Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast is served 6am to 10am. Cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt. This hotel is directly across the road from a very busy train hub. Lots of trains going through in both directions. We stayed in room 224, which is just above the front entrance of the hotel. Our window faced the trains. It was loud and the floor and bed shakes with every train. The rumble and squeaky brakes & wheels constantly create 24 hour a day disruption. If you want peace and quiet, stay further away from this corner of the town.

There should be an option for NO STAR. We stayed here on 6/25 and the toilet in the room didn't flush properly. We had to fill the waste basket with water and pour it into the bowl of the toilet to get it to flush. I told Danny, the person on duty, and he said he would get maintenance to fix it. An hour later no one had shown up. Since the place was sold out, we could not get a different room. They didn't compensate us for the room or fix the problem. I will never stay here or any other of their hotels.

This hotel in many other locations would be a 3, but of the other options we had available to us in Cheyenne it was great. We made a last minute reservation pulling in to town and the front desk was friendly and accommodating. There were few chairs in the pool area to sit and watch my kids but the room was clean and the breakfast selection seemed generous for the size of the hotel.

Location was a bit out of town but right off the interstate. I appreciated the help at the front desk but the amenities we're not stellar. This is the first time I've ever been to I didn't provide any shampoo, conditioner, or soap. I was very excited for the hot tub and disappointed when the jets did not work.

Nice clean room! Good breakfast! The pool was chilly and jets on jacuzzi weren't working.

MILITARY BEWARE: A retired veteran and police officer was staying at this hotel with his family. He just arrived in Cheyenne this week to settle in to his new job on F. E. Warren. He became ill yesterday night and he is in critical condition. His family was suppose to check out this morning, however due to the circumstances his wife was up all night at the hospital with their two young children. This morning once she returned, she was asked to quickly check out of the room. I talked to the front desk attendant, explained the hardship she was experiencing and She said she could have 30 minutes to shower and then checkout. 15 minutes later he called and tells me she has to be put by 12:20… it was 12:18. I went to the front desk to asked why he would be so inconsiderate given the circumstances. He said “that is all his manager would allow, they have reservations at 1300”. Understood, I know how a hotel works, but there is a human factor as well. I let him know that I will make sure F E Warren knows this establishment does not support the military as they claim, per the sticker on their window. Then the manager, I guess, comes up behind me furious “call her First Sergeant we don’t have to put up with this from the military”. Sir, you don’t have to put up with us or our money! You are right! No stars for you. If you PCSing pass them by.

The room was very clean, there was plenty of hot water and the continental breakfast was great. However, we had booked through an app and they didn't have our reservation, then they managed to charge us twice. They'd had power outage but it still seemed very disorganized.

Staff was helpfully and friendly. Rooms were clean, and some of it had been fixed up but they need to fix bathrooms. Breakfast was ok they had waffles, biscuits and gravy, and cereal, they had no protein or toast. But if you want a good priced room just for sleeping it is the perfect place.

We checked in very late and all the floors were filthy. The auditor was wearing a stocking cap and covered in tattoos. He was nice enough but could have scared half of the general public off. The first thing one sees when opening the room door is the toilet? A bit of rearranging would have been better for these rooms. They were comfortable although a bit noisy if you aren't used to the interstate. I was appreciative of the housekeeping that didn't approach our room until check out time because of us getting in late.

The first room I went into had an exterminator's sprayer and the bed was up against the wall. The second room was much nicer although one of the lapshades had a peculiar stain. Even though the room was all around much more approachable, I still couldn't shake the creep crawly feeling I got from the first room.

If I could give this place a 0/5 I would, We were on the way out of Colorado but the roads and weather wouldn't yield so we had no choice but to stay in this place because of vacancy. The place smelled like an ashtray, bleach, and urine. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room and they didn't give us one unless they have so many people come through who are lazy enough to pay $250 for smoking in the rooms. I get incredibly bad headaches from the smell of cigarette smoke and I could barely sleep, I felt nauseous the entire time and found myself sleeping in my car underneath the only winter jacket in 20 degree weather while it was howling. This had to of been the shittiest place I have ever stayed. I payed less money to stay at a motel 8 and had a better stay than this place. Owners should change their name to "Americas Shittiest Night Stay". Absolutely disgusted they allow this place to continue to operate.

For being an inexpensive hotel right off the freeway, we were pleasantly surprised! The people working the front desk both when we arrived and when we left were really sweet and friendly. The breakfast had quite a selection for such a little hotel. For being so close to the highway, you couldn't hear it from the rooms and everyone was able to get the sleep we needed to get back on the road early in the morning.

We stayed here during the Solar Eclipse. The staff was friendly and the location was clean. The free breakfast was nice. The rooms were clean and very well kept. We got a room with two queens beds. The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of towels for the four of us.

Not a bad place. Arrived and left early. The heat worked OK and shower was fine. Nice place for a overnight stop.

