Where do I start! What a great hotel with even more incredible staff! We had an absolute blast! Our room was well taken care of and was a very nice weekend. This was first trip and were going to CrawFish Fest and stayed at SBH. It was awesome! They have a jam up spot for a destination wedding should you want it. Indoor and outdoor space, would be perfect for a wedding weekend for sure. Can’t wait to go back! And we will be back to stay with SBH! Thanks to everyone at SBH and can’t wait to see y’all next time!

It was originally a couples trip booked a month in advance and then the kids decided they wanted to join us. The hotel added us another 1 bedroom suite for a reasonable price and was able to place ours rooms side by side with no hesitation. The staff was super friendly. The suite was beautiful very spacious and exceptionally clean. The view was breathtaking. It was a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the shower was super relaxing. The pool was immaculate. We will be back soon. We absolutely loved it…

This is the most ripped off hotel they are very disrespectful an does not satisfy customers one of the room that’s suppose to be a suite doesn’t have a TV in at all an want u to pay for a room that your guest or children can not lay down to watch TV in the guest room only can look at 4 walls an a mirror.

Great hotel for a girls weekend! Park the car at check in and no need to pick up your key until 11am on the day of check out. Beach, pool, lots of restaurants to pick from down the boardwalk. Friendly staff. JJ at the bar was fabulous! Can’t wait the come back next year!

I stayed here with my husband and 1 year old son this past weekend. We had a 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath suite. I was very impressed with the size and cleanliness of it. We had a full kitchen as well. The pool was nice and my son enjoyed the swim. We had never stayed on that side of Biloxi before and I was pleasantly surprised — we were literally on the beach and the boardwalk connected us to some nice restaurants. There were only 2 things we didn't like: 1) people created their own spots in the parking garage so it was tight to maneuver through it and 2) the breakfast was disappointing. Only yogurt, coffee, grits, oatmeal, and a few assorted cereals. I'm not sure if this is due to COVID-19 or not because this was our first time staying here. Overall, it was a good trip and we'd stay here again.

Beautiful rooms and great event spaces! Hannah in sales is awesome and was so helpful and sweet! She went above and beyond for us. We had a beach wedding that got rained out and we were looking for a backup plan at the last minute. Hannah got us in a space (the terrace) with only a 2 hour notice and it was beautiful. She saved the day for my sisters small wedding. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with great views. Highly recommend!

The hotel location is perfect. It's right on the beach and you can walk to many restaurants, souvenir shops and entertainment. The facility is very nice and clean. The room was large and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The bed was comfortable as well. We would definitely stay again!

This is a very nice hotel! Great view of the ocean and street view! Very nice and spacious suite! We are staying in the Studio suite on the 9th floor it's more than I expected! The staff is very nice! Me and my husband have stayed in alot of hotel's and this one is the best yet!

The staff was great and the room was fine. The mattress on the bed needed to be replaced but it was ok for the money. I’d spend the money for the beach view. Location is fabulous with a pool right by the beach and lounge chairs right off the boardwalk.

I first chose this hotel because of the location, my second reason was the balcony and last I loved the look of the 1 bedrooms with full kitchen. Let me say NONE of the above reasons for choosing this hotel were a disappointment. The rooms are BEAUTIFUL and VERY clean. I was comfortable in every way. The staff from the front desk to every member of house keeping that I came in contact with was more than eager to assist with a SMILE. The only gripe I have is with the bartender on duty Monday evening for happy hr, she wasn't very friendly. I was charged $6 for a Malibu with pineapple juice then told it wasn't 2 for 1 AFTER she told me she could make it for me for the 2 for 1. She ruined my bar experience but my overall stay was AWESOME. I'll definitely be back! I will not be visiting the bar again BUT I'm definitely coming back.

