The hotel room was comfortable, and the hotel had good customer service.

We stayed for 2 nights, even with covid going around they still provided a good breakfast. Great staff and atmosphere. Good pool, great full fitness center.

Hotel is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful gym and pool area. The lobby is tastefully decorated. The room is beautiful and very clean… plenty of towels and pillows! Only down thing is the ice machine is broken on the 2nd floor! Two thumbs up!

The room was quite clean and spacious without too much noise from either outside or other occupants. There was only one person on the front desk and at times they seemed very busy with multiple calls and people at the desk, but service was ultimately satisfactory. Breakfast at this hotel was delicious, and check in/out was seamless.

Motel staff was very friendly and helpful. The motel was very clean. The rooms were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The room we stayed in was very clean & nice. We needed an extra blanket and pillow and the front desk clerk was very quick and no complaints. Beds were very comfortable for a hotel! Breakfast in the morning was crowded but plenty of room for everyone and the food was delicious. Also if you are staying here to go to the Waterpark. Make sure you buy your park tickets here they are only $25/ticket.

Most awesome stay. Very clean rooms. My hubby and I had the honeymoon suite and it was beautiful. Most enjoyable. Whirlpool was sweet and down stairs pool was awesome. Breakfast was great. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling or just to get away for a few nights.

Staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, standard Hampton Inns. Decent area around it for food options.

Need to get ahold of your guest that make noise. Especially after 10 pm. Y'all don't realize who travels when or works. Better be glad they didn't hit my car with their baseball game last night. Staff needs to get off their cells and check on things! Thanks.

Easy check-in and check-out. Hot tub is gone but still mentioned on the signs in the halls. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Room was just as expected, no issues at all and I'll stay here next time I visit.

Staff has always been great. Parking is good. Always quiet. There used to be a hot tub but its paved over now = (. Breakfast is average, coffee is hot even at night usually.

Clean hotel. Big TV. One of the better continental breakfasts I've had. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Several places to eat within walking distance.

Exactly what I expect from a Hilton owned hotel. I checked in really late and they still had me ready to rock and roll as soon as I got in. Check in was smooth and easy, asked if I needed a wake up cal ahead of time and everything. Breakfast in the morning was like most Hilton, waffles, cereal, sausage, eggs, fresh fruit etc… Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

We just loved this place. The beds were so soft and comfortable. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was very good! I would stay here again! In fact, I loved the pillows and sheets and comforter so much, I order myself some for at home. Hampton Inn deserves a pat on the back for making my stay even more comfortable than my own bed!

This was a nice hotel. The service was good and the breakfast choices varied. We didn't have any issues in three days; everyone was very kind and helpful.

I attended an event in one of the meeting spaces. As soon as I walked in, a front desk clerk asked me if she could help me. I stated I was there for a class and she gave me specific directions on where to go. The room was clean and neat and had a fridge full of cold water to drink. Overall a good experience.

Perfect hotel with great staff and accommodations!

Amazing customer service! Michelle in housekeeping noticed that I was under the weather… I think it was the tea, honey, Thera-flu and tissues that tipped her off. When I got back to my room after a long day of work, I had two bottles of water and some E-mergency packets on my nightstand! Truly phenomenal experience!

Check in staff was polite and quick. Room was modern, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a little sparse on options, but quality of the food was good. Would definitely stay there again.

Went to the Hampton inn for a job fair, but was nonetheless surprised at just how nice everything looked. The receptionist was very professional, the atmosphere warm and quiet, and the furniture clean. Was a good relief to step out of the wind into that. Overall, would stay here if I needed a hotel.

I went there for an employment event being hosted in one of their conference rooms. The hotel looked like it had nice amenities.

My stay at the Hampton Inn in Waterloo started great with a fast, warm reception. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. The rooms at this Hampton have not been upgraded in some time, and they were out of yogurt at breakfast. Otherwise, it's still a Hampton.

The Waterloo Location At Crossroads mall is quite pleasant and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. One thing was breakfast the food was good but there should be some rules for the area like no shoes no service just saying.

Clean and comfortable room, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were here for a tournament and they let me schedule room for entire time and allowed me to cancel if we lost out early for no charge.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in September 2008 and we had such a great experience! It was very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The hot breakfast in the morning was great! And the pool/hot tub was wonderful. I'd highly recommend this hotel. Especially for families (and it's right next door to Toys R Us, too! ) :).

Staff bungled my reservation and wasn't overly helpful. Hotel is nice though, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The walls in the hotel were so thin, I could hear the person to my left snoring, and the person to my right taking a bath in the morning. Surprised by this at a Hampton. Overall a good place to stay, it's really close to a Panera Bread, Starbucks, and a mall.
