Clean and comfy. Beautiful, modern rooms. Excellent staff. Delicious breakfast too.

Stayed here for the Doobie Bros concert across the street at the Hollywood Amphitheater. Everyone is very friendly especially Dalia working the breakfast area! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are clean and open! I’ll be back again!

My husband and I stayed her for my cousin wedding on Sunday. Nice and clean hotel.

Very clean and quiet! great for big parties.

I would recommend if they want to hear everything going on around them. It's been super noisy in the hall, I can hear the next room over talking and everyone just slams the door. Not relaxing or enjoyable so far.

The housekeeping and other staff besides the front desk people were great, the front desk people really need to have some training in how to treat guests in my opinion. Usually I felt as if I were putting them out by asking for anything and Do Not give them your debit card… they will charge it for the room even if they were given a corporate booking card that they were supposed to charge. Then don't even think when they tell you they will fix it that it will be done in a timely fashion because they say one thing and do another. Very bad business, we were left for a week with no money because we do everything from the debit card which they conveniently took $1, 200 from! Did they offer any explanation or apology? Nope not a one and the lady who was supposed to be "in charge" and promised it would be taken care of "today" well all I can say is she lied and then two days later when my boyfriend tried to talk to her again she had the guy tell him that she wasn't coming out to talk to him we just needed to talk to our bank… what happened to your promise two days before that it was going to be taken care of?!? Lip service that's what ya get here… spend your money somewhere else, I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me to.

What was suppose to be the happiest day of my daughter's life turned into a two day nightmare thanks to Wingate by Wyndham! Anyone that works in the Hospitality Industry is SUPPOSE to be hospitable, polite, understanding, accommodating, and compassionate; not so with the management staff of Wingate by Wyndham. After bungling our rooms by being short two rooms because the hotel overbooked to accommodate two other weddings of a different race (they were white and we are black), we had the police called on us to remove us from the hotel three hours before the wedding; and to God be All The Glory for a legal binding contract in which they mysteriously couldn't find; however because of a contract they could not remove us from the hotel, again, to God be All The Glory. Not only that, in our party, we had a mentally handicapped/wheel-bound person which is my brother, who from birth is incapable of taking care of himself, and he had some issues that we addressed with housekeeping and gave the housekeeper a generous tip and helped her clean up the soil that he uncontrollably had made! If you, the inquiring guest are looking for a family oriented, friendly, handicapped accessible-friendly hotel for your stay, please, do not stay at the Wingate by Wyndham, from experience, you will regret it.

If o could give this place — 10 stars I absolutely would! The level of disgust that my family and I have for this establishment goes beyond anything you could fathom. One, the hotel overbooked another wedding party and family which resulted in our family being put aside to accommodate the other group. Totally unfair and unjustified as we had thirty rooms Booked through our group rate for family members traveling from out of town for my sister’s wedding. Not only did they overbook, but my sister could not even get the bridal suIte which was promised to her (the sole reason why she booked there anyway) on Friday evening through the rest of the stay (Sunday morning). They told her on Friday night that she could not get the suite, so we made do with what we had at the time for our Saturday morning preparations. While In the midst of prepping sixteen females for hair and makeup on Saturday morning, the front desk manager called the room and said we had to check out of it and go to the new room, which was the bridal suite. She expected us to check out three hours before the wedding, pack up all the makeup and hair stylist items to move to another room?! Then she didn’t offer any assistance. We were floored! On top of that, She had the nastiest attitude that we did get into a literal argument in which she called the police on us to say that we were trespassing!

I will give this a mixed review. Room was neat and clean. It was quiet even though full. A few concerns. We left for several hours only to return with the laundry gone, tip gone, but nothing replaced or cleaned. After trying to find the housekeeper and approaching the front desk with no answers, we chose to get towels from another housekeeper and clean our own room. Breakfast was OK. The eggs had a exceptionally weird texture and the pancakes were the size of silver dollars and you only get four at a time. We may give it a second try down the road.

Im giving 4 stars because I considered the price to be higher than the quality. We chose this hotel because of the Tesla destination charging. It took 9.5 hours to get a full charge from 15% for any Tesla drivers reading this. My main complaints were that the carpet by the entrance of our room seemed damp and didn't smell fresh (probably from the pool being close to our room on the main floor), the shower curtain was much too short for the shower and the bathroom wasn't anything special. The good: my kids enjoyed the pool, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the lobby / breakfast area had a nice ambiance. My kids (and husband) really liked the automatic pancake maker, which was much tidier, easier to use, and cooler than the usual hotel waffle Makers.