We were very pleased with the hotel! Friendly staff. Great room. Beds could have been better but everything else made up for it. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The building was nice, but the staff was terrible! With the exception of chelsi st the front desk and the restaurant and bar staff they were great. Rooms were not properly cleaned. Stains on the fold out couch. Had to wait for hours to get extra sheets for the bed my children were sleeping on. Then went down to get them myself after waiting and they said I had to wait on them to brought up. When they finally came they didn’t even send all that we asked for. There was no pillowcases on the pillows or blanket. You would think linens would be kept in the room somewhere but apparently not. They were 4 hours late opening the pool gate and people stood there for hours waiting after they called to request it to be unlocked.

Customer service varies. Often times the elevators smelled like cigarette smoke. Breakfast was pretty good for continental. Laundry is complimentary, though the one washer they had smelled terrible. Great view of Biloxi Beach. Rooms were very clean and beautiful.

Great view of the gulf! Quiet area. The hotel is clean and the rooms are large and open. The beds were comfortable enough and the amenities were great. We loved the boardwalk and proximity to good resturants. There are a few things that need to be repaired/updated like the balcony door handle in our room was broken and the shower head needed to be cleaned so it sprayed straight. The vent fan in the bathroom was very loud and breakfast was okay but not great. Parking was easy.

I was really nervous because of the reviews and even tried to convince my husband to cancel but I was beyond pleased when we arrived. Although early check In was not available the front desk staff told us we were welcome to enjoy the pool and restaurant area. When our room was ready it was beautiful. We requested sheets for the pullout bed and they were brought to us immediately. I do suggest bringing an extra blanket if you do use the pullout sofa. We ate at the bar area restaurant and while one bartender was on her first day and a little slower, another employee, Georgia was absolutely incredible and even mixed myself and another patron a drink based on what we described we like. The continental breakfast was very good and included eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. I have no complaints at all and feel that we got our money’s worth.

We would not stay here again but our stay was decent. Employees were all very nice but the room itself was not the best. Funny smell when you first enter. The flooring was not put down properly and was lumpy. We booked a one bedroom with a pull out couch. The couch was dirty and they do not automatically give you sheets or blankets for the pull out. The first blanket they brought was very thin and full of holes. Asked for more blankets which were a little better. Bought groceries to cook but there was one pot, one pan, two big cooking spoons and there were exactly three sets of silverware only. We were able to make it work but it was not ideal. There were no dish rags or towels for the kitchen and they only had three bath towels in the bathroom. With the exception of the dishes the staff brought us everything we asked for but for the amount of money we paid for this room we shouldn’t have had to ask for these items. The pool was fine and the location having several restaurants within walking distance was nice. We made it work but for the price I wouldn’t stay here again.

So I have gone through several of the complaints many have said… however the staff has been lovely with taking care of any of the issues… it was our first time. The restaurant staff however we're very nasty with their attitude. And I don't deal well with people as such when we pay so much money to stay at a place… I don't believe we will use them when we bring the children back… one thing it's a great location. Easy access to beach. Just not my favorite place. And I travel a lot with my organizations. All in all not really the place for mature adults looking for their hard earned money to go. Just being honest.

First, the parking situation sucks. Second, you will have to wait for thirty minutes to check in and she will look up at you like you’re stupid as you wait. All you hear is the highway from the room, so there is no relaxation. The bedding is terrible. The Wi-Fi doesn’t even work. The whole layout of the hotel is just odd. The room is spacious, that’s about the only positive.

South Beach Biloxi Hotel was a last minute day-cation I planned to get away from the city for a while. My boyfriend, his daughter, and her friend all fit into a one bedroom suit very comfortably. It was super clean and the best, most unexpected amenity was that there was a half bath accessible from the living room, so the girls could go to the bathroom at their leisure without waking us up through the night. Though we did have a problem with our phone in our room not working, everything else was wonderful. The room had everything and more that you could possibly need for a day or even a week stay, aside from a washer and dryer. The front desk associate even gave us a late checkout with bo qualms. The hotel is also in a wonderful location, on the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants, an arcade, a souvenir shop. Everything else you need is only a 5 minute drive away. Though our stay was short, it was very pleasant. We plan on coming back this summer.

