I was here for a wedding with several other people. This place was terrible. Rude staff, room was boiling hot and humid, we turned the air on but it didn't work and no one would come fix it or even bring towels to the room. One of the people we were staying with had to get up in the middle of the night and go walk outside because it was so hard to breathe in our room. They have faulty doors and elevators. Doors were hard to open, our closet doors in our room were all messed up and wouldn't close and we couldn't walk in the room without our door slamming into them. Elevator doors wouldn't open, sometimes wouldn't close, sometimes the elevator would just do the opposite of what we pushed, going up or down. The bathrooms were always out of toilet paper and paper towels. The toilet in our room barely flushed, it was scary to use it. No room had central lighting, just some dim lamps, so they were super dark all the time and hard to maneuver around. They have no room service what so ever. My grandmother is handicapped and got a handicap accessible room and they made her go down to the front desk from the 4th floor to get towels and another blanket. Her room was freezing cold. We had problems at check in. Every employee clearly hates their job and were all just mean, rude, bad attitude people. Everyone staying there that we talked to had problems and we made it a point to ask each of them about their rooms and experience. I'd never stay here again.

Our first room we were in the comforter had a stain that was stiff. The second room we got moved to was stained as well. Not something we want to deal with while staying at a “nice” hotel.

Very clean. All around great place to stay.

I have never had to move hotels. When checking in they said there was an accident in the hot tub so it was closed. Girl checking us in was very rude. Then within 15 minutes of that 5 cops showed up. Get to room and heat is making a horrendous sound. When we moved to different hotel we told the people at desk how bad it was and they said "Oh no! We call that Troubletree".

I call myself doing something beautiful for me and my husband well going to the Doubletree wasn’t it. When we arrived we was told that they would be holding $40 dollars for the possibility that we use anything in the room, like there was a mini bar or something. Not a ice machine there worked, someone vomited on the elevator and it stayed there all night through the next day, we couldn’t use the pool or the hot tub. Got up this morning the pool area was so dirty trash everywhere. No extra towels, pillows. We where staying from Saturday to Monday, but decided to leave Sunday. Doubletree let us down. Won’t be staying there anymore. I forgot to mention that they public restrooms where so foul. Also the trash can’s had no liners we used the bags we had with us. The mattress had no fitted sheet on it,

The rooms are very dark! We had a total of three rooms and all were dark. They refused to let us even have bottled plastic water in the pool area! Not even a pizza! The barmaid/restaurant worker the Same Person an overworked elderly woman who had a difficult time in serving everyone! The security guard was helping serving the guests!
I cannot believe what you charge for these rooms!

Did not honor reservation, down graded room we paid for. AC does not work hot humid room.

Shower barely had any warm water.
Bathroom has no ventilation or fan… moisture just lingers.
Trash cans need liners for sanitary purposes.
Lamps are very dirty and cobwebs hanging around.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I stayed at a real dump … Extended Stay last night. Never again. NOW that place was "FILTHY"! My room is spotless, and VERY CLEAN! Only complaint The water needs to be hotter!

Dust and clean rooms better, wash comforters and curtains, rinse hairs out of tub, keep publis restroom clean and also tell people there is a $50 pet charge when someone asks if they r pet friendly so it's not a surprise. Don't change the hr's of the pool and close early when it's full of guest, if there are 4 people in a room leave 4 sets of towels, toiletries not 2!

My son, a guest, and my 20 month old grandson stayed there two nights ago. When we got in the room, it was 80 degrees. There weren’t any screens, on the window, the bathtub was plugged up, and the worker who fixed the bathtub left Drano cleaner, abs the thing he unstopped the tub with on the counter in the bathroom, accessible to my grandson.

Two words… bed bugs. I found a bedbug crawling next to me within two hours of checking in. Needless to say we packed up quickly and left. Hotel did refund money but they didn’t seem too surprise.

To much drama every night at hotel! Police are always there!

This was my second stay here. Along with last time, cops were called every night, for some commotion or another. Screaming guests at check in, someone shot.
We were in the banquet room for an event for 4 days. I only seen maintenance once clean the public bathrooms, during Covid! I never saw any staff wiping down surfaces or cleaning floors. The water in the bathroom sinks was so cold there’s no way you could wash your hands for 20 seconds.
Sunday morning it snowed no one was removing snow from the sidewalks.
Asked for extra toilet paper, it was never brought to the room.
Garbage in banquet room was barely emptied.
I will also be making a complaint to corporate. This place is a joke.

