Some of the staff was nice (only reason they got one star) Drove 6hours to get there for the worst experience I have ever had! The pool was green! The a. C. In our first room didn't work so had to be switched rooms and got charged for both rooms our entire stay! TWICE! The bathroom was dirty when we got there. (used soap still in shower, hair in the tub & on toilet) Vending and ice machines were broken Rooms smelled like dog feces!

The people who run this place day and night are amazing folks. Clean comfortable flexible staff. Had a great place for bride to be to walk down "isle" and have her groom waiting for her before heading down to courthouse. I would only stay at this hotel visiting again. Value is amazing. Loved seeing staff reading a bible when not busy. Glad to see god continues to grow troops.

Made the reservation online. Check in was enjoyable because the front desk clerk was very friendly. Rooms were updated and clean. Hotel was close to everything in the area. Very happy with the entire experience. Thank you.

Rooms are clean, customer service is great!, staff is awesome. Im sad this will be my last time visiting fort Leonard wood but if I ever come back I will come back here!

It was an older Motel but everything was good except the door lock was starting to come apart. The service there was very professional.

Room was clean and in order. Tv worked ok. Shower was great plenty of warm water. Staff in lobby were friendly and helpful.

Would give it less than ONE STAR if possible. Was told 50 dollars for one person, ended up being charged TWICE, 50 and an extra 15.00, for a Thursday night, checked in at 3:00 AM and checked out at 11:30AM, and touched nothing except a couple towels. So quite expensive. Esp considering the condition of the room, stained up shower, dirt and grime in crevices, hair on the pillows and sheets. Don't stay here if you have any kind of standards.

Great value. The room was squeaky clean, the bed linens were crisp and the bathroom was also in perfect order. A set of rusty stairs In the parking lot masks this excellent lodging value.

Did not stay the second night. Bathtub backed up during showers. Cigarette burns in bathtub in non smoking riom and smelled. Do not stay it was awful!

Super clean rooms and very friendly staff. Close to the Army base and conveniently located. I would recommend this to anyone.

The rooms are very clean, complimentary breakfast is very good, and ease of access to things nearby. For those Starbucks lovers, you can walk across the street to one for your morning cup of caffeine!

Room very clean, left money as tip and maids are so honest they didn't even take it, had to leave note but good breakfast too.

I travelled over 12 hours to arrive here, and as I was running late I called to ensure I would still have a room. They were polite, courteous and reassuring … making me feel much better that all would be well when I arrived. You can't beat the price, and prices change as events in the area change, so make your reservations early, when prices are at an all time low. You get a good deal for the money here at Econo Lodge!

Advertising pool! You should see the swamp in the parking lot! Mind you it's 97° outside and we drove all the way from Michigan today. Also ice machine is broken. They didn't turn on the air prior to our arrival, they gave us a disgusting dirty fan with someone else's hair bowing in the breeze! So we went to Walmart and bought a $26 fan to stay cool the 3 nights we are gonna be here! What a f ing joke!

Smaller hotel room than average but very nice and clean for the price. All the amenities we need. Front desk clerk is very nice.

Overall had a nice location (the reason why I picked this certain hotel) but after I'd settled down for the night i'd felt this itchy sensation like somethign was crawling on me, I soon found out that there WAS BED BUGS ALL OVER THE BED! It was just a frustrating experience that could've been avoided if the hotel staff had some decent hygiene!

Slept well! The only thing that I think that needs to happen is the carpet needs to be cleaned. Walked around barefoot and my feet were pretty dirty. Overall everything else was great.

DO NOT GO! I found BED-BUGS, asked to switch rooms because every hotel around me was booked and it was 10PM. The second room had roaches. I was utterly annoyed and pissed because that is nasty and I had my baby with me. Do not go!

Good Econo Lodge. Easy to find directly off the highway on a frontage street. Desk clerk was very friendly. The room was clean with a decent TV, mini-fridge, iron and full sized ironing board. The bed could have been more comfortable but definitely adequate with clean sheets and comforter. Not many convenient outlets. Check out process was equally as smooth as the check in process. The price of around sixty bucks seemed appropriate.

It was a very quiet place, so I was able to get great sleep before my trip.

We stayed in the Whirlpool Room. The bathroom looked like it had recently been remodeled however the main room didn't look that way. 32" flat screen but had to go to office to get a remote because ours was missing.

This place has bed bugs photos to prove it. Their consolation was $20 to wash our clothes, a discount on our bedbug room and moved to another room. Complete bullshit. Forgot to add I went back into the bed bug room and they had it all made up ready to sell it to the next victim without even changing the sheets.

The front desk girl we dealt with the most was amazing. Maybe she was from Hawaii. She was always smiling and chatty. We had beds made daily and clean towels. Needs were comfy for being hotel beds. The breakfast was good. It was prime location to our needs. Great quick drive to our from Fort Leonard Wood.

I booked a room at this location in order to attend my sons graduation from basic training. I was given a handicapped/smoking room; I am neither. On top of that, the room was at the far end of the motel though I noticed most of the cars parked outside were towards the middle. The room smelled of stale smoke, I killed 3 bugs, and the heavy cobwebs in the bathroom as well as on the chair was the last straw. I requested a better room and was advised that he could put me in a non-smoking room closer in. Why this wasn't done from the start is beyond me because I never requested a smokers room and because I was alone, you'd think that he would put me closer in anyway. The new room looked like an upgrade though I suspect most of the rooms looked like this one and the previous is reserved for who knows who. The bed style was newer, up to date linens, and an executive style desk chair as opposed to an old looking bed (sunken mattress) old bed spread, and a rickety wooden chair. Should you ever have to stay here, request a room that's towards the middle of the building.

For a lower priced motel it was pretty good. The exterior is older but well maintained, & the inside was nice & clean. The beds were really comfy with good sheets. That matters to me. Water pressure was ok. Pool was not open because it was not officially summer yet, but since it faced a major road I would not have been comfortable swimming anyway. No coffee pot in the room, but there was ALWAYS coffee in the lobby, & a good sized selection on the continental breakfast. Hotel staff was polite & courteous. It was right next door to a gas station & a waffle house. I would stay there again.

The rooms were nice and clean, extremely friendly staff, great location for FLW Army base, shopping, dining and a water park with in minutes of this hotel. Staff was very professional and helpful with anything we needed. No loud or disruptive guest in the parking area. Coffee was avaliable at all times, and the free breakfast was a bonus. Highly recommended.
