The staff was very attentive and helpful. The location is very close to Route 66. This was a very enjoyable stay.

The room was very clean and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and checkin was a breeze! We were late checking in being we got stuck behind a bad accident for 3 hours and the staff was very understanding about it! The hotel was right off the interstate but not allot of noise like you would expect. Nothing within walking distance except a gas station and a restaurant, but other than that it was a great place to stay!

The rate we paid was good and overall the hotel and our room was clean. We had 3 issues 1) stains on 2 of the bath towels. 2) electrical tape on the plug for the hair dryer, had trouble getting it to work 3) had trouble with the bathroom fan, seemed to have a short in the switch.

Very clean, nice friendly staff and a good selection of breakfast items. Cool pancake machine!

Not a bad place to stay. Conveniently located just off the highway. Staff was friendly and offered information about the area. Comfortable bed, quiet room, good place to sleep. Not a lot to do within walking distance but we were only there for one night. Breakfast was good, eggs weren't runny as others have said. If I'm ever in the area I will stay here again.

Guys I have to take a quick moment to give a HUGE shout out to Bob and his family at Best Western Montis Inn located in St Robert Mo. I arrived there last night/this morning and as always they greeted me with a warm smile and a wonderful "good morning" (I stay with them 2 nights a week, every week). As the day went on it became necessary for me to go to the Verizon store because I couldn't access my phone (it was locked and I couldn't unlock it). As you can guess I couldn't take Uber because I couldn't access my phone, Bob had his son take me to Verizon, sit with me while they worked on my phone and then took me back to the hotel. I have stayed at over 100 hotels worldwide between vacations and travelling for work and by far these guys are the best when it comes to customer service. If you are ever in St. Robert or near Fort Leonard Wood please stay at the Best Western Montis Inn — tell Bob Jake From Sygma sent you and I promise he will take care of you. I always look forward to his asking "how are you doing my friend? " They are a great family.

Good price and very clean rooms. The bathroom and the tub impeccable! Recommended at 100%.

For a privately owned Best Western this is probably one of the nicest ones I've ever been at. 4 years and counting and every time I come back the place improves. Owners are super friendly, service is excellent, and the breakfast is a lot more than simply complementary.

Best motel value in a long time. Very clean, fast check in, friendly service. Will probably make this a regular stop.

Clean basic motel room. Eggs were too runny for my personal taste but other food items were delish. Fruit bowl available all day. Room was well kept, quiet, convenient.

Good clean rooms. Very quiet. The beds weren't very comfortable.

Nice location. Conveniently easy access to freeway. About 2 miles away from Ft Leonard Wood Main Gate.

My second visit in a couple months which means the first visit went well. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are very clean, bed was comfortable and I can park my truck in the back. Prices are very reasonable. Haven't had a chance to try the breakfast yet (in a hurry) but the coffee was pretty good. Good Wi-Fi connection and the cable works fine.

As a child, I was taught that if you did not have anything nice to say about someone or something then, you should say nothing. Given that, I will say nothing!

My husband is a Truck Driver, The weather was not looking to good with Ice so we decided to stop here. And they had parking. Bwe definitely will stay here again staff was very nice and they had a great Breakfast.

The hotel was conveniently located, extremely well priced, and very clean and quiet. Room decor is a tad dated, but the internet and TV both worked great. We would stay again.

Right off the highway, rooms were clean. Our stay was in and out so no interaction with anyone but front desk. Front desk was polite and fast.

Definitely would recommend this place to other families who’s there for Army graduation. Place was clean, comfortable beds, friendly & helpful staff, felt safe. Didn’t try the continental breakfast though. Was worth the price!

Basic motel but above average condition. Very pleasant stay.

Nice place. Very clean. Has been recently renovated. Kind of off the beaten track but close to town. Left room today to view solar eclispe. When we returned to our room I went into the refrigerator to feed my dog her steak we got her last night at the restruant we ate at. The steak was gone and the two bags of fudge and chocolates were mixed together into one. Also I do believe the went through our suitcase as well. Not to happy right now with this place.

This place was terrible. No fridge or microwave. Not even in the office area. Expensive and. Pool is green.

This is just a clean hotel to place your head down for the night. The bed was comfortable, small bathroom but clean, and the room didn't smell. The room was smaller than the size portrayed in the sites images. They offer a hot breakfast but the eggs were watery and the biscuits were hard.

Awesome place to stay. Staff is very kind and helpful. Bed is comfy and even the pillows were comfy.

We had a quick stay here, got in late, left in the morning. The room was decent and what we expected. The only thing I didn't like was the free breakfast. The eggs and sausage were gross but it is free breakfast.

Beat Western is the only hotel chain we stay at. We have always had great service. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. Missed my decaf coffee this morning though. Made one in the room, but it doesn't taste as good.

Rooms needed updated room smokey they have continental breakfast but restaurant next door serves breakfast and lunch.

Manger/owner was fantastic. Voluntarily offered a wakeup call, and an amazing restaurant to eat. Room was clean. Fantastoc bed. Breakfast was great. However, I am not a fan of sausage links. I would highly recommend this hotel. Awesome Wi-Fi.

Old run down, nasty pool, each room got one complimentary fly swater when you clearly needed two. Breakfast buffet disgusting.

The room was nice, recently renovated. Building exterior was being renovated. Pool needed attention but may have been party due to the outside renovations.

