This place was filthy. We stayed 4 days and our room was never cleaned. Others in the hotel had the same problems. The dogs they let stay didn’t help the smell and filth as well. Then when I told the lady at the desk about what was going on, she offered me a drink at the bar for my inconvenience. Are you serious? This was suppose to be a special time for me because I got engaged to my girlfriend in Biloxi during our stay. Horrible. I have pics to prove everything and I will never stay here again.

I love the Front desk Heylie, she is excellent, always with a smile, welcoming you, ready to help you and assist you. & Angela always friendly making sure we have all we need from fresh food to fresh coffee, Marcel from housekeeping, I am so greatful to him, he never says no when you need something, always willing and able to help. He is friendly, welcoming person. & Alexis that lady always has a way to make your day, I don't need to ask, when she is already asking me if we need anything. Great staff I recommend this Hotel to anyone and of course I will do the same with my family and friends. Best hotel I had stayed!

I had a great time at the Hyatt the staff was wonderful all very polite in speaking to you like friends The hotel was very clean.

Horrible pay more than $ 1000 and you can not use the pool, people come from the street with many children and they are not people from the hotel. It does not seem fair to me that we pay so much money and not be able to be comfortable. There is no control of anything.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The parking was close and convenient. The beach was a short walk across the street and ocean view from our room was amazing. It was very clean and all staff friendly and accommodating. We liked the central location yet not too far from resaraunts, etc. We recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Very spacious rooms, and love the fact that they are pet friendly. The rooms were very clean, the front desk was helpful at all times. Housekeeping was exceptionall.

I highly recommend Hyatt Place Biloxi! One thing I do say is if you want a ocean view ask to be on a higher floor than second floor. They first had us on second floor but when I walked in the room and saw our beach view I was very upset. I went back down and asked to please be moved up higher, they were very nice and immediately moved us up higher. Our king room is very nice and clean, and all of the staff have been very nice. We will most definitely stay here again.

I don't even know where to start. This was by far the WORST hotel experience I've ever had. We were told we could request early check-in at no additional charge. Not true! We had to wait for 2 hours. Their swimming pool is completely brown, I've never seen anything like this. We rented this room for the pool… the online pictures are very deceiving. I actually thought I was at the wrong hotel. And they never have pool towels. The TV remote in our room was dead when we first arrived. The next day we requested room service at 10am. No one ever came, so at 4:30pm we called for the third time and they finally called housekeeping for us. We didn't realize this at the time, but the housekeeper actually came in the room and just threw new sheets on the table for us to change the sheets ourselves, which we did. She also threw a new trash bag on the ground for us to change out our own trash. Wow. Their Wi-Fi was down all day and night. You guys, I could honestly go on and on but I'll stop. Spare yourselves the disappointment and go elsewhere.

My first issue is that the rooms don’t have smart TVs which would allow me to stream Netflix or Hulu. My second issue is that the concierge at the front desk refused to bring me extra towels. I had just walked in from dinner and observed several associates at the front desk; however, all were apparently too preoccupied to assist me. My third issue is that I needed new towels because the towels in my room were stained. These might seems like little details to others, but I didn’t stay for free. My hard-earned funds were used to pay for this stay. So I expect wonderful customer service and basic luxuries (clean towels and ability to watch internet tv).

Amazing staff. Beautiful landscaping and accommodations. Will definitely book future vacations.

Stayed here last year for cruise the coast. Excellent stay. This year was no different. Great service again this year. Pool is fabulous, view from the front lawn even better. Very friendly staff and I have to say thank you for helping me out with birthday cake and candles for my 3 year old grandson.

Just the entire staff was wonderful! I got to know all of them and while they do a great job they also can make you laugh. Beautiful place and just wonderful people.

We loved our trip. Big comfy rooms and beds. Great service and employees had great fun energy☺️ hot tub was amazing and loved the chocolate cookies.

Great view of the beach and top notch amenities! The pool and jacuzzi are fantastic! And the breakfast is A~1! Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful staff and beautiful views of the gulf from rooms at front of hotel facing south. Rooms are spacious and nicely kept with modern decor. Tv is high definition and large and adjustable with tons of channels available. Breakfast buffet very nice. Free drinks when we checked in and our rooms were not yet ready. Were upgraded to gulf view rooms too due to the wait. Will definitely be back.

