Enjoyed our stay. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. I definitely will come here again and recommend it to others.

The employees are so gracious, caring & courteous! They show such respect to their guests! Very helpful too! Spacious, clean rooms too!

Stopped by the open house today to take a tour and was amazed by the updated colors, brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. They are airy and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the area who is looking for an extended stay and/or looking for accommodations that feel like home.

One of the nicest establishments use in a long time. Better than some time shares we used. Very spacious. Full size refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes. Very impressive. Bed super comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet simple but tasty. Recommend if your staying multiple night. You won't be disappointed.

We just got home Sunday from staying a couple nights here and we absolutely loved it! Great price, breakfast was great, the hotel room was clean and nice and the staff was awesome! We wish we could've stayed longer! We will definitely be back!

At first we shock and still were shock and amazed to see that building look like apartment buildings even on the inside. But though our whole stay we enjoyed it. Late night swim, the place felt very relaxing inside and out. We felt like we almost at home! Looking forward Hopfully go back and stay on my next appointment. :)

I was hesitant to book because of other reviews, however our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast options were very good, and again very clean! All the staff we encountered we're very friendly,, helpful, and professional. We enjoyed the pool and basketball courts well. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for larger families trying to travel together for a very reasonable price!

One of the CLEANEST rooms I have ever stayed in! Very quiet and super comfy beds. Wonderful staff. My only comment is that our bathroom was tiny. We almost had to stand in the tub to get the door closed so just a note if you are a bigger person. However, the room was so nice it's not a deal breaker. We plan to stay here every time we visit the area.

Easy check in! The man up front Desmind was wonderful. Super sweet to my daughter and very helpful. They are definitely luck to have him. We enjoyed the pool and were so glad they had washer and dryers on site. The room is almost like a studio apt. Comfortable beds and nice hot showers. Very close to shopping and other amenities. Will definitely stay again.

I checked in and the room was not cleaned. Garbage and stuff still left behind. Devin at the desk was very ignorant. He should not have a job there. He was not helpful what so ever. As I was packing a few things of mine were stolen out of my car as I was packing to leave. I absolutely will never ever waste my time or money there again… Neither should anyone else!

The location was easy to find. The rooms were very nice and so was the staff.

The room was comfortable and they had good hospitality.

Our room was dirty upon check in. We found garbage in various locations throughout the unit including beside the bed, next to the fridge, in the closet… obviously the cleaning crew had not cleaned the room properly. All else for our weekend stay seemed ok. But in check out day as we were packing our stuff to leave, some other guests that had just checked in below us, stole our laptop right out of the back hatchback of my fathers vehicle while he was loading our car to leave. We did not notice this happened to us until we were 3.5 hours away at home. After thinking it over carefully and retracing our steps, we all determined that the laptop had to have been stolen in the hotwl parking lot as wewere packing to leave between noon-1pm on May 27th. We called the hotel, a man named Devin answered. I explained the situation, he said he would call us back later today to let us know if they had found my laptop… Only Devin hates his job so not only did he not call me back with any news, im pretty sure he Never had anybody even look. I called the next day and after getting the ignorant lazy treatment from Mr. DEVIN again. I decided to contact the police. The police arrived and questioned the thieves. These thieves were the only people still staying at the hotel the week after Memorial day weekend. These scumbags were in town shooting a horror movie the week after we left. They ofcourse denied stealing the laptop and did not consent to a room search.

Hotel was in good location, near crocker Park. Rooms were well sized and outdoor swimming pool was well kept.

Horrible place. Stay FAR FAR away. Swarming with bees. Ants crawling all over the place. Mold in the shower. No fitted sheet on the beds so the sheet moves when you move. The breakfast is disgusting. Would rather starve than eat their breakfast. Front desk staff is extremely rude. Will never go back.

