean rooms we enjoyed our stay there.

In the past 4 years we have stayed 7 times! No carpet means less germs and no funny smells. The owners are amazing to work with. They go out of their way to stop and chat and make sure we have everything we need during our stay. Super clean room and bathroom everytime! The pool is always clean and ready for guests. I felt very safe staying there with my young daughter. We love that it is family owned and operated! Their cancellation policy is very detailed and clearly stated in a conformation email from the owners. Can't wait to come back!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Rooms were extra clean, beds were very comfortable, very quiet place. Had an issue with my card and they worked with me on it not only that we had an issue come up and had to move to the next weekend and it was no problem! Thank you very much for helping us have a wonderful weekend, definitely staying at Homestead Motel again!

Very clean facility. The owners are fantastic and a hoot to talk to. And family friendly (we have 7 month, 2, and 7 year old) we felt welcomed and will definitely be back next year! I highly recommend!

We were a family of 7 on vacation. The owners were more like friends. Best part was pool didn't close as long as the kids were mindful and weren't too loud they were able to swim and play. I'm sure we will be going back to the homestead in the future! thanks guys!

We were fortunate to get two rooms last minute for the weekend at Homestead and the owners were very accommodating. The rooms were super clean, the beds were very comfortable and the AC was fantastic, which was good since it hovered around 95° the whole time we were there. They also had a pool which was clean… you could swim at any time, but the only thing I would recommend is more lighting by the pool for night swims. …

Great rooms. Clean. Outdoor pool. The friendliest people you will ever meet own this place. Pet friendly:). Can't beat the price. Big chain places have nothing on this joint!

We absolutely loved our stay. Wonderful little mom & pop motel that is clean, friendly, affordable, and super close to all the fun Branson has to offer. They also capture the homestead feeling with their property. My kids enjoyed the chickens, dogs, ducks, and bees. The rooms are super clean, homey, and comfortable. The staff is amazing. The pool was fun. Our family just really enjoyed ourselves and we highly recommend this motel. Can’t wait to come back!

Not bad for price. Owners were exceptionally pleasant. Only complaint is that while out, a comic book I purchased for my collection came up missing. Stayed during Christmas. Conveniently located to activities. Apparently, my review was misunderstood by owners. I said they were exceptionally pleasant, which is a compliment, and part of the original review I wrote appeared to be missing from above. I had written that I did not report the missing book to front office. My decision. However, it did disappeared while we wete out. My only request was for rooms to be on first floor, adjoining if possible, or side by side because of disabilities that included mobility impaired and visually impaired. We were pleased with how you accommodated us, and had recommended your motel to some family members and friends to consider your motel for their visit to Branson. No regrets for doing that. We did otherwise, enjoy our stay at your motel BECAUSE the you both were pleasant and, again, your establishment was conveniently located as stated above. I appreciate the phone call, but not your response. Have a blessed day.

The lady (I don’t remember her name but I think she was the owner) at the front desk was wonderful. We were a late check in and a party of seven so I called when I got off work to let her know when we may arrive. She told me she would put extra towels, toilet tissue and wash cloths in our room for us and did. She even opened the office door for me and greeted me with a warm smile and told me she was glad we made it safely. She really made me feel like a friend not just a customer. As for the motel, our room was very clean, we had plenty of room for 7 females ranging from age 7 to 44. I know some of you that read this will appreciate what I am about say: I am 5’8 and in the past I had to squat down or face the water and hold my head down which I dislike doing while taking a shower even at some ritzy places we have stayed at before. The shower head was placed perfectly so I could comfortably stand under the water to rinse my hair. I can’t guarantee it would be for someone over 6ft but the shower head was adjustable so you can turn it upward to rinse off. We will definitely stay there again our next trip to Branson.

I live local and whenever friends or family come to visit this is the place I recommend. I will even make the reservations for them! We used to visit Branson before we moved here and this was our Motel of choice! The owners are on site and care! Rooms are clean, pool is clean they wash ALL bedding! I've seen them in the process of "flipping" a room. Comforter and all go to the laundry room! Most places don't wash comforter every time but this place does! Its a great location on the strip so close to everything. Great place. But reserve your room because they book up!

