Wow, me and my husband are on our way to stay for 7 days and bring in the New Year 2020! Much needed vacation and the hosts and staff were more than accommodating to us! A courteous staff and upbeat vibe is lacking in so many other casinos, but not Hard Rock, they have our business now! I will add to this after our stay! Thank you Hard Rock!

Went to see Primus Sept 28.2018. This event was scheduled from 8pm to 11pm on the event page. Hard Rock only allowed them to play 90 minutes because they wanted to turn the place into a nightclub by 11pm! This event was a one band event "an evening with Primus" they weren't even allowed to play an encore. I expected at least 2 hrs when it's one band and on a Friday night. The place was packed with people that paid 80 or more bucks a ticket and traveled hours to attend this event. Security rushed us out of the venue while trying to buy merch. I will never see another show at the hard rock. What happened to live music?! hard rock.

Great place for a good buffet. Beautiful hotel and outstanding casino. The music memorabilia is something you won't want to miss. The pool had a bar at poolside which makes for great fun. They have a free buffet for your birthday month after accumulating 100 points on your players club card. I recommend this casino to all. Handicap accessible. Friendly people all around. Good luck.

Pretty good casino compared to the others on the coast. The one time we stayed in the hotel it was nice. My wife hasn’t won as much on the slots like at the Palace but we are not big gamblers. Sometimes it’s really fun in Boogie Nights dance club but the drinks are so ridiculous it keeps a lot of people from coming. We can’t even get our friends to come for that reason. Overall though it’s a nice resort. Only thing that would really make it better if it were smoke free.

I have experienced two "concerts" at the Hard Rock. One time I had general admission tickets and stood on the floor in a large bar room like setting. My mistake. Never again. Then, after the passage of some three years I tried again. This time I bought two expensive balcony seats. Good view and good seats. BUT, how ridiculous is it that the artist, Billy Currington, can only play for maybe an hour. Hour and fifteen?!?. Never again! Ever. Not worth the money for the value received. Billy… love your music but I will never give my money to the Hard Rock again as a music venue. Never.

Originally booked a regular king room but when we got to check in were told we got bumped up to a suite! No idea why but we definitely enjoyed our stay. Hated we were only there for 1 night, didn't want to leave. Suite had a perfect view of the water! Room service was great. The only negative is there was no microwave. Suite was AMAZING! Had 3 TVs (living area, bedroom, and bathroom), beautiful walk in shower, 2 bathrooms, jetted tub, fridge, kitchen sink, the softest bed ever, safe in closet, and robes. The staff was GREAT! We definitely will be returning and this time will be for more than just 1 night! Loved it so much here I wanted to move in and never leave!

This casino is located right on the beach with beautiful views. Very well laid out with a great atmosphere. You can spend several hours just looking at all the Rock and Roll memorabilia. They offer free drinks as long as you are playing, however the hostess's are few n far in between. Huge selection of slot machines and table games. Great hotel with awesome pool area and beach!

Great place to gamble machines are pretty fair. The buffet is not the best but they do have some restaurants in there that I really good like the 24/7. Great place to have a fun day. The best time to come in the middle of the week the machines are a little looser. I like the new Playboy bunny blackjack video machine. It's my favorite casino in Biloxi.

First trip to Biloxi was a success. We loved the Hard Rock and all it had to offer. The staff was the best! Zero complaints on the staff from check in to dinning to the casino. There are so many eating options you don't have to even leave. The casino was not smoky at all which was a PLUS even on the weekend. The pool was fantastic and the service was really good even during the busy times. We stayed in the Platinum Tower Gulf/Pool view which was spectacular. My one and only issue and only reason I did not go with 5 stars was the walls are thin in the rooms and after a late night of gambling it can be a little annoying trying to sleep in and hearing your neighbors as if they were sitting in the bed with you, but that wont stop us from a return trip. We will def. Be back!

There is NO beach access. There is a public beach about a half mile walk down a busy street. We were told they had beach access at the hotel, which is not true at all. Just like many casinos there is strong cigarette smell, but that’s to be expected. The supervisor at the front desk was pretty curt with me both times I asked her questions. The room in the Platinum tower was really nice with a great view of the excellent pool area.

