This is by far the best casino in the state! From the time you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles and the best gaming experience possible. The food is excellent at all dining locations. Scarlett Steakhouse is our favorite. Everyone from valet, security, all the way to the VIP lounge are always friendly and smiling. This is a must to destination for anyone visiting the MS Gulf Coast.

The Scarlet Pearl is by far the best casino on the Gulf Coast. From the food, the service, the atmosphere, the cleanliness and great slot machine selection, everything is top notch.

The valet service, Restaurant, Under the Oak, was great food! Our beverage server was prompt bringing our coffee or cocktails when we ordered. It was a great day to enjoy my day off!

Scarlet's Steak & Seafood was awesome. The food was great and so was the staff. Our wait staff was amazing!

Our favorite place to stay and Under the Oak Cafe is the best place to eat. Food is delicious, portions are generous and the service is top notch! Shout out to Melissa Conley, our server, who just goes above and beyond and is just as sweet as she wants to be!

The Vietnamese noodle restaurant is worth the drive alone! The service at Scarlet Pearl is always fantastic! I drive from Mobile Alabama just for the service and food at Chopstix. The staff is so friendly and I always get hot pho and cold Kirin. Really can’t speak highly enough about the staff. I look forward to my visit every time. April and her crew are the best!

The rooms are excellent. They are spaces and the beds are extremely comfortable. The casino has a great selections of slot machines and table games. The buffet is great. I really could not find anything wrong with the place. I stayed there the 13th of November. I do go there for gambling and the buffet when I am in the area.

So me and my family stayed here, The rooms was beautiful. The service was good and staff were very nice. Pool a little small but we still enjoyed it … The last day we ate at the buffet. I just learn a few hours before I lost a friend. So our mood change for that day. Our server went by the name of Crystal and when I tell you she change me and my family day all around. Her customer service her, thoughtfulness should be recognized. She could tell that something was wrong so she made sure she checked our table and check on us a lot. She talked with us like she known us forever. As we were heading out she gave me a hug and said whatever you’re going through I hope that everything will be OK. She made our day and I just wanted to come and let you guys know about how awesome crystal from the buffet is, and we will definitely be back!

We attended a charity event last night for Autism awareness. They did an amazing job hosting. The food was very good, much higher quality than expected especially the lamb chops. The entertainment so enjoyable. Great staff. Everyone was in a great spirit. Hope to go back again.

It's a really nice place to stay and spend money and they are very respectful and really good staff they help out alot and they even ask if you need anything I was crying and the staff asked me if I was ok and I said not really my sister had just passed away and they said it will get better and they offered me anything I wanted so they are awesome to say the best.

I have stayed here several times. We love it! accommodations are always very nice. All the staff are polite and quick to help. The buffet is awesome and the pool is awesome as well. You can even play cornhole pool side.

Good clean atmosphere… the restaurants are wonderful! Waitresses on and off the floor are very efficient! Slot machines not so friendly but up to date!

I go to the buffet every Thursday. We always ask for Christian. He is the best!

Christian is the best server that I have ever had! He is polite, always friendly and always there to give the best service EVER! He Always, always has a smile on his face. He makes the eating experience so much more enjoyable. We eat here a least twice a week and always ask for Christian’s section when we come to eat.

I received a bloody pork chop. I ordered my food and sat in the car to eat. I took about 2 bites out of it before I notice the taste was horrible. When I retured it the manager called security and he did a report on it but he was very rude. They cooked the food over and the manager also had a attuide. She gave me a $15 coupon to eat when I reture but I think that was my first and last time coming. My womens group wanted to go this weekend but we decided to go to th IP instead.

Wait service was very slow at first; waited about 10 minutes for our first visit from a waitress Improved to good as meal progressed. Food was good to very good. Entertainment was top notch; a gentleman by the name of Jesse Hill, I believe, sang tunes from Sinatra, Andy Williams, Dean Martin and the like. Second time hearing this guy and he aces every song. May not do it exactly the same way as the original, but he has a great style that makes each song his own.

