Very friendly personnel and room was very nice.

Kassandra at the concierge/check in desk was very helpful when all office stores were closed on thanksgiving day. The room was clean. Convenient location close to the casinos.

Every Labor Day weekend for the past few years, we make our trip back to Biloxi and we stay here. Easy access, friendly staff. We really enjoy our stays. Only little issue is our rooms don't have a frig or microwave. When traveling with kids. That really becomes a little issue. But we make do and we will continue to make this hotel our yearly Labor Day hotel. Especially since we can walk next door for the baseball game.

Rude staff, lack of towels every day we were there, clogged sink in restroom, no microwave or mini fridge.

Went there for Easter weekend the stay wasn’t too great … Had to ask 3 times to see if we can get towels. The whole weeekend has trouble getting clean towels, with being told they were washing, an drying … also had trouble with check in, rooms not being cleaned upon arrival … The older lady at check in was so rude. From what I understand this been happen for about 1 month.

Breakfast only for certain guest but was not offered option when checking in. No mini fridge. No microwave. Charged $100 incidental deposit but wasn’t told until checking in. Pool and hot tub out of service. Expected better from a Hilton branded hotel. Should have just stayed at the Holiday Inn.

Several family members and I stayed here in January, 2021, while attending my brothers funeral services. Toni Balius — Front office manager, is the best! It was not a “fun” visit for us but Toni was extremely professional and took such good care of us! She was so sweet, polite and very accommodating. It’s very hard to find wonderful customer service these day. It was an amazing feeling. Thank you Toni!

We only get 2 clean towels bc they “are short” and we have 4 guests in our room… considering the room is pretty much only to sleep and bathe, that’s ridiculous for the amount of money it cost a night. This isn’t motel 6

Ashley the bartender was fantastic. Best service i’ve had in a long time, I am a twenty year bartender, and bar manager. She offered top of the line hospitality, great drinks, and knowledge of the area. I would recommend this hotel on the merit of her service alone.

This used to be one of the best hotels on the coast. We have stayed here many, many times. This hotel is quickly running down. Our room had a nasty smell with major carpet staining. The staff is VERY rude. At check in, there was a small kitten in the parking lot. It followed me almost to the door. I went directly to the person on duty to tell her about the kitten as I was worried it would be injured. She couldn’t have cared less telling me that “We have all kinds of stray dogs and cats here”. I inquired about animal control in the city and she said that they didn’t have any. Careless and rude. Ariel needs more CS training. Rudest person I’ve dealt with in the hotel industry! Our last stay at this property.

Phenomenal hotel right in walking distance from the Beau Rivage. From the lobby to the rooms themselves, everything is immaculately clean and the staff is friendly. Exactly what you would expect from Hilton.

Unless you are staying at one of the Casino's in a free room, this is absolutely the best value in Biloxi. The location is excellent! The rooms are clean and decorated just right, meaning they are modern and functional without being tacky. The beach is literally across the street. There is plenty of safe and secure parking, which usually always has a police officer somewhere close at all hours. I have stayed at way more expensive hotels over the years, but this one finally has it figured out how to treat guest. Keep up the good work!

My Granddad had a TERRIBLE experience this past weekend here! The front desk was very rude. Asked about the breakfast, was told that Hilton's do not have breakfast, which is untrue. Room was very noisy, guests around them were loud, so was AC.

My family and I have been coming to this hotel since last summer to swim and have always been satisfied with the people there until today after we’ve been swimming a little over an hour we were approached by a woman (possibly manager) with dark hair that very rudely told us that if we don’t have a room that we had to leave right now then she followed us out to pool and impatiently followed us as we were leaving. My little sisters and brothers were very upset we intended on getting a room there this week and my parents said we will never attend anymore Hilton resorts and we will also let our family and friends know about our experience.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze the room was pretty clean and our view was impeccable. The bar serves great drinks a little pricey though. The cookies upon check in were delicious. Great location. However the parking lot is very tight. But overall a excellent experience.

Room was decent. The bed was a tad bit firm, pillows very soft. The bar closes at 10 so that's a let down. The pool has a great view of the beachfront and the hotel is situated just outside the main strip and only a few minutes from Keesler afb.

