I wasn't an overnight guests so I can't speak to the rooms. We used the conference room for a meeting and a group study session. The staff was very helpful about making the reservation and letting us use the room. It was very nice and comfortable.

The rooms are way 2 small, theres a desk in the middle of the room that takes all the space. The kitchenette is tiny and run down, theres only 2 burners. I guess it's fine if you're only gon be there for 2 days. The lady at the front desk w red hair is very rude, she won't even respond to your good morning, she shouldn't be at the front desk. There is no breakfast btw, even tho there is at the Candle woods on post. They should all be the same! Very disappointed was looking for forward 2 having breakfast there and not have 2 spend extra on food. Will not be staying there again. The beds are small too I think they are Fulls and not queens. We got a room w 2 beds, very crowded for 4 people.

A great place for a short rest. The staff was super friendly, the room was really clean. It was very quiet too, which was much appreciated as we have a skiddish dog.

This is place seems new built and very relaxing. They also have dry cleaning available and use of washers and dryers for free for guests. I was able to relax and catch up from traveling. I found this place to be a great place to relax and catch up on work.

We will be back. We stayed overnight, and attention our son's graduation at Fort Leonard Wood. The only promblem I had was with the toilet. It was a little low because I am handicap. Otherwise we was satisfied.

Staff was nice, rooms were clean, it was quiet, and close to Wal-Mart and other places in town.

Nice size rooms for single bed. Little kitchen area in room. Love that you can Sign out extra appliances if you need them.

Had a very pleasant stay the staff was very friendly, most helpful and understanding with my families needs. Highly recommend it for families, all around great experience. Staff is just absolutely amazing.

Good price, room service cleans well, and I have not had my stuff messed with or looked through. Some of my Military class mates said their stuff was messed with at the Z loft.

Hotel was great, but they double charged me for the room. They first said it was my bank, but it was their error. They didn't want to credit me back the money.

My family and I stayed at the Candlewood for graduation this past Thursday. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and have everything you would need away from home, small kitchen, a table for eating or use it as a desk if you needed to, recliner. The only thing I would complain about is, I could hear my neighbor talking on the phone, because the walls aren’t insulated enough. I would stay here again and I do recommend this place for ARMY families.

I’ve been to St Robert, MO quite a few time past few years and Candlewood is the place to stay for me. Quiet and very well kept. Staff is great and I have zero complaints this place!

This place was nice on the outside but the rooms were horrible. As soon as I walked into my room it smelled like mold and mildew. I would honestly give this place 3 stars but what topped the cake was NO BREAKFAST! Every single candlewood suites I have been to has had free breakfast and this one didn’t. Not sure why that is but next time I’m in this area I will gladly go to a different hotel under IHG and get a breakfast at same rate as this one.

Very good. Fresh fruit and coffee 24/7. Friendly staff. Room was clean and sufficient. Older building and room furnishings.

I stayed at this hotel for over 5 months, and my experience was remarkable! The manager, Marsha is a wonderful person and will go to any length to ensure everyone is happy. The hotel staff is friendly, professional, and an overall pleasure to talk to. Everyone takes pride through the attention to detail in every facet. I have been in the military for quite some time, done extensive travel and this is by far the best hotel experience I've ever had. Thank you Marsha and staff for everything! Mike White May-Oct 2016.

Up to date decor, easy to use range, dishwasher and fridge in unit. Room is super clean, bathtub is massive! Wi-Fi is fast and stable! Awesome!

1 star zero it possible. I'm a Sapphire elite Member who has been loyal to Candlewood for 160 out of 365 days this year alone. Problem 1.10 night stay confirmed for school at Ft Lenard Wood. On the 9th day in the morning, they said that they didn't have our confirmation for the 10th day. They asked that we be out of room by noon. This was a Friday and last day of school. I spoke to the manager, she said they were overbooked, had no rooms + I was not confirmed for 10 days but only 9. I Packed up everything and got out for school does not accept tardiness. When school was finished, started the drive back to Alabama. BTW I had a 10 day confirmation that I confirmed again and was paid. I have no clue where the breakdown happened at this Candle wood. Never experienced such incompetence at a Candlewood. Problem 2. Candlewood in Ft Lenard Wood is a new facility, bigger rooms, better beds, higher water pressure, pool, has FREE full breakfast and you can walk to most schools VS St. Roberts Candlewood offers free coffee and that was empty 2 mornings and 20 minute drive to school. Both are extremely clean. I recommend that anyone who can stay in the ft Lenanwood Candlewwod to do so. The employees are very kind and handle all your needs immediately. Make your reservation early, they never overbook and if you have a small dog, add 175. OO for every 5 day stay at both locations.

The most enjoyable out of my home experience. We ran into some trouble with which Candlewood we were supposed to be at and the GM helped me and my family out with it. Wonderful experience!

This property is really great especially if you happen to be visiting the Fort Leonard Wood area. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. The prices are fair, and the rooms are large. They have cooking facilities in the rooms, they have a workout area and also a place you can do laundry. If you are staying in the area for an extended amount of time I highly recommend this property.

Great hotel. Great for long term stays for TDY or contractors staying in the area. Rooms have a stove top, sink, dishwasher, and full fridge/freezer. The Lending Locker allows those staying to borrow (as they put it) "a blender or a board game. " I was impressed with the fact they have everything from a juicer to a blender to a toaster oven to a crock-pot to a fondue pot. They even had DVD players and fans for checkout. The free laundry room was also a definite plus.

Love this place, I'm there ever year and the people are so nice and clean place and very comfortable only place I will stay when am in town.

Candlewood near Fort Leonard Wood. Clean, well kept. Staff was very pleasant. Check in was very easy. Room fit the bill for my stay. Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Would stay there again. Good location.

This is a nasty hotel. There is an obvious stench when we open the door to our room. Just the smell alone makes me feel nauseous. The smell extends out into the hallway. The carpeting is stained and has little pieces of paper and debris on it. I am so disappointed we chose this hotel. Never again will I stay here. The owner and manager should be ashamed of themselves.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean! We stayed in a single queen bed room (though it looked more like a full) and it was spacious enough for our liking. The bed, sheets, and pillows were wonderful and clean! The room even had a kitchenette! They have appliances (and board games! ) for their guests to borrow if you need something that is not already provided in the room (like a blender). Their Wi-Fi is doable and also have a short ethernet cable provided in the room. The hotel doesn't have a pool or complimentary breakfast. It does have guest-accessible laundry, a small fitness area, and a business room. Overall, we were very happy with our one night stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

I stayed here for 3 and a half months. The staff Bubba, Maria, and Matt were absolutely amazing. They always helped you when needed and took the extra step to ensure they knew your name. I had my shih-Tzu with me and they adored him. The room was a nice size and I got upgraded soon after being there. One of the perks of being an IHG member. It was always clean and the gas grill came in handy many of nights. When I go back to St. Roberts I will surely stay here. It was "home away from home". Thank you for everything.

Very pet friendly! Welcomed my 4 legged kids with a doggie goody bag with treats. The room was super clean! Will stay here again. :).

Clean, friendly. Just terrific service, made it very enjoyable for extended stay. Only things missing, it doesn't offer a continental breakfast, and the Internet set up makes it difficult to connect an Xbox to watch Netflix. There is also no pool, but I've been told your allowed access to the pool in a neighboring hotel. Over all, great place to stay.
