Floor had some places where you could feel bolts underneath the carpet.

Only 3 stars because the owner is nice. In a bad part of town though and looks run down on the outside. The pool is filled in with dirt… The pet fees and room rates were very cheap, close to base, has free cable and Wi-Fi, the owner does walk the grounds to make sure everything is ok too. The beds were a twin size I think. It would be a great little hotel with some tlc and updates.

Bed bugs! Pissed me off had to treat all my belongings paid two nights in advance through reservations. They would only give me my money back for one night. Then tried to act like it was my fault. Took her to the room and showed her she found two more.

We booked the room before we left off of Expedia. 89 bucks for two nights. I was lying in bed eating Waffle House breakfast and a bed bug crawled across the covers right in front of me. I grabbed a napkin a picked it up showed it to my husband, he takes it to the front desk. The lady comes back with him and we pull the covers back and find two more. I started packing up my things. He only gave me back the money for my second night. I didn't argue just took my money and left.

Nice owners and the room was clean, upgraded bathrooms. Did a good check for bugs and everything was clean. Awesome.

When I pulled up I thought cheap is not always better… However when I went into my room it's was nice… Hardwood, floors, big comfy bed, fluffy pillows and nice bathroom… I knew I got a fridge and microwave but disappointed with no coffee maker… The room was good for me and granddaughter since we wouldn't be here much except to sleep… I wouldn't recommend this for a family expecting things to do at the hotel. You get exactly what you pay for. The owner was very nice. They offer smoking and non smoking rooms. Waffle house just across parking lot, gas station right on corner. Don't let the outside scare you away… Very quiet night!

Not overly priced, but the room was clean and we had everything we needed for the night. Great location too, it's not far from the Fort Leonard Wood main gate.

Stayed here many times while visiting my husband in AIT, because as often as I came up we needed something low budget. The room was always very clean, and fresh. I had also left items in the dresser and thankfully they put it aside for me when I returned for my next stay. Staff is very friendly as well.

We needed an affordable, warm, and clean place to stay for the night and they delivered! Beds were king sized and comfortable, staff was friendly. Free Wi-Fi, microwaves, mini fridges, and large tv's in each room. Would stay again!

Well I was a bit out of character e. G cranky coming in at 4 in the morning and while I was a tad rude, the young man at the front desk was more than accommodating. As a matter of fact he even came around to the outside area where I was parked to make sure that I found the stairs to my accommodations; It was 5 degrees outside. He then proceeded to offer to carry my bag upstairs. AND, while they typically do not allow for late checkout after 11 he gave me a 12 check out. The room was nicer than expected especially for no more than it cost. It was very clean very modern and it even had two sinks and two separate vanities one inside the bathroom and one outside enabling two individuals to get ready at the same time. The only negative I found was that the lights between the two beds did not come on for whatever reason I'm assuming it was electrical not the bulbs. Oh and I forgot to mention for an extra $1.50 you could utilize the safe that was in the room.

I stayed here in september for my fiances graduation from basic training in fort leonard wood this place was great, awesome manager how although looks mean surely isnt. I had to leave due to some complications so I checked out 1 day early at 1 am and he refunded me the night! Awesome! Its a little humid in the rooms but a great price and I felt safe here with my q year old. Definitely would stay again.

Cockroaches, smoking room had burn holes on the blankets. Grout coming up in the bathroom. Warm water, don't expect a hot shower. I felt disrespected as a smoker.

Really not a bad place for the price! Clean. Four pillows. Room smelled clean and was very clean. New ac/fan/heater. Small fridge. Microwave. Huge television. Updated bathroom and non stained tub! I stayed here for a week in October and recently came back for two night stay. Cleaning people and front desk were very kind too!

Really nice place, great price. Microwave and fridge were nice. Very clean room. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend to anyone traveling through the area. Many eating establishments nearby, even within walking distance.

Definitely get what you pay for at $40/night. But the Wi-Fi is good so that's a plus. I also wanted to try out the pool only to find out it was converted to a flower bed of weeds.