We stay at Hilton hotels a lot, this place has been a big disappointment, I booked a corner king room with a jacuzzi tub, in fact we drive out of our way to stop at this hotel for the jacuzzi room and ocean view. When we checked in I asked if we could get on the top floor, she said it was full. (We have in our profile for a high floor) she kept saying, “I’m going to upgrade you to an ocean view” I told her repeatedly that we had paid for a corner room, with a jacuzzi, with an ocean view. So she wasn’t upgrading us to anything. After she put us on the second floor I asked her if she had anything higher and she said no, but I’ve given you a nice ocean view”. Well we get to our room and there is no ocean view, there is a view of the highway overpass, but you cannot see the ocean and surprise… no jacuzzi tub. So I go back down to the front desk and she says they don’t have any more jacuzzi suites left. I again told her we had reserved one. Then I asked for a higher room again and she put us on the eighth floor. Why did she not put us on this floor the first time. This is the second Hilton in two weeks that we’ve booked through their app, booked a certain kind of bed or room, only to get there and be given a smaller bed/room with the front desk saying they don’t know why it let me book a room that wasn’t available. We are diamond members but I’m about to stop staying at Hiltons.

Wow. Wow. Wow… this was the absolute amazing place to spend our Spring Break! The staff was very nice, especially after my baby got sick, the housekeeper came right in and catered to our every need! The complimentary coffee and cookies were always fresh. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the corner room which I'll highly recommend!

Pleasant staff, close location to restaurants and food. Rooms are spacious, however there are small things like fixing the blinds and tightening towel racks that would make things much better. There is a small refrigerator, and microwave in the room. Side note I was here working and did not book the room, as such it would be nice if DoubleTree would honor their points program. I was told up front that since I didn't personally book the room, points would not be allocated to my account but instead the corporation I was working for would receive them.

Great hotel with good views of the beach from the upper floors. The rooms are modern and well kept. The pool and patio area is very clean. Bar and grill in the lobby, open until 10pm typically. Breakfast buffet in the morning with cook to order eggs for about $11. There is a fitness center on the 2nd floor with a few treadmills and a weight machine. The hotel is right next to the Beau Rivage casino and the highway. Traffic gets pretty loud on the patio by the pool.

Nice overall. A great alternative to the casinos if you don't want that setting but still want to be in the middle of Biloxi. Friendly staff. Rooms clean and spacious.

Double check your room before departure! I stayed here two nights on 1/18 and 1/19/18. When departing on 1/20 I realized I left my wallet which contained $640 cash all my personal cards, including company cards, social etc. I notified the front desk I would be returning right away to retrieve my wallet, when the front desk agent Aerial said she would send housekeeping to get the wallet. Upon arrival of course no wallet was there. I know without a doubt as well as my little sister the wallet was left there on the night stand. Management is showing no level of concern and still has not contacted me as 1/23/18. If this was there properties I'm sure they would feel the same and want the same level of urgency. Now I'm delayed here in Mississippi awaiting a new drivers license and etc to be able to travel. If you like Hilton I would prefer the Hampton down the street which I've stayed in the past. And staff is better there.

Loved our stay there. Very classy place! Bedding was so comfy I just wanted to hang out in bed all day.

They were very accommodating for my group. They gave us late check-out, changed our room to ocean view, and since I was Hilton gold status, they gave us enough breakfasts for the entire group. The room itself was great. I would stay here again!

This going to be a long one… I've visited this location 4 times. Stayed here once, visited in town family the other times. The rooms are nice, clean, and up to date. The hotel itself is very nice. There is a bar downstairs with lounge area, and an outdoor lounge area, also nice. But the best thing here is the people. When you walk in they make feel important. You are greeted with a friendly attitude, and a warm cookie. Anything you need… Just ask. Last night we had family in town for a funeral. Four of us were sitting in the lounge area. The bar closed at 10pm. The bar tender did his last call. He noticed that we had a bottle of wine and Tito's, so he brought over a couple of wine glasses and some limes and an extra glass for my uncle to hold us over. We sat there for hours catching up, and it got to be after midnight. We sat there for hours catching up and it got to be after midnight. As we were sitting there the security officer for the building walked over, without saying a word, set four cheese burgers on the table in front of us. Not only was it a nice gesture but everyone was a little hungry, so it was also delicious. I assume him or one of his co-workers had ran down to McDonald's, and for whatever reason, they just thought hey… we'll get these guys some cheeseburgers too. Anyway it was a nice gesture and it hit the spot. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location. Within walking distance there are several bars/restaurants/casinos. Has pool and hot tub and a great little bar/restaurant. Had a room with a great ocean view. It is right on a 4 lane road so every once and a while you would hear a loud car but it wasn’t very often but I was only on the 3rd floor on the street side.

Checked in at 5pm on a Saturday and was greeted by the friendly front end staff who immediately welcomed me as Hilton Honors members. After checking the system, we were upgraded to a room with a view of the gulf. Comfortable bed and pillows, spacious bathroom, 2 full length mirrors and microwave and fridge. Would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on staying here for future trips to Biloxi.

We had a good experience. The room was clean and quiet, we had plenty of towels and everything else you want from a hotel room. The water was a little dirty looking though when we filled up the tub as though it’s coming through old iron pipes. We would definitely stay here again.