This is my favorite casino on the gulf coast! The staff is impeccable! The valet and bell staff greet you with smiles and helping hands. 80% of the dealers are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Two complaints that I would have — is the automatic shuffler that was added to ONE table in the building and the payouts on tables with circus bets are 6 to 5. Majority of the bartenders and cocktail waitresses are very attentive and courteous. The cleanliness is kept up daily. The entertainment has the most variety and getting tickets for the events — are done with simplicity and ease. And the hotel has the best amenities at finger tip grasp. By far, the most pleasurable casino in Biloxi. Love the hosts and promotions! rock on hard rock!

Always love going to this casino. Not much of a gambler, however love the restaurants and rooms here. Great place to enjoy a staycation! Have always enjoyed the dining experiences here. Ruth's Chris is the best steak house on the coast and is such an asset to this casino!

When through basically sightseeing on our honeymoon. Did a little shopping in both gift stores. We bought a couple of t-shirts and a shot glass. It had a lot of old school music stuff hanging on the wall. Cloths, guitars and drum sticks which I thought was pretty awesome. It has the Hotel, casino, a restaurant of some sort, a cafe and a parking deck for safe off street parking. Eat, play, sleep, park all in the same place. Sounds like a good deal to me. I must throw out there, we did not stay here though, the rooms were a little more than I wanted to spend.

Great Friendly Staff, from check in to departure. Very clean rooms. Food is very good and prepared in a timely manner. All restaurants have satisfactory service. Can't wait til our next visit.

They used to be awesome and you could win a Jackpot at least once a year. It takes a lot to become Double Platinum Hall of Fame and you would think you would do better but not anymore. We never win anything or get called for the drawings. Also, one of the perks to being Hall of fame was you got seated seats for the concerts but now that's not the case. We have had standing tickets for a year or more and when your a disabled OIF war veteran that can't stand it blows.

The rooms are nice. A lot of people complain about the privacy of the bathrooms, but honestly that isn't a big deal. The hotel is clean and the staff os friendly and helpful. Don't like that the snack and drink machines only take debit/credit cards. Not too fond of the casino itself. Been twice in the past two years and honestly the machines are far too chintzy for my liking. Not sure if I'm coming back.

Went in to check out the casino while we were in town. The casino was small comparatively and dark but there were a variety of machines. Only played for a few minutes, joined the players club but the only special offer they had was an extra large t shirt"all we have left" if I earned some hundreds of points. I spent a few minutes playing but it was not my lucky day so we left. The interior was contemporary and attractive, the exhibits of memorabilia was interesting, did not eat it stay at the hotel so I can't review that aspect. I wouldn't bother to return just to gamble, there are other casinos with better offers and more machines.

Hotel was nice even in the older royal tower. Would have been nicer without the walls thumping all night from a nearby party of some sort. The casino did what it was supposed to, entertained while slowly taking my money. The evening we were there there was some sort of construction going on at the main enterance so we parked ourselves. Overall it's an enjoyable evening but a little dated.

Great atmosphere and energy. The one thing I don't like about the hard Rock are the bathrooms in the room. They have a sliding glass door which makes it feel less private when doing your business. They do have the best pool, especially if you have kids. Part of it is shallow so they can walk right in.

Hard Rock was the worst of the casinos we visited. I was expecting a more lively environment. It was pretty much dead. There was no excitement in the air. The casino was nice, however. There were way too many penny slots, with a minimum of 50¢ or 75¢. The casino is stacking the odds in their favor with those. That seems to be the trend for casinos now a days. With those minimums, a person would be better off playing the dollar machines.

Hard Rock was easily next best to the Beau. Casino lives, the dealers were very helpful, are at Morton was a little disappointing for the price, though the service was outstanding, wine list great. We were so hungry we did not say anything but should have. No steak was cooked how ordered. Did tell waiter after. Should have said something, he would have taken care of anything, he was really good.

Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, awesome pool and hot tub area. Plenty of options in terms of dining, but good luck trying to get a drink in a timely manner if you are anywhere but at the bar. Smaller gaming floor but good machines. Average payouts. Highly recommend visiting.