We love to stay at the Homestead Motel. Management goes out of their way to ensure we have an enjoyable stay. They are friendly and accommodating even helping us obtain discount tickets to shows. We learn the best places to eat and the best entertainment. I won't stay anywhere else in Branson!

I needed to be in Branson for one month and found Homestead Motel. I was impressed with the friendliest of the owners and staff. The owners made me feel like family. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect for me as I needed easy access to Cox Medical Center. I would recommend Homestead Motel to anyone wanting to stay one night or long term. This Chritian family made a tough situation so much easier for me. I highly recommend Homestead Motel in Branson, MO.

We have not stayed here yet, but needed help with a flat tire and they were more than willing to help us out! So friendly and very kind. We will be sure to stay here the next time we are in Branson! Thank you again for your help.

This is a quaite little place that offers a great place to stay for a good rate… The owners where very attentive to our needs and went beyond. I would stay there again. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms clean.

Located at Branson, MO, the Homestead motel was a great location for me and 4 friends to vacation for a few days, located in a good area and staffed with friendly and helpful individuals, as well as not being super expensive compared to a hotel. Would recommend to someone looking for a place to stay.

There were 6 of us staying in a room at the Homestead Motel for 5 nights (July 7-12, 2017). The room was clean, spacious, the A/C worked well, the pool was clean, refreshing, and well lit. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but the owners are extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating, and attentive. They cater to your needs well and make it a very pleasant and nice experience. The rooms are nice and the bathroom was a good size (not tiny like a lot of places). I felt very safe, secure, and close enough to everything, yet just outside the hopping area to make getting around a bit easier. Only two things I could even say negative about it is that the parking is a bit compact, but it is only an 11 room hotel and the fowl smell was somewhat noticeable on windier days, but we raise chickens and have a farm, so it wasn't a big deal. Certainly wasn't overwhelming or even all that noticeable. Brian and Mica (the owners) are so kind, friendly, and treat their clients with great care and honesty. ALSO, They run it ALL themselves! Great American owned, operated, and proud hotel! :-) Thank you both so much for such a wonderful stay and your help in making our anniversary trip AMAZING! Look forward to coming back and staying again. P. S. We hope Gracie has a fabulous 11th birthday. After reading several reviews for this motel, it was decided that this would be the motel of choice for my son and I during our one night stay in Branson. The way that the owner passionately defended his property against absurd reviews convinced me that the motel must be clean and reputable, otherwise he'd be taking quite a risk in making such statements. Gladly, my assumptions were right. It was a great choice! The owners were kind and helpful, and most importantly the room was very clean and in excellent condition. I especially loved that the floors weren't carpeted, because unlike other motels, it eliminated my worries of what may be lurking in the carpet. Also, because the motel is located at the beginning of the strip, it is perfect for getting into and out of Branson quickly without having to deal with the traffic. We will certainly be back. In fact, I've already recommended this motel to my family for our next Branson reunion. Thank you for a great night stay!

My whole family stayed here and we all were very pleased with the motel. We all really like that the floor didn't have carpet. The owners are very nice and great people. We will be back to stay again when we come to Branson.

Stayed here on a weekend girls get away in Brandon, MO. Room was a little dated but very clean and service was above excellent. I'm so allergic to cigerate smoke and so many laundry detergents. No cigarette smells at all and my sheets were not itchy. We had called several times before our stay and she was so nice and accomidating. We have found our home away from home for our yearly visits there. Would deffinately recommend it…

Homestead motel more like the hill billy inn. Me and my family found this hill billy place on expedia and we found a room that sleeps 8 ppl. When we got there there was only one bed. We told the front desk, they said we don't care how many ppl u have u can sleep on the floor. My grandma refused and they kicked us out. and called the police. P. S they also have chickens and turkeys. If u r looking on getting this hill billy inn well don't cause it will ruin ur vacation. We had to drive threw the night to find another hotel to sleep for the night.

A portion of the bathroom ceiling fell in on me as I was taking a shower. Front desk said they would come fix it when we checked out. They never offered to compensate for the nasty moldy ceiling falling on me. Also, wear shoes in the room as the carpet is nasty sticky. Other than that it is worth $20 per night.
