Where do I begin? I was shocked at some of the things I saw. Several people had gotten chairs from the dining room and taken them outside to sit under the portico like it was their front porch and blocking others who might have wanted to pull under it. The pool, while a nice salt-water pool, was much too small for a motel this size. An extended family was staying in the hotel at the same time as us, and they completely took over the pool. There were at least 25-30 individuals stuffed into a pool meant for maybe 10. They advertise a "breakfast". In reality, it's little more than a continental breakfast. They do have a waffle maker, and instant grits/oatmeal packets are available to warm in the microwave; otherwise, everything is bread. There's no meat, not even scrambled eggs, so for anyone who doesn't eat or can't have carbs or gluten, this isn't an ideal diet. I was surprised since I've been to other Wyndham locations, and they all had eggs and sausage. Housekeeping is extraordinarily busy for people who never seem to actually get anything done. While polite for the most part, the hall carpets stayed filthy, with sand scattered all over. It took most of the day for them to clean our floor. They're also extremely stingy with towels. The room smelled funky, though it appeared to be clean. The shower sprayed water out the back of the stall and all over the floor. We had to use our meager supply of towels to mop it up. No signs of insects, thank God.

Called to book a room on 800 line only to show up and they were booked out of the rooms. We didn't stay due to the lack of beds we needed. Booked 2 doubles and they only had single kings.

The staff are absolutely amazing… The beds are hard as a rock… but if you like hard beds and nice service this place is for you also hair in towels, sheets and basically anything lining… along with tubs etc.

The location was great close to the beach and activities. The room and service we're both good.

They had a bed. That was nice. The elevator smelled like armpit. The room kinda did too. Its whatever though. I have low standards.

PROS: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cheap and clean. Was happy to have a refrigerator and microwave in the rooms, along with an ice machine in the hallway. Great location right across from good restaurants and the beach. Good water pressure in the showers. CONS: Rooms had a distinct smell of mildew when you walk in, but got used to it after a short while. Beds were kind of uncomfortable. I would stay here again for the cheap price and location. Overall it was a good hotel.

Dated rooms. Needs a remodel. No hot food for breakfast except the waffle cooker and no meat. Rooms were clean and employees helpful and freindly. Priced right.

Very friendly staff. Management team was very unprofessional & nasty in tone. I cancelled my reservation according to the terms on my confirmation. They still charged my card based on another policy. I made several attempts to resolve. No call backs. I had to escalate this concern to Corporate & deny charges with AMEX. Consumer beware of GM (joseph dui)

Comfortable, great location, and an excellent price. The staff is extremely nice and goes above and beyond.

Simple rooms, my room had a fairly comfortable king size bed. The staff is friendly, the included breakfast has some quick bites to eat. Overall a good experience for lodging.

Isnt good, but also isnt bad. Ammenities are minimal and the room had a noticeable, musty smell to it. Which compared to some of the reviews I had read for the place is a minor nuisance.

Unprofessional staff. General Manager is never available. I complained about room not being thoroughly clean. Bathroom left just as previous occupant left it. I asked for towels cleaned up and checked out. I did not complain about the roaches Next day I’m charged $250 for a smoking charge. I did not smoke, did not bring anything with me to smoke on their property. Called them to discuss matter and was rudely told to call back when manager available. I have called each day since incident and told to call back next day. Wyndham customer service was no help. Referred back to manager at location who is never available. I will never spend another dime with this company!

Nice hotel. Convenient to beach. Nice restaurants around. Room is clean. Hallways is smelly. Room smells wet.

Really nice employees, so kind and empathic. As evacuees, the owner went above and beyond for not only our comfort but he only charged 50 percent of normal room fee. His entire staff were so very accommodating, any need was quickly dispatched. Thank you again, we will not wait on another hurricane to come stay with you again.

It's pretty much what you would expect from a Days Inn. The room was reasonably clean, the staff was courteous and helpful it was reasonably quiet. It wasn't sold out. Even though it was a summer weekend. All in all, a three star rating (about average) is pretty accurate.

Check in was fast but you will not have the most friendly customer service. Don't be surprised when your out eating breakfast and you here rude comments made from the staff. Room was clean compared to some high end hotels and that is a plus for me. Rooms are very outdated. Beds were comfortable. Aircondition worked great and nice tv. Wifi was non existent on some devices or would not let me connect because it was unsecure. There's no hot food for breakfast but they did have an assortment to choose from. So that was a negative for me. We like our free breakfast with more variety. The pool is very small so don't come for the pool or you will be surely disappointed. All in all ok stay for a low price.