Went to see Get The Led Out. Casino was easy to find, park and navigate. Allot of great rock and roll memoribilia throughout. Ate at the buffet. The food was delicious and fresh. I had the 2lbs of crab legs for $7. More. It was worth it. Only negative, the service for our drinks, three free beers each, was not good. The band was fantastic. We had an incredible time. The band had a met and greet after the show. A night to remember.

Love, love, love the Platinum Tower! I first stayed here for a work convention nearby and was so impressed and enjoyed the stay so much, I came back on my own for my birthday later on in the year! Wish I could win more often but I would love to come back again to try to earn free stays!

Had the best time here. Everyone working at the hotel and adjoining companies were extremely nice. At the the front desk was Amanda! What an angel! I had made a mistake booking my room and she took care of it right away with no hassle at all. Very clean and professional. Just an all around great place to stay!

This place is amazing! I haves stayed here on 4 occasions and every time it has been consistently a very clean room and very helpful staff. There is several places to eat and shop in side of the establishment. The waitresses in the casino are very hospitable and you do not end waiting for long for your “free” drinks while gambling.

This was my first time at a casino and it definitely was fun. The games were fun. Not only that, but the memorabilia on the wall was a plus. I love looking at things like that! I mean, they had a portrait of someone made out of bras and panties thrown at him on stage. I think it was Frank Zappa, actually.

Of all the casinos in Biloxi, we like this one the best because it just had the most Energy! It’s more trendy, more fun, and has robot bartenders! They have great entertainment, and many wonderful food options. Did I mention the robot bartenders?

Disappointed. I thought for the price of the room there would be much more accommodations and a much larger room. I needed to recharge my phone and needed a simple USB AC adapter and because there was none on the room or in house stores, I had to walk across the highway to buy one from a nearby service station. As far as rooms, I've stayed in better looking Holiday Inn Express hotels. The room had only showers, no bath tub, which I found odd not having one. There's a refrigerator loaded with drink drinks, none of which are free, even water at $4 a bottle. Even though I stayed in a non smoking room, because it's near a casino the rest of the place smells smoke. The staff is friendly but nothing outstanding. The best part is the large window viewing the gulf, but that's about all.

Loved the classic rock atmosphere. Friendly service, live music on the gambling floor, great food open late. Four stars for lack of variety at the gambling tables (most are blackjack). Will try to visit again before I leave.

We had a great stay… My favourite part of the room was the triple head shower. I did not want to get out. The rooms are modern and beautiful. We even had a ocean view. Ooh it was lovely.

Half Shell's gumbo, seafood pasta and fried okra are delicious and worth the price. The staff is courteous. The casino was cold but much less smokey and generous than Island View. I'll go back.

Absolutely loved the casino. Employees/service was exceptional. I've never seen such awesome people walking the casino and at the bar in any casino I've visited. Not only were they helpful bit they also made me laugh and interacted briefly. I love that! Rewards for new members seems odd and kindof silly. Not exactly very rewarding if you are on vacation or don't live close by. All in all, I love it and would love to go again!

This visit to the Hard Rock was actually my first, I have passed it for years just never stopped in. My wife and I ended up spending the day there, we had a blast! We enjoyed every part of the visit from the staff at the Players Club to the waitresses. The ambiance, the layout, everything was great! Probably my new favorite location.

Went to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe and there was an incredible live band (Wildfire) playing that night. They were incredible, the wait staff was great. Recommend going there. Hope they bring the band back… ill definitely go again.

Wow. Luxurious Rooms. We stayed in the Platinum Tower looking over the pool below and the Bay was our view. Very Romantic and Exciting place to stay. A great variety of restaurants with many different choices of what to eat and shopping for souvenirs. Outstanding displays of Rock Memorabilia. Great place to park. Never had to leave for anything once we arrived. Fun in the casino, free drinks and drawings for free prizes. Variety of Musical entertainment. Right on the beach for stroll, sit in the sand or swim. The outside pool has a swim up bar. Cabanas for privacy and chairs to lay in the sun or visit with friends. Very Posh. Can't wait to go back.

My favorite place to stay in Biloxi. The rooms are nice, and they treat their players well. You can actually get a free room, if you play here. We are not big spenders and enjoy the perks we get! The food here is GREAT, Half Shell, The Buffet and the 27/7 Grill are all good. They have the best food options around.

