Friendly staff great clean room.

I highly recommend this BW. My first trip with my fur baby Wyatt my dog. This place is up scale very clean, but not up tight about bring your pets in. They welcome them, very pet friendly. Room service is on top of things, clean towels and sheets as you need or want them. If not hang your sign out. Hot buffet breakfast some different every morning, plus the standards very complete you with find some for the most picky eater. Indoor pool and hot tub. Ok the water in the hot tube could be warmer. But it is winter 12 degrees out side. Staff is great will stay again. Wal Mart and shopping close by. Cant say enough!

As you come of the freeway, all you see is big buildings and you might miss the entrance to the driveway to the hotel… when you get there, you see a clean calm place and smiling faces at the counter… very helpful staff… breakfast was very good, today’s attendant, ready to help and smile, kept everything clean and fresh food… very pleased w our stay…

This is our second stay in the past 2 years. We enjoy the comfort and the breakfast. Staff is quick to care for any needs we have. Recommend you stay here even if it’s East the City. Worth a few extra miles.

My family and I stayed a couple nights. Very clean rooms, very comfy beds. Pool was great! The staff is amazing! They go over and beyond for breakfast, waffles, potatoes, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, toast, cereal and juices, just to name a few things, there's even more food, also coffee all day and night. The worker Chris made our breakfast experience even better. Easily 10 stars!

Fairly nice hotel. Everything is clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. I'm not overly pleased with my stay, as the walls are paper thin. You could hear all the conversations going on in the rooms around you. People would put rocks in the side entrance door, so it wouldn't lock… My room was 3 rooms away from that door and yet you could hear it every time it opened and bounced off the rock… From 3 rooms away! The shower also took a solid 30min to get any sort of hot water running. The front desk lady also decided that since I have a dog, I should be in a room RIGHT next to other dogs… My dog had a hard time resting because he could hear the other dogs and wanted to play… You also can't fully blackout the room to sleep in. The curtains are designed to only cover the front of the window and not the sides. I am definitely disappointed with this hotel, especially for the higher price. I stay in a lot of hotels, so I know what is fairly standard and this hotel has a bit of work to do.

The staff here was excellent and polite. Although I didn't arrive until the evening, I was well informed when the room was ready. Upon arrival I was briefly, but clearly informed of any important details relation to my stay. I was looking to come, stay a night and be gone. This process was extremely smooth, and relieved a lot of stress from my trip. The breakfast was ready and warm right on time, and they greeted us for breakfast. I enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and kind service during my stay.

Just finished writing a review for a competitor in Cheyenne and realized that this Best Western had become my standard for judging the quality of all other hotels. These guys are doing it right. I came up here a few months ago just to escape my routine and grind through some tough work projects. They gave me a clean and quiet room with a nice view of the prairie. Internet services were top-notch and there wasn't anything I felt could've been done better. Thank you for helping me recharge my batteries — I'll stay here again the next time I come through town.

We arrived late in the evening, tired from the long ten hour drive. Sharon, at the front desk, greeted us with a pleasant smile and attentive attitude. Kara ensured that our room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The breakfast choices were excellent. There was plenty of fresh hot coffee, juices, fruits, yogurt, breads, pastries, cereals, eggs, sausage, and various condiments and sauces to enhance your breakfast experience. The entire staff was cheerful, and had a genuine desire to make our stay a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back!

Just checked out this morning and the stay was really great. They have a great breakfast bar every morning to start the day. The staff has been great and very friendly. Across the street is a Pilot Truckstop/Subway if you forgot anything or want to grab a bite to eat/drink/etc. They have an indoor pool, although I did not use it on this trip! Would recommend staying here!

Didn't expect this nice of a place being situated on the outskirts of Cheyenne. Staff were friendly, and that doesn't happen much any more. The motel has been renovated from previous owners and they've done a good job making it pleasing to the eye and the bed was AWESOME!