Literally if I could give ZERO stars I would! We reserved our rooms with this place 2 weeks ago and called today to let them know what time we would be arriving and they said we didn't even have a reservation! Our card numbers were even given to them! Their staff is very unfriendly and cocky… LUCKILY after searching for an hour because everyone in town was booked, we called Econo Lodge which had 4 rooms and had amazing customer service as well as a great attitude and did everything they could for us! Their rooms are nicer here too! Definitely will NOT BE GOING BACK to days inn.

Great location. Bedroom was clean. Bathroom had a few issues but nothing major. Friendly staff. Could use updated carpet and furniture. AC worked very well. It was worth the 65.00 for 3 nights. Directly across from the beach, Shaggys, The Reef, and close to casinos.

This hotel is great the only thing it needs is a refrigerator in the room. Customer service is great the. Beds are great.

I have stayed at this hotel when it was under the name of Ramada — no issues. They are now under the name of Days Inn and it is horrible! Stayed one night and will never stay again. The manager and her staff have terrible customer service skills. The housekeeping staff was on the verge of physically fighting the morning of check-out. They showed no concern about the hotel guest by using very strong vulgar language. It was very unsettling and cast a feeling of being in an unsafe environment. One guest reveled to me during check-out, her room had bedbugs and her baby was covered in bites! She was checking out to take her baby to the hospital. Her suggestion to me was next time stay at the Holiday Inn. So my suggestion to you — stay at the Holiday Inn not Days Inn!

Patrice who helped with reservations was amazing and very informative. Nice and friendly atmosphere would definitely recommend to anyone.

Nice hotel. They are currently in the middle of a name change from Ramada to Days Inn. Some of the amenities do need updating. But nothing is horrible or unbearable. Staff was nice. Patrice was very helpful.

Stayed 2/20/2016 First thing the room was very very small with one single bed very lucky there was only the two of us this time. The room supposed to be a special with queen bed? But the room was clean and hotel itself looked clean but was still under construction turning into a Days Inn is what the staff told us I would stay their again for the price but with a bigger room! great food and shopping across the road very good location.

This hotel is horrible and I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. The carpet stinks they had fans in the hall to dry it I guess they call themselves trying to clean it. The tub in my hotel room was stopped up the water would go down the front desk clerk told me I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes so he could get in touch with the matience man completely unexceptable. Than when he finally moved me to another room that smelled worse than, to top it off they was a big roach on the wall never again will I ever stay there again they will never get any of my money.

Small fenced-in Pool to the street, good location, in direct proximity to the beach.

It's actually not a bad place to stay. The staff and MGMT are very nice. Delicious Community Coffee Keurig Machines in every room, beds were comfy, rooms were clean. This place is def worth looking into if you don't want to pay outrageous prices at the casinos.

They were very rude and unprofessional. The manager v. Hill and general manager p. Tucker are running a very unorganized establishment. This place definitely gets a 2 thumbs down. Customer service is horrible. New management needed at this place! it's definitely not worth your money.

I would possibly write a review of this hotel if I could get a hold of front desk to inquire about availability. Seems they dont have an option to connect to front desk, and when you hit 0 for help or the operator the sae menu just repeats over again. Very frustrating.

This place was fine for the money. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It is not an easy access to the beaches if you want to walk. This ramada inn is across a busy highway from the beaches. The swimming pool is tiny. We felt safe and comfortable but were disappointed with the location. 4 lanes of traffic is too much when you have children.

Elevator very slow. Room is fair but staff was very nice and courteous. Not bad for a budget hotel. We were on our way to Destin, Florida and Biloxi was a resting point after 14 hours of driving. Beds were comfortable.

The most comfortable hotel bed in which I've ever slept! It was more comfortable than my own bed! I did not even need to bring my pillow in from the car. I wish I could have stayed longer. The staff was very nice. We checked in after 11pm and left before 7am, and the lady at the front desk was just as nice at 6:30 AM as she was the night before. The continental breakfast was better than average. Next time I'm in Biloxi, I'll check in early and stay late.

I'm used to staying in more upscale places than this when I go on vacations, but I'm here on a school trip, so that wasn't possible. I've never in my life had service at a hotel like this. Every staff member I have met has gone out of their way to be helpful. Earlier today I went to the desk to see if they had anything I could put my leftovers in to put in the microwave since the restaurant put them in Styrofoam. The woman at the desk started digging through drawers until she found a tupperware container, then went to wash it for me. It would have been very easy to say "sorry we don't have anything like that, " but she really went the extra mile for me. Something like this has happened literally every night that I've been here. I couldn't recommend this hotel more.
