Our recent stay was excellent. We had great customer service plus an excellent room with a firm comfy bed.

We had a graduation party at Quality Inn & Suites in Jamestown ND. Banquet Room was neat & clean, staff was helpful & courteous, and price was great. Would highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly. My room was great! I slept like a baby. The have a full restaurant/bar. Tons of semi truck parking.

Clean rooms, slow service, poor tub draining. Nice pool but splash pad area was broken. Slide in pool area starts out slow and speed up at the end which took my party by surprise but enjoyable. Breakfast selection was good. Traveling with kids was a bit inconvenient for restaurant/bar area as you have to sit in the breakfast area which would have been okay but think we were forgotten about because service was slow. Speedy service is key when you have little hungry kiddos.

Room was clean and the location is very convenient to the interstate and nearby stores.

Love staying at this hotel and Tapps Lounge is the best kept secret in Jamestown! They have some amazing bone in chicken wings and the waterside is always a hit with the children. I love that this place has everything we need for the family from food to entertainment Quality Inn in Jamestown and Tapps lounge are amazing!

Myself and my two children stayed here a few days ago as we were passing through. Here's the good, the bad, and the ugly: The good: The staff was nice. Breakfast in the morning was the best part. Good quality food, except the yogurt. I liked that the bathroom towels were soft. The water slide also kept my 10 year old busy, but the spray pad for my 2 year old was terribly cold. The Bad: I traveled with a pet. I feel like the "pet room" was well below my standards for a room and that I was penalized for traveling with a pet via the state of the room. It needed a good deep cleaning and should have been better kept up. Also, the restaurant/bar food was not worth the price. I had a simple chicken salad that cost me over $10 (wilted lettuce, way too much cheese, the tomatoes were well over ripe, and the salad was very low on the actual chicken). My son did say his burger was good though. The Ugly: The shower was way below par. The hot water was so hot I got burned when showering. I had to be very careful when my children bathed after the pool because of this. Because we had to stay in the pet rooms, the hotel put us in the very end of the hotel with little to no other guests. I did not feel safe taking my pet outside to do her business at night because I was completely alone and it was not a well lit area. I'm a small female, this lack of security concerned me greatly.

Easy to find location just off the interstate, close to restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable, included breakfast was also good.

Love the food at the restaurant there! Wednesday night's "all you can eat spaghetti & garlic toast" is scrumptious! There is also a full bar with reasonable prices and friendly hosts. It's one of our favorite places to eat on Wednesday night!

My first (non-smoking) room smelled "smoky" and I asked staff to move me to a different one. They did it fast and easy without questions to ask.

Played at a banquet there. I enjoyed a meal afterwards served by the head chef. Great food, good staff.

This quality inn and suites wasn't very quality. The pillows were terrible and I didn't sleep well at all. It would have also been greatly appreciated if the milk for the continental breakfast was in a carton. Easier to grab and go that way. The showers we're good too and didn't have the best water pressure. It was also hard to tell where hot was on the dial.

Rooms are very clean. Friendly staff, breakfast accommodation is nice. The young lady serving breakfast was very friendly as well as the woman working the front desk. I would definitely stay here again!

Two words — water slide! Best pool I've had at a hotel since I stayed at the Kalahari. Waters a great temp, and a water slide. No complaints. Average breakfast.

The hotel was nice, modern and well kept. The counter worker (abby) was very nice and helpful and always had a smile on her face. Check in was a breeze even without reservations! Will return!

The staff was very accommodating. We did not make a reservation, but rather preferred to check out the hotel from a distance first. Terrence greeted us when we arrived and was very pleasant. The rate for the stay was an excellent value! We requested and were given a AAA rate. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We did not use the dining and only had coffee in the morning from the breakfast area. The coffee was very hot and we were able to select our desired brewing strength (nice! ). Check out was fast and efficient!

Bed were so comfortable! Breakfast looked good but we only had coffee. It was good and hot. Terrence was very accommodating and helpful. Prices for the night were excellent.

Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking, even for oversized vehicles. Breakfast was standard carb overload! Great stay. Many amenities to this Hotel. Keep up the good work. Will be back.

It is an old hotel. 2 floors. Big hotel. Updated. Nice size pool. Small Gym. Conference room (small). A bar/restaurant inside which it is great!. However the hotel is surrender by restaurants. Great location!. Even though the hotel is not new at all the bed (matress) were great. Nice comfy size pillows. Breakfast was the usually scramble eggs (already made), Patty sausage, cereal, waffles, oatmeal, juices, coffee. I would stay again here.

Bathroom light didn't work, we asked for it fixed and they said it would be the next day, we said that was fine, but then the next day it still wasn't fixed. Pool was under maintenance even though we'd asked specifically about it when making reservations. Clerk was nice but supervisor was very rude. Breakfast was ok.