When we arrived the valet was very kind and courteous. When we arrived at the desk to check-in, the young lady behind the counter was very sweet and helpful. She just so happened to be familiar with the area we currently live and we talked about some of the great spots just a block from my home. Once we opened the door to our panoramic east view suite we were very pleased. The room is amazing and very large. Only downside is we are only on the 4th floor and our view is directly over a roof to the gulf. A floor or 2 higher would have made a huge difference as far as the view. Considering asking for a higher floor. Ordered room service and it was very excellent.

My favorite casino in all of the Gulf coast clean rooms and great food. I the only thing I don't like is that the drinks are not all that maybe their cutting them with something I'm not sure but if they would actually serve what you ask for then I'd give 5 stars. And the bartenders are not all that friendly they don't greet you like Scarlett Pearl bartenders. The best thing about the hard rock tho Is Miss Beverly at the check in desk she's great very nice, sweet and helpful to say the least. Thanks again Ms. Beverly.

Hotel staff are friendly. Valet parking is quick and easy. Multiple restaurants located in the lobby and in the casino. Rooms are nice and comfortable but could be cleaner. Remote control for the TV was visibly dirty. Large shower with bench and separate small room with toilet made for a great bathroom with lots of space. Nice view of the gulf and pool with windows sweeping the length of the room. Walls are thin as we were able to hear other guest on each side of us.

We fled hurricane Irma, fro. Tampa. The we no motels or hotels in Georgia, Tennessee or Alabama. So we headed for Biloxi to the Hard Rock Casino where my daughter has stayed many times. We got two rooms for 7 people. They were very helpful, and gave us what we needed. Everyone made us feel at home. Rooms were very nice. I can't thank them enough for all they did and for a friend of my daughters who made all the arrangements while we were on the rode. After 4 days. We are now headed back to our home. Just hope there's enough gas along the way, and traffic isn't as heavy as it was on our way up. Thank you to all Hard Rock employees for a memorable experience.

The staff was awesome. The environment was great. The prices in the gift shops were a little bit on the high side for my taste. Payout was horrible for myself and spouse. I myself spent $500 real quick with no return. Maybe we were there too early, I don't know. It was during the day. We are not late nighters. Not worth the chance of returning. We, like everyone else I'm sure, do not go with expectations of becoming millionaires but we would like to stay awhile, have some fun, have money to play and possibly, maybe take a little bit of money home. Probably will not go back.

I love the atmosphere and the rooms at Hard Rock! They're also one of the very few casinos that will allow my 60 pound Siberian Husky to stay with us (for a fee, of course). Overall, the dining options are good, but the buffet certainly needs a little improvement. It left a lot to be desired and is nowhere near as good as it used to be. That's the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5.

The Hard Rock was a nice spot. My girl and I picked a nice spot to celebrate our anniversary! The signed guitars and records as you walk in were a nice novelty. The live band in the main area was quite good. The drinks at the bar were tasty, and of course the games were flashy and fun. We preferred the Betty White game and the Kitty game :D.

Went to see Weird Al for my 21st birthday! Had an amazing time! The show started right on time, the servers and bartenders were very easy to find. They give you a free buffet meal in your birthday month so saved some cash on a cool selection of food. The crab legs were yummy… they need crab forks though! I definitely cant wait to go back!

The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Biloxi is a great resort. We booked a room there since we were attending a concert at the venue. We stayed in a King room in the Royal Tower. The room was comfortable, nicely furnished, and had a lovely view of the Gulf of Mexico and pool area. Every person we spoke with who worked at the resort was incredibly friendly and helpful. The dining and recreation options are so numerous! My only complaint is that the room, specifically the bathroom area, was not very clean. Regardless, I would definitely recommend the hotel and will stay there again should I ever return to Biloxi.

We went to the Hard Rock to see the Hunter Hayes show. We had a combination of regular/VIP tickets. My husband and daughter ate at the Hard Rock Cafe and Ben and Jerrys ice cream. We had an amazing time.

Our experience at the Hard Rock Hotel was absolutely amazing, extraordinary customer service, excellent food, and gorgeous rooms. We called in on short notice on a Friday and got a room that night! We were super lucky but got a gorgeous room which is insane because it was the week of July 4th. Hard Rock hotel is a phenomenal hotel that is great to there customers.

