Room was advertised on line for 45.00 apon arrival they wanted 50.00. When I said online said 45.00 he said ok but added a 5.00 cleaning fee for our one night stay bringing room plus tax to 55.00. There was no hot water in room and free breakfast consisted of warm coffee and cereal.

It's a nice quit place to sleep.

Small room. Clean and well kept. Older motel but was satisfied with room. Had tv, fridge, and microwave. 1 night stay was good.

Not very nice rooms but they are cheap and people leave you alone.

Very dirty and scary place. Questionable guests.

Rooms are dirty cob webs all over no hot water not a good place to stay.

Don’t com here. This is not the place the human being come here but the animals come here.

A tad pricey for what it is. RV parking is a stretch. I had a 4x8 trailer in tow and that was a challenge.

Choose this only if there is no alternative for the night or if you don't mind the very dated cabin like room. Toilet flushing is weak, little to no air conditioning, tired carpet and walls, and bad TV reception. Beds are dated but comfy.

I stayed there last year. The staff is great, very friendly. Nice clean rooms. Good location. Price is very reasonable. If I go to Jamestown again, I will be staying there.

Black mold in the shower, cobwebs all over, and the toilet was beyond disgusting. Me and a friend stayed here during our hunting trip near town. Neither him or I require much to be happy but this place was bad, the community room where you can do laundry and cook food in was so bad we didn't even want to go in there. The smell in the fridge they had in there was so bad it made me almost throw up. There are more things I could say but overall I will never come back here and would NOT recommend it to anyone.

Mosquito paradise… the ac leaked water all in the room even told owner first day in, did nothing. Never told me about free breakfast if you want to call it that even. Stayed a week and a day and he wouldn't even let my dog stay an extra 3hrs till I got off work to go to my new place wanted another 60$+ and let see guys partying out in the parking lot all weekend. Tiny rooms, broken shower head, I could probably keep going but I think this is enough bashing. Any place in town I think is better.

The room smells awful, the bathroom is dirty, and we were given a dirty towel to use.

Called the motel and asked about a room and what the rate was. The guy wouldn't even give me a rate over the phone. He told me to come down and he would tell me in person. This is crazy. I want to know where I am staying before I leave. Wth.

Nasty. Clogged drains. Mildew everywhere. Flies. Dust/Dirt. No Good.

The motel staff were nice and the room was pretty cute. The Wi-Fi password is ridiculously long though, and all the other people staying there at the time were pretty sketchy. The area is also kind of scary. It's not very well lit and amenities are not within walking distance.

Room was clean, close to DQ for quick bite to eat. Mostly out of town contractors staying at motel. Front desk was friendly but that office door buzzer/chime can be heard from the other side of the motel so be careful of that when you walk into office :-).

Nice people simple place but wasn't like most places I liked it.

Bedbugs! Stay at your own risk. Slept in the bed for two hours at which point I noticed that I was covered in bedbugs. Extremely gross conditions. Now I have tons of bites and an expensive bedbug infestation. Owner did not care when I informed him of the problem.