I had the best hotel stay ever! The beds are so comfortable! I never heard any traffic once inside and the view is beautiful. There is a beach across the street and it’s a beautiful site! The staff was nothing short of awesome. They also had a breakfast buffet that was a great price. I would definitely recommend this to others and I will definitely be back!

Housekeeping is sketchy. I ordered a package from Amazon and the front desk said they didn't have it. I had to call their customer service, and only once I found out who signed for it did they actually start looking. Turns out, they told me, someone from housekeeping took it and opened it. Unlucky for them that it was nothing of value so they left it. Another from our group had money taken from his bag by housekeeping, and another had housekeeping come in despite the do not disturb signs. Either the entire staff is in on this together or the management doesn't care enough to find out who's doing it and fire them because they were asked about it every day all week and their response was "we're working on it". I would think that they'd work on a thieving problem with a much stronger sense of urgency.

I stayed over night Oct 21-22 2017 at the Biloxi, MS Double Tree. I decided to try the breakfast buffet the morning of 22 Oct 2017. I ate at the Reading, Pa Double Tree Breakfast Buffet and it was great. So, I decided to try the Biloxi Double Tree Breakfast Buffet. It was just plain SAD. Over half the food inserts were empty, the counters needed cleaning, and the juice containers were almost empty. The really SAD part was it was only 9:00 AM? I waited to see if someone was going to replenish the food inserts but no one showed up. Doubt If I will stay there again.

Some of the light bulbs and lamps did not work, my toilet wouldn't flush and the water gets hot in the shower then becomea warm while you're using it.

It's been great so far. The restaurant/bar is great, food is great. Service all around has been a wonderful experience.

My wife and I stayed here for one night and I must say, it was very relaxing. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back and would also recommend anyone to stop by for a stay here. Thanks for the hospitality.

I love this hotel! Everything is so Beautiful! Workers have good customer serves. It is Peaceful, Romantic, and just Gorgeous. We have really enjoyed everything here at the Double Tree Hotel. We are here to enjoy our 2nd year Anniversary and we enjoyed every minute on the hour here.

The staff was fabulous and on point, any and everything we needed we had and within minutes and that's quick for this place is so busy with guest. Loved our room, the 9th floor views were awesome (beach side). The place was so well kept, can't wait to return.

Strange smell in the hall but otherwise a great hotel. Comfy beds and helpful staff. The location is great as well.

Had to wait until 3 to check in although it was obvious they were not full. Waited 4 hours. Paid 229.00 but checked rates after check in and listed for 119.00 on line, advertised shuttle to casinos but no staff available. Questionable people on street outside which made me uncomfortable to consider walking around by myself. No types of snacks available in vending room which would force you to order room service for even the lighter fare. No baggage assistance noted and saw several ladies pulling luggage carts outside to gather suitcases. There is nothing to indicate you are even at the doubletree from the parking lot. Not what I expected from a newer hotel.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean but the breakfast was a disappointment. If they weren't full enough, the buffet wasn't put out. You can order off a menu for no charge but if your still hungry after the first plate then you have to order more food. Convenience is everything when your traveling with 2 teenagers and they just walked away hungry instead of wanting to order more food. Felt it was to much of a hassle.

Room was nice, slow sink drain & shower takes awhile to heat up. Stayed 4 nights the very first day came back to our room in the late evening to find room never got serviced … bed not made & dirty towels still in floor no clean towels. Day 2 came back again late evening to find out the door to our room left unlocked open! We had Easter gifts my husband's work lap top & other valuables. Extremely unhappy. Talked to housekeeping manager she offered a breakfast but we already had breakfast included in our room package. Day 3 having breakfast there was 1 other guest in the dining room that came in after us our waitress who had already served us coffee felt the need to pawn us off to another waitress while she went ahead and took care of the gentleman that just walked in? Is 3 too many for her… felt very jilted there. On the chalkboard walking into dining area advertises breakfast buffet but no buffet set up for 2 of the mornings we were there. Not enough guest I was told … then don't advertise it. Lastly they charged 1 of our nights to my husband's company credit card when not authorized to even when they had our personal card on file … hopefully I can get that rectified today as this was pleasure & non work related. So not at all impressed with this Hilton hotel I feel bad for the chain as we are diamond members & stay at many Hilton's this one failed miserably! They did comp us 1 night stay in which we appreciate but overall disappointed.