I give them all 5. This weekend I had a amazing bartender (Denise) who made sure our drinks was on point and she showed us great service. The night crew was also great. I always stay here I will be back.

Loved it best weekend ever if you want a great place to stay go to the Hyatt in Biloxi it is the best you will have the best time and great night of sleep and wake every morning refreshed cause I know I did.

This hotel is perfection! The staff are friendly and honest. We misplaced a purse and drove an hour away before we had lost it. We drove frantically back and Rita, Head of Housekeeping, who, I swear, is a magical unicorn, had it. Intact! The saltwater pool is the perfect temperature. The property is beautifully kept. It's located right across from the beach. The views are lovely. Just down the road from the casinos. Their Continental breakfast is bountiful. Everything is so clean. Loved it visit and it was way too short!

We had a good stay with some minor things. We reserved through a friend and received their friends/family discount. Which is why we stayed here. Location is good but there aren't a ton of places (bars, restaurants) within walking distance. It is located on a busy highway that you have to cross to get to the beach with no crosswalk. No biggie for adults, but kids might be a bit dangerous. The room was great, on the first floor. The breakfast was a standard hotel type b…reakfast with hot and cold options and they run until 10am on the weekends which is nice if you want to sleep in a bit. Nothing spectacular, but nice to have. The hotel has a bar and food for purchase — also nice. Minor things that could be addressed. Our room had blackout curtains that didn't go all the way to the ceiling, so light from outside was right in our faces while we were trying to sleep. We just stuffed a blanket up there to block it out. When we arrived, there was only one person manning the bar, the front desk and the restaurant. She was extremely pleasant and did a really good job considering her hands were full, but clearly there was a longer wait because of this. I only saw a couple of dogs while I was there and both were pleasant and didn't bother me. The room was clean and well kept. I would recommend putting some bottled water in the rooms for the coffeemaker like other Hyatts do so guests don't have to walk out to the lobby to get some.

The hotel provides an ambient and light atmosphere when you enter the lobby. By the main thing that earned it this 4-star rating was the pool. I usually see pools that are normally the 5 feet rectangular type, but this place went above and beyond. They had a circular pool and chairs that were partially submerged in the water, as well as an integrated hot tub. Apart from that, the breakfast was nice, but the only thing that dropped it from a 5 was that only 1 out of 2 elevators worked, so it took a long time waiting for it. However, it provides a nice beachfront view and a great stay.

Just got home from a 4 day stay. The only real complaint is that the hot tub wasn't working (only two jets) and my granddaughter was disappointed. Room was nice and clean, nice breakfast, and the front desk was top notch. Would stay again.

DON'T STAY HERE! So many things have happened… first check in is at 3 we had to wait for an hour because our room "needed inspection" meanwhile there's tons of people in the lobby waiting to check in because rooms aren't cleaned. I asked for a refund because it was ridiculous and was told no then told I could not have a discount. One couple had to wait over 3 hours. Got to our room there was hair on the toilet and in the tub obviously if it was cleaned then it wasn't to my standards. Our room would not cool down and was super muggy so first night at almost midnight had to have maintenance come. He was super nice and fixed us up in a couple of minutes so that was a plus. Fast forward about an hour later the beep on the smoke alarm went off to let us know the battery was low had to call downstairs again they got us a battery and my husband fixed it. It was literally one thing after another. Second day there we called and asked for housekeeping and it took them 7 hours to come. To top it off leaving today I got a receipt which charged us more than expected. I was never told via phone that an additional $15 fee per day would be charged then put back on my credit card. For the price u pay it's not worth it. I'd much rather have been down the road at motel 6. Also the pool shower doesn't work so the pool is nasty and there's howling dogs in rooms that u can hear from your room. Wouldn't recommend it.

Staff was helpful and kind. Room was clean and had a great view. Food/drinks were good. The breakfast was great with a variety. Location was good and in the middle of everything. I would come back.

I will return. I had a great time at the Hyatt. I have no complaints with the Hotel at all. We asked we got, we looked it was there, and the staff was friendly all around all the time. You can't beat good hospitality, service, and another home away from home. Great job Hyatt!

Room was okay its across the street from the beach so it was nice. Check in staff are always busy making drinks since its connected to Starbucks. We had to wait a good amount of time to check in. The other thing the ac was quite loud. The bed was not a soft fluffy hotel bed. The breakfast was good.