Best hotel EVER! This is the first hotel, I've ever stayed, that was sound proof. No sound of slamming doors all night, no listening to showers and toilets in other rooms. Our room was across from elevators. Never heard anyone. Very clean, friendly staff, and really cool electric room shades. Only complaint, really difficult shower. Had to call housekeeping to work it.

My husband and I love Scarlet Pearl! The location is perfect; a little tucked away but still easy drive to the beach. The room was amazing (so much space, perfect bathroom, beautiful view). We also had excellent customer service. Best hotel we have ever stayed at!

I had an earlier issue at the scarlet pearl however Roy the head of food and beverage contacted me to resolve the issue and I have to say they really impressed me. They went WAY above and beyond what they need to do to fix it. They treated myself my mom and dad and two boys to dinner at Scarlets there steakhouse. It was amazing I have eaten all over the world and it was honestly one of the best meals I have ever had. The fried green tomatoes are to die for and the steaks were out of this world. And to top it off the problem I had to begin with was they didn't have a strawberry cheesecake I had ordered for my sons birthday so for dessert they had a whole cheesecake for us in back waiting. The look on my sons face when they brought it out was priceless. They went above and beyond to make it up to us and we will be back! Thanks Roy! And thanks David for the amazing service and the restaurant manager!

This was our 3rd visit to Scarlet Pearl & it was not "the charm". First let me say the facility is beautiful. The rooms are large & modern. The beds are quite comfortable (but the pillows are horrible… we had to go buy some at Stein Mart on our first trip & have taken our own since). The casino is bright, unlike any other we've seen. And they must have the best air filtration system money can buy because it NEVER smells smoky or musty inside. In the past, everyone has been helpful & eager to please. Not this time. It started at check in when there was only ONE clerk working with folks lined up through the lobby. Second, we stayed for 3 nights and our room was never "freshened" — no towels, garbage not emptied, bed made. Each day we had to either call Housekeeping or chase one down the hall to get what we needed. No apology was ever offered. VERY frustrating! Additionally, the pool is very odd. It's in a strange location, across from the entrance to the hotel in a corner near the street. There's no bar/snack bar… you have to use your phone to call Room Service. They have 4 small tents which they rent as cabanas, but I wouldn't waste my money. I'd just ask the pool attendant to put an umbrella over my lounge chair. I will say, though, the most courteous & helpful person we encountered was the young pool attendant. He checked on everyone & offered water frequently. On our past visits I would not have hesitated to recommend a stay at Scarlet Pearl. Now, not so much.

We stayed for 3 nights, and it was the best experience EVER! All employees, and I mean ALL went above and beyond to insure we had a good time! I would recommend this casino to anyone. The room was large — including the bathroom! It was very comfortable and we loved the automatic shades! Thanks to everyone for a good time!

People were great, hotel and room was excellent. Staff was so nice. Food was perfect at the buffet and at under the oak tree cafe the food was superb and the portions were ginormous. Prices were good. Make sure you bring a long sleeve shirt. Really cool in casino. All in all a great experience.

Me and my girlfriend use to come a couple times a month for the buffet, under the oaks, and to use our freeplay. We stopped going to under the oaks because the food and service just got worse and worse until we just got fed up with it. We liked to come to the buffet on Tuesdays for the taco Tuesday and were surprised a couple weeks ago when we came and it was seafood instead but said whatever and decided to eat anyways since we were already there. Like the continued trend of the last couple visits the service has just continued to decline and the quality of food with it. About two weeks ago on a Thursday we decided to give it another try because we truly lived the atmosphere of the rest of the place and didn’t want to give up on the Scarlett Pearl. When we paid the buffet is more expensive that night because it’s local seafood night when in all reality it was the exact same food that was served the last time we there on a Tuesday. When our waitress brought our drinks there was a problem with the carbonation on the drink machines and the lady even looked at the drinks because she couldn’t tell if it was water or sprite. It took a different waitress to help us and get drinks from the other side of the buffet to even get drinks that were drinkable.