Great place but the cleaning crew would not clean if you left the room after 10am. They would use the excuse that our do not disturb sign was up all day and it wasn't I even walked out with the sign one day to show the front desk. Also, the ventilation is tied together. A person on the lower floor smoked in their room and we could smell it in ours.

Everything's been great. The room is comfy and the breakfast is tasty. We spent two hours this morning in the pool and it was wonderful, clean and warm. Everyone who works here that I've talked to has been so nice. I'm really enjoying my stay!

Hotels are a service business and this staff know it. From the night check in clerk to the person stocking the breakfast items to the room cleaning staff, we experienced nothing but good attitudes, cheerfulness, and a genuine desire to help out. Furthermore, they treated our children in an equally kind and respectful manner. That alone would bring me back here. Add to that that the rooms were clean, neat, modern, and well kept. I'm impressed!

Very quiet place. Enjoyed the hotel and the charm of Cheyenne. I was there for a job interview with corrections. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the areas I had questions about. Good breakfast.

Wonderful breakfast buffet with southwestern seasoned scrambled eggs (not hot) and green chili (mildly hot) they get from a Colorado restaurant. Yummy! A nice touch to the usual hotel breakfast fare.

The night desk employee Sharon if I remember correctly was her name. Was absolutely wonderful. She volunteered to baby sit our 2 fur babies while we went to eat dinner. My wife and I have 2 dogs. It made the stay there perfect. Can't say enough good about our stay here. Keep up the good work.

My recent two day stay was very enjoyable. Room 201, King Suite was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plus I always travel with my dog Sammy, so glad the Inn is also pet friendly. We had an enjoyable stay although it was completely unexpected due to our semi breaking down. We had a very clean room, friendly staff, and EXCELLENT hot breakfast! Chris did an AMAZING job preparing food for breakfast and was very courteous! Thank you for making our stay that much more enjoyable!

We had a dog with us and the room was still nice. They gave us a treat bag with poop bags. The pool opened at 6am to wear out the kid. Breakfast was great, pork with green chilles on cheese omelet was fantastic. Kids had cereal and were happy. Fantastic reception desk and the guy running the breakfast room was polite and attentive.

Very clean rooms, friendly service. We were able to get two rooms next to each other on short notice late in the evening. Late check-in available. AAA approved. Free hot breakfast included with stay. Parking is convenient. Check in and check out were very smooth. Hotel is just off of I80 and just a little East of I25. Kid friendly place. Carts available to help haul baggage to and from rooms. Ice and vending machines available.

Kudos to the folks at Cheyenne BW for their friendly attitude. The comfortable room and available gluten — and dairy-free items at breakfast were outstanding. The only reason that I did not give this a 5-star rating is that the breakfast potatoes had bacon lurking in them and my companion and I are both vegetarian. We would have appreciated a warning sign. The staff went out of its way to make sure we were comfortable otherwise. The large room and comfortable appointments gave great value for the money. Thank you, Cheyenne BW!

Excellent greeting. Made to feel at home from minute one. Made a fresh coffee for us even though it was getting late. Chris was extremely helpful at breakfast and ensured constantly that needs were met. The chili offered at breakfast is certainly worth the visit. Sharon was also very attentive to our needs from the go and has a very easy personality. We are leaving Cheyenne after 10+ years and could not have made a better choice for our last 2 nights whilst we packed and cleared the house. A really BIG thank you to all who made our stay so welcoming.

Had a very nice stay here. The rooms and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The shower had good water pressure. The front office staff were very friendly, and when I checked in with my cat they gave her a treat and a toy! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Actually give four and a half stars. The breakfast was a little late. I still believe in being on time when told the time. Mostly previously frozen fare but quite good. Great coffee. The room was one of the smaller ones as I was alone but was extremely comfortable with all amenities needed. The staff was superb and helpful with all information about BW and Wyoming. I will stay here again.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful. A bit far off the beaten path but that makes it quiet & secure. Front desk staff are wonderful, helpful & caring. Breakfast was nice and their Chef uses real eggs instead of powdered — a very nice & positive difference! Clean & comfortable and we will definitely stay again should we get back to Cheyenne!

