Check in was super easy… staff really nice Miss Keisha at the front desk help iron out the little issue I had with booking with no problems… very helpful. Room was nice clean and didn't have a problem with noise or any issues with room. Air worked great. Would stay here again. Okay view from 2nd floor.

My husband and I stayed one night. We had the beachfront view suite. We had no problems. The counter clerk Tina was friendly and helpful. Although there were large groups staying, the hotel still had a pleasant, quiet atmosphere, and it didn’t feel unsafe. Our room and bed linens were very clean with very comfortable pillows. Very Spacious. Everything looked like the advertised pictures. And it’s in an ideal location for easy walking access to the beach and a plethora of other things to enjoy like restaurants, historic sites, souvenir shops, family fun places, the mall and other everyday stores. Cons Bath linens were not the best quality, but we take our own linens. The bed mattress felt more firm and perhaps just not “the best quality”, but at least the pillows helped. Although, we didn’t desire to use the jet tub, even if we did, we would’ve avoided it because we wouldn’t want to be in a small bathroom in it. It’s right next to the toilet and just a bit much for a closed in space. The tub seems a bit out of date too and of lesser quality.

This is a great location if you looking for a room right by the beach very clean and reasonable price.

My husband and I traveled to Mississippi from Michigan to have some new sights and sounds and loved the Hampton Inn. The huge trees, lovely rooms and beach to walk made the location a really nice destination for us. The hospitality staff was exceptional. We enjoyed Edward's cookies and Debbie's breakfasts. She even cut up fruit for my husband and made eggs for me as we were late sleepers. What a joy to feel at home 1200 miles away.

Facilities are clean and well-kept… The staff was friendly and professional… Great location. Just across the street from the beach… Close to casinos and restaurants…

Again I don't know what Hampton Inn this is there for all I can tell you is most of the Hampton Inns actually Hampton by Hilton is the way it is described have been good experiences. The one in Thibodaux Louisiana is really great. Along with good continental breakfast they also have almost anything you have forgotten and are very willing to give it to you. I have had a bad experience at one of the Hamptons in Biloxi Mississippi.

Perfect location for our family, the staff was great and room was clean. My kids loved the pool and we appreciate that it was opened late so they could enjoy it after a busy day of activities.

My first time staying at this property. The staff are very good at their jobs, and I never felt like I was imposing when I asked them for the multiple things I needed. The room, a whirlpool king, was very clean and I was comfortable from the moment I arrived. The breakfast included with the room was good and the attendant was very conscientious in her duties, keeping everything filled even when there were many guests eating. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting the gulf coast. Derek, the front desk agent in the morning, was pleasant and understanding and took care of my requests quickly.

Close to the beach/casinos, very clean rooms and impeccable service. You will enjoy your stay here!

The room was a 4. Very comfortable. The breakfast was a 1, Especially on Christmas morning. No waffles and it was not what we considered a hot breakfast. They had very little to eat Christmas morning.

Ok hotel. We got the honeymoon suite. Hot tub is ok. Pillows were flat as pancakes. Room was noisy.

Nice quiet comfortable rooms. Friendly reception down side would be room window treatments do not block much light.

My family had to be very persistent to get a discount we received a few weeks ago at the same place. My understanding is that different days are quite different in price. Corporate had to help get the discount that was used previously… so much trouble for a disappointing breakfast and "ok" Wi-Fi.

Typical room for a Hampton Inn except for the nice view of the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. TV service was took a while to get going and was covered in pixels when changing stations.

We are in our room as I write this. Considering we are Hilton Honors Elite members, I thought we would be given a nice room. However, after a full day of driving, we dropped off our bags in the fifth floor room and went out to dinner, only to realise that we had been given a SMOKING room on our return. The room stinks. Literally. It's too late for us to change now and we are leaving in the morning. Never to return. Also discovered the window blind is hanging off and the shower head is half bunged up, plus, I'm getting the Wi-Fi from the Hyatt next door. The hotel is tired and needs updating. Not anything like another Hampton we stayed at earlier in the week. Be interesting to see what the breakfast is like in the morning, but I'm not expecting much, going on my experience here so far. Disappointed.

Right across from the beach. Friendly staff. Rooms could have been cleaner. Pool area needs some type of shade. Daily breakfast with decent variety if the worker restocks. Fair price considering location.

We had a great stay here! The entire staff was wonderful. I have no clomplaints about the hotel. I will be back. The best place we ate was at The Reef, great food and service. I do not recommend Snappers slow service. Mcelroys was also wonderful but very expensive. I had a great time with my family and we will be back!

We had a very small issue with the carpet being sticky by one of the beds. No big deal. We put a towel over it, problem fixed for the night. The next morning we informed the front desk so they could get housekeeping to fix it for us… they comped the room for the night. We didn't ask for it but they insisted. When we returned to the room later that day the floors were perfect. Amazing service.

Located right across from the beach and less than a mile from casino row, Hampton Inn is a good value for your money. With free breakfast and Wi-Fi, fresh-baked cookies in the evening, a business center etc. I truly feel like I'm getting my money's worth. Check in was a breeze. The room was large as was the bathroom. A few minor issue such as funerary noisy air conditioner, a loose toilet seat, and a short pipe that isn't as secured to the wall as it ought to be, are only minor annoyances. Overall, this place is well located and well priced. I'd certainly stay here again.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Hampton Inn. We stay with Hampton whenever possible because we normally have good service. We booked online and were charged for the room plus incidentals before we even arrived. Upon arrival noticed a lot of construction going on that we were never warned about. This made the pool pretty much inaccessible. The check-in host was rude upon our arrival and not very helpful. We were woken up the next morning to very loud construction noise. After checking out we were assured the $400 that was tied up in our account, for just a 1 night stay mind you, would drop off in a few days. Two days later and those charged went through our account. I called Hampton and was made aware that the $175 extra we were charged was a smoking charge. Neither my husband or I smoke. Then that's when she said well it may have been from the construction going on. So now we have $175 tied up in our account until it goes back in a couple of days. The only thing nice about our stay was the room.

Building was under exterior renovation, window views obstructed. Room was standard good quality Hampton Inn. View was underwhelming, Wi-Fi had dead spots. Location was excellent close to beach and downtown.

From the outside the Hampton looked nice. I went 2the Hampton of course to stay there for one but that didn't happen because there system wasn't working properly. The guy at the front was nice (kinda) but he didn't no what to do seeing as though he has only worked for them for about a month. He did however call a hotel about a mile up to see if they had available rooms. All in all the experience would have been better had we been able to stay and not get the run around.

Accommodations and staff were nice. The room was well appointed. Unfortunately there is construction going on on a new addition to the hotel. This along with hallway traffic made for a somewhat noisy stay. The free breakfast was mediocre at best. However the coffee was quite good.