This is a very upscale casino in the area. The game floor is very large, with lots of table games, and slots. Slot payouts are the low end (even though it’s advertised as the highest paying). Table games are great and the dealers are friendly. The buffet is worth checking out, as the food is great and fresh. There’s a huge variety and the wait staff are very nice. I didn’t stay in the rooms but the bathrooms were very modern and very clean. It’s close to the beach which is worth checking out if you’re in the area. It’s very quiet and right off interstate 110. It’s worth checking out.

The Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort is in an easy to get to location. Very well maintained and the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are top notch and equipped with everything you need. Also a safe and secure environment anywhere on grounds. Did not try any restaurants in casino due to cigarette smoke smell that fills casino area. Would have received all 5 stars if the non-smoking room didn't also smell of smoke. We may not come again but will recommend to other friends that like the casino environment.

WEEKEND BRUNCH BUFFET IS PHENOMENAL! We have been twice, Mother's day and last Saturday. Both times Awesome, closest thing to finding something we didn't like was sugar free chocolate cake. The salad bar is fresh, the Bacon isn't burned, the brisket is wonderful, the smoked sausage is actually smoked tasting. And the desserts, one could injury themselves on dessert alone! The Mimosas are good too. Hands down best brunch I have had along the coast, more than well worth twenty bucks!

Where do I begin? The cashier was delightful and the dessert bar was wonderful. Unfortunately it's all downhill from there. The food was mediocre but the service is what earns a 0 star if I could leave one. I stood at the carving station waiting for 2 employees to stare each other down as to who would draw the short straw and wait on me. No smiles, no your welcome for my thank you. Just attitude for doing their job. My wife asked when more shrimp will be out and she got an eye roll and then an answer. But the worst yet was the hostess (Sheila) bad mouthing another employee in front of us. Our waitress was overwhelmed and had too many tables. The service was slow and spotty. Overall we were very disappointed and will not be back.

Amazing I wish there was someone I could thank for my hotel stay. I love this room and it has a wonderful view. Yes; I'm excited about the room, how many times does that happen. Plus you get plenty of cold water in the room. Spacious clean casino. No smoke smell or being cumbersome on you it's completely absent. There are plenty of slots and table games. They could use another blackjack table they tend to be full. I absolutely cannot wait to see if they'll offer a special stay again. Magnificent thrills and excitement.

Nice band plays in the casino area. We dont care to play but there is so much else to do. They often give out great gifts to members. Just for join there membership club we got 2 eat a free buffet with delicious food and great service. Place is not smokey at all and in a very safe place. Valet can use some help they were slow.

This is our favorite casino on the coast. The rooms are great and all the staff has always been nice. They give pretty good comps. Our only complaint would be that we wish the buffet would be a bit better.

Visited the Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort with a tour group on Valentine's Day and we had a great time! We spent a few hours gambling and thoroughly enjoyed lunch at the buffet. The employees are great and the facilities are very nice and clean.

Rooms are nice if you want to chance a reservation with no guarantee of getting the room you selected or reserved. I always select nonsmoking and have received 2 smoking rooms. It was a big hassle to change to nonsmoking and staff acted as if we had done something wrong. When gambling what really put us over was when someone came down to the table a couple hands later to advise my husband he had been overpaid $5.00. What a joke, I would hope those on the cameras above would be watching for more egregious acts. Quite a shame because the nonsmoking rooms are nice and the casino can be fun. There’s too many other casinos in the area which will guarantee your reservation and are respectful of their guests. I’ll be losing my money at one of them from now on.

Made reservations with the comped room offer I got in the mail. 2 days later, we drove 1000 miles only to be told the rooms were sold out. I liked the Casino and would have stayed 3 nights and done most of my gambling there but they will never see my face again! Don't bank on having somewhere to sleep if you make reservations.