This was a last minute reservation on a day that we just decided to ride down to the beach and hang out. This was May 5, 2018. We liked the room. It was clean overall, but I noticed the light fixture hanging in the kitchenette was in front of an A/C register, and the suspending cables were caked in dust. We could have lived with that, but then 2:00 AM there’s serious banging on my door. I look through the peep hole and see an approx 20 year old white boy in a wife beater shirt violently banging on my door. He gets tackled by another guy and they run off. My wife is calling security at this time. Security is there in 10 minutes and says he’s hearing reports all over but can’t locate them. This goes on the rest of the night! At checkout, I tell the hostess and all she can do is say sorry… Another patron is behind me when I mention it and says they had the same problem 4 floors down from me. I believe discounted fees were in order after a night like that! I was appalled that they didn’t offer anything for our grief. This could have saved our relationship with this place, because we had been thinking it would be a nice one to bring the kids to later. Not going to happen.

We came here for 6 days, we had the 1 bedroom suite, carpet was horrible, couch was horrible, bed was hard, remodeling was going on down the hall, The hotel had us checking out the 3rd day, they corrected the mistake, upgraded our suite to a 2 bedroom suite which had a marvelous view overlooking the beach, and much, much better cleanliness. If we'd been in the 2 bedroom on checking in, they'd gotten a higher rating. Recommend the 2 bedroom suite.

The room was amazing and our private balcony overlooked the water. The tub was wide enough to comfortably relax, too! Our party was treated well and I'd love to return!

High End of "OK-ville"… WAY better than cheap hotel, but not top of the line. Overall a nice property for the cost. It's fair. Bed was a little hard for my taste… but I loved the separate living & bedroom space. Nice kitchen with everything you'd expect for cooking. Bathroom nice with large tub. Balcony a little small. But the live band on the weekend was so FUN! LOTS of food and souvenir shopping in walking distance. I'D definitely recommend for mid price accomodations.

The condo is amazing. It was clean the room and was much bigger than we expected. The mini cafe inside the resort was also good for a quick lunch. We loved that there was restaurants in walking distance. Even for the side view you were still able to see the beach from your balcony which was awesome. Also I loved that face that is was quiet. The only thing we said is that we will call in advance for the summer time so we are able to get a front view for the beach. We will be back for sure.

The hotel is perfectly situated right on the beach with easy access. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the views are fantastic. The housekeeping staff… well let’s just say don’t leave anything behind because no one will know anything about it even if you just departed the hotel a few hours earlier. How is this possible? Is It either thrown out or assumed to be a gift from the guest to the staff. My 5 year old granddaughter left behind her pillow and favorite satin pillow case and her most important security “Baby” she had had since birth. Needless to say we were all heartbroken to think someone would have thrown it away. Leaves bad memories. I called several times. Even offered a nice reward for the return of “baby”. But no luck.

Good, spacious room with good amenities. I liked the location cause it's by the beach and doesn't get too crazy around there. But, craziness is just a short drive away.

Hotel suite looked nothing like what we toured when we made our reservation. Dented appliances, dated carpet, bad locks on master bedroom bathroom door, missing amenities for kitchen that was suppose to be there, sticky floor from bad cleaning at suite entrance. Would never consider or recommending this place to anyone.

It was nice but last time we were here the serives was much better than this time. I really think management has changed. Now you have your pay for the continental breakfast it was included last time. First of all we book a two bedroom and two bathrooms but at check in time they told me that they only had a two bedroom and 1.5 bathroom available but when. We booked it the agent did not tell us.

Disappointing for the cost. 1 star for location. Stayed in the 2 bedroom room 1508. Sofa was very worn with no support left. Chair closest to sliding door also felt as though you were sitting on the springs, and could not be used for seating. Mattress on bed in larger room was lumpy and uncomfortable. First and last stay for us!

