When you pull in, the hotel looks like it is closed, then as you continue around you will find mattresses leaning against the building, piles of old tires, doors off of their hinges, and finally we were able to witness animal control removing a critter from the lobby. At that point we decided to cancel our reservation and head for a Hilton. The only positive is we were able to cancel at 3 pm on the day of our reservation and not pay any cancellation fees.

Toilet won't flush right. Room is dirty. Fridge is dented. Knob falls off tubs water valve. Wi-Fi no good. Danishes not stocked for breakfast. Key card doesn't work right. Etc.

I stayed here last month (Aug '13). It looks like a building at the front of the property was removed and another is closed. The other buildings are fine and the place is up-and-running — — just drive around to where the office is.

Me and my party of four booked three rooms two months in advance. We asked for Two singles and one double, had a confirmation number (keep in mind this was done directly with the hotel). We arrived and was told that there was only two rooms, showed confirmation and was told we have had some extended stays. Since me and three of us had an appt. We left one behind to get everything figured out (it took them two hours, because they didn't know what was occupied and what was not) Once it was fixed, The person we left behind went into each of our rooms and turned on AC. We went back after our appts. And one of the three rooms had been given away, when we tried our key the door would not open. So once again we went through trying to get it figured out. First room they gave us, we walked in on someone, Second room the furniture was everywhere and mattress on one of the beds was half on the bed and half off, Third room they gave us only had one bed, so we had to go get the one person in our party who had two beds to move. After getting settled once again, we noticed the microwave was filthy, bathroom floor sticky, fridge had mold. We looked behind dresser and found a TV dinner box behind it and then at headboards of beds was unopened packages of food. We went to lobby next morning to let them know this room needed to be cleaned entirely, all we kept getting told is I understand, not let me give you one night on us or a 20% discount nothing.

This place was horrible. Stayed for 2 days. Paid for 330 dollars for a week. My husband was being eaten alive by bed bugs. They refunded 181 dollars to us although we should have been refunded more. We were told they were a clean motel. Well the bed bugs made it clear that was a lie. I believe we should have been refunded a lot more then 181 dollars.

The motel is way over priced. The room was terrible for the price. Had to ask for the bathroom to get cleaned ended up doing it ourselves. The TV didn't even have a power button. And for all this they wanted 330 a week for it. Not the worst motel ever but they need to lower there prices.

This Hotel is discusting! It reaks of smoke inside the rooms and halls, the carpets are stained and wernt vaccumed, and there were dead bugs. Would NOT recommend!

Received a call at 11:55 pm the night before my reservation to inform me that the hotel had had an unusual amount of "stay overs" and my reaevation was being canceled. Left me with a room and they couldn't have cared any less. Don't waste your time with this hotel. They don't care about their customers and ruined my sons 18th birthday party present as this place was reserved for its proximity to the Cheyenne comic con.

This place is worse then a dump! There was urine on the toilet seat, blood on the shower curtain, the sheets are covered in short black hairs and it looks like they haven't vacuumed in years! I have never completed about any place but everyone needs to know about this!

The place was nasty had to switch rooms twice to finally get a room that the TV and there's covers weren't dirty. Woke up the next morning and there was a pair of dirty panties then fell out of the bottom of the bed from the covers and between the covers. I wanted a refund they wouldn't refund me my money. Terrible place never stay there again. To be shut down run out of town.

The rooms are filthy, there was hair all over the sheets that we didn't even end up sleeping in the bed. Carpet is disgusting. Bathroom was ok. The room smelled of smoke and it was a smoke free room l.

Simply put, this place is a dump. No idea why it's listed as a 3 star. Spend an extra $10 and get a 10 times better room elsewhere. When we arrived we couldn't find it because it has no external lights or sign on the building. One building is missing due to some arson fire to defraud their insurance company. The furniture in the room is disgusting. All sorts of brown stains on the sofa, blankets, and sheets. I didn't even sleep in the sheets. Just threw a tarp on the bed and used my own sheets. Also the heater in our room didn't work.

Rooms are extra large and clean. Great value.

I spent the weekend here with my husband and we both agree that it was the worst hotel experience we have had. First off, the "manager" was stuck up and not friendly at all. We ended up switching rooms the first night because the TV didn't work, then in our new room the blow dryer didn't work. They only had cereal for breakfast, and for the price of the room we expected a lot more. The room keys never worked, we went through at least five different ones and the front desk was snobby about it. So we let them try one of the "working" keys to prove we needed a different key. And last we paid in cash so had to put down a deposit, which was fine BUT they didn't inform us that we couldn't get the deposit till 8 in the morning. So instead of leaving at 6 like planned we had to sit and wait two hours. But on a positive note the room was a decent size as well as the beds. Overall, horrible, horrible, horrible.

If you can get over the outside appearance, this place is pretty decent. Really nice front desk staff and clean inside. Our room was pretty large and very clean. Yes, it is an older hotel but is still well kept.

A dump. Most of it was burned for an insurance scam during renovation, the rest is just rank. Who will enjoy staying here? Squatters, druggies and persons with severe body odor that sticks to the beds and carpets, hanging in the air like a hot wet stench.