Scarlet Pearl offers easy parking in a secure environment. The entrance is welcoming, open and spacious. Staff seems to remain in high spirits during any visit I've made; always a good mood. Sad to learn the poker room is closing.

Had a really good time gambling at the Pearl. The waitresses were fast with a drink and a smile. The food was outstanding at the Vietnamese restaurant and the prices were good. The mini-golf is good for a couple rounds (there are two sides), but avoid it on hot days because there is very little shade. Have yet to stay at the hotel but when I do I will make sure to edit this to reflect it. Only reason there was not a fifth star was because parking was a bit of a pain because of construction going on at the time I went. I think that has been resolved since then.

I was very impressed with the Scarlet Pearl Casino. Very upscale and luxurious. Since its a newer casino, there wasn't that musty smoke smell. Dealers and waitresses were very friendly as well. Overall had a good time with my dad here. Thanks Scarlet Pearl.

The buffet was good for food that wasn't sitting for a while and there was quite a bit for choices on dessert. Wait staff was very nice and made sure to get things in a timely manner. Overall, was a nice buffet and the price is a bit better than other local buffets.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because our waitress was very good. Half of the wait staff was very unprofessional. The food didn’t taste fresh and it was a busy time on a Saturday night. It tasted as if it was prepared a few hours earlier. There was a piece of plastic in my dessert. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

LOVED the mini golf! But it was very pricey, $60 for a family of 4 to play both courses. Buffet was good. Newest hotel/ Casino in the Biloxi Mississippi area. It is very large and spacious and doesn't reek of cigarettes yet. Didn't spend the night so no idea if the rooms are nice or not.

Wow, what a nice surprise on the Gulf Coast! If you’re tired of the big Corp casino properties, try this one. It’s privately owned and you’ll notice the difference the minute you walk in. My room was phenomenal, the staff very friendly, the steak rest. Better than most of the others I’ve tried. Not sure of the gaming, but it looked really nice. Best of all, it doesn’t feel like a crowded place, with kids and adults running and screaming everywhere. I really hope this casino makes it. I know I’ll be back to support it.

This is one of the nicest casino hotels we have stayed it. The decor was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were very roomy and we loved the automatic shades and huge shower. The food was very good, and we received comps our first night there. We definitely will be back.

Bar was great. Casino very clean and smelled strongly of vanilla lotion. The atmosphere was just… weird. It was like a scene out of The Shining or the bar scene out of Passengers. Fancy and well-kept, but completely empty. Must be a bad night.

A five star resort. From the interstate the casino didn't look that appealing but boy was I wrong. Once you enter you see one of the best looking casino's on the gulf coast. All new machines everywhere in a very elegant setting. This is one of the best casino's I've ever seen.

I stayed over Labor Day weekend and I must say it's a beautiful place. The rooms are great and staff of friendly. The buffet does not shine but it's adequate. Unfortunately, I woke up to bedbug bites and found a bug crawling on the sheets upon inspection. They were prompt in their response in which they sent a supervisor to the room, who looked at the bug that I had bagged and told me to fill out an incident report. I did a report basically saying I did not need an ambulance and that first aid was offered. I also wrote out a statement of the incident. Not that I was looking for a handout but a packet of itch cream and an apology was not enough for me therefore, I will not be returning to Scarlet Pearl.

