I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! My 6 year old granddaughter had to have an outpatient procedure done so we booked the room for the night before. Bo checked us in and he is a 10/10! He was very attentive and extremely helpful. He made our first night here amazing. My granddaughters surgery was late the next morning and since we had to travel with a 3 week old baby, we were able to get a late check out so I could tend to her while the other had surgery. That was so amazing. But it gets better… Next day, our interstate was closed due to weather. Rather than wait around with a 3 week old and a 6 year old fresh out of surgery, we just drove back to the hotel. Lakeisha (also 10/10! ), checked us right back into a new room! Much earlier than the check in time and with so much empathy to our situation. The staff here is amazing! Not to mention the rooms are spotless! I don't know who is in charge of this staff, but they all deserve a raise!

Well appointed, large suite. Very clean, friendly staff.

Due to COVID they serve apple and muffin for breakfast, front desk doesn’t have protective shield nor they wear masks. Why no masks? They said Corporate wants to see them smile, but yet I don’t see anyone smile.

Poor guest service. Rude and not helpful to hanicaped individuals.

We’re moving cross-country and stayed here for one night. The manager at the Omaha NE location called ahead to ensure we had the best possible reservation. Mark went out of his way to do this since this would be the longest driving day of our trip. The room was clean and we were able to refreeze our ice packs. Overall a good place to stay for the night.

Not as clean as I prefer. Still food debris in the kitchen, bedroom. I fortunately bring Clorox wipes with me to sanitize everything. The living room chair dirty and tattered. Covered it with a blanket.

Very clean, rooms were nice the staff was very friendly shuttle was great wii stay again if in the area.

Awesome hotel! I recommend cook your own breakfast. If you don't have time then only eat the cereal your stomach will thank you.

Great hotel, feels brand new! The suites are nice and well-equipped with kitchen necessities. I wish the gym was more substantial and had cable machines. Fresh cut fruit at breakfast would also be a welcome addition.

I had a very pleasant experience with Renee at the TownePlace suits! They welcomed my golden retriever puppy with open arms… literally! Highly recommended.

Showed up at the hotel to find they had given our prepaid 2BR room to somebody else and put our party of 6 in a 1BR. None of their other properties had occupancy. They reduced the charge of the 1BR by $10. Had we known this was a bait and switch, we would have stayed elsewhere. I highly recommend you stay anywhere else if you value your vacation.

Rooms were spacious and the beds very comfy. Impressed by the customer service.

I have stayed here about 90 days consecutively now. Over all I am fairly satisfied but the place is lacking in cleanliness and also repairs are slow to be completed. There is a wash machine that is out of order for at least two weeks. The water filter in the gym is way over due for replacement. The elevator call button didn't work for 2 weeks.

What a great jewel this is! Super Clean and they go out of their way to accommodate. I called front desk at 9:05 to see what time breakfast ended. It was 9:00, but she said they'd keep it open for us. Then they made fresh bacon. Renee was fantastic and gave us late checkout. If passing through Cheyenne, this is thee place to stay. The steakhouse nearby is amazing, too.

Comfy beds, large rooms, full kitchen very comfortable I stayed for a week. Front desk is very attentive and helpful, a lot of amenities like free shuttle anywhere in Cheyenne.

Renee was wonderful from making our reservation to checking in our family. They room was perfect.

Friendly staff. Acceptably clean. Quiet when we were there except for the random train horn from the tracks across the street. Breakfast was acceptable. Nothing wrong with it but nothing overtly outstanding, ether.

I’m traveling across country and picked Townplace suites as my Cheyenne stop. I am so grateful that I picked it. I wished I could stay more days. The staff was amazing, especially Misiti, the rooms were extremely clean, and the complimentary breakfast was great. Anyone wanting to stay in Cheyenne should look at this hotel first. Thank you Townplace and Marriot for a wonderful experience!

