The pool and hot tub were not working, very disappointed.

Having an awesome time with my wife, refereed by Tanya Thomas, thank you, Tony the Bartender was very friendly and helpful also Verdis was very informative about the local foods and also great at selling the breakfast at the Hilton!

I stayed there for the night after my wedding. We had many guests spend the night as well. The shuttle from Tuscany falls was nice and the room was nice as well. I wish they would have given a discount to us since we had guests book rooms for 2 nights or 1 night. Otherwise, good hotel.

All aspects of this hotel exceeded my expectations. We stayed here for a friends' wedding and it was really a wonderful stay. All rooms were clean and contained the appropriate amenities.

Very nice and clean looking. Great location on the south side with access to many restaurants and shopping centers. The front desk service was impeccable and resolved many issues with my large group. My only concern was the cleaning staff continually intruded on other members of my group despite Do-not-disturb signs posted. No other complaints and would recommend others to stay.

My biggest issue with this hotel was that it failed to deliver on the most important role of a hotel: to provide a good night's sleep away from home. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on, and I spent four years in the dorm back in my college days. If I'd known I wasn't going to have a comfortable bed, I would have saved myself $200 and slept in my car. All the other "luxuries" that this place offers (which account for a wildly inflated price for a night's stay) don't matter if I don't get a good sleep. Hilton is the Schnuck's of hotels: painting itself as the luxury option — and charging as such — without offering anything that a budget-friendly place can't match. On the subject of luxuries, the TV was old and not the easiest to use. Breakfast is NOT complimentary, which is outrageous if you're paying over $200 for a night's stay. The additional blankets offered were old and worn through, possibly even partially melted in the drier at one point. All in all, I've decided not to give Hilton any more of my business; given the choice next time, I will opt for the the luxurious accoutrements of my 15 year old car's rear seats.

Hotel is always clean and the staff is always nice. The restaurant has a good menu for dinner and the breakfast buffet with eggs made to order is outstanding.

Typically you don't have bad surprises when you choose hotels of the Hilton family and this property is no exception to this (lax) rule. The staff is friendly, the breakfast menu selection very nice, and sensible (eggs, omelette, waffles, pancakes and whatnot to order, and get the rest from the buffet), the rooms are spacious and kept clean. Did not have the opportunity to test the dinner menu, as the close proximity of the Texas Roadhouse restaurant captured me. I was traveling for business, and the paranoid part of me would have appreciated if a safe had been in the room, if only to comply with my employer's guidelines about security while traveling.

Rooms are fairly well updated with tons of plugs and USB ports. The A/C unit keeps the room nice and cold and doesn't have a motion detector to turn it off. The hotel has a pair of nice but small conference rooms and meals are available. The meals are ok but they have a good selection of food.

The venue was close to hotel, but at 1:15 am a guest pulled the fire alarm. An hour later, the fire department managed to get it shut off. The staff handled it well but for the $600 I spent for 1 night and 3 rooms… it wasn't my best hotel stay.

Clean and nice hotel but HANDICAPPED ROOMS ARE NOT IDEAL. Not awful, but not ideal. Showers are not walk in and there is not a bench or seat even in the tub. My grandmother is in a wheelchair and the fire alarms went off last night at 1AM. The handicapped rooms are on all floors. We stayed on floor two. Had it not been a false alarm I’m not sure how she would’ve been able to get down without the elevator, which you cannot use in the case of a fire. Even if we carried her we would have been slow moving and caused congestion in the stair well causing danger to ourselves and others! Not thought out well in regards to the safety and convenience of their handicapped guests!

Great place! Room was very clean, pillows were amazing, I slept like a champ! Kayla at the front desk was so nice & helpful. She suggested places nearby, helped with directions, & watched our luggage after checkout so we could go eat & shop!

Front desk staff was outstanding, but hotel has several shortcomings. My room was an adjoining room and you could hear next room TV clearly. Unfortunately, the first night next room kept TV on all night at high volume. Not hotel's fault, but very noisy room, little sleep. Plus they have sleep number beds and they are uncomfortable. I guess if I fiddled with it all night I might have gotten my "perfect sleep number". Tub dripped, breakfast was laughable, and the business center was really just an internet center as the printer did not work. They had a note on printer that stated you could get front desk to print — — but only if you email, not from a thumb drive, which I found out on my way out when I tried to get front desk to print something. So for business travelers that need a business center, find another hotel.

The staff were not friendly and they rose the price of our room (which we had already agreed on a price) when we arrived. The manager the next day noticed and payed us back, but it still felt like they were trying to steal our money. Rooms are nice. Elevators are slow. Bathrooms are tiny. Remember there is no breakfast and they are stingy with their K-cup coffee. I don't recommend going here.

Good hotel with nice amenities. There is a bar, pool, good sized lobby, and friendly staff. The room was clean and organized nicely. I would stay here again without hesitation.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Stayed one night before my morning flight and wished to stay longer. My bed was comfy and room was clean and smelling nice.

Clean place but all day and night be prepared to smell marijuana. Was horrible my kids had to deal with this. Niceee pool and hot tub.

Its a 3 floors hotel and amenities in room are basic. The breakfast experience was bad. They took forever to give me the receipt and at the end gave me a wrong one! I was in a rush and had to leave with wrong receipt.

Room was clean, bedding was clean, they we're kinda small but, doable for 2 people. Breakfast was okay not great like other reviewers had stated in other reviews. Tip don't add jalapenos to your omlet unless you want a ton in there.