This casino clearly does not know how to treat its customers, I felt like we were at a club for drunk 21 year olds! Me and three of my girlfriends tried the place out for my birthday night. From the very beginning, this place had tacky written all over it. First, the clerk chased me down the entire casino because her computer malfunctioned and didn't properly run my card for the $1.50 water I purchased. She ran up as though I had stole something and caused a scene, then demanded my credit card so she could go back and re run it. A manager in the casino saw what had happened and profusely apologized, ended up buying us a round of drinks, which was very nice and made me feel better about the whole situation. We then went to dinner at the steakhouse. My friend was a little concerned about the B rating they had which was clearly posted at the front of the restaurant. We decided to try it anyway and glad we did. The food was actually amazing and so was our server, David. As we were leaving dinner, one of my friends ran to the gift shop and said she would meet us back in the casino. I received a call from my friend about two minutes later, frantic and almost in tears. The security guard had stopped her from re entering the casino, he informed her that she had a large "wet" spot on the back of her dress and told her that she had "defecated" on herself and that was a clear sign of being too intoxicated.

This "newer" casino resort is very nice! All the amenities you would expect and lots of extras like remote controlled blinds and double shower heads. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The slots are not my favorite, but the atmosphere is fun. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice, stylish casino. Buffet is very good for the price with a variety of food to choose from. Casino does not reek of smoke. The mini golf course is lots of fun and great for kids. Lots of parking is available. This is gonna be my main casino stop when on the gulf coast.

This casino/hotel is absolutely beautiful and our week there was everything we wanted it to be. Check in was a breeze and our room was exquisite. I love the way the dining facilities are part of the casino floor. All the staff were friendly and professional. The dining experience at Scarlett's was totally first class, a four star restaurant! We plan to go back again and again.

This is a really nice, clean hotel and casino. It's fairly new and very well maintained. It's easy to get in and out of but lacks a parking deck right now. They are building one so that won't be an issue for long. We've eaten in the buffet a couple of times and it's pretty good. Lots of food choices and the price compares to other casinos​ in the area. We haven't stayed in the hotel yet, but judging from the cleanliness of the other areas in the hotel I would have to believe it wouldn't disappoint. The casino had a lot of games and people were winning the days we visited.

Beautiful room! It was a smoking room because of my sister, but was so very pleased it didn't smell like one! Everything was perfect except a drinking glass which was filthy. Fell in love with the shower and bed. The buffet was okay, not worth the price, but the casino was very nice and once again I love the smell! Walking by smokers didn't bother me. I would love to stay again ☺.

I love this place! My room is beautiful, with a nice view. Food was excellent. Customer service is outstanding. Honestly, my only complaint is how cold it is on the casino floor. At least I know, next time I visit I'll pack warmer clothes.

Don't do the casinos much but I've been to my fair share. I always choose the @scarlet Pearl. I love the atmosphere, the most helpful and friendly staff! It is a clean, inviting and rewarding place to come and the food is amazing also great rooms!

Very nice casino, the food in the cafe is good and the portions are large. The new parking garage makes it a lot easier to park. Looking forward to seeing the new boutique when it opens.

The room was absolutely amazing, we had a corner room on 11th floor. The views were great, the room was very clean and modern. The bathroom was beautiful with the walk-in shower and the complimentary bath products were great. We also appreciated the complimentary water bottles. The only complaint is the heavy smoke smells outside the room.

We went to play the machines. I like the selection of penny machines available. We ate at the cafe in the Scarlett Pearl, fortunately, it was open 24 hours. They have a fabulous Scarlett burger. They cooked it just the way I ordered it. It was a fantastic meal, and I will be back for more wonderful food.

My husband and I visited the Scarlet Pearl over the weekend while on a bowling tournament trip. We had a wonderful time environment was really well lit and nice and bright. There's a great variety of slot machines and the staff is very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely be returning.

Rude employees and complete idiots. I called to report their valets driving fast and reckless, almost hitting me once before. I told the lady I wanted to speak with the owner because management has completely ignored the issue. I told her that an employee is going to end up killing someone and the owner should know as he is responsible. Instead of talking to anyone, an hour later I receive a call from the police department. Someone told the officer I threatened to kill someone. Absolutely unacceptable! False statement to police on such a serious crime, whoever made the statement should be charged with a crime. I will pursue legal action. Money better spent at casino properties that actually know gaming and customer service.