It is the worst place I have ever stayed at plus $100 security deposit when it didn't say any of that when booking a room.

And it was very clean and nice and quiet and nothing crazy happening here like people coming and going like it’s a drug house or something.

My room air conditioner was very noisy. We notified from desk next morning. Two technicians went in the room to fix it while we were there. They reset the unit which they said it was new an that the noise was caused by a "safety reason". It works for some hours after that. We left the room at 12 and came back at about 10 pm and notify them we want to leave due to the problem. The receptionist told me that I said I was in the room all day. I reaffirmed myself we went out at lunch and she could check in her cameras we were in by 10pm. They cod if check the room wasn't used after lunch since service was done, which I realize when entering to pick our belongings. We proceeded out with not even an apology and she asked why we weren't back during the day. I answered we weren't there. I'm upset to the fact being treated as a lier beyond the ac issue. Won't use this hotel ever again.

Very unprofessional staff. One supervisor pulled her mask down while talking to me. She was very rude too me and my family made us feel very uncomfortable so after 3 hours of being there we checked out. They was to only have 25 people in pool area and there was way over that. You had to have a waist band on to swim over 20 people did not have them on. I was in the hot tub and my sister was just standing outside the hot tub with my daughter and supervisor told us no kids under 18 in hot tube and there was teens under 18 and a 8 year in hot tub. She didn't say anything to them. They had almost out side vendors selling stuff who also had kids with them. One of the vendors daughter come up touching on my daughter so they was not watching their kids guess the was busy making money and not their kids safety. I can go on but I think this is enough said. And other customers was out side getting high and smoking weed.

Clean and Elegant hotel, well laid out, very friendly and courteous staff!

I LOVED this hotel! Super nice rooms with larger TVs, I had a pool view room with stairs right outside the room to go to the pool! And the breakfast room was delicious. Plenty of towels, very clean, microwave, refrigerator and coffee! Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice room. Staff was very Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing I would say, was we had to pay for breakfast. Most the time we get free breakfast in these places. Other then that everything was great. Nice area and a lot to do.

This double tree is very nasty. We got to our rooms and one room bathroom tub was full of dead gnats and the other room bathroom toilet seat was filthy. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone period.

Rude staff. Do not expect quiet.

I was there for my son’s wedding last weekend and it was awful! We got there early and they said our room was ready. 4 of us in a room with a king size bed and sleeper sofa. We’d driven all night, so we wanted to take a nap before all the wedding events started. The sleeper sofa had a big yellow stain in the center, and the bedding for the sleeper sofa was rolled in a ball in the closet along with a pile of dirty wet towels! We called housekeeping, and a great housekeeper named Tammy came in to save the day! She took pictures for management, gave us a free breakfast, and promised us a fruit tray. (We never got the fruit tray. )
Meanwhile — my other son and his family had gotten in even earlier than us. They were charged for an extra night, at full price (not the wedding block price) even though it was 3:00 am when they checked in. Housekeeping must not have gotten notice of their early check in because their room was never cleaned that day, and they ran out of towels. The had only 2 of everything, so had to share!
Good thing our breakfast was free because it was not worth what they were charging for it, and my husband got sour curdled milk.
And — the bride’s family had made up gift bags for the wedding guests that most of us never got. You had to specifically ask for it, but if you didn’t know they were there, you couldn’t ask!
I’d also had trouble both times I called the hotel before even getting there.

The Hotel staff is excellent! From the front desk, to the housekeeping staff and the great bartenders and kitchen staff have taken great care of our crew during a long NBA playoff push! 50 plus nights in a hotel is not easy but from Ted at the bar to Drew at the front desk and Tammy in housekeeping I’m sure I’m forgetting people but a big thank you to all!

Overnight stay to attend training. Relaxed in pool area and we had an excellent view of the pool. Clean room and very friendly front desk staff. We booked through Hot Wire, no complaints. I would recommend this location.

Love this place! it's so easy to get ahold of someone. They've put a lot of work into updates and it shows. We recommend them to business associates and visitors.
