The bar and grill was great. Been twice and had a good time.

Great food, great staff! Check ‘em out if you’re in the area.

My husband and I never suggest this place when we do the “I dunno where do you wanna go” game, and tonight I said whatever let’s just try them out. And we were so impressed, food was in large portions so we took home so much with it just being us. Typically we get an app & dessert to share when we go out, we took home over half our entrees and the appetizer and couldn’t even think about dessert. Our drinks were well made and priced reasonably compared to the other restaurants in town. Our waitress Dakota was phenomenal, very quick to bring out the drinks and was very attentive to our needs even though she was running in and outside. The atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming for a Tuesday night, not rowdy which we appreciate. We are just disappointed we didn’t try it sooner.
Honestly, the food was great, Dakota was great, and we definitely recommend!

We were lucky enough to be in town for trivia night, which was nothing but fun! The food was well-prepared and the service was amazing! I recommend this restaurant fully!

Had pizza very good, chips and salsa to hot for me.

The waitress was sweet but not trained very well. We asked for salsa & chips and which came with salsa verde no that’s not what we ordered. Then the pizza was wrong. So I get home and look at my banking & the bill was wrong it was way high. I understand we were drinking and eating but if you take advantage of people drinking & having a good time in there future you won’t be very busy. I feel for the owners so I called joe bartender/cook/bar manager/restaurant manager Joe who is rude and egotistical told me they fired a lot of people he’s doing it all. Well joe if you want to be a boss take a class on delegating Yes I understand the times we are in “Covid “. But I was at your restaurant/bar. I also saw there were 5 tables on 1 side & 1 table outside. All I can say is training
When I called about bill joe you did refund the mistake of automatic tip but I just wanted and explanation of being charged for doubles when all we ordered was a Bloody Mary

I even called to speak to someone & no one ever called back.

Went there Sunday, unfortunately it was pretty dead and service wasn't the best. Waited 30 min for my coffee : (Tab was around $30. Left a $10 cash tip cause I work food & bev and always tip well… pd w my credit card and they added a tip on my card as well. The same exact thing happened to the other people I was with. There tab was $160. They left $25 ish cash and pd w a CC (were charged $199) Tried to call and resolve, but was told nobody could help us for a few days. Then messaged the Manager, no response. Not sure if there's was resolved or not. Wont be Back.

I stayed here for three months and it was a fine hotel. The bed was very big and very comfortable. The shower is huge and amazing. It's incredible convenient to have a washer and dryer right there in the room! The kitchen is great although I wish it had a toaster. Because it's extended stay house keeping is only once a week and I wish it was a little more frequent. My only complaint with the room is that it is actually not that comfortable. It has hard floors thoughtout and no rugs or carpet. The chair is not great so the only place to really be comfortable is the bed. However it is an awesome bed. Be aware the restaurant gets pretty loud on Thursday and weekend nights. You can often hear it from your room and they go pretty late sometime. The restaurant itself it's that great. It was kind of experience and the food was always just ok. All in all though it's a very nice place to stay for an extended period.

Bartender was rude, forced us to move from bar even though they weren't busy. Margaritas were decent, burger wasn't very good. Just small things that started to build up.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable for long term stays. The gym is small but good enough for most everything I need. The restaurant has surprisingly good breakfast and reasonably priced dinner options. My only complaint is that my dryer doesn't work. Neither does the dryer of my colleague in another room so this may be an issue here. Other than that it's not a bad stay.

Very nice rooms. The bed is super comfortable though there is a need for more pillows. Close to everything and has a pretty decent gym. Also has a bar and restuarant.

Was not much to choose from the food menu because they did away with the old menu. The first alcohlic drink I chose was too sweet so I sent it back. The waitress was nice about it and brought me some wine of my choice instead. The environment was nice, the wings and cheese fries I ordered were good. I just wish there was more on the menu and drinks menu to choose from. Overall… I enjoyed my time there.

I was here for 10 days. Breakfast is delicious and they offer variety. The only bad thing is you do not w earn points or nothing if you stay here but the rooms are clean, big and smell good. You will feel home.

•Nice hotel Gym is very nice. Staff is friendly & helpful. Housekeeping comes once a week. No pool here But u can go next door and swim. Nice rooms with a washer & dryer and dishwasher. And I love the shelves in the bathroom for your belongings Def would recommend this hotel! Also, convenient location. Right by Starbucks! & Close to base •Only Con — the TV channels. Missing main channels. Mtv, Freeform, etc. & our floor is very dirty, cant go barefoot or our feet get black.

The service was horrible and somebody broke into my room and money was stolen and never replaced.

I had several issues yesterday. Internet signal was weak, washer/dryer combo did not dry my clothes, and my lights kept flashing. I called the front desk and spoke to Megan about the issues. She took care of everything by documenting the issues and she apologized for the inconveniences. She went further by drying my clothes for me and placing them neatly folded in a bag. I highly recommend this place. First class!

One of the best hotels in this area! Great service and the attached bar is so good that people come from all over the area to enjoy drinks.

Not quite what we expected. Little things added up to disappointment: there were muddy foot prints in the room when we arrived; the dishes in the kitchen were mismatched plastic and stained; there was one tiny bar of soap in the bathroom; the owner frequently parked right in front of the lobby door; the maid didn't clean the kitchen on the one room service day of our stay. The place is trendy and modern, the Bar & Grill is nice. But overall, not really impressed.