Rooms were clean, staff was professional and curtious. The breakfast was hot and far more delicious than any other hotel breakfast I've experienced. The pool was clean and not too deep for my 4 year old to swim in. Room rates were also reasonable and it was only about 10 minutes from base. If you have a loved one graduting from Fort Leonard Wood I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean. The management was corteous. The room was reasonably priced. My grandson loves the pancake machine at breakfast. It was a pleasant stay.

Ok hotel for a one night stay. Room was fine but I personally don't like room doors open to the outside.

Ft. Leonard Wood Graduation, near to the fort, near of Walmart, near of shopping, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, very nice staff. Definitely will recommended.

Was definitely a smell of cigarette smoke in my non smoking room. They offered to change my room to a different room to compensate for it. Room was clean, otherwise, and the free breakfast was a nice surprise.

Pretty good, comfortable bed, quiet room, safe parking for our bobtail rig. The only thing that I didn't like was the steep drive pulling into the parking lot, other than that the management handled everything we needed and the breakfast was good.

Because it is right off the highway, there was a lot of road noise but it was expected. The room was pretty clean, water pressure was a little less than I like bit it did the job. Over all it was about what I expected and a decent deal for the price.

When we checked the lady that checked us in was great. It all went down hill from there. My daughter was to have surgery at Fort Leonard Wood Hospital the following morning. So, we went to eat the night we checked in and bought extra food, about 60 dollars worth for the ride home so we would have to stop while my daughter was in pain. We got up in the morning and was at the hospital by 6 am. We left the food and a bag of personal items in the room and was going to check out just before 11a. M. Just in case things didn't go well and we had to stay another night. When she out of surgery and we knew we would be going home my husband went to check us out. It was about 945 or 10 am. When he got to the room the keys didn't work, went in office and the manager let him in room but never once said they had checked us out already. The bag of personal items and all the food was gone. My husband went to the office to complain that is when the manager tried to give him 30 dollars for all of our stuff missing, which was refused. When we got home and settled I contacted best western Corp. Offices and filed a complaint. They said I had to talk to the hotel manager… so I did. He was rude, talked down to me and talked to me like I was stupid. He desperately tried to convince me that my husband took the 30 dollars and that there was no bag in the room. He also stated that they checked us out because our car wasn't in the parking lot… seriously?

If the faucet does not work properly, does not close the plugs in the sink and you do not have a fixed stand in the bathtub when showering, because the tub has no fixed support on the floor and the socket in the bathroom does not give electricity for the coffee machine, then even a star is already too much. But the air conditioning works.

No. Just no. Clerk gave us a face because we wanted to look at the rooms first. After we set everything up, we headed out to dinner. As soon as I moved the pillows to lay down, THERE WAS A HAIR! So I asked if I could have clean sheets and they told me no because they didn't have housekeeping overnight. That they could move me to a different room. So we all went again to look at the bed at another room. THERE WAS A HAIR AGAIN! I had the clerk look at it and I asked if they were other rooms. Her reply: Well I can't have you going around tearing up the rooms apart. At that point I about just had it and I asked for my money back. Drove five minutes up the road to Holiday Inn.

Traveling to California, came across this BW off Interstate 44 at 1030pm. Needed a bed, shower, and free brkfast. All needs met. A 3 1/2 * out of 5*. Fast food restaurants up one off I44 ramp to the West. Would visit again. Breakfast choices were delicious. A 4* out of 5*.

Not sure which hotel everyone else stayed at, but this place is a dump! We chose this stop based on the reviews, which are completely inaccurate. Luckily, I am a BW Rewards member, which got us this stay for free. I called ahead to see if there were any pet friendly rooms available, as the website says limited availability. The woman who answered was difficult to understand through her thick accent, and extremely rude! There was clearly a language barrier and she was not understanding my question. When I mentioned my rewards points, she started freaking out about giving away free rooms when her manager isn't there. Regardless, My husband and I had driven 16 hours and needed a place to stay, so I booked online with my points. First of all, we booked a king room and they gave us a double, which isn't a huge deal, just not what we reserved. The sheets, carpet, and curtains were all stained. The shower had some weird smudges on the walls, the chairs in the room were all ripped and looked like they were about 30 years old. In fact, my husband put a towel over the seat before he would sit on it! When my husband got out of the shower he said, "it's pretty gross in there. Just don't touch anything. " And he is no sissy man! I decided not to shower, being that we would probably be dirtier after staying in this room. Stay at your own risk. Definitely not worth paying $75/night! If you're dying for a bed and have a free BW stay lined up, it'll do, but prepare to feel skeezy!

Clean, updated with fridge, coffee, etc. Nice staff, good basic breakfast including waffles! Have added this hotel to my list of regular places to stay.

Room was nice and ready when we got there, no touch-ups. The pool lacked a bit on cleanliness and the morning manager, presumably the owner or manager, seemed displeased that anyone was there. The continental breakfast was not bad, but there was not enough seating and people were having to leave the eating area to get seating elsewhere. Decent room, though, and they did help with an extra-blanket request that was fulfilled immediately. Not a bad stay.

They claim to be pet friendly, but don't accept cats. Sprung this on us out of the blue during checkout. Totally unacceptable, we had top find new accommodations after a six hundred mile drive.
