The Gentleman greeted me even though I had reservation across the street. He took care of everything. Cancelling my other reservation and booked me. Next day made sure my stay was great.

This place needs a renovation. The front desk area is pretty sad. The room had a strong mildewy smell to it. The AC made a loud noise and the room was very humid even though the AC was on. The bathroom needed repairs. Don't stay here unless you get a really good deal.

Had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn The room was clean, beds comfortable and the best pillows! Staff was very helpful. Didnt eat breakfasr but it looked good. Waffles, eggs, sausage… full breakfast with several options. The pool was clean and open until midnight! Grreat stay 2 nights for a good value. Will definitely stay again!

I typically look for the good in everything but we will stay somewhere else next time we come into Jamestown, ND. The room was clean but there is no view on either side of the hotel. You are either looking directly at the Holiday Inn or McDonald’s. The pool is really small, kinda pointless to have. We didn’t use it because we didn’t have our kids with. They don’t have a hot tub either, which was a little surprising. (If they have a restaurant, we didn’t see it. Must be on the other side of the hotel. The front desk guy didn’t say anything about a restaurant. ) Last, the pillows are horrible, so bring your own.

We had a suite for our family. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but we still had a nice experience. The front desk was friendly and the breakfast area was exceptionally clean. We will be using this stop in Jamestown every time we travel through.

The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and professional. Breakfast was typical (eggs, bagels, waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc). The only improvement I would suggest is the beds. They are spring mattresses and uncomfortable in spots.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and new, the gentleman at the front desk was great, and he's the only reason I gave 3 stars. So if you stay here stay away from the 2nd floor rooms on the end, the interstate noise and on ramp noise is deafening in room 202. The windows are the cheapest they could find and definitely have no sound blocking capabilities. Well after getting 3 hours of sleep after a 16 hour day I was looking forward to a decent breakfast, here is where you should just walk across the parking lot to McDonald's. The eggs (powdered) were wet and soupy, the sausage was nasty, and after one bite of each, I settled for Tony the Tiger, some OJ, and a banana. I will probably stay again, but I will ask for a ground floor room next to the lobby and eat at McDonald's.

Clean rooms, soft beds, good customer service. Very nice for a mid scale hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn in Jamestown, ND. It was a great value and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our only caution would be for other customers to avoid eating at Grizzly's Grill & Saloon.

Comfort inn has changed names to become independent. There is mold growing in the ac that was in the room. Front desk staff was great, very helpful offered to switch rooms and have a discounted rate. The person working the breakfast counter was very rude, she didn't appear to like her job and it showed. Decent selection for their breakfast, but the warm food was just that… They precooked it and placed it into stream warmers which caused it to become rubbery tasting.

This hotel met my expectations. It was great value for money. Excellent location with many restaurants and shops nearby.

Great place to stay if you are looking for accommodation in the area. Convenient, just of the highway gas station and food right next door. Rooms are clean well appointed and breakfast is good. The front desk service was great.

Was here last week. Waited 10 minutes for the front desk lady to come to the desk (Amy) and when she did come she was quite disrespectful. Later on that night I came down to ask the front desk guy (Chris) for extra towels and if he knew the best auto shop around, he had asked me what was wrong with it and had came outside with me and looked at it, he had Some tools in his car and fixed my car for me, one of the most respectful staff member I have ever seen in a long time. Room was clean and very good breakfast, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone!

Location is great, next to a bunch of fast food. Rooms were very clean, I was impressed. I was with a group and I wanted the rooms right next to each other, but that was got screwed up. Other than that, a great hotel.

Lady at the front desk was nice. But first room smelled of mildew or must/mold and, toilet wasn't cleaned well. Then when I went out to ask for a different one I noticed the carpets looked as tho they had been flooded before. Moved me upstairs room still had a smell. Gave two stars because of the nice staff. Spend the extra 6$ and stay next door.

The restaurant was good it had a pool that we could have the children swimming and breakfast was great everything was a very good state that in.

Very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. Only thing I had a dislike to was the cleaning staff. Found old wrappers and receipts from other guests. And on the pull out bed the sheets weren't even cleaned. Other then that the service was great and as I said very comfortable.

This was the worst hotel ive stayed in quiet sometime. Got double charged not only one time but two times in the past two weekend. Then try to talk to someone at the hotel about the problems and noone seems to know anything or will help. If you oike a "good service friendly hotel " I recommend not staying at this comfort inn!

Service was good, but the room was not clean. I expected more from a place that charges $90 a night. Breakfast area is very small as well, had to take our food to the room to eat it.

Typical Comfort inn. Clean, comfortable, good service, okay location, tight parking. Wi-Fi is extremely slow, feel like I am using dial up. Hotel is about on the same level as the local quality inn.