Five minutes from Metra Mokena/Hickory Creek station. Excellent staff. Yummy breakfast. A little dated but plans are in the works for upgrades soon. ❤❤❤❤

Do not plan your wedding stay here. They treated us like we were criminals ans we dropped thousands in two nights at their hotel. They then told one guest they were going to have to deep clean their room and charge 150… because they have a service dog. That is until we showed them the smell they were experiencing was leftover white castle sliders from the afterparty.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for 2 nights for a nearby wedding. The location was convenient and the staff were very helpful. I did feel that the rooms were a bit pricey, but they were nice and clean. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

Beautiful, extremely clean room. Everything is set where it is most efficient for any customer use. Jacuzzi tub was very clean, and large enough to be very comfortable, without having to hold your balance. Will DEFINITELY return.

When we first checked in with the wedding party the hotel stated they had a zero noise policy. At first I laughed and thought we will see about that. They explained that the lobby and courtyard can be used and that noise was acceptable in these areas. This policy actually made the time spent there more enjoyable for everyone who went. The breakfast was amazing! There was a guest in our party that checked into the room for 2 nights but ended up leaving 2 hours after check-in because she was going into labor. The hotel allowed the guest to checkout and comped the entire cost of the room with no hassle. Great customer service.

The meals they served to the convention guests was excellent. They had a breakfast buffet as well that was Top Notch and a great value. There was an outdoor patio and a swimming pool that many of the guests utilized. The hotel staff was very helpful with cleaning the room and arranging the tables for all the guests. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Overall, we had a great experience there all weekend long.

Stayed for New Years Eve… had a suite… Definitely out dated an can use renivations. Had issues with system not taking our visa gift cards… was told it wouldn't take them so my significant put on credit card an informed me when he came back to room since he was not happy nor I… so I decided to talk to management to ensure the use of them. Went back down an a lady who was the restaurant manager tried to help because no one else was available… however the system only took a portion of it and then come to find out a different amount was pending when we got home so still need to address this with accounting tomorrow… Seemed that the proper management was unavailable an the ones there were lost on doing this. Very unhappy with our stay since I thought with what we were paying would provide nicer rooms, adequate management, an a bar that would be open later than 8pm. Will not be returning… Definitely not worth the cost!

Pefect! I was very reluctant to stay at a hilton after our HORRIBLE experiance at the Palmer house in Chicago but we did due to a concert we attended. I have to say GREAT job Hilton. This is what every hotel should be like. It was clean and the rooms were spacious and nice

And omg the level of customer service was amazing right from checking in and the staff remembering us from the night before and asking how the night went to the lady who cleaned off our table and showered us with compliments. We will defanitly be staying again! My faith is restored in the Hilton brand (not sure if I'm ready for the Palmer House yet)

The hotel lobby was very nice and clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was courteous. The bathrooms were well kept. Beware of the water fountain outside the bathrooms though, the water pressure was very high and the water hit my eye (I wasn't even close to the spigot).

I was here for a conference. Coffee in the lobby wasn't available after the morning which made for a rough afternoon with full day courses. Bathrooms were limited to two stalls and there weren't extra restrooms when asked. Our whole group went to breaks as the same time which meant some breaks didn't allow time to use the facilities when they were full. Some of the staff was loudly spoke of tasks in the lobby as well.

Great arrival experience. Clean, friendly staff, easy access to highways. Here for business. Will stay here again.

Worst Customer Service Ever… I travel all over staying many nights at Hilton properties (HH Diamond member) and have never experience a "policy only" organization like the one at this hotel. The hotel rooms are acceptable but the staff attitude towards guests and elite members is less than par. Including but not limited to the General and Front Desk Managers. My advice for Hilton lovers, there is a great Homewood Suites down the street. It is closer to restaurants, work out locations and serves complimentary beer, dinner and breakfast. There is a Hampton a few exits up off of Harlem too…

It's close to a Texas Roadhouse which is nice. Some parts of the hotel look a little older (like the small stairway), but friendly staff and the rooms are decent. Don't expect anything too fancy.

We had a lot of noise in our room from pipes and it seemed to reverberate a lot. It very well could have been our particular room but other than the noise the stay was good. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

The people working at the hotel were extremely friendly and the beds were very comfortable. However, the walls were very thin. We could hear the people above us walking and the pipes were also quite loud when people in other rooms used their shower or sink.

Decent rooms, but expensive, as in more than what it should be. No (free) breakfast, which is normal in the price range, but providing it as information. The reason I gave it three stars is because. There is no noise in the rooms, what I means by this is, no A/C noise whatsoever, and you can't do a thing about it. The rooms and dead silent. Tick of a watch silent. I can't sleep like that. Please give me an option to turn the fan up!

I had to stay at this location for a month. Service was great, and the beds were clean. Chef James (works most nights) knows how to cook. There are plenty of eating options around, but I typically found myself ordering the specials he had prepared. The wait staff was also very personable.

I have stayed in SO many hotels, but this was BY FAR the WORST hotel with the WORST service. We came up for a weekend and the week before we came, we discovered we had lost our email confirmation. So we called and had them re email it to us. So fast forward to today at check in. they cancelled our rooms. Their reasoning? Our card on file had expired. So when we called the week before you didn't think to tell us? And of course with a shady and rude employee, you've got to have a horrible GM to match. We tried calling and asking for the GM and of course no answer. 3 times we have called and been sent to voice mail. What a way to run a business. Well our weekend is absolutely ruined. We will absolutely think twice before we ever book with Hilton again. Which is super sad because we are Hilton Honors members. Nice to see how you treat your members too.