When I first walked in the hotel, Michelle immediately greeted me with a warm smile and was very professional, caring, and sweet. That was such a relief as I embarked on the first leg of my first cross country trip with my toddler. The ENTIRE facility was clean, welcoming, and supplied ALL of the amenities my family and I needed. It was such a relief to have that and not have to dig everything out of the car. The free breakfast and coffee gave me the fuel I needed to complete our journey. I will definitely be visiting this place on my next journey.

I am very satisfied with my visit so far. Especially because they accommodated my dog and she was allowed to stay with us. I feel the pool area needs more seating /chairs.

They had a good breakfast. Room was ok but seemed a little pricey for what it was. There were what looked like blood stains on the mattress, and the room seemed a little musty. Would have expected price to be about $20 less.

This hotel is cheap for a reason. Our non-smoking room smells like smoke and we're suspicious that a cat (or cats) have also been guests here because we're sneezing our heads off. It smells like a marijuana convention was held in the hallway and the paper-thin walls are inviting every sound into our shabby room. It's not their fault that the people above us are running and jumping and slamming doors… It's worth an extra $20 to STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Overall it's a nice cheap hotel. Clean, spacious and accomadating. The bathroom in our room really needed to be redone. It was fine but the shower was noisy and the spigot didn't block the water all the way so the water pressure was terrible. The noise was because of the tub when you stepped in certain areas it was loud almost creaky sounds. It was just obviously older. The beds also didn't have comforters or bedspreads. Just a thin blanket and a couple sheets. As long as we didn't keep the air-conditioning on it was enough to keep up warm. Once again nice and clean. Friendly staff and quiet. I would recommend.

The hotel was clean. The lady at check in was so friendly which is such a rarity. The breakfast starts at 6 so we were able to eat before heading back on the road. There is a pool and hot breakfast. The beds are firm and the towels small but a good place to stay for our quick stay needs.

Had a great experience here considering we were 4 families a total of 21 Jennifer handled our check in wonderfully and was very helpful. Very clean and accommodating to any need we had. Breakfast in the morning was very good and well stocked. Morning manager handles the crowd so well even when we witnessed a man put sausage gravy in the waffle maker! Thanks!

Pros: Comfortable, staff helpful, free breakfast Cons: Needs an update in terms of ambience. The carpet on the stairs looks dirty.

Purchased for 72$ via price line. Had I called it would have been 77$ for the night. On a road trip from LA to Iowa City, it is exactly what you pay for and what you would expect from a motel. Clean, but very basic. Pillows are thin, not the most comfortable, but you will wake up rested and ready to continue on your journey. They keep the location tidy, and I left neither impressed nor let down. I think 50$ total would have been a good price for my stay.

Absolutely wonderful. The staff went above and beyond and were always very kind. The milk was empty at 930 (breakfast ends at 930) and I asked for more milk. The gentleman behind the counter was very happy to refill it. Another morning after breakfast had been cleaned up, my mom asked if there was any juice left for my daughters sippy cup and he was happy to turn the machine on quick so we could grab some juice. My older daughter lost her goggles and he found some extra ones for her to borrow while swimming in the pool. The hotel is small and nice. Everything was great! Thank you for everything!

The rooms were clean the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was fine. The pool area was good. The place is clean and for the price it would be a steal in expensive Cheyenne, if it weren't for the haze of smoke in the whole place. We switched rooms once but it was the same and it was too late to find something else. Me and my two little boys have asthma and found it super hard to sleep. We brought a fan and opened the wi does to air it out but the smoke seemed to keep coming into our room somehow. I asked the desk in the morning about it and told her people are obviously smoking upstairs and she said oh yeah we have people in non smoking rooms who are smoking we spread them out around the hotel. So all the rooms upstairs say non smoking but you could walk past a door and it was very obvious they are smoking in there so the whole hallway is very smokey. I'm pretty sure our "non-smoking" room had been smoked in. We were up at six and out by 7:30 because the kids were coughing so much. So if you smoke, this is your perfect hotel!

Decent for the price. Always clean but something is broken and/or non-functional every time I stay at an ABVI…

The front desk clerk had me stand at the front desk for a total of 35 minutes before she finally had the decency to put down the phone and check me in. I wouldn't have minded, but it was a personal phone call that should NOT have been had at work, ESPECIALLY the front desk of a hotel. When she put down the phone she said, "sorry I'm on the phone with corporate, " which would have been very believable if she had not been talking about sexual favors and personal information about family members. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure a corporate office would not be asking those kinds of questions to their employees. The rest of my stay was fine, as I was only staying one night. The room was warm, bed pretty comfortable, nice tv, Wi-Fi worked great, breakfast was good. I would just recommend for them to look for better help.

Stayed here as a last minute choice and beyond pleased with the entire thing. The room was huge, my children had a great time in the sadly water pool! Breakfast was great, waffles are fresh and my son loved their biscuits and gravy. Everything staff member took their time to better assist my family. We only wee going to stay 1 night but were so happy with the overall package we ended up staying for 4 nights! I loved everyone there, can't express how amazing and beautiful this hotel was. I'm now in my way to stay another weekend at my home away from home!