Amazing place to stay! Pool little cold but it also rained for 3 days straight. The staff I can is the MOST polite staff I have ever encountered in a hotel! Rooms are large and spacious! View of the beach is amazing! Great place to stay, great prices! Can not say enough good about it.

Without a doubt the best hotel on Beach Boulevard. Great full Breakfast and courteous front desk staff. Rooms were spacious with great views of the beach across the street. Very, Very Clean. Everytime I come to Biloxi I will stay here. Believe the reviews on this one. I know it may be a little cheaper to stay at the "Inns" hotels but the $40 bucks extra to stay here is well worth it.

The staff are unfriendly. Aggervated that there is no way to get quarters on site for their washer and dryer. Yesterday evening the Bar tender/ front desk person took my husband and kids order for ice cream then proceeded to wait on others at the bar then people that walked in well after my husband. The pools Jacuzzi has and unmarked step that scraped my foot on and its really roughly lined. Also they have pool chairs that are the same color of the pool bottom. Kids had knocked them off the chair deck area in the 1ft water area. Someone is going to get really hurt because of this. Husband just go back and the day shift lady went next door and got quarters. Seems like the Male she is working with has the same mentality as the others it's much easier to say no we don't have this or that instead of left me get that.

The hotel and Accommodations are wonderful the seems like they'd to court has been update in the dream modern. It is a brand new hotel on the beach and it is not out of date so being updated would probably be a misstatement as the hotel is fairly new and it's really close to the beach. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We dined here and the food that they have on the menu is fairly decent they do have a wide variety of different things from finger food platters 2 hamburgers. Overall the experience was pleasant and wonderful to spend time would love ones.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The bar and kitchen is open all night. We picked up crab from a local restaurant, got to the room and realized I didn't have anything to crack them with. The attendant at the desk offered a mallet to help us out and the rest is history. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Cleanest hotel I've stayed at! Beautiful scenery right across from the gulf! Second time staying here and have yet to be disappointed! Outstanding and consistent customer service on each one of my stays! Friendly hotel staff and a special thank you to Carl for accommodating my needs as a guest! Also love that they have a variety of options for breakfast for those of us who are trying to make healthier choices! The Almond Milk was a plus! I was suspect of the really high rating, however as soon as I started checking in I knew they were accurate. Spacious room, great views, great staff. What closed the deal for me using this place every time we come through was the included buffet breakfast. Everything was spread out and plenty of it. I was very content with what I ate and didn't even eat everything that looked good. I had to take some photos of the area.

We came here for our honeymoon and just celebrated our first anniversary at Biloxi Hyatt and I highly recommend it to anyone. The rooms are nice the staff are exelent and the breakfast is Awsome. And the view of the ocean is very beautiful.

I stayed in room 507. The room was amazing. Very good price. The breakfast was great. The staff were all very nice. I can't wait to come back.

The hotel looks and feels upscale. The staff was visible and helpful every time I needed something. I removed one star because my key card stopped working before I checked out. Even then, the staff corrected it quickly.

Actually I am an employee at the Hyatt Place. We provide a wonderful Clean Service with a warm welcoming smile at our front desk and through out our facility. Located right off of Hwy 90 in Biloxi, this hotel is right down the street from the Casinos. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were taken care of and everyone had great attitudes. The breakfast was good too.

Of you are ever in Biloxi this is the place you will love. The hotel was built on 2016. The staff is super friendly and professional. The hotel is super clean and they have some of the best breakfast not just donuts and coffee. They have eggs, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, fruit and more. Everyday the breakfast is a little different so if you are staying multiple days you won't get boards. The workout room is really nice and they have a laundry room with state of the art washers a dryers. The best part is it right across the street from the gulf of Mexico. Super nice.

Really great hotel. Very nice, clean rooms. Bar and coffee bar downstairs. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was nice, home kitchen buffet style with a good selection. Only stayed one night on this trip, but would stay again and hopefully get to use the hot tub and fire pit.

Great location on the bay and near the AFB and casinos. Great room lay out one of the best I have seen larger than most. Excellent breakfast and bar/snacks open 24 hours.

The Hyatt Place is pretty amazing. Everything I could need is right on location. Food, drinks, gym, pool, conference center and computer access all within one building. Stayed for 3 weeks and never had an issue. Staff is always friendly and very attentive to the guests. Hyatt place will forever be on my list of places to stay while in Biloxi.