Was very simple checking in/out process. Called and got an early check-in and checkout with no problem. Staff was nice. Good view/location. Rooms are very nice and would recommend to anyone staying that way. Only, I guess, thumbs down is no room service from the Level 3 cafe but that's not huge issue.

This hotel is amazing! It was like staying at a luxury resort. It's right on the beach & surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms are huge & more like apartments! We stayed in a 2 bedroom & it had a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, a regular bathroom and a master bathroom. The ocean views from the balcony & master bedroom were amazing! This place is a must stay in Biloxi!

How this place ever gets good reviews is impossible to understand. The rooms smelled so bad they had an industrial air freshener going when we entered… which stunk worse than the room. The room itself was large but all the furniture was worn. Table leg broken. Not very clean. I literally cringed when sliding into the sheets. Service was adequate but not great. The beach is disgusting. Low tide went out to reveal sharp chunks of rusting iron everywhere. Water is so dirty you can't see the tops of your feet when ankle deep. If you are used to any kind of average-or-better beach you will be very disappointed.

When I arrived on Friday — my total reservations had been cancelled, so I had to provide my reservation # & show it had been paid. They ended up giving me a street view& Small room and then couldn't give me a room for sat & sun. Due to being overbooked. I as went to the room I pulled up Expedia and bam they had room available, so I proceeded back to check in and showed management that they indeed had rooms available, so they booked my room discount. Then Saturday at noon I went get my new room, I processed to new room, Lord and behold they still had guest in that room, went back to check in, they gave me another room and management came check to make sure it was free. In all got free breakfast for all of us & anything free at the bar till the end of my stay. This has never happened in all the times I've stayed here. Then I found out this happened to another couple the same stay.

Great Location, didn't have to cross main hwy. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Front desk personnel was very helpful. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable.

First thing I wanna say is if your bringing 2 vehicles make sure to get a parking pass for both of them. Manger didnt clarify that the parking pass only covered one. Therefore ended up spending $445 to get my vehicle from the tow yard from some crocked tow company named champions. That was about a 25 minute ride from the hotel with other tow service less than 3 miles away. And of course hotel said it was my fault for not getting 2 passes but was never asked how many vehicles I brought to the hotel. This being my first time vacationing I wasn't aware of how it all worked. Wasn't even notified about the tow which happened roughly at 2 am. Other than that my time there was good. The ladies behind the bar deserves 5 starts. There the only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1. Would not recommend to any of my friends or family. Do not think it was my fault that I was not notifies that I needed a parking pass for both vehicles brought there. Even though the reservation was for 2 adults.

We stayed there mid April 2017. THINK before you spend this much on this hotel. I’ll start with the good. The check in and other staff were very nice and helpful Now the NOT SO GOOD. My best short description is this hotel has an upper management problem. Our room was not fully furnished upon check in with towels, kitchen items — this is a hotel priding itself on the kitchen — extra pillows but no extra pillowcases, no hangers in the closet. The room had several maintenance issues like the carpet not glued down, the shower head spraying everyplace-you took your shower before you got in the shower — the shower handle fell off, picture frame coming off, balcony lights not working, the swimming pool ladder roped off. I mean this was April, it’s not like it was the end of the summer and we were catching the end of the season-what have they been doing all winter? Even after daily housekeeping service, they did not replace the items that they just took out and were obviously being used and needed replacement. Management. I work and if I were to consistently not do my job right, I would have more to deal with than a bad review. Yes I went to the front desk and they made corrections on the first day but there were still daily issues and I shouldn’t have to tell them their job daily, especially for the cost. Since I should end on a good note, the weather was nice.

This hotel is very accommodating. My husband and I loved the experience and we will definitely be back! Our beachfront room blew us away.

I have stayed here several time on. Business. Great rooms with beach views and close to casinos. Staff is always nice and polite. Bar is small but nice. Food is standard bar food but served with a smile. Strict no smoking policy, except in designated areas. Recommend to anyone, families included.