I was lucky enough to be given a townhome. It's so spacious and convenient. The balcony and patio make it feel like home. It's close enough to everything but out of the main roadway so it's not loud. The restaurant and gym were a stone throw away. My only issue was my hot water but I'm told that will be fixed asap.

Zloft held our office Holiday Party and made it happen without a hitch. Helped us along the way with any issues and guided us to solutions. Also accomodated to any last minute changes or requests. We appreciated the positive attitudes and helpfulness of Chef Mitchie and her staff.

Chicken tacos were gross, the chicken wings were amazing. If you take a bite you cannot get your money back… Sketchy. Will not be returning. Food is also expensive for the little you get!

Food and drinks are a bit pricey. The bartender will take care of you and if you have an off the wall drink request they'll happily oblige. I'm happy I dropped in but it is in no way a regular spot due to the price.

No toilet seat cover lid thingy. No shortage of hot water! I felt like, Rain Man! Its a good spot. Good service. I'd stay again.

Very seldom I give a place a bad rating but this place seriously has a stick up its ass. Between the server telling a customer how orders are taken, to insulting drink choices I'm surprised that it remains in buisness. Food selections easily attainable at any other restaurant in the city. Drinks are highly overpriced. Staff and servers do not treat clients with a feeling of being welcomed. Save yourself the time & money and choose a local restaurant that's welcoming.

Z loft is the place to be hands down the rooms are amazing king bed in every room great staff and the restaurant and bar are the best please in st. Roberts hands down!

Extremely dissatisfied! I will admitt they had me in the town home, so hope their regular rooms are better. Also if ur are TAD, make sure you know what lodgging they will give you because their policy states if u check out early your Per Diem goes back to normal rate. Highly recommend going to Bells: better rooms, better staff, better breakfast, closer to base, and all around a bettet stay!

It is a really nice place! The food is great. If your looking for a place to chill and get away from all the joe's, this is the place.

We had a great time at the Z loft Bar & Grill! The drinks were great although a bit pricey! Karaoke was so much fun!

The bourbon burger still tastes the same after 4 years. Definitely worth the drive and the cost! The servers and front desk staff are friendly, appetizers have a unique taste, and the atmosphere and contemporary design are relaxing.

Atmosphere was on point, the waitress I had was kind and speedy, and the food tasted very good for the price. I'll definitely be coming back.

AMAZING Room! You are given a modern studio apartment with full kitchen and washer and dryer. Huge bed and your own back deck. The staff are great and we haven't even touched on the bar and grill. Really good food and music with the option of eating outside. If you need a place to stay Z Loft should be at the top of your list. I will be looking for this hotel chain whenever I travel in the future!

The food was good overall. For an appetizer we had the loaded fries which were amazing. I had the fried chicken salad and loved it. My boyfriend had the taco salad which was mostly a bunch of shredded iceberg lettuce and some very sparse toppings. Needless to say we were less than impressed with that. Our biggest complaint was our waitress. She only had 2 tables including ours and still couldn't seem to give us the basic things required for our meal. By that I mean we were given no utensils, plates, or napkins with out appetizer. And we waited over 7 minutes after receiving our meals for her to ask if we wanted more to drink, and both were empty half way into the loaded fries. We could not even flag her down to ask for stuff because she was off inside the hotel lobby or elsewhere the entire time we were there. Overall I would have liked ZLOFT if it weren't for the horrible waitress we had.

I stayed at a hotel across from this place. The hotel we stayed at advertised that this was there grand opening which wasnt true. We get there and we grab a few drinks, sit on a couch which was the equivalence of a goodwill couch. We were told to get off due to exclusive sitting if you buy $120.00 bottle servive… I flipped. Im from Chicago. I have actively been in the nightclub scence. This truck stop wanna be hotel/nightclub insulted me by there crowd, atmosphere, and overall hospitality. For what it is unless you live here walk away. Lame, lame lame.

Wonderful staff and very clean inside and outside, they go above and beyond to satisfy the customers and guests would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Went out on a Saturday night to get some food. Waitress was awful. We ordered drinks and food at the same time. Our food came first and our drinks came about 20 minutes after the food. Asked to speak with a manager and no one came to the table. Disappointed. Don't waste your time.

Very clean and close to restaurants and shopping. Perfect for extended stays!

Awesome place. Rooms are nice and roomy. Restaurant had great food. This is the place I will stay anytime I'm in the area.

Friendly staff create a relaxing and positive environment. Food is delicious and not too expensive. Went for the Tuesday $2 margaritas special and it was great. Would definitely recommend it.

We stay at the Quality Inn right across the street quite often for work. Finally tried this place today and we were not disappointed! The club sandwich was great and the fries are awesome! They also have Ladies Night on Saturdays with $2 cocktails which was nice. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the holiday inn right in front of here for the army graduation and ate here every night. The menu is kind of limited but for the choices they give you the food is great. Highly recommend the steak it melts right in your mouth.

You couldn't find a bad thing to say about ZLoft if you tried! I'm in St. Robert for 2 months and am so glad to have classmates recommend it. The first hotel I was in was so nasty but ZLoft is so clean and modern! The room is very accommodating and I just can't get over the cleanliness of this place! I am highly recommending to everyone. They do accept government rate as long as you have orders. AMAZING place to be!

I walked into this hotel and felt like I was in Los Angeles! This place is modern and beautiful! The rooms are awesome and even have a washer/dryer and full kitchen. The shower is huge, which is nice cause hotel showers are typically very small. I tried Z Bar & Grill; the food was really good and the atmosphere is even better with a fire pit outside. Overall, I would rate this place 5 stars!