Unfortunately we decided to stay here because we got a good rate. Ended up being a nightmare! The 1st room had a bad smell the was known by housekeeping before our arrival. They still rented the room to us knowing is has a terrible smell. Second-The bathroom smelled like it was cleaned with an old wash rag. 3rd My room was infected with fleas. Moved to another room on the same floor, woke up itching and found fleas in my bed. Good thing I have it on video. The general manager was kind and helpful but the entire housekeeping staff should be FIRED! ASAP. They're nasty and don't care how nasty a room is.

I was so pleased on my vacation to Biloxi, MS! The staff here at Hyatt were outstanding, and the warm welcome my boyfriend and I received as soon as we walked in the door was a breath of fresh air. Whether we needed toiletries, detergent, or even a drink at the bar, the staff was eager to help. I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for an affordable, yet quality stay! The establishment was spot less, and smelled wonderful.

Beautiful location and establishment! Never would have guessed it is a pet friendly hotel! Clean clean clean — from the lobby to the dining areas and elevators right on up to your room! They have maintenance and cleaning personnel on staff which seemed like 24/7 keeping the entire place sparkling! Yolanda was such a love and worked especially hard to make certain this hotel is clean ALL THE TIME! Extremely friendly and accommodating staff that goes out of their way to please their guests. True southern hospitality here! I would definitely recommend! They aim to please.

Room was great. The after hours service was also friendly and helpful. Plus the happy hour from 5 to 7 is a hidden gem!

Loved my stay here. Hyatts are great hotels, and this hotel definitely lives up to the brand. Staff were friendly, fun, and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Gym had great equipment. All common areas were clean and well-maintained. 5-star hotel in my opinion.

Very nice room and an excellent view! Breakfast is great except they don't have any sweetener, just sugar for some reason. The pool is a little warm, but overall I would definitely recommend staying here.

Really nice hotel. The room was great, 2 queen beds plus a sofa bed. Beds were really comfortable. Hotel staff was also great. Continental breakfast was really good. There was eggs, cinnamon French toast, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruits, hot and cold cereal, doughnuts and more. Pool and jacuzzi were really nice. Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed at.

It is clean and accommodating. The pool seems broken or unclean. I believe it's being maintenanced, so that is a little unfortunate. I am very grateful that they help military families with rooms while moving. Thank you.

Service was slow, and the breakfast food service could use some attention. The pool restroom door and toilet needed to be fixed. I was also disappointed that this location had direct TV that kept going out and the TV did not support Google cast as other Hyatt locations have.

Stayed here a couple months ago and enjoyed it. Came for Memorial Day weekend and it was terrible. They do not have enough staff members to handle the check in, cooking and bar. Had to wait for long periods of time before anyone was at the front desk, called numerous times and nobody answers. Had episode at the pool with maw redneck and the hillbilly clan about drinking with bottles in the pool. Then they have no security at all-pool is closed at 10 but people continuously throwing down at the pool area. NOT a family environment at all!

Just a great place to stay. The rooms are perfect for me. They have outlets and charging port everywhere. If I had any complaint it would be that the minute I walk in the hotel I loose cell service.

The hotel was VERY clean and all the amenities were very well stocked. Food options were great and very tasty. The staff were very polite and helpful. We loved that it was so close to a great spot on the beach. And very comfortable beds!

Located directly across the street from the beach. The rooms are clean, updated, and smell good. The shower has excellent water pressure. There's no dusty curtains on the windows, just a black shade and a privacy shade. The window is big and clean and I wanted to keep the blinds open almost the entire time. The view in front is the ocean, the view in back is a well aged cementary (which I enjoyed). We had a couch and fridge in our room along with a large hi resolution TV. There's a nice firepit and pool outside. The free breakfast was very good. I can't find anything to complain about. If you force me to find a negative… the bacon wasn't crispy enough and the sink sticks out too far from the mirror to see well when applying make up. I think we'll stay here again on our return trip.

Very clean and great service. One of the best hotel beds I have slept on. My only complaint is not enough seating outside and they do not dry the water off the seating they do have. This hotel has a beautiful fire pit outside but you can't sit down because of wet seating. Also, only showers in the rooms so if you have small children reconsider.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Rooms were clean and tidy. Pretty much what my wife and I have come to expect from the Hyatt. I was really impressed by the eagerness of the entire staff to accommodate any request. Not to mention a good pool, and a terrific beach right across the street.