My husband and I spent 3 nights last week. This was our 5th stay at this hotel. Over the past 5 years there have been some great improvements but also some big problems. First let me say that the hotel is beautiful and the location can not be beat. The improvements: the Wi-Fi has gotten much better. I didn't have any connection issues during my most recent stay. Next, the pool is much more clean and clear since a switch to salt water. Last, there has been an attempt to upgrade some of the furniture particularly the couches in the rooms. Now for the bad. My husband called a few days before our stay to add an extra day. When he called there was no answer twice. Finally, he spoke to a rude person who informed us that our reservation had been cancelled. After a few awkward minutes on the phone she did find our reservation and added the extra day. This problem with some rude staff members has been a problem with all of our stays. Some of the staff (Diana and Chelsea) are fantastic and are always pleasant to deal with and others (including housekeeping) are rude and very short with you. As far as our stay this trip we had a problem checking in. We called on our way to the hotel from New Orleans to inquiry about check-in. Chelsea was very pleasant and told us we could check in as soon as we got to Biloxi. We arrived and checked in and were given our keys. We went to the room and the door would not open.

The staff took two hours to get us checked into our rooms. Management was very rude, the manager was holding the elevator open and let go so it would slam on me, almost had an injury. Service wasn't well, everybody was cold as ice. They lied about policies and tried to get us to leave even though we had paid and have the amendment rights. Also, it is on the beach and if you want to go swimming or anything, you should put your shoes on because they consider it a violation. They aren't motivated by money, we had a big friendly group stay and the manager acts as if he owns the place and was dishonest about city ordinance and told us to get of the beach when it was only 10 o' clock. The breakfast was also cold, and dis-tasteful, they charge $6-$7 dollars for breakfast it's not complementary.

We only stayed for one night but the room was spacious with modern amenities including a very large tub. We faced the water on the 6th floor with a fantastic view from our balcony. There was limited parking under the hotel but plenty of parking in a lot next to the hotel. The decor in the rooms was simple and modern but the decor in the lobby was on the tacky side (bright blue walls). Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Pleasant stay in a 2 bedroom suite. Staff were courteous and prompt with all requests. Suite was clean and well furnished, bath tub was large. The balconies were especially enjoyable with view of the beach (we requested specifically). The prices were decent but a bit high, likely due to Mardi Gras. Our only complaint is that the towels were small. We did not eat dinner or breakfast there, so I'm unable to comment on them. Overall great experience and would recommend highly.

First of all, I’d like to start by saying I don’t like to write negative reviews. I’m sure people hear enough of what they did wrong and nothing about what they’ve done right. I’ve stayed at South Beach Hotel probably 10 times. I live in Biloxi and just enjoy being there for NYE and weddings and such. However, we will never stay again. This past NYE, my girlfriend, myself and another couple stayed in one of their suites, which is always very nice. We enjoy having a full kitchen and multiple bathrooms. We stayed there and played cards, had a few beers and then took a taxi out to celebrate the New Years. When we woke up the next morning, we straightened up, and we had breakfast at a nearby Waffle House and headed home. After a bit, we noticed a charge on our Credit Card for an additional $250. When I called to inquire about the charge, I was told that someone was seen smoking on our room balcony (which is impossible, because none of us smoke). I assured them it must be a mistake and was told by the manager/GM Nancy Husley, that there was no mistake. She insisted she herself saw someone smoking on our balcony. When I asked what the person looked like, she couldn’t tell me. She said she just saw the cigarette… After I called her out on her response, she told me she’d get with security and get a description of the smoker and call me back shortly. After about 4 hours, I called back to speak with her, and she was unavailable.

This place was awesome had a Pajama party here and it was nice clean rooms, staff we're friendly and nice view of the Gulf.

Outstanding value. Beach side, great friendly personnel at front desk and the cafe. Washer/dryer in room a huge plus! Room was very very clean upon entering, which is extremely important to me. Not to mention full frisge dishwasher etc. I WILL be staying here again on my next trip to Biloxi.