Rooms are clean and decor is nice. Shower was nice and bed was comfy. Breakfast was nice except the potatoes where cold. The gentleman that helps in the breakfast area was awesome and the rest of the staff could learn how to make guest feel welcome from him.

We just had ours duaghter's wedding in Cheyenne. We booked over 20 rooms at this Best Western for family and friends. We would especially like to say that the staff was wonderful, from the front desk to the breakfast workers to housekeeping. I had made welcome gift bags for our guests and asked for help getting them to the right people. Front desk staff Sharon and Patty really went out of their way to do this. They were able to put these bags in each guests' room before they checked in. What a nice surprise for our guests to find upon arriving to their rooms. We really want to thank them both for this kind service, and done with a smile and great attitude! Also, in making our plans for this big event, managers Amanda and Mandy were very helpful and kind. And, the rooms were very nice; large and comfortable. Plus comfy beds with soft sheets, as one of our guests commented to me! We highly recommend this hotel!

Very good place. Clean, friendly, good breakfast, I love the chili and put it over the eggs. They go out of their way make you feel at home. They were plentiful on the cookies when we came in at night, nice to have a little snack. I travel All over the United States and Canada. This is one of the best places to stay. I always make it a point to come back to this place.

A very nice motel which has been extensively refurbished. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast with a wonderful attendant who did his best to make sure everything was in order. The only downside, and the reason for not giving 5 stars, was the bed. Any small body movement resulted in a gyrating mattress, which made it difficult to sleep. After having many nice, firm beds on our trip, this was a real disappointment.

Awesome hotel. Pay close attention of what your getting charged. I am experiencing this hotel trying to double charge me for my stay. Staff could be more educated of hotel procedures and policies. Staffs positive/caring attitude could be increased as well.

We experienced a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Frontier Inn in Cheyenne. The staff was warm and friendly and this property is well-kept and convenient to downtown, the interstate, and northern Colorado. Our room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Despite being near train tracks and the interstate, we heard no noise from either. We definitely recommend this well-run property and have already discussed returning for a long weekend. Awesome experience!

Beautifully decorated hotel — — the room decor was awesome and perfectly Cheyenne-themed! Bed was comfortable, room (king size) was big. It had a 50-inch TV but it was only in standard definition. Bathroom had a shower only (no tub) which was very spacious. Only suggestion would be adding a ledge — — there was no place to put shampoo/conditioner/gel. The soap dish in the shower was small and had a ridged bottom, so the shampoo and conditioner wouldn't stay upright in it. This was our first time at a Best Western in years, and we really liked the Best Western Plus brand. Plus, the hotel was right down the road from the Cheyenne KOA (our family was staying there in a RV), so the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I are relocating to Idaho and stopped here for the night as the campsite that I had reserved at a local camping ground was not what we expected. We were impressed with how we are able to get a room reserved even with a rodeo going on down the road. We were thoroughly impressed with our room, pool/spa, and especially with the yummy breakfast that was served along with all of the staff. If we ever have the need to reserve another room by chance at this location we will not hesitate to pick your establishment. Thank you!

Hands down the best Best Western I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly, the room clean and comfortable, breakfast was awesome. They really paid attention to all the details, even the toilet paper and toiletries were quality. Pet friendly actually means pet friendly. They have snack bags for the animals and a doggie clean up station. The stairs are enclosed so if your dog won't do elevators, there is no fear of him sliding over the edge. 10/10 would stay again.

Best Bw so far that we've stayed at, loved front desk lady I think her name was Sharonville went above an beyond friendly, kind, helpful, and she should be the prime example of your employees customer service, I also loved the room and Beautiful place. Thank you.