So far I am very impressed with this Hotel. The rooms are cozy, the continental breakfast has a lot of different varieties and the cooked foods were good. The decor of the hotel is on point. Thumbs up. I so wish that most of the Wyndham affiliated Hotels would be as accommodating as this hotel.

Don't leave anything behind at this place, or unattended, their housekeeping steal your stuff and don't speak english. They're probably illegals. They had stolen my wife's tablet and they are acting completely clueless and accusing me a liar. I am freaking outraged at the way they are acting and not helping!

Good location, and so far a pleasant enough stay. Nice pool and workout room. Hallways are a bit worn, but the rooms are fine. Breakfast is average. Good value.

Pretty good location and clean hotel. Within 10 minute driving distance of most restuarants and also has a really nice restuarant directly in front of the hotel. Staff was nice and very helpful. My on issue was the breakfast. It wasn't bad but wasn't amazing either. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

I was there for my Ethics CE training in one of the meeting rooms. I go to this location every other yr & it's always neat & clean. I've never stayed at the hotel so I can't comment on that but the coffee is decent, the meeting room & restrooms are neat and clean.

Good service and clean hotel. The hotel is showing its age however with obvious dings and dents in doors and walls. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic amenities, wonderful rooms, the best desk I've had in almost any hotel, and plenty of room to spread out and relax. What you can't believe, is that they have a Chromecast built into the TV so those Android addicts like myself can Cast materials straight over without any other preparation. If you're doing a show at the Tinley Park Convention Center, you can do a lot worse than staying at the Wingate. What you lose by not being connected directly to the convention center, you gain back in value for your dollar, and a comfortable place to stay, with only a five-minute drive or a 15 minute walk to the show. I will stay here again.

Easy to get to and plenty of restaurants nearby. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Wifi has had a hard time connecting to my Galaxy Book, but not my cell phone. Call center for Wi-Fi support is friendly and gets it connected really quick though. Definitely recommend staying here.

Comfortable beds, love that they have a pool. They have free breakfast that's a plus. Really good place to stay in for a day or more.

Nice hotel and very nice rooms just don't leave anything in your vehicle they can be stolen as mine was.

Called in the morning for early check-in. When I got there there was a room ready. Check in was easy and pleasure. Cleaning lady was very nice and helpful in setting the room temperature for me. Side note I drive a semi truck during night and when I get to my place to drop out I then need to find a place to sleep. This place by far is the best I have stayed out.

Very clean. I lost my wallet and the manager (Paulette? ) was beyond helpful. She personally talked to the maid to find it and took my number in case she found it. Very impressed.

Very clean room, helpful staff, and convenient location. There were a couple noise issues at night (mainly due to the parking lot being plowed overnight) but we saw them working on a resolution the next morning. There were a few issues with the Wi-Fi that the front desk couldn't help with, but a quick call to their it support gave us a work around.

If I could give a negative rating I would. The only reason I will give a 2 was the room was clean and bed was comfortable. We drove in from Washington D. C. And hit a snow storm. I have Windham rewards card. Called the hotel, in which the clerk said I would have to call them for my booking. I then set that up, and when my b. F. Came in to confirm. The clerk was outside clearing off her car. So he had to wait for her. Once in the room we had no cell service or t. V. Service. Good luck with the phone or calling clerk with that! Check out was not til noon. We thought with the long drive and us getting sick, that we might get some sleep in time. Where we put out the do not disturb sign. At 8:30/9:00 a. M. We are woken to a half of dozen housekeepers in hallway screaming, cackling, laughing and yelling down the hallway! Definitely will not be returning or recommending!

Great stay. Breakfast could have been better. Rancid sausage and the staff was eating and drinking more coffee than the guest.

Stayed 3 days in January 2018 and found it to be very pleasant! The room was sparkling and the bed was so comfortable I had to ask the name of the mattress. Friendly, helpful staff and good breakfast that allowed for late sleepers. :-) I would definitely stay there again!

