Super close to the highway, clean facilities, walking distance to a couple restaurants, friendly staff all around, REALLY GOOD SOUND PROOFING. A family was next door to me and I only knew because I'd seen them in the hallway once. You're in your own little world once the door shuts.

Nice, affordable rooms. The shower in the bathroom was especially nice… I definitely prefer standing-only showers to tubs. The beds were comfortable and the room remained a nice temperature. The breakfast provided was a bit minimal, but it was good enough to have something at least substantial before hitting the road. When we arrived to the hotel, they had cookies and other treats out for the guests, which was nice. The only negative feedback I would give is that the mini-fridge was making a very high-pitched whistling sound that only went away when I turned the temperature down. This was rather annoying.

Location was great room was clean the room overall was just a little small for my taste. Check in and check out was easy they have complimentary breakfast until 10am not a large selection but it was ok. I really wished the room and bathroom was bigger.

Affordable, easy check in, just make sure linen is clean, because I seen a stained sheet the morning I left that I didn't leave. But other than that, bathroom was clean, service at the desk accomodating.

Upon arrival the only non smoking room left was stated to be on the 4th floor near all of the smoking rooms, & the parking lot looked fairly empty. There was only one guest service agent to assist the numerous requests and check ins. I booked this room weeks in advance. The bed was very uncomfortable and small. Very tiny room and TV, breakfast was very bland and bleak! Not worth the price!

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean. The bathroom is small. The front desk rep, when checking in never looked up to me at all when I was checking in. I though she was talking to someone else. Very unprofessional. Other than that. The breakfast was delicious.

I ve been a truck driver for18 yrs and I stayed in many hotels this has been one of the best! Rooms are just big enough, its very clean and the service is the best, I forgot my headset for my phone and I called to see if I could get it back, from experience in other places I thought I will never see it again! but the nice lady Mrs s ray, called me back and found it for me, and Mrs j blade the lady who checked me in was very sweet lady, THANK YOU! P. S. Nice breakfast too!

Everything was nice, the room was super clean and the staff gave superb customer service and I really appreciated that.

Sleep Inn Tinley Park is a very clean hotel and it would be our hotel of choice in that area if it weren’t for a few personnel. Last year, we were standing in front of our first floor door, with our pet, when an employee shouted all the way down the hall from the front desk “ Is that your furry little friend”? about our pet. This was appalling and so unprofessional on her part. Also, last year, I was confronted in the cafe area by another employee in front of other customers, and asked if I had received or read the “pet policy” I had never met this employee before and how she knew we had a pet and choose to approach me in that manner was unacceptable staff behavior. This year, upon returning there, we went to check in, and the same employee was on the phone with a customer and as hanging up, she said in front of us “ Those foreign people, you just can’t understand them! This was very awkward and unprofessional to be said to a customer! Especially since she herself has a foreign accent. (Jamaican? ) This same employee asked if we were checking out when just walking through the lobby with our pet; the time was 12:30 and checkout time is 11:00. Also on this stay, a maid knocked on our door around 8:00 AM and said aren’t you checking out? Really? Checkout time is 11:00. So much for it being called “Sleep Inn”! Lastly, the key cards seem to stop working on all the stays there. NICE HOTEL BUT ISSUES WITH PERSONNEL, they seem to have issues with White people.

Very clean and updated! Continental breakfast was really good. I would definitely stay again!

Breakfast is standard/ edible. Shower is big enough for two people. Staff was helpful and polite.

Clean, nice folks, mixed smoking/non — smoking floors leaves a light smoky smell to non-smoking rooms.

Stayed here couple of times always get a smoking room… talked with a lady who said she was a manager she is very RUDE she was no help with the questions I asked I asked to speak to someone with a higher power she directed me to the owner he was no help at all if you ask me I think they have something going on POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE NEED TO BE FIRED-NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN! She refused to give me a refund when I had two reservation but only made one.

I have been to this place two time and in both occasions I had a great experience during my stay. The staff are so personable and the rooms are clean.

Service has become less than acceptable since my last stay. The inn is not what it used to b. Warning bed bugs! The staff blames you for everything and most offensive is that they do NOT change sheets in between guests if they appear to be clean. Buyer Beware!

I am gonna give you guys a "5" because I truly was appreciative of my 1st visit earlier this summer (late spring) so I trusted coming back again which I did this past Labor Day weekend. Both times the front service people were super great! The continental breakfast was great, the ladies in there are very nice. I have no problem recommending this hotel to other responsible potential customers! My only weird moment was on my check out Monday when the housekeeping lady thought I checked out early (w'my do not disturb sign inserted, ) but she apologized, we laughed in Spanish (lol) and that was that! Good hotel, you guys continue to impress!

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. But the air conditioner in our room wasn't working and because of a mix up we ended up on the smoking floor in a non smoking room but several times the smell of cigarettes was really strong.

Small rooms, average cleanness, and bathroom shower smelled like cleaning supplies… Patches on walls made it look rundown and cheap. Price and location are great. Staff was nice and helpful.

First room, smelled like a cigarette just smoked, in a non-smoking room. Moved to room Soap and shampoo both used, moved to room Smoking floor except the 8 rooms around me? Never stay in a "sleep inn" again. Disgusted!

Absolute garbage. Terrible customer service. Trying to book a room and the hotel put us down for the wrong room and the wrong amount of days and will not change it or issue a refund. Will not consider changing this review until management does their job.

Clean rooms, fast check-in process and excellent breakfast; we stayed overnight while attending the Jimmy Buffett concert in Tinley Park.

I started at the Sleep Inn at Tinley Park, Illinois. Check-in was quick and the staff friendly. The room in good condition and clean. The free breakfast above average with eggs and sausage. They key card didn't work the second night and in room coffee want restocked, but overall very happy with the property, staff, and stay.

The staff is great the hotel is always clean, and the breakfast is delicious. I've been here two weeks and I'm glad I stopped here. Hats off to the sleep inn in Tinley Park Illinois.

The Jamaican-American front desk woman was more concerned about me having an unregistered guest during the daytime, than she was about the comfort of my stay! Her nosiness disappointed my whole stay.

The room was comfortable to be in (the lighting was warm and not overly bright). The shower was up to date and was very clean/well maintained. The beds didn't squeak with every movement.

Tinley Park location conveniently located off Interstate 80. Clean new modern rooms are vastly different from othe sleep inn locations I have stayed in at other cities. Recommended.

Easy to find. Elevator was not working but stairs were not too strenuous. Room was clean and neat. Accommodations were great.

This was the worst place I ever stayed at. September 28, 2015 I checked into the sleep inn and experienced spider bites, non clean sheets and marks around my body only after 15mins of laying down. There staff changed my room like that was going to make a difference. I recommend no one stays here and experience room 206. There was no management there that night and no one to speak to the following morning. I have pictures to prove the marks left on my body. Worst hotel in tinley park!