At first this place was amazing. We came there in November 2017 and just left in May 2018. Tara Miller at the front desk WAS the sweetest soul you would ever meet. I considered her a friend. We had relocated from Georgia for my husband's new job. There were a few billing issues in the beginning. They would charge random charges to our card. We finally got that straightened out. And then alllllllll of the partying started. EVERY weekend young kids come and rent the lofts. You will hear loud music until the early morning hours. They will do drugs and drink all night. The cops are always out there. Two weeks ago a woman died in her room. One night I went to the front for toilet paper and Tara greeted me with a "what's up? " Instead of her usual friendly "Hey momma. " I thought that was odd. Lindsay Olson, the GM, was nice at first as well. Then she changed. We lived there. We made it our home. I was recruited by WKYC news to do a trial on charcoal toothpaste. I was to try it out for a week and then they were going to come back out and interview me about my results. Lindsay said I was not allowed to do that. That is when we decided that we needed to move since obviously we didn't feel at home anymore. The cops would drive through there sometimes. Once I asked Lindsay what was going on and what they were looking for. In my opinion, that is my right to know since we live there. She rolled her eyes and simply said "they're always looking.

Outside it was swarming with wood bees male wood bees sting. Female wood bees don't sting who really wants to stand around to find out? I called matience he arrived with a badminton racket? Seriously no bug spray not even one of those cool electric bug killing tennis rackets. My room was clean and didn't smell so points there. None of the glassware or coffee mug sets were complete. The faucets are all very difficult to turn on it's like their stuck or something. Mind you I'm no weakling. The toaster was filthy as was the door to my mini balcony. I know they are pet friendly, but aren't they windex friendly too? Pool was empty and being repainted. Found a piece of a broken beer bottle on the floor. Lots of crumbs under the fridge and dishwasher. Did I mention ANTS we have lots of them. I also killed 2 wood bees as soon as I arrived. I have killed a bunch and they are the big ANTS not the little ones. Oh & birds call this place home so make sure you don't get pooped on. There are plenty of gas stations. Amazing restaurants & fabulous shopping nearby in case you forgot something. Or you you find this hotel lacking in something. Paint was chipping off the exterior. Thermostat doesn't seem to work either.

The room was very nice lots of storage closets, dishwasher? Yes, dishwasher place setting for 2, a pot and a pan, a few othe kitchen amenities for the stove. Bed was nice shower hot and had pressure. Breakfast was good, basic bagels, some hot… egg saugage, cereal (comp) well worth the price per night. Staff was very helpful abd acommondating.

Nice suites and setup, location felt very secure and friendly. Rooms were clean and upkept, loved that the kitchenette had dishes and utensils to use. Fireplace worked well in our room, I wish the bathroom had a bit more room, but it was clean and solid water pressure. Breakfast was fresh and had plenty of options. Gladly would stay here again.

Very nice and professional staff. Helpful as all Sonestas are. I swear that every time I stay here I feel like I'm in my own apartment and not some hotel. Has oven, refrigerator, freezer, knives forks spoons, Dian washer, pretty much a whole kitchen and everything u need. As well as a stove top! I love this place and don't understand how more people are realizing how nice these places are!

Love it! Very neat and clean well kept. Love the colors and decor big rooms too, overall enjoyed my stay.

This place is wonderful. I didn't want to leave, like… EVER. Beds are very comfy. We loved the 2 bedroom loft with the fireplace, we can't wait to go back!

I like it, I have always used this hotel, however I do not like that do not put or replace the soap… : (

Good quality room accommodations and plenty of room! We had a full party of 8 people able to stay in the one condo. Everyone had plenty of room.

As always, the room was very clean and inviting. Whenever I have an opportunity to stay at one of their complexes, I am thrilled. The bed is amazingly comfortable. The units have a full kitchen. Even though I primarily just sleep there, I took advantage of the stove. I needed a cookie sheet and there wasn't one in the room. They let me borrow one from the main kitchen as long as I brought it back before morning. They were very accommodating. Can't wait for the next adventure!

The hotel room looked beautiful inside! There was a full kitchen and it looked like a mini studio apartment. For the price it was great. Down the street from an outdoor mall.

The rooms were very nice, newly remodeled. The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was delicious. It's in a good location, about 30 minutes from downtown.

Cool place. Friendly staff. Great prices… total value for your money. I love this hotel as well as their location by the airport.

We stayed here for just one night this time. As usual, the room was very clean and comfortable. Our stay was quiet, and we did not hear anything from the other guests while we were there. Breakfast was decent, but nothing outside of standard hotel breakfasts. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay.