After reservations were refused for 1st hotel I booked 2 rooms here. Was supposed to be up at 5 am. But was unable to sleep from 1230 til 0330. Due to neighbor in room 115 chanting or something very loudly. Phone in room did not work. The issue with other renter not hotels fault phone not working was. Seems like the lady lives there. Ridiculous to keep patrons up this late.

I had a large family which made the rooms seem small. But without them, the rooms are fairly large. There is also plenty of parking spaces. The pool is filled with dirt which I thought was very disappointing. Room service was also fairly well.

Surprisingly wonderful. Non-American owned but doubt let that stop you! Excellent service, beautifully cleaned room, microwave, refrigerator, king size NEW bed, CLEAN BATHROOM, large HD TV… bottom line I was SO impressed. All you "mature" adults like me, the price is perfect! ONLY thing, put the bath mat INSIDE THE TUB. It was slick and scary, so for him we did that and it was fine. 5 stars.

1st — The locking mechanism on the door is broken. You have to insert the key multiple times before it even opens. 2nd — The electrical wiring is going to cause a fire. I plugged in just my charging cord and it almost zapped me. There was a loud pop and my cord got fried/burnt. 3rd — Only 2/5 of the light fixtures work. The room is very dark and dank with a bad smell And finally, I'm pretty sure there's bed bugs. My body was ate up when I left.

This place is great if you don't mind black mold in the bathrooms, bed bugs, a/c units and mini fridges that barely work and don't make anything cold, having to have 2 whole rooms between you and your children, or seeing men sitting outside their rooms in nothing but their underwear asking you how your doing! Oh, and forget going swimming in the pool! It's been filled in with dirt and turned into a garden… horrible experience!

While the room had a musty odor, it was cheap. The dirty socks behind the bathroom door went into the trash, but the rate was low. The room was crowded with furniture; definitely not a place to just hang out. Frig worked and the AC/heater had modern digital controls. Bottom line, this is a cheap motel.

Strongly do not recommend! Staff was unfriendly and did not care what's so ever that we were unhappy with our stay. If you have a pet they will allow at an extra charge. Well we have a bigger dog and charged us more than what they said they'd charge. Ha. Secondly they wouldn't have housekeeping come because we had a damn dog. Pathetic. We had to go all the way to the front just to get new sheets and such and then they made us walk to the laundry room to get them. Didn't treat us like we were guests. Will never return to this motel. It's unfriendly, dirty, not all lights work etc. Only good thing it's cheap. Y'all can find other reasonably priced motels far better than this one!

Clean on the inside dont let the shell of the building. Vary affordable.

Great rooms, clean & comfy! updated bathrooms were really nice too! Recommend for sure! Only thing was bed could use more pillows!

Stayed there for 3 months and I had to check out couldn't afford it anymore and we have 2 kids and they always put drug dealers next door to us and I had asked them not to considering I had kids, a little consideration would of been appreciated, specially spending almost 3000 grand there in cash. It's very scary when you hear a knock and it next room and there 5 police officers standing there and come to find out it was a drug dealer staying next door no wonder why heard them all night and door slamming all night. And it happened more than once.

We came thru from texas… for the price we didn't expect it to be anymore then a place to lay our heads we was fairly surprised the room was clean it didn't have that nasty motel room smell the staff was very nice management went out of his way to give us a wake up call since out phone didn't ring thru thank you budget inn for giving us a good experience.

We didn't even stay at the location and they charged our bank account. We booked it online and when we were traveling on our way up, we tried to contact the hotel for 3 hours straight and not one person answered the phone so we decided to stay somewhere else since it stated when we booked it, you only pay when you arrive. Well, they charged us even though we never arrived. When we spoke with the hotel they told us we had to contact the website to get our refund. When we spoke with the website, they stated that they don't charge us that the hotel charges us. This has gone on back and forth several times now. The website even confirmed that they have ussited as not shown, the hotel gave me the reservation cancelation #. So why did they still charge us and why can't we get it refunded?! This absolutely RIDICULOUS and now possibly interfering with our funds we set aside for our 20 hour drive back home! Way to ruin a happy time as we try celebrate our son's graduation from boot camp Budget Inn, turning something simple into a complete debacle!

Nice rooms, great for the price.