I have honestly been to both Gulfport and Biloxi more times than I can count and this has been the best casino/hotel stay thus far. We stayed in the Platinum Towers and it was everything and more. Everything from the restaurants to the Sunday pool party made my stay an ideal one. The staff was great and helpful especially a young lady by the name of Melissa Jackson. My husband and I are already trying to plan a visit with our kids.

We love the Hard Rock. My Mom enjoys the slots and usually wins. The Platinum Towers are exquisite; the rooms are always clean and the staff is very friendly. We eat at the 24/7 Grill; the food is fresh, lots to eat, and very friendly service.

Room was nice pillows are amazing big screen TV wonderful. Pool is great you can walk into it swim up bar. Ruth Chris Steakhouse is the best steak I've ever put in my mouth. The buffet had delicious snow crab legs all you can eat The only thing was the room could have been cleaner esp the bathroom and floor around it.

I love the pool! Even when I go alone which is often to get away there is always friendly people close by to share a laugh and beer with. Of course the prices of the bar drinks are what you would expect from a hotel pool bar. The menu 4 items available poolside very much disappointed and surprised me. The items and I mean all of the items on the very limited menu where heavy, greasy, bowling alley cuisine: — (: — (. Hangover food if you will. I would have liked to nourish with chilled fruit or grilled chicken salad or salmon. Even with a very less than perfect physique when I take my shirt off and I eat something in front of a 20 year old Adonis I want to eat something that skinny people eat in the 95 degree Sun.

The place looks like a Hard Rock Casino would. A lot of cool rock and roll decor everywhere. The staff was nice, the parking was free and there were plenty of tables and slots, but only about two machines for Keno. Of course there's still plenty to do, but the Beau is right next door and they have Keno. So you can go lose money at either one.

My most favorite place to go. I love the rooms, games, and friendly staff! Although I have never hit it big, I always leave with a smile on my face and money in my pocket and with hopes I will do as well as the last time I came! So if your looking for a great place to have fun, or great food, the Hard Rock it a wonderful place to check out.

The concierge staff is outstanding — friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice and the decor is amazing with tons of music memorabilia pictures and relic guitars pictures and posters etc. Hard Rock Cafe has good food and atmosphere. Buffet is always good. Ruth's Chris way overpriced and not quite 5 star like other locations. The half shell seafood restaurant is just ok. Service there was lacking. Dealers in the high stakes rooms friendly and sharp. Some other dealers in casino not so much… Fun place saw a great show.

Decorated with memorabilia, colorful, and lively. For those who enjoy modern and classic rock, the Hard Rock is the place to go. Variety of stores up front, including Ben & Jerry's, a pizza shop, and a clothing shop. Buffet lacked the kind of variety I see at the Palace Casino, but the food was good — I much prefer dining at the Hard Rock Cafe when I can. Actual casino seemed smaller than the one at the Palace, but I'm no big gambler and didn't really wander around. Cocktail waiters attentive and quick.

I had a great time here. Being that it was my first time at the casino, they gave me $10 in free slot play. Naturally, I lost it all. But, while playing, I met the nicest lady from Mobile. I'd just had a bad experience at another casino, and was feeling like humanity was lost. Then I met Dana, who owns Runaway Cafe in Brookly Field in Mobile, AL. She absolutely made our night. Now, I know you can meet nice people anywhere, but we met her here and she made sure that me and my mom had a great time and we walked out of that casino smiling, having won not one dime, but feeling like there is hope for the human race after all. Also, if you're a younger person, like myself, this is the casino to be at. The crowd is attractive… yes, attractive! Crazy, I know. The band played some great classic rock songs and the guest services staff was quite friendly. We thought about eating at the Hard Rock Cafe, but I couldn't justify spending $17 on a cheeseburger… though it looked amazingly good.

SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TROUBLE, DO NOT GO HERE! Where do I start? In an effort to see my mother whom I had not seen in a year, I drove down from Fort Campbell with my spouse (12 hrs). Making reservations with the desk was awesome. The check in was great. The valet took my car and we went to the room. The room was okay. I headed to the gym, a small little area next to their spa on the third floor. Limited equipment but I was very happy with the area. My spouse and mother went to the buffet, which they were VERY unhappy with (seems to be a common experience). We linked up shortly after and headed off to gamble a bit — no problem there! Lost money relatively fast, haha. We then decided to look around Biloxi. The valet had left my lights on and my car died. The battery was so drained it would not turn-over with the jump box and required a car. I immediately spoke with the valet manager (Dakota) to ensure I would not be charged if I needed to be towed back to the casino. I was told I would not have to pay for it — but the manager was more concerned with convincing me the car was okay. We left with my car and immediately noticed the check engine light was on. I called the front desk to be connected with a manager. I was then sent to Darrel Powell (spelling might be off) who was identified as a manager by the desk, who I found out was a dispatcher (NOT a manager).

My husband & I came here for our date night & had a BLAST! The hospitality of the staff was beyond the Southern Hospitality you hear about, It was genuine & they treated us like family! We ate at The Grill & the food was Excellent & the slots Loved us! We left with over $3500.00. I would recommend this casino to anyone looking for an Amazing time! Hard Rock Cafe, You REALLY DO ROCK!

We went to see the memorabilia and have ice cream. Everything looked well kept and the staff was very friendly all around. We even gambled a little bit on the penny slots for fun. The only problem was how thick the cigarette smoke was. The game floor could use a better ventilation system. Other than that it was a great experience.

Reserved a room arrived at the casino only to be told they were overbooked and they could get me a room across the street! I choose to go home instead. Gave the Hard Rock another chance and reserved a king non smoking room. We arrived and were checked in quickly but when we opened the door we had 2 queens smoking room! The room smelled horrible. Called the front desk and at first they were not helpful and told us they were booked. They " found" another room but still when just smoking and a lower grade room with a dirty towel left on counter! We will choose to spend our money elsewhere. It is obvious hard rock nor their employees care about their customers.

One of the best places in Biloxi. Table games staff is better then at the other casinos and they are welcoming and engaging. Servers were awesome or better then the rest at the Buffet and the Cafe. I will definitely go back.

Loved the rooms, pool and spa. However they don't stand up on standards on restaurants or casino. The bathrooms are coed for central hand washing. Who wants to go in a bathroom and see a man doing more than washing his hands. Don't know about other women but I prefer to do my girlie things without a man staring me down and go to the bathroom to get away from men for a bit. I felt violated. Mind you the actual bathroom business is separate no one I saw entering or exiting like it. And many men exited the women's side. I give the casino a zero for this reason. I was disappointed in the food quality at the excluive resturants located within this casino. Everything else, the rooms, service, and pool were great. No problems there. Just stay away from the casino and everything within it. Staff outside the casino was top notch but those working within could use some manners, and lessons in service. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel. They could take notes from the Golden nuggett down the road, best place in Biloxi!

Complaint emailed says it all! Thank you. I would like to tell you about my experience. I loved the room and the view. With that said, the rest was horrible. I called for towels — three people need three towels not two. I could not get the phone to work so I called from my cellphone. The desk said they would send towels and someone to explain the phone. The guy brought towels, but said I needed to call the desk if the phone did not work. If I could call, I would not need help — duh! There was an open can of Sprite in the mini bar and it was not from us. Monday morning I had to go down the hall for toilet paper because we had none. At the Father's Day buffet, I had to get the manager to get our drinks and refills because the waitress on more than one occasion said we were not her table. When the bill is $86.00 the last thing you want to hear is that you are not going to get service. I expected more out of this hotel. I have stayed at the Royal Pacific in Orlando, the Hilton in Lafayette, Double tree in New Orleans, the La Quinta in Galveston and even a Comfort Inn which is low end and had better treatment and service. My sister was visiting from out of town and I took her to the Hard Rock. Our experience was awful. I had quit going there over a year ago but decided to give them another chance. They did not honor their promotion. The lady at the Players Club was very unfriendly and rude. I have since called to attempt to settle the matter and have really gotten no where. They don't care about the customers or if you ever come back. They treated us terribly and it doesn't bother them one bit. I am a local and I try to support my area businesses. I will never take another guest back there again.
