Worst experience of my life. 3 attempts to get the room I paid for. Tried to charge $20 a night for a roller way bed when requested queen beds. Front desk didn’t inform guest that you could only go to the floor you stayed on. Got stuck in elevator and stairwell. Stairwell doors were also locked. Who goes to a hotel and can’t visit their friends on different floors. For the price no microwave or refrigerator. I will never stay there again.

I had the worst experience of my life here at their salon and spa. They said they would right their wrong. They lied about that too.

Beautiful inside and out! Very clean lots to do in Biloxi lots of casinos. Much better than Vegas. Go there one time play in the casino and get free 3 or 4 day trips in the future. Great pool and sauna too! Good restaurants.

The stuffed flounder was phenomenal! The fried and boiled shrimp were delicious! The ice cream machine was down, so no birthday treat for me 😩

Our annual visit for their Christmas Show. Always a great production! Decorations are awesome and great place to take family pictures. Hit Stalla for family dinner. Then some gambling, great team of bartenders at Video Poker bar.

It was our first time here. Beautiful hotel. No room service due to Covid but really did not mind it. Buffet was good and the staff was very friendly. Nice restaurants but the average wait was 1 hour. Pool area is fabulous. Nice stores but a little expensive.
Biggest con, the cigarette smoke was horrible!
It seems the risk of second hand smoke causing lung disease is not a major concern to this resort.
The non — smoking gambling areas are very small and less games to play.

So far everything is great service is awesome. Food good my room over look the beach im having a ball.

Very nice view of the gulf. My only wish would be the addition of a mini fridge to the rooms. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Everywhere the cleanliness and commitment to covid 19 safety measures are being observed consistently.

Haven't been here for a long time… usually do Harrah's and island view. Service was absolutely terrible. I'm it talking they are short staffed and adjusting to post covid stuff, but actual terrible service. I got maybe 2 drinks the whole night playing. Room was clean.

Very well maintained casino floor and hotel room. Big pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Friendly and courteous dealers. Great customer service.

There is no night club anymore except 875 which is really a “lounge”. The check in process is easier and faster at Hilton Garden Inn than the Beau. And trying to get a cup of coffee is an hour long ordeal. I love the Beau, but there are some things that could be better.

We’ve been flying up for several years, used to drive if limited/no flight offers. Have noticed, starting with Nov. That cost of flight has increased. Although still affordable, have gotten spoiled over the years. Is this due to level of play, or is it just an overall incremental increase across the board? Whom should I speak to about this to get satisfactory explanation? We have always enjoyed our stay at Beau, usually try to coordinate it with Shuckers games and concert o…ffers. Shout out to Lisa at the Roasted Bean — her personality and customer service is always excellent. Have booked flights for November & December at new price point (can’t miss the decorations or show), but miss the previous offers.

This is one of the nicer, albeit not newer casinos in Biloxi. They offer the usual fare of over-priced shopping, as well as a few different dining options including a steakhouse and buffet. I have not dined here,, but I will say the coffee shop is exceptional! Also, the live music venue is top notch. It is small, so there is not a bad seat, and the sound is fantastic. I highly recommend. As for the casino floor, they could probably use a larger section of table games. There is also a pretty good sized bar that offers live music throughout the week.

Very nice casino. Just need to hit something more often. Takes a long time to hit even small amounts. But when you finally do hit something it hits pretty good. I really enjoyed it and most casino's take a while to hit something. The waitresses were very good and made sure you had something to drink I liked that. They kept a close eye on people so you didn't have to look for them. Very happy with my visit.

Clearly the most like a Vegas casino resort east of Los Vegas! It has everything, except a Sports Book, but that's on the way. The rooms are spacious! South facing rooms look over the extremely large pools area, as well as the Gulf of Mexico. The Beau's atrium entrance is huge, with many trees and beautiful flowers and landscaping. Between the parking building and the atrium are shops and eateries. It's a truly beautiful casino resort that everyone should visit. It's next door to the Hard Rock Casino.

Hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. Love having a separate shower and tub. The pool is laid out nicely and up to 4 feet deep. Wonderful dining options from reasonably priced buffet to mid — range cafe to high end steakhouse. Lovely shopping area and good variety of gaming options. Biggest complaint is the cocktail service at slots. Typical wait was 20 minutes and twice the drink NEVER arrived.

