Review of Best Western Montis Inn 2*

Not sure which hotel everyone else stayed at, but this place is a dump! We chose this stop based on the reviews, which are completely inaccurate. Luckily, I am a BW Rewards member, which got us this stay for free. I called ahead to see if there were any pet friendly rooms available, as the website says limited availability. The woman who answered was difficult to understand through her thick accent, and extremely rude! There was clearly a language barrier and she was not understanding my question. When I mentioned my rewards points, she started freaking out about giving away free rooms when her manager isn't there. Regardless, My husband and I had driven 16 hours and needed a place to stay, so I booked online with my points. First of all, we booked a king room and they gave us a double, which isn't a huge deal, just not what we reserved. The sheets, carpet, and curtains were all stained. The shower had some weird smudges on the walls, the chairs in the room were all ripped and looked like they were about 30 years old. In fact, my husband put a towel over the seat before he would sit on it! When my husband got out of the shower he said, "it's pretty gross in there. Just don't touch anything. " And he is no sissy man! I decided not to shower, being that we would probably be dirtier after staying in this room. Stay at your own risk. Definitely not worth paying $75/night! If you're dying for a bed and have a free BW stay lined up, it'll do, but prepare to feel skeezy! We will never stay there again.
