Spacious rooms, at-home amenities such as a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher and 2 burner cooktop. In addition to two gas grills under a gazebo in the back of the building. Friendly staff and so close to our job site!

Do not stay at this hotel. The hotel charged me one more night without letting me know. I do not know why they still have my credit card info after I have checked out two months later. I stay at the hotel on 4/23/18 and they charged me one more night on 6/12/18. When I realized that from my bank statement and called the manager whose name is Michelle Fulmore, she told me she is busy and I have to wait for three days to let her find out what happened. It took me about more than a week to get this issue solved. In addition, I have to find the proof by myself to show the manger that I did not stay for one more night. Very very very disappointed.

Simple efficient and affordable rooms. If you want something with little more class go to the Holiday Inn Express right next door. Other than the walls being too thin this is a nice Hotel.

Clean room?!? NOPE and this is only 1 of the serious issues.

Very impressed with Candlewood Suites — they keep a small "cupboard" open 24/7 down in the lobby with *very* reasonable prices. Forgot toothpaste? $1. Need a decent TV dinner at 2am? $4. I will definetly return!

No ice machine. Trash from previous guest was not empty. Very nice individual at check in.

Great room for the price. Large space nice to be able to have our adult room and close the door and give our teen his own space. Plenty of dishes available and even provided a bag of popcorn! Bed was comfortable, everything was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only drawback was ice maker in fridge didn't make ice quickly and no other ice was available. Otherwise great place!

I'm giving 4 stars because the bed was too firm. It isn't like the other Candlewood Suites I have stayed in. Otherwise, you can't beat the value. Recliner in every room. This is a great location for I25 and I80 access. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel was nice. The carpet and entry way was dirty but we appreciated the upgrade including a kitchen. It is next to Home Depot and a diner. There are breakfast options. I would have liked to have a continental breakfast for the price that I paid. Also the type of room that was requested was unavailable. The pillows are feathers so it is important to let people know when they have allergies. There was complimentary coffee which was really nice. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer.

First time, Nice place. No continental breakfast at the one in Cheyenne, WY. Should of taken some pics before getting a little settled in. Don't know all rooms are set up this way.

Decent place to stay. Nice kitchenette for cooking a few meals. Good for working guys like me working out of town.

Not the friendliest group of people. Not the nicest rooms either. House keeping began to beat on my door at 830 when check out is at 12. I would not recommend this place.

Stayed here on a cross country road trip. Nice room with small kitchen. Quiet.

There was an issue with cleanliness in that suite. The pull-out bed or hide-away bed was covered with fecal matter which was just shoved back into the couch. It is just further proof the housekeeping there is lacking training and disipline in their jobs. Absolutely EVERYTHING ought to be checked and cleaned after their guests leave and new ones come in. The absolutely worst part, however, was the fact the night manager promised a full refund, but it was not communicated to the managers working in the morning. Communication amongst the staff is severly lacking and no business can keep afloat with this great of a problem. I do not desire to stay here again after this experience and recommend finding a different place to lie your head if you're in the area.

Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. My room had a dishwasher, full size fridge, microwave, small stove top, and sink. Cabinets were stocked with basic cooking supplies and eating utensils. The only reason why its not 5 stars is because theres no breakfast.

Spacious room, comfy bed. It was so nice to have the kitchen for late night snacks and more space. We really liked that it was dog friendly and our pup enjoyed the extra spacious room to play after a long day in the car.

Just perfect. We were driving through Cheyenne and needed a pet friendly hotel which means beggars can't be choosers. But this is as good as a hotel like this can get. Full kitchens, convenient location, great staff.

Nice place with clean facilities. No breakfast, but I guess that's my bad for not realizing it was an Extended Stay joint.

Candlewood Suites Cheyenne is located on the edge of town, convenient to downtown as well as Warren AFB. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well appointed, and the staff very helpful. Dining options are limited for late arrivals, so be sure to eat first.

Good room and bed, nice facilities. Only issue was the shower head was weak.

Such a comfortable stay! It's awesome that the rooms come with little kitchens… will definitely stay there when I travel with my kids to save money on eating out! The rooms were also very clean and comfortable! I would definitely recommend them to long stays and family's!

Front desk personnel was very nice. Rooms are very clean. Beds are comfortable not luxurious. Nice features, they have bbq grills for anyone to use, appliances like rice cookers and blenders to 'borrow' for cooking in your kitchenette. And the price was great. I will probably be staying here again next time I come through Cheyenne.

We were excited about staying here after a long day on the road (17 hours). When we checked in, I had to ask all the questions (pool? check out? parking? ) When we got to the room, the sink and desk were dirty in the main area, and the floor was dirty, especially near the window. The front desk worker came up and wiped countertops, changed the sheets, and vacuumed the floor. Other guests also complained about cleaning/housekeeping, and another guest and the chief engineer talked the next day on the elevator about how the dishwashers were rarely run. Many of the dishes had to be rewashed because of food still on them. This was our first stay at the Candlewood. Would not come back here.

Clean room and fast service would visit again.

Very nice new property with large rooms. The small store based on the honor system was pretty cool and convenient. Staff could be a little friendlier and more welcoming.

7 days for cleaning room elevator in a bad spot. Front desk seems a little under educated.

The manager even thought me how to wash and dry my clothes.

I alway stop and stay on my way to and from Montana to Texas once or twice a year. I always enjoy my stay. Nice room with a kitchen. Allowed to bring my puppy, nice staff, and free cookie! What's not to love!

Clean and quiet rooms, helpful staff, and the kitchenette is very nice for extended stays.

Very nice rooms great for extended stays with kitchenettes that include a full size fridge. Friendly staff convenient laundry room with laundry supplies available for purchase. However if you are looking to get any business done while in the rooms forget it the "High-Speed Internet" is anything but, speeds.

The last time I was here platinum members were not anything but a number in the cattle call. If you are a member go to the Holiday Inn closer to town. They respect what members do to their profit margin & you get the little perks that bring you above the rest. Plus the staff is much better.

I ended up staying 2 nights. I'm a truck driver I stayed1 night checked out and ended up checking back in later in the day. The staff is great very polite. The girl working the swing shift recognized my voice on the phone and called me by my name. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfy, and great street parking for my semi. If I ever get stuck here again without a load I will rent a room here. It was reasonable price and she gave me menus for local restaurants that delivered. I can't imagine staying somewhere else in Cheyenne.

Very nice stay. Spacious clean room. Good towels. I would have used the kitchen if staying longer. Free laundry room, nice fitness center. Best bang for your dollar :).