We chose this place because of the indoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub was as cold as the pool should have been, and the pool was ice cold. Stood at the front desk five minutes before someone helped us.

We checked in on Dec. 9th, 2016 for a family Christmas gathering. The first thing we noticed was the plastic top to an orange juice bottle still sitting on the base of a lamp. Not thinking it was a big deal, we went on with our activities of the evening. Saturday morning I was the first one up and when I went to take a shower there were numerous hairs and black fuzz on the shower walls and tub. When I got out of the shower I noticed there was bodily fluid stains running down the side of the toilet. I reported this to the front desk, including a photo I took of the toilet to prove it. The front desk person (who looked to be all of 20 years old) apologized. The rest of the family showered and we left the room for several hours. When we came back our room had been "cleaned", but when I checked the shower the hairs and fuzz were still there, and the toilet still had the stains on the side. I went back to the desk clerk (same 20 year old) and complained again. I got another apology, but nothing happened. When we left on Sunday morning nothing had ever been done. Since the same 20 year old was still behind the desk, I thought it would be a waste of time to complain again. With the exception of the poor housekeeping, the rest of our stay was fine, but that was extremely disgusting and disappointing.

Great place to kick back & relax. Great food. Pool table. Four dart boards.

The hall was well decorated for the wedding that I was attending. The food was good but left a little something to be desired. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bartenders were difficult and could only make a few types of cocktails.

Great place to stay. Enough room for a family of 5 in one room when you ask for the double room. Pool area was great, breakfast was very good. Quiet and smells fresh everywhere. The hotel was clean inside and out. Loved it!

Horrible Once we settled in, We went down to the bar and restaurant, Are food took over an hour, and was completely BLACK, we could not eat it, A few days after check out a 275.00 charge was on my credit card from the hotel, I called them, They said we had a pet in the room, I don't even own a pet, and there was not one in the room at all? My boyfriend is allergic to cats and dogs, The hotel said they would credit it back, At this point I am still waiting for a credit, Of they don't credit it back I will see them It court, for fraudulent charges, I don't recommend dating here.

The inside of this facility is older but decent. The hotel staff were all very friendly and efficient. However, the outside of this hotel is so dilapidated we almost left. Breakfast was lacking, so we went across the street to eat. The bed and room were clear and comfortable.

The staff was super nice and Friendly. Gave great recommendations for food and drinks. The rooms were a little dated but nice and clean, most importantly super comfy beds and Pillow's. Plus that come with a mini fridge, nice to have. The bar and grill in the hotel was pretty good as well. Drinks were especially good, and the darts and pool tables were great additions. The family pool area is a one of a kinda. The pools and spa are rather small but they have a full on water slide built in… I've never seen that in a hotel. And I've been to quite a few. Overall I was very pleased and the room prices where midrange in town. Not the cheapest but not expensive by any means.

Horrible customer service. Rooms are ok but water pressure is very very poor. Bar is very very poor. Food is over priced for the small portions that are offered. I am an elite diamond member of choice hotels and I will never, I mean NEVER! Stay at this hotel ever again! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! Feels Iike being at a circus!

Staff was pleasant. Got to hotel after hours of driving and the "restaurant" doesn't allow kids because of the bar so we had to sit isolated in the breakfast area. There was hair in the shower on the wall. Biscuits at hot breakfast were really hard. The rooms were nice, bed clean and everything, just could've been cleaner.

The front desk clerks, housekeeping staff, and dining room attendants were all polite and genuinely friendly. The staff rates a 5 star. The pool area was small but enjoyable for my little ones. The one waterslide had a gentle incline and a catching pool of a little over 3 and a half feet, perfect for encouraging less adventuresome children towards autonomony and instilling a sense of accomplishment. I would give the room we stayed in 2 to 3 stars. The carpeting inside the closet, which unfortunately was located right next to the entryway, was pungent with a strong acrid smell, to me hinting of urine but to my husband redolent of mildew, perhaps from wet swimsuits hung there to dry. There were empty spaces where a microwave and mini refrigerator might once have rested, also somewhat disappointing. However the wonderfully sweet night clerk hooked us up with a backroom microwave so our microwavable popcorn would not languish uneaten.

Been staying here off and on for years as work requires. The cleaning staff does am excellent job with the rooms. The maintinence isn't as good but still more than adequate. Has a decent fitness center. One of my preferred hotels for the money in Jamestown.

Friendly staff, quiet clean rooms, but NO HOT WATER … this wasn't just once … it was the last Weekend in March, and now AGAIN (a month later). These are the only two times I stayed at this motel. I asked the staff and she said "when too many people take showers at once, that's the way it is". What?! That makes ZERO sense. I asked if they were at full capacity as far as guests, she said " yes". I then said "uhhh… why would you out more rooms than you had the ability to accomodate? " She said "that's up to management" Wow.
