I went here for my anniversary, was highly dissatisfied. Pool was filthy, shower had mold in corners and bath mat was ripped and filthy. Front desk and manager were unhelpful said they couldn’t do anything and asked me to pay 140$ I should’ve refused but I paid I acted very professional and contacted corporate twice sent emails and pictures. No one has contacted me so pictures will be up here now to be shown since no one can get back to me. This looks luxury but is not! View is the only saving grace!

Absolutely wonderful hotel stay… beautiful spacious room with nice comfortable bedding, quiet and a very relaxing outdoor fireplace area. I can’t say enough about the front desk personnel. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and truly representative of first class hotel experience.

Shame on them for denying entry of a paid guest who did not have a mask and could not wear one because of a medical condition! You discriminate against those with medical conditions. Shame on you! Read the mask order! You're not in compliance with the ADA or the governor's mandate!

I have NEVER been treated to disrespectfully as I have today. I was DENIED CHECK IN even though I had already paid in full. The manager said that I needed to wear a mask. When I informed him that I have a medical condition that prevents me from being able to wear a mask, they asked me for proof (which is illegal), called me IGNORANT and asked me to leave the premises essentially leaving me stranded in a different state with my children! Oh… and the guy who was asking me to wear a mask was wearing a BANDANA (aka — NOT a mask)! You need to educate your staff on proper ADA protocol and also make sure you read the FULL order (pictured below). Page 5 clearly states that the mask mandate DOES NOT APPLY TO PEOPLE WITH MEDICAL CONDITIONS! I will be following up with corporate — and then with my lawyer!

Still staying here and I must say… Being from Las Vegas This is an Excellent Hotel With Excellent Customer Service. The Frony Desk Lady Olivia is an Absolute Delight! Highly Thoughtful, Friendly, People Oriented, and Cares Enough To Remember Small Details About Everyone! My experience with her alone has made this a 5 Star Experience!

Came in from MI for a girls weekend and everything was perfect. Loves sitting down by the fire w a cocktail catching up w my bff’s.

Comfy beds, beautiful rooms. Everything within a 2min walk… What's not to love?!

Wonderful place to stay! Shops and entertainment very short walking distance. Steps to Regal movie theater, Bar Louie, Yard House, NoodleCat and Colossal Cupcakes. Husband recovering from foot surgery so closeness of everything was highly appreciated.
Breakfast was awesome! Kids enjoyed the nightclub lit pool (very small though) and fitness center.

Great place for a girls weekend. Everyone here was awesome. The ambiance, food and staff were all superb. Thanks guys for helping us to have a very much needed mother/daughter weekend in beautiful Cleveland, OH!

Great place to stay! Waking distance to everything you need! Super helpful staff was accommodating, thoughtful and helpful for my mom and I (who are not accustomed to traveling alone. )

After a long drive in from Oregon. I was greeted with a warm smile, a great room, great location and a hot shower.!

Friendly, hospitable staff. Clean and well-maintained facility. Spa-like pool is ideal for a dip but not laps. The gym is ideal for those looking to get in a quick workout between activities. Perfect location for shopping, socializing, taking in a meal, or a movie. Comped parking in garage a plus.

This is a beautiful hotel, surrounded by everything. Pleasant checking free garage parking, breakfast, and the most pleasant kitchen staff!

Its clean and conveniently located. Not much for amenities but there is a ton around that is walkable. Price point is a bit high for what the room and facility are. I would probably not stay again, but am not disappointed by my stay there. It is great for when you want to do a crocker park date night and want to be able to have a few coctails.

Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good enough (didn't like the crumbly eggs and no meat options outside of the sausage gravy the first morning). Staff is very accommodating, don't hesitate to ask them for anything.

You get a clean and quiet room. A bit pricey for what you get, but great location makes it easier to get over the price.

We were in a suite which was very well put together. Everything in the room is new, and I stay at a lot of hotels for work it's impressive and you can definitely tell the differences between a new hotel and an old one. The staff was great and the bed is comfortable.

I actually stopped at Cantina Laredo and it amazing! Staff was overwhelmingly friendly and you could tell they loved their jobs. Food was fantastic!

Stayed one night to meet friends feom out of town. Easy access to Crocker Park and shopping. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Will stay again!

Visited Hyatt Place Crocker Park with my family on a Cedar Point trip. Only about 40 min away… I must say it certainly left an impression. Staff, breakfast, room, pool, workout room, location and everything else was great. Super clean. The service level is second to none. Example: we needed something for the room and I visited the front desk. The first gentleman I encountered said he would call housekeeping and get it up to us right away, then a second staff member flung into action. Said "Don't move I'll be right back with it. ". That's the difference! Going above and beyond. We appreciate it. Only knock : (we reserved a high floor room and we're lucky enough to get the 6th (top) floor. The downside was there seemed to be a lot of noise from outside up above us. Minor issue but deserve noting. We will be back.

The staff here is friendly and greet you immediately upon arrival. The lobby is beautifully appointed and the bar located in the area that quietly lets you have a drink while still feeling part of whatever is going on in the main lobby. I was here for a professional event not as a guest but would absolutely be willing to stay here if the occasional arises.

Absolutely love Crocker Park and staying at the Hyatt Place was quite wonderful. I needed a nice place for my fiance to stay while I took care of some business and she was able to relax at the hotel and and spend a fun day at Crocker. Excellent breakfast and all the staff were quite helpful.

A elegant hotel from the time I walked in the door, the room was wonderful and the Hyatt had one of the best breakfast in the morning.

The revolving door at the lobby needs to be replaced with a automatic sliding door. The bathroom door in room 50? Needs to be replaced with a regular solid door for privacy reasons and put a ceiling vent fan in bathroom to air out bathroom. The couch in the room needs softer cushions.

