Front desk was very friendly and speedy. Room was large and clean, bath nice. Entire hotel smelled a bit like smoke, including room.

I was in the unfortunate position of just being swindled by a con artist and I found my self intheir lobby waiting for a ride. The staff was incredibly rude. The stay was notgood either.

A good place to stay in a pinch and otherwise. Would go back.

From the Lobby to inside your room this place smells terrible. You get what you pay for its a crappy hotel. The linen and furniture are old and have stains on them. My door wouldn't fully close and when we tried to pull it shut the handle literally came off. And did the hotel do anything to fix it absolutely not. This is what I get for booking on hotwire. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff here from Alex and Jess and front desk to house keeping has been absolutely amazing. We are staying here while waiting to move into our new house. They have not only made us feel like we can relax and feel like we have a place to call home while waiting for our house, they have also been extremely welcoming in our 4 legged family members. I would absolutely recommend this location, the rooms are really nice and apartment like and the staff is great they are friendly and actually care about their guests. Great staff and great accommodations. Love the location!

Price seems reasonable… however apparently you have to pay extra for house keeping?! I have stayed at many hotels and that has never happened. Breakfast is granola bars and a couple muffins and coffee. No juice or water or anything of any nutritional value. We have a kitchen but you have to request each kitchen item and even though it comes with an oven they do not let you have a baking sheet. And they do not have conditioner, I know that may sound weird but when traveling I don't bring those items so I can have a carry on and a hotel that doesn't even give me a tint conditioner is really annoying. The service was terrible. It was clean and the location is great but I would not book here again there are many other options in the area.

Love this delicious place. Checked in to see how I would like it before I decided to stay here for awhile with my two cats. The place is in a great find and a awesome location, the staff is supportive and answers all of my questions, the amenities goes beyond my expectations, full size kitchen, microwave, 4 top stove, bathrooms are clean, full size refrigerator for my Studio size unit. When I book my stay here again for next month I will be in the Deluxe Studio Suite (delicious). The price of staying here is affordable for all that you get. Westlake is a very safe area. Freeway is less than 5min away. I'm happy!

Clean, efficient room well laid out for an overnight stay or for a few weeks. Helpful staff and close to tons of great restaurants at Crocker Park. Be sire to check out Sibling Revelry Brewing just down the street.

Their "new policy" wouldn't let us pay cash for our room. I assume this is because they collect a miniscule bit of interest on every card they put a 72 hr hold on. Our room looked clean enough, but we soon discovered the garbage can under the sink was full and hadn't been emptied and that there were still wet towels on the floor behind the door. If they are missing those kinds of details, who knows how they are dealing with others? I give them the benefit of the doubt, but still pretty lame.

Room smelled like smoke, asked for a new one and was promptly met on same floor and given new room. Tv needs to be appropriate for guests in lobby, murder shows should be changed immediately if guests walk in. Old blankets and sheets. Place generally has a smoker smell. But paid 40 something on Priceline with express deal — so able to deal with the negatives. Nice front desk staff.

Vick at the front desk made everything work great. Made room arrangements in a hurry when a family member ended up in a nearby hospital. Vicki understood and held a room on just my name so I could go quickly. When I arrived at 2:30 in the morning she remembered every detail and was extremely welcoming. While grabbing breakfast to go in the lobby the next morning heard others talk about Vicki doing the same for them. Room was exactly what you expect for an Extended Stay room. Everything clean and working. Best rate for a suite in the entire area.

Nice size rooms, great easy access to and from the interstate. Fast and efficient check-in. If you want items for the kitchenette just let the front desk know and they will deliver it to your room. Rooms and furnishings are a bit dated. Overall will definitely stay again.

Good location, recently remodeled. Couldn't complain for the price I paid. Would be 5 if the front desk was staffed 24 and the kitchen was stocked with utensils, table settings and cookware instead of requesting these items from the front desk.

Very unhappy with the rooms! I understand that sometimes the housekeeping may miss a spot here and there, but when I go in the bathroom to shower and close the door only to see an old used washcloth hanging up behind the door, tells me that they didn't clean the bathroom at all. It made me question everything else about the room that night and I began to look around on the floors in the bathroom and noticed dust and hair in the corners. I called down to the lobby and explained that my room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. He offered to switch rooms. The second room was different. As I entered I smelled perfume. The first place I checked was the bathroom because It was late, and I was ready to shower and go to bed. As I looked in the tub, it was wet as if someone just turned the water off from using it and left, as well as the smell of perfume. Immediately grossed me out! So I left and went back down to the lobby and He offered me a third room. The third room had bugs on the kitchen floor. I was done! I went back to the lobby and requested a refund but he claimed I wouldn't get it back right away and seeing as though I didn't have enough to get another room and being 2 hours away from home, I had no choice but to stay. So I went back to my first room, requested new sheets, put towels in the bathtub to step on as I showered. And went to sleep. When I left that morning I requested the manager to call me, but he never did. That was 3 wks ago. I will never be back!

The continental breakfast consists of granola bars and coffee. It would be nice to have juice and water and a larger selection of breakfast. The room was very small, the lounge chair was placed parallel to the TV so you could not watch from the tv, lack of outlets, and the work desk was in the kitchen. The positive is pets are allowed.

It was okay. Room was clean enough (there was some stuff in the trash, a few hairs in the bathroom, but these things really don't ruin a room). The kitchen was very bare bones, like there's a dishwasher but no tablets provided to use it. There was a front desk girl during the day who was very helpful, nice, and professional. On my TripAdvisor review my main complaint was the staff so I wanted to amend that. There was a guy at the front desk when I checked in who was pretty rude. So I guess the staff is hit or miss.

I stayed while the hotel was under construction but my stay was pleasant. The room I had was on the 3rd floor and was just remodeled. The place was quiet and clean. I paid $60/nite with taxes. No complaints.

Fine place to rest your head for a bit. Large, clean, inexpensive rooms. Staff aren't too excited about their jobs, but pleasant enough.

Overall great experience! I was in town working (stayed their roughly 7 months) and couldn't have been happier. For someone who is out of town often, I can say this met and exceeded all my expectations AND for a reasonable price! Nice beds, BIG kitchen area in my suite, plenty enough room I even brought in a weight bench to work out with at night (even tho they have a fine workout room as well! ) Thank you Extended Stay Westlake for a great experience.

Basic, if you just want to spend a couple of nights. I paid $50/night. Kitchen is simple. They did not provide a big cereal bowl. No dishwasher or dish washing liquid. You cant expect the traveler to carry dish wash liquid and scrubber. No hbo. 21 inch TV. Its lot better than holiday inn next door.