My friends and I ate dinner at Stalla the other night. Food was excellent, waiter was great. We were sitting at the kitchen bar & got to watch all the chefs work their magic. It was entertaining and fun to watch what they do! Manager Michael Johnson has a wonderful staff. They all treated us great!

Very classy casino who recently changed their night club into a dueling piano war which was a nice move! Nice choices of restaurants. Beautiful landscaping out front. They take care of their place. The only ding is that they allow smoking. But I can't blame them. Half of Mississippi smokes.

The buffet I'd absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is top notch. The food was to die for and was absolutely some the best food I've ever had in my life. The lobby is grandiose and breath taking the first time you ever walk in. I was completely taken aback by it. The gaming floor is clean and really colorful and just a pleasure to be there. All of the staff I talked with was very professional and polite. Overall it's the best experience I've had at any of the casinos on the coast and I've been to them all. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who's wanting an A+ experience.

This place was amazing. You don't have to leave if you don't want to. Nice rooms to start, great restaurants, night club and excellent shops to walk around casually if you want. The pool and outside lounge area is very well spaced and really nice. Don't forget the gym which had great equipment and all the amenities you could bed for a vacation. The spa looked great even though I did not check it out. Overall the hospitality was excellent and will highly recommend this to anyone. The golf course will be next in my list but when I return as I heard nothing but great reviews on that too. Oh yeah, gambling and free drinks! All the way, I'll be back.

This is like a Luxury Casino that you would find in Las Vegas. It literally has something for everyone. A large Casino with any kind of card game, slot machine, and video poker just to name a few. It has five restaurants so whether you're in the mood for something casual, an amazing Buffet or something a little more fancy Beau Rivage has everything you're looking for. This Spa is second to none and the pool area is immaculate. I stayed in one of the Penthouse Suites and it was one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. It also has a great selection of shops where you can spend any money you happen to win or you can shop before you gamble your money away! Beau Rivage is probably my favorite Casino and believe me I've been to almost all of them in Vegas, Louisiana, and Atlantic City. I highly recommend Beau Rivage to anyone who is looking for a new favorite place to gamble, relax, dine or shop. It's a great place to get away for the weekend a guaranteed Unforgettable experience.

I am so offended by the way security and shops treated my family. I had to fly out to Nevada last minute to drive my dad home who was just diagnosed with cancer. We didn’t have our best attire on but went to their shops to buy Clean cloths. Security every where we went watched us like a hawk because my 19 year old daughter almost walked through the casino! The people in the shops some how made us feel like we couldn’t afford them. Most of the other staff was super nice and valet was wonderful! Service at the buffet was terrible too especially for the price but the food was good.

Beautiful resort and casino… Entrance is beautiful and well maintained… Casino is pretty big and they accept mlife card… They have plenty of table games… All dealers were decent and nice… Liquor service on table was also quick…

This was our first time to stay at the Beau Rivage. The staff was friendly, and it was my fiancees Birthday. The room was clean, but when he went to fill the tub, he saw floating debris in the water and took a shower instead. We stayed in the panoramic room, and the view was amazing. The shuttle from the truck parking was really nice, and the people were courteous. The semi truck parking was across the hotel in an empty parking lot. Security was there to watch the lot, and you can only park there if you were a guest of the hotel. Everything was really nice & we will come back again when we can. The craps dealers were very nice & helped the new people understand how to play the game. Food was good at the Coast. Seafood & Pizza was good, server was good as well. Our servers name was Ashley. She was friendly and personable.

Absolutely love! We brought our fur babies, paid reasonable pet fee and got a bag of goodies. Staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed a few times on different occasions. Rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. We can't wait to come back.

Loved it. Can't wait to go back again. Only problem we had was the Buffet was terrible on our last night. Seemed like it was leftovers from the night before which was really good… Best place to eat is "Snacks" which is at the back right corner of the casino for quick meals (their sandwiches were huge and pizza slices were huge as well). The best place to eat is the "Terrace Cafe", the food was amazing… Ask to be seated in Bailie's section. She was a an amazingly sweet waitress with an unbelievable memory. Restaurants need more like her.

It is a very attractive place where you can live with other Hispanics in some areas highly recommended on my part.

Amazing how many reviews here only appeal to the food. I, too, couldn't boast here. For this, the hotel is otherwise absolutely outstanding, beautiful, entertaining. The people at the reception humorous and helpful. It should be noted that this house, with its excellent performances, was the most affordable on our Florida-Louisiana trip!