Cheyenne, WY, 3 reviews: stopped at Marriott, the 2 that are next door to each other. The older TownPlace allows pets (floors were not clean in hall. Saw 1 room. 109 with tax). 1.5 year old marriott Spring hill? no petsviewed 3 rooms, lobby bathroom was dirty, and I passed cleaning staff smoking outside near side entrance at 620 pm 2.1.18.131 with tax. Employee at the front was helpful (in my professional opinion as related to the industry) and said Staybridge was just built. Called Staybridge. James was friendly and room was new! Thank you for your time James. 4 th floor no pets near elevator. Looking forward to the sun rise!

The exterior looked nice, and the main entrance even better. I didn't have to wait around for servace like I have at other places. The gentleman behind the counter was incredibly polite and well trained. The entire process of checking me in and assigning a room key took maybe 2 minutes at the most. It was a short walk to the room. All the complementary items were located in convienient locations for ease of access, and the suit smelled as if it had been recently cleaned. I can't wait to go to sleep tonight, as the bed looks amazing! This is exactly what everyone needs after a long drive.

There are Two Marriotts across from each other, this one is nicer! But has its pros and cons. 4 stars as the beds are comfy, small TV, small kitchen to cook with. Showers still have tubs, very hot water is nice, notify staff when you want your room serviced otherwise you will have to wonder the halls as they clean your room, the breakfast is the same… every day! So plan on eating out if you don’t want egg whites with yolk sprinkles, cold sausage and that’s not bacon… The oatmeal and cereal selection is the best. Oh and waffle maker. Plenty of seating… parking is all around the hotel, but when you check in, if it’s snowing or raining. No covered parking, you have to walk from your parking space. The gym is above normal size, hot tub is out dated. Pool is small and the acoustics, well hopefully no kids are unsupervised! Check in was quick, check out on your mobile app. Oh and they offer a free shuttle service, but limited hours.

They put us here after they did not honor our online reservation at the Fairfield Inn. We were rather ticked, we booked it specifically for the hot tub, which Towne Place doesn't have… they did a lot to accommodate us and make us happy. I valued that in the end.

Clean, upscale rooms. Friendly staff and a pleasant breakfast. Pool, fitness room, business room and well built rooms that are quiet. I had a room adjacent the elevator and while I was concerned, I never once heard anyone coming or going or anyone in another room.

A great place to stay when you're in the area. Very cozy, clean and convenient. Everybody who works there go above and beyond to help out if you need anything.

My husband and I stayed at the suites for 2 nights. Renee at the front desk was so welcoming and courteous. Eddie at the breakfast buffet was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and offered a full refrigerator, desk, sofa and king size bed. I definitely recommended this hotel; the staff and the hotel amenities are worth it!

Among the best things about this hotel, in our experience, is the staff. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had whatever we needed. For the price, the rooms here were the nicest we had on our long road trip. Especially the beds. Very comfortable.

We only stayed one night, but the kitchenette was nice to have in case we wanted to use it. Excellent free breakfast, clean rooms, and a friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The TownePlace suites rooms were very good and the staff was wonderful but I did rate it as 4 stars just due to the surrounding area. It is an area that is being revitalized. There is easy access to I-25 & I-80.

We booked 10 rooms and had about 40 people for a softball tournament. The hotel staff was friendly and able to accommodate our group. The room options available made the 7 night stay comfortable for the different family sizes in our group.
Full kitchen and BBQ pit saved a lot of money as we were able to grill and hang out on the beautiful patio.
Laundry room was a huge plus also.
We would stay here again.

Marriott has continued to upgrade & surpass their competition. The bed & bath were exceptional as well as the appointments. The quick start breakfast was high quality & satisfying. Small wonder the hotel was at or near capacity. We will continue to be fans & customers.

Lovely unexpected gem in Cheyenne. The train tracks initially worried me but was pleasantly surprised that passing trains are barely audible from inside the hotel. Every staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if in town.

Very new, clean, large room, and most importantly, nice, friendly and helpful staffs. Me and my family stayed there for one night, check-in and check-out is fast and easy, our room is large and well-equipped. I want to thank Ed especially because he still offered us breakfast when we arrived at cafeteria after the breakfast period. He is a super nice, helpful and polite gentlemen. Great stay.