A perfect place to stay if you are visting Crocker Park. Modern, clean, comfortable. Decent breakfast included. Excellent rate for the location and amenities.

Beds were fantastic. Bathroom was clean, spacious, and had excellent water pressure. Hotel was within walking distance of everything in Crocker, which makes it excellent for a place to stay.

Pretty good Hyatt Place. Everything was nice and clean, just seemed too flashy compared to others. The breakfast at this Hyatt Place was more limited than others. One of the cooks was always cheerful and made a homemade banana breakfast treat, but after 3 nights at a Hyatt Place in DC, this location started to feel mundane. Overall we will likely stay at this property again, especially considering it is right next to a neat shopping and food district.

The room was comfortable with large couch and great walk in shower. Breakfast had several options hot and cold.

Hyatt Place has never disappointed, the location at Crocker Park is no exception. The rooms and property are immaculate and aesthetically appealing. The staff and service are excellent as well. The added bonus, the breakfast has something for everyone and is fresh and delicious.

Nice basic mid-level hotel with a convenient location. Staff is friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff is very thoughtful. I had my toothbrush sticking up out my toiletry kit. When I came back in the evening, it was placed very nicely in a coffee mug with a short note. I certainly left a tip in an envelope with the front desk for that kind of service. Rooms are very well designed. Like the DoubleTree by Hilton, someone had the brains to put enough electrical outlets in the room, especially on each side of the bed. The sectional sofa was a first for me in a hotel at this price point. The closet, which is a piece of (particle board) furniture, is a bit small, but sufficed. For those with a laptop, they even have an Ethernet port on the desk in addition to the Wi-Fi. TV was thin and modern. Was definitely not the el cheapo models one often finds in many sub $150 / night hotel rooms. My only big nit was the breakfast. It was decent. I was there for a weekend, so it was their American breakfast theme for both Saturday and Sunday mornings. The scrambled eggs were simply just weird. Very crumbly / flakey. I know that's what scrambled eggs are generally like, but they simply fell apart, to the point they don't stay on your fork and become very messy. On Saturday the meat was bacon (yeah! ), but on Sunday they had sausage, which by itself is great, but not when they're they reheated variety (e. G. Swift Premium Brown 'n Serve).

Had a great overnight stay! The room was the perfect size, bathroom makes me want to redo ours at home. Checked in and out with complete ease. And the free breakfast in the morning… better than. OST restaurants! Loved the location of the hotel and the view from our room… will definitely return!

Very friendly staff. Was able to check in, get water, and in my room in under 3 minutes. Very quiet area and perfect for business travel. I will most certainly return.

Hotel was very clean with modern designs. Room was spacious and bathroom was great. Breakfast was good, pool is a bit small but my small kid enjoyed it nonetheless. Loved our stay there!

This hotel is super clean, and very new. The outdoor patio is a great feature and the staff was phenomenal. The rooms are very large and have plenty of storage space.

I'm only giving it three stars because the staff is not accommodating and the rooms have damage including broken lights and pieces missing out of the ceiling with exposed cords etc. The suit style room is nice with the seperate room for the bed, but they are still very small and the pull out bed is NOT anywhere near comfortable to sleep on. The pool is nice and so is the hot tub.

Friendly staff, quick check in and out (though we checked in at 9pm and out at 4 am). Convenient location — right next door to a movie theater and several sit down restaurants. Parking seems to fill up quickly but is free even in the garage for hotel guests. We were stuck in the garage. This wasn't too bad in May but I can imagine it is inconvenient when it is snowing. Our room was on the second floor. It is a good size. All the normal Hyatt place amenties.

The location of this hotel is great. Loved Crocker Park. Fabulous bars and restaurants. The hotel rooms are so comfortable. Free breakfast was nice as was the indoor pool. Outdoor firepit area is a nice place to enjoy a cocktail and conversation if the weather is nice.

Breakfast rotates everyday I believe. But was very good for continental breakfast. The rooms were clean and staff very friendly. We had top floor with 6 people. Has directtv and was relaxing. Parking garage free for guests.

We stayed for one night, didn't have any issues. The staff was friendly and at breakfast they went above and beyond making little pancakes for the kids! It was clean and I liked the atmosphere, very modern. We would definitely stay again!

Can't wait to go back again. I love the hotel the environment the friendly quick service and the complimentary breakfast! 24 hour fitness center the indoor pool everything was great my kids had a good time aswell.

I love this Hyatt Place! I love the chain of course but this location is fantastic. The staff are wonderful, caring people. My room is very nice, well maintained, and cleaned professionally. The location is surrounded by eateries, a movie theatre, grocery stores, and plenty of other attractions.

They service the rooms all are excellent. The staff is extremely accommodating very nice location. The beds are very comfortable the comforters could be of better quality. Breakfast was good the coffee and T-bar in the morning is a nice feature. I will continue to come back.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms are large and spacious. There is a free hot breakfast in the morning that was very nice. The only negative was we were placed in a handicap accessible room and the shower was an open floor plan which caused the water to literally go all over the bathroom and pooled up and did not draw. I had to use towels to dry the floor so we wouldn't get wet feet every time we went to the bathroom throughout the night.

Truly, one of the nicest hotels I've been in for a while. Our flight got in late around 1:00 a. M. And were greeted by a warm and welcoming receptionist named Terry. He was great at getting us checked in quickly, answering our questions, and just had a great attitude despite it being so late. In the actual room, it's like a small studio apartment, nicely updated with new appliances. It's also located right next to Crocker Park which was great for my family and I to just walk around and visit all the local shops. And the prices are fairly reasonable, so if you're looking for a place stay in, I highly recommend coming here!
