Tracie works at night and has the worst service I’ve ever encountered. So rude and disrespectful.

My family is staying there! Very nice place!

Stayed for a short window for a buddy's bachelor party. Overall very satisfied with the visit, but there were a few little things that could've made it perfect. One of our rooms had a strange stale smell in it that wouldn't go away. We didn't need much from the visit, just a short stay to crash after a long night, and I'd book the Hampton Inn again if we got to do it all over again.

Good breakfast, fast Wi-Fi, comfy bed and pillows.

Hampton is becoming a top-of-the-line stay. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Front desk clerk not pleasant. She was very dry and gave us a key to a room with someone already sleeping in it. I handed her something 3 different times and each time she purposely put my items on the counter on the other side of my hand. If I hadn't been on the road 14 hours I would've found somewhere else to stay. Maybe y'all should consider letting her rude, non-customer service having ass work in housekeeping or not at all. The bed is the only reason this place received 1 star.

Nice and clean. The pool was a salt water pool and a little on the smaller side. They also have good breakfast.

You walk in and are instantly crowded at the front desk. The rooms were ok but I expected them to have better upkeep. The continental breakfast was sub par with only three options eggs, a biscuit, and sausage patties. The lights in the room made an annoying buzzing sound while on as well. I travel frequently to IL for work and will not be staying at this hotel again.

Very clean and family oriented hotel. Pool and hot tub was perfect for the little one, breakfast was always delicious and anything we needed, they assisted in any way they possibly could. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location for our trip and where we needed to go, our room was ready and very comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very polite front desk staff. We thought the room was very well kept and clean. They have free coffee ready at all times which I thought was actually really nice. The free breakfast was better than most restaurants. Their hotel staff member, Duly, was extremely help and was on the ball! The entire breakfast area was full and she kept the food hot and coming the entire morning! I highly recommend this location!

The hotel is on it! Pool and hot tub were off temperature, talk to the front desk and they took care of it immediately. Found a wonderful note from the cleaning crew everyday we were there. Breakfast was great. Absolutely fabulous hotel!

Room was clean, bed comfortable, staff polite. Breakfast was the normal Hampton breakfast, with something hot from which to pick, as well as the usual cold fast food items. Refrigerator in the room, and in the morning discovered the one microwave in the breakfast area. Not quite as generous with their points as some Hamptons. Automatic doors, hands free, things I look for. Bathroom average size with towels handy to the tub/shower. Sometimes those little things are noticed. There is a local bar/eatery in walking distance, if show room key, get 10% off bill, or sign up on the website before you go and get email for 15% off.

The hotel was beautiful, very modern and comfy. The room itself was clean and the bed was wonderful. I'd stay here again.

Older hotel but upgrades have been made. Price was super right for the area. Wi-Fi was great which is a big deal. Staff was amazing. Room was smaller ten I'm used too but TV was huge. They have upgraded that. Only knock is no TV channel guide. Seems small but I travel a lot.

Nice room, the pullout couch bed had some popcorn in it, so I'm not sure how clean it was. No complaints. Breakfast was good.

Decent place and clean rooms. Friendly staff with pool and hot tub. Been here several times with no problems except my first visit. The toilet didn't flush properly… so annoying. Front desk offered to switch rooms but I declined because it was late night, exhausted and there was a hallway bathroom conveniently outside our door. It was just a quick overnight stay. Hollywood Casino Amphitheater is very close by along with gas stations and fast food restaurants.

Everything was grea for the most part. Breakfast girl was wonderful. The lady who checked us in was wonderful. Was really upset hot tub didn't work first night then second night sign was down thought it was fixed got in and big mistake. Not fixed was sick after that but nobody knew if it was fixed or not. That was my only complaint.

Checked in on Friday night and there was a slight change of plans w our room due to a wedding booking that was cancelled and then immediately remade. Our reservation was made in that small window so we were bumped to another floor. Not a big deal at all but the two women at the desk we're so sweet, apologetic and over accommodating that I'm positive if any real issue arose it would have been resolved quickly and efficiently. Very clean room and warm, friendly atmosphere.

Watch your belongings. Our contact lenses were stolen from our room on 6/16/16. We informed the front desk who advised they'd look into it but never did. We advised Hampton corporate who advised the hotel should handle it. You wouldn't think stolen contact lenses would be worth much or be a big deal but this completely ruined our vacation. We were 400 miles from home without our prescription lenses and nobody could help us! This hotel has a thief working for them and they'll continue to steal as long as Hampton turns a blind eye. Wake up and take care of your guests!

Beds are extremely comfortable & there is free breakfast in the lobby.

Standard hotel. Only complaint was that the ironing board was a mini board.

I am a state worker who stays at the Hampton Inn Tinley Park for work about once a month. I have never had a problem until last night when the front desk worker refused to accept my work ID. She was very rude and acted like I was trying to cheat her. I have never been treated like that at any other Hilton property. In the future I will probably choose another hotel in the area to avoid the hassle.

If you're thinking of staying here (or anywhere near the IL-43 exit off I-80), I recommend you check to see if there's a concert going on at the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre. I was on my way to the hotel after a long day of work, only to get stuck in concert traffic that was backed up all the way out onto I-80. The last 2 miles to my hotel probably took me 30 minutes. But otherwise, it's a nice place to stay. Clean rooms, and the staff is friendly.