After nearly 10 hours of driving from Missouri to Cheyenne, I was tired. My fiance and I were moving to Salt Lake City, Utah. We both were tired. So we pull off I-80 to Best Western Plus for a place to stay. I only brought cash with me. I did not have a debit or credit card (I am a recent college graduate with not a lot of money to my name). I was told that the hotel did not accept cash by the front desk employee. Thankfully my fiance did though. We tried using her cards and both were declined. So we were a little sad and thought how we will do more driving to find a place to stay for the night. As we were leaving the building, the front desk employee told us, "There are probably rinky-dink motels that will accept cash. " The way he said it made it sound like we were lesser people for trying to use cash. I still had over 600 dollars at the time, it was not like I could not afford it. My fiance and I felt disgusted and did not care anymore. We instead found a nice Comfort Inn to stay at in Cheyenne. Funny enough, the room was only 8 dollars more than what Best Western offered. I sincerely hope people get better service than I ever received from there.

4/10/16 — stayed for 2 nights, beds were very comfortable, rooms were really clean, and pool and hot tub was very nice. Breakfast was good and fresh each day. Great value!

Being a otr truck driver I have stayed at many hotels this place is great — — — staff, clean, and Sharon backed cookies, the best touch I have seen.

I was there for a Jury Duty Research Program. The staff looked clean and professional and we're well mannered. The hallways and room was very clean and well taken care of.

Wonderful staff, very pet friendly! The rooms were nice, with comfy beds.

Room was very nice and clean. We had an issue with our keys, but the staff was very helpful and sorted it out right away. The breakfast in the morning was promising, but many thing were out of stock when I arrived to eat. Good price in a good location.

If you like a. C. That doesn't get cold and a shower that doesn't get hot, this is the place for you. They'll take pets, customer service is great, and free breakfast is free.

This hotel customer service was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the pool area was very clean. The rooms are small and clean and this is the only hotel room that I have ever stayed in the supplies enough towels from the very beginning, haha! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are coming through Cheyenne!

Little expensive for what it is but it has great truck parking.

Really nice overnight stay at this hotel. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. I slept like a baby on their pillow top mattress and could feel the quality in the sheets. The hotel was very quiet and I enjoyed the hot breakfast that was served. I didn't use their internet much, but was able to connect two devices and FaceTime. HBO was advertised and I tried to watch the channel, but the picture quality was choppy and did not make for an enjoyable watching experience. I did not, however, complain or give them a chance to fix the problem. Shower (no bath tub) was hot with good water pressure. Overall, a great stay for what I needed.

Adequate Like most retired seniors my wife and I are always looking for good value while traveling. We probably spend more time in the rooms than the younger generation. We carry tablets for reading and keeping in touch so Wi-Fi is a must. Our check list of amenities include, hot breakfast, refrigerator, microwave, and of course a coffee maker. We do a lot of research, reading reviews from several different resources, and normally our picks are pretty darn spot on. We choose the Frontier Plus Inn, as it was out from town but a quick drive into Cheyenne. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Our greeting was adequate, but not friendly as some others. That was out biggest problem with this hotel was front desk staff. We were given the wrong room (a less value than booked) We immediately return to desk, where we were told he didn't see a sofa bed room on the reservation. I think it was an honest mistake, but after we got keys for the right room our keys didn't work, so it was back to the front desk. Very annoying. The Wi-Fi was so slow that I mention it to the front desk. I got an apology, that he would look into it and maybe rebook the routers. It never did improve the 2 nights we stayed. Breakfast was just OK. It had all the items, but it's just not what I've come to expect from Best Western. The walk in shower was nice but had only 1 soap dish. Overall the room was comfortable as we sleep well, woke rested, ready for the day and really that's the most important.

We slept at a different BW last night and it was decent, nicer than this one and $60 cheaper. Not sure why this one is more expensive besides different town. Not too impressed. For $15 less (times two rooms) we have stayed at Little America (which is close). Sure, no breakfast was included, but the rooms and hotel overall were MUCH nicer. In addition, the internet is VERY slow here. I'm trying to work right now and am having a very difficult time doing it. Rooms are cramped, but fine and clean for a quick stay.