Quiet and clean. Located near lots of dining with easy access to I-80. No complaints!

Used to be a pretty good hotel but now they nickel and dime you for normal things. For example, I forgot my toothbrush and at pretty much every other hotel I've been to, they give you this for free. Here, they make you pay for it. Honestly, it's these little things that is going to make me stay elsewhere going forward.

Recently in town for a gymnastics meet early the next morning, stayed 1 night with my husband and daughter. Staff was unfriendly at check in, our nonsmoking room smelled strongly of smoke, and there was no hot water in the hotel for showers in the am. When these concerns were brought up to the front desk, they didn’t seem concerned and just said that they were aware there was no hot water. On the plus side, the bed was relatively comfortable and the breakfast was good.

I had a great stay it was wonderful and the breakfast was fresh and hot with my favorite pancakes! yummy!

Got a gift cert. For a night here and was not disappointed. Only neg I can think if is the pool is a little on the small side.

This is the best hotel in town. Got a first class treatment from the friendly staff. Manager and staff are on point. Bed and breakfast was top notch. Keep up the good work.

Great stay. Best part of it it shared a parking lot with the most amazing place to eat. Side Street American Tavern. We ate there everyday we stayed at hotel. Amazing must try!

Nice hotel with plenty of attractions near by. Clean. Could have had a better contential breakfast. All in all, a very nice stay.

We stayed overnight for the McCartney concert at the Hollywood Amphitheater, which is technically about 10 minutes from hotel (but you must factor in concert traffic). Hotel was very nice, clean and modern, staff friendly, room very clean (a bit humid, but it is summer) Location of hotel is ideal, close to gas, restaurants and I80. Would definitely stay again if in area.

The hotel is nice enough. Breakfast was really good. However, the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom also wasn't very clean. My biggest problem though was the streetlights in the parking lot outside my room. They were like stadium strength spotlights! And there were so many of them! Even with the blinds closed, it looked like it was daytime outside. And they are pointed right at the windows of the rooms. It just seemed so excessive and made sleeping there less enjoyable.

Nice staff, great room, and comfortable bed. Nice hot breakfast in the morning, including made to order automatic pancake machine.

I was in for a family wedding this past weekend. By the time I finished work on Friday, caught my flight, landed in Chicago, got my rental vehicle and got to the hotel I was exhausted. Ms. Amy Quinn checked me in and noticed I hadn't used my Wyndham club # when making my reservation, so she added it so I could get the points. The next morning she helped me as I was having trouble logging onto the computer to to secure my outbound seat. She also noticed I was about an hour early trying to check in. That's when I realized I was still on east coast time. We both laughed about my internal clock error. Over the course of the weekend she was kind and helpful more than a few times due to my east coast setting. It became something of a joke between us. She added to an all-ready pleasurable weekend with her sense of humor. I'll stay here again later this summer during another family event, just so I can thank her personally for making this trip so wonderful!

We've never been disappointed when we've stayed here and that's been every year for the last 8 years. The hotel is well maintained and rooms are well kept. Kudos to housekeeping and management who have gone out of their way to accommodate us. Highly recommend this place.

Spotless room and comfy bed for sure. Big room too.
Breakfast was mostly carbs with instant scrambled eggs so free breakfast didn't help out. They could not find my rewards number in the system. No idea why not.
Tried to call the front desk several times for info. No answer and voice mail full.
Worst thing though is we got in real late and the cleaning staff has been in the hallway outside our door laughing and joking for over an hour while they work. It started at 7:30 a. M. That took this place from a solid 4 star to three. Disrespectful.

This is my all time favorite hotel. We always have a great experience here, from the super clean rooms and hotel, to the cozy Jacuzzi and pool and the best breakfast. I love my stay at the Wingate in Tinley Park, great staff too. 100 stars:)

Quiet, clean rooms. Excellent breakfast (normal hotel restaurant breakfast, but they have a few extra little things that make it nicer). They accidentally billed me twice for one night, I called and it was immediately refunded to me ASAP — no arguments, no being put on hold. They admitted their mistake and refunded me. The call took 1 minute. Mistakes happen, it's nice it was amended right away.

Nice hotel… nothing stands out as great or bad… would stay there again.

If you want a nice stay, for the money you get far more than just that. Nicer, more updated decor than other hotels.