The room was nice. The second shift staff was really nice and helpful. Took two days for them to get the internet somewhat working. The pool and basketball area was fun. Overall, we enjoyed our stay the kids had fun and thats what mattered the most!

My first stay at a Sonesta. Room was very spacious but, bathroom by comparison was tight? Overall the amenities were nice and clean with a good complementary breakfast. Prices were reasonable and customer service was good.

What a nice place to stay, the rooms are like condo's with your own entrance, clean, the staff is friendly and overall this is the place I would stay at again.

My family of six were very comfortable in a studio suite. Plenty of sleeping spaces! The furnished full kitchen was a lifesaver for us. The abundant breakfast was used daily. We did not have time to enjoy the dinners provided. We swam on a cool day in the heated outdoor pool. We enjoyed a board game evening in the community lounge. The room was modern and clean. My husband had some gripes about maintenance (imperfect door jambs on closets and doors, lack of hot water for anyone on our last day, and wobbly fridge… all simple repairs) but was overall pleased with the value of our stay. We required more towels and coffee than what was offered daily, but never had trouble having those requests filled. I highly recommend.

Second time staying at this brand in Cleveland and this location had the nicest staff of any hotel I've stayed at in recent memory! So helpful, and seemed genuinely interested in your stay being great — this was everyone encountered from desk to housekeeping. Pool was clean and nice, room clean and comfortable. Great location very near a big mall in Westlake, so there's nearby dining, grocery, even cinema options. It was a great three day getaway.

My biggest complaints are that our bathroom door was hard to shut and we were short a towel (quickly remidied, though). Seriously. This hotel is amazing. Beautiful, spacious, and modern rooms with new appliances (stunning TVs! ) and overall a pleasing aesthetic. My family used the pool and said it was a great time, I personally stayed back and relaxed which was easy to do with the climate control keeping the room comfortable, the endless selection on the TVs, the fully equipped kitchen, and a comfy bed. The pull out bed was much better than most hotels too. And they actually included a full set of blankets for it! I know I'm rambling but I just loved this hotel so much. We had an 11 hour drive the day we arrived and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We booked this room on expedia for a one night stay on our road trip vacation. The room was reserved using our Visa. When we checked in we gave our debit for incidentals. The woman told us a $20 hold would be put on the account until we checked out. When we got to the room it was not the room we had reserved. That room is not even offered since the remodel, but the website was never updated. Bad for us because this meant my one year old was sleeping upstairs. Immediately we discovered that the toilet was clogged, maintenance came quickly to unclog it. There was no toilet paper and upon calling the office was informed that we would have to pick it up from the office. Not an easy task with 5 kids. The shower did not drain correctly so there was always water at your feet. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all dispensed in the shower. This is very convenient, or it would be had they not all been empty. The bathroom door did not open all the way because it hit the shower curtain rod. The shower had water damage and what appeared to be mold on the ceiling. The beds do not have fitted sheets, leaving the mattress exposed by morning. Breakfast was hot and everyone was happy with the options. We then discovered the hold on our account was $100, not $20, as we were told. The woman was unsure why, but assured it would be returned upon checkout. 2 days later it has still not been returned.

Very nice hotel it is a former Residence Inn by Marriott… They did a really nice job with the renovation because I stayed there years ago and it doesn't look the same even in the least detail… And we had a 2 bedroom loft with fireplace it's like a mini condo and you can look from 2nd floor loft over into living and dining room and kitchen… Great Job Sonesta I'll be back!

Yellow jacket problem. The Wi-Fi only covers ONE device, the breakfast doesn't get refilled after 9am, and the sofa was dirty. The faucets require super strength to use but other than that, it was sufficient.

Great extended stay, minor issue with the ac, but maintenence was there in five minutes and we were offered a suite next door shortly after. We loved the breakfast, value, and handy kitchen. Sonestra is now a chain I will seek out — great job.

We have stayed here 4 months and I love it The staff is awesome very friendy and the houekeeping staff is great.

Staff was nice and the room was clean. Full kitchen, plenty of space. Very comfortable nights sleep.

Wi-Fi is not win 10 compatible. There is no ethernet in the room so I couldn't connect with my win 10 machine.
