Nice quiet clean room. Pet friendly. Hotel was packed and I didn't hear any noise at night.

Good hotel with nice small kitchen.

Always a nice stay. Staff is nice and rooms clean.

First: I would stay here again. The rooms were clean and quiet for there most part and the beds were comfortable. A/C was strong (which is important to me) and controlled within the room. Next… The lobby and first floor areas are under construction. The only noise I heard was construction nose around 10 am, which was fine with me. It looks like they're making some nice upgrades. Finally… The guest rooms were nicely done and seemed modern. Only thing that I noticed was lacking was built in USB ports for charging mobile devices, but I brought my own so it wasn't an issue for us.

Rooms are nice but the service is horrible. Stayed 3 nights they never once came in to tidy up. Dirty towels on the floor never cleaned up. Don't think they ever came to my room once. No continental breakfast. One of the worst IHG hotels. I'll be back in the area in two weeks but will absolutely NOT stay there.

The night staff was rude and didn't want to look up our IHG reward number. She acted like it was a hassle to ever get up from her chair. My husband wanted to watch the USA soccer game that night, but the TV was very small. The setting for the TV was extremely dark and there was no way to adjust it. We knew we wouldn't get much help from the night staff if we asked to fix it. THE POSITIVE The morning staff was very friendly. They have comfortable big beds and soft towels. The kitchenette had everything we need and a full size fridge/freezer. We did not try out the pool or exercise room because we spent the whole day at the local Waterpark. Other than the night staff and TV — good experience.

Great location. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Although we did not use it, suites have a great kitchette, which would be great for a long stay or traveling with children or if one wanted to eat in. We would stay here again.

Great location next to the mall and tons to eat! The room was nice and comfortable. It also came equipped with a stove top burner, dishes and dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Free Wi-Fi is a plus. The only thing lacking was breakfast in the morning. Overall, a good stay!

The room was clean, prices were fair, and the location was convenient. Pool and gym were nice but I didn't have time to use them this trip.

Comfortable beds, nice to have a kitchen with a full size refrigerator. Free laundry is great as I am on a long term visit. So many pluses I can't list them all. Very happy with my stay and the staff has been friendly and helpful.

We have stayed a couple different hotels in the waterloo, iowa area. Candlewood's staff and the accomadations their hotel offers have been a great treat. It was very convenienant to restaurants and attractions in the area.

Stayed for business for 10 days. Rooms clean, modern. Kitchenette comes pretty well equipped, right down to dish soap. Gym leaves much to be desired, but indoor pool and hottub are a definate plus. Business center comprises 2 Windows PCs but they don't have Office on them. Also, no printer or fax within the room with the computers. You have to email files to the front desk so they can print for you, or give your fax to the front desk for them to do it. Little inconvenient and not the best if you don't want others seeing sensitive documents. Rooms come with ethernet and Wi-Fi, dvd player. Location in major shopping/commercial area, Super Target and Walmart nearby, along with other major chains and mall. Overall, wouldn't mind staying here again on my next assignment.