The room had an awesome view on the 6th floor, however the only reason (S) for the 3 star review is in that when we got there I had to go down (3) times to the 1st level to get the room key (re-activated) my stomach was killing me during this time. The Chinese front desk clerked looked at me like I was an idiot finally after the 4th trip down I was at the point of just saying heck with it they sent a man up and they had to replace the door lock or sensor. The other negative experiences I had was breakfast the next morning. It took forever to get and be waited on. They were highly understaffed and the food there for breakfast at the hotel was by far horrible. In addition, I did not like the bathroom doors as it was the sliding doors and we had a large party of guest 5 including me and everyone wasn't wanting to use the restroom due to the lack of privacy. The only benefits here is its cheaper than most hotels on the beach during the holidays like JULY 4th in which we stayed, the ocean/gulf views, the bar isn't to bad and the view of the beau and the swimming pool is/are pretty incredible. As to the staff, the cleaning ladies were the nicest and most friendly people there.

The BEST part of the stay was the front desk staff, The room, with its stretched carpet that you get to trip over, is fair at best. It is on par with a Quality Inn or Econo Lodge. I travel often and made the mistake of not checking reviews, what a mistake. SKIP the bar/restaurant. The staff is miserable and will put you in the same mood IF you can get their attention. The price is high and you get no frills. The pool is a joke. It sits next to the busy road on the front of the place. Not a place to relax by. Spend a little more and have a more pleasurable experience with a higher quality room. ** don't expect internet service, even if you pay for it! **.

I really dont know why this hotel has high ratings. It is VERY over priced. There is no microwave, no refrigerator, the counter in the bathroom is very small, the Free Wi-Fi didn't work, no closet. But one thing is does have is ROACHES. I stayed there on business, and had no choice, but I would never stay there again.

This is a fantastic hotel. I have stayed here several times for business and it has one me over for the remainder of my travels to Biloxi. With a full service restaurant that prepares amazing local seafood and a location directly across from the Gulf, I have found my goto hotel when in Biloxi.

The Sheraton staff did a great job during my two day stay. When leaving late one night for local entertainment, I asked April at the front desk to leave an extra set of towels at the desk to be picked up the next day. Upon the return, she had them waiting. Nice to have people actually listen. Thanks. My experience was great.

This hotel was awesome. Kim at the front desk was great and very friendly! The young blonde woman (sorry I can't remember her name) gave us awesome recommendations for local bars because we don't really like the touristy places, and we had a blast at the Filling Station. The hotel was well maintained and so easy to get to as well as centrally located and close to everything in the city. The ocean side view was lovely! We got food to go just before the restaurant closed but no staff complained or rolled their eyes even though we showed up 5 minutes before closing. As far as the food,. Excellent! The wings were perfect and the burger was so big we couldn't finish it and the crab cakes were as good as what you would expect at a fine dining restaurant! If you are staying in Biloxi or even as far away as Gulfport you cannot go wrong by staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Biloxi! I decided to do an edit after reading some other reviews. 1. For those complaining about the exit ramp being so close to the hotel entrance,. It's called a U — Turn. Go to the next block, work your way over to the left lane and turn around. It's not that difficult. This is not a fault of the hotel. 2. For those complaining about the cost of food and drink at the hotel, it's called convenience. If you don't want to pay hotel prices for food and drink, get in your car and drive to a local place. If you don't want to drive somewhere to pay a cheaper price you "pay" for convenience! 3.

April was amazing! Best front desk associate ever! She was engaging and fun which made the experience great. I usually stay at hard rock but now this will be my hotel off choice. Gina also very nice and personable. The food and atmosphere were just what I needed after a long day at work.

The Staff was very helpful, the units were clean, and the area was accessible to the main strip of casinos — — however it was a little bit of a drive to the main strip of bars/restaurants. I stayed here for a business trip and was unfamiliar with the area, the staff was more than helpful in directing me to the hot spots in the area and suggesting lesser known places that were local hotspots.

Four Points by Biloxi was an absolute treat. My guests and I loved it. The rooms were as good as the casinos next to it. They offered a free shuttle at the hotel to and from any Casino. The people were AWESOME. We felt true Southern Hospitality. Jessica at the front desk was wonderful. We will be staying there on any other trips to that area.

Decided to do a weekend getaway to the beach with an ocean view. Requested and PAID for an ocean view but once we arrived it was NOT available! I Was told by the staff that a request is simply that a request. But I PAID for this request. The front desk clerk decided to give us a room that she would like (her words) only to get a view of the parking lot and a jacuzzi tub. Which we have at home and my boyfriend is 6'4" and could not fit. Once I complained the next morning I was offered "food coupons" as if I could not purchase my own food. However, it took for someone in housekeeping (Vivienne) and the restaurant manager (Carrie) to get what my complaint was, because NO ONE at the front desk seem to understand or maybe did not want or care to understand. Bigger is not always better. Less is more! Give me what I PAID FOR! I have stayed in several Sheraton properties. But, these people NEED to get it together and quickly. Paid over $100 nightly for crappy front desk customer service and I fell like I paid for something I did not ask for. Thanks again Vivienne and Carrie for making our stay somewhat tolerable. You ladies are awesome.
