This place is nice. Clean and well kept inside and out. Nice location if you are looking to hit I-80 easily. The front desk staff is very friendly. Overall good place to stay.

This is the worse hotel that I have ever stayed in. The rooms were filthy. It looked like they just threw a sheet on the bed and and walked away. It smelled so Bad in that hotel and the front disk worker was very rude. I told them that I could not stay in a dirty room and I wasn't going to sleep on a bed with dirty stained sheets. I complained until they showed me three other rooms and each room was dirty and one room had a weed on the table. So they finally decided to clean my original room and so I can get some rest then after all that I tried to watch some t. V. And The cable was off. They didn't pay their bill. And they have Bugs.

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to our first room when we turned down our bed the sheets where disgusting dirty and had a pubic hair never had we had an experience like that. Not worth ever coming here this was our first time and last time. Had to give them a star other wise wouldn't have been able to post other then that no stars at all.

Good price, OK stay. … has credit card problems, still owes me 554$ which I have to dispute through bank. Bad business.

Waited like about 20-30min just to check in. False advertisement for room info. Rude service and very unperfessional staff. Room smelled like urine. A Unsanitary and Dirty place to sleep in. Blankets and pillows were burnt and stained with dry blood. I found a dirty needle cap by the bed. I would not reccomend this place to no one even for a cheap price. If I can rate this 0 stars I would!

Great place for a quick one night stay if you aren't looking for anything fancy. It's right off from I80 so you can go there for the night at get back on. No complimentary breakfast, but there's a Bob evans near! Stayed in the nonsmoking area and you can always smell cigarettes, but it wasn't that bad! Would recommend as a quick stop stay.

Was harassed nearly every day. Checked in and paid pet fee, the next week I paid and they didn’t include pet fee. Towards the middle of that week they came to room saying I need to pay more. I told them I had paid for a week and if there was any problems I’d leave at the end of my week. Then they called and harassed me more at 7pm. Also they do don’t clean parking lot or sidewalks well in bad weather. The hall way holds water from a crack in the floor. My room window had a half inch gap between it and the wall. Was told that it shouldn’t be an issue and to get over it. There was black mold growing in the gap. Proceeded to make me sick and my spouse. They do not have laundry accessible to the guest like advertised, and will not adjust the price.

The staff is nice & let me check out an hour later. Everybody don't d do that for you. If they fix the rooms up it'll be really nice. By the way… I got some good sleep & that don't happen often.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The hotel doors close and click shut but anyone can just open them! I was robbed over 600$! Found my purse at the end of the hallway. We have it on camera from the hotel. Police were called and made a report. Hotel staff was helpful that night. Police Found a exit door taped over the lock so anyone can walk in! my hotel room (104) was robbed! It was locked and the guy on the camera just walked right in! ' Next day we ask for a refund for our troubles and it was a different front desk person. We said we got robbed and he said there was no one who got stolen from last night! He was yelling at us! I started to record and he calmed down after he saw me. We did not get a refund the police could Not find then theif at all… so I'm out over 600$! ' : (

Cigarette burns on the sheets. A door that you have to slam to get it to close and the water coming out of the shower head smelled like dirty bong water. I wish I could give this negative stars.

Stay clear from this place. They charge your card right away before you even see the room. Then after I get to the room did not feel comfortable or safe staying here. Sheets on bed looked like they hadn't been washed for weeks. They whole second floor smelled like everyone was geting high even into our room. I told them I wasn't going to stay the really and they said they can refund all but one night but it would be next week. Not a good hotel to stay or recommend at all.

If you have no other choice but to get a room at the Rodeway Inn in Joliet then you will have a bed. I do not recommend it tho. Sketchy front desk staff, open bars of soap. Filthy damaged microwave, mismatched paint on every wall, unsavory suspicious guests. Won't be able to stay again and feel safe.

Horrible hotel. The whole hotel (including the rooms) smell like cigarette smoke, there were stains on all of the sheets, the floor, the shower, and the toilet. Staff was really rude and lazy. Asked for an extra blanket, they said they would bring it, they never did. Reserved a two bedroom room, they overbooked it, and gave us a one bedroom. Told them, and they told us we were lucky to even get the room we had. No refunds or anything. Never staying here again.

So terrible! If all you care about is the price than by all means, stay here. Found a beetle type bug in our bathroom, floor panels just broken and exposed, the sheets in a "non smoking" room had burn holes all in them. Sent us to a "better" room. It reaked of bug spray and cigarettes. I could seriously choke walking in. The lobby, elevator, or halls are not air conditioned, nor are the rooms before hand. It's summer, quit being cheap. The third and last room before I just gave up was half decent. Went out and brought back dinner, asked for some plates and the front desk guy hands me one nasty food stained paper plate and said this is all I have. I took pictures of that, that is uncalled for! Came back later to go to bed, pulled back the blankets to all stained sheets and burn holes. The pillows were disgusting. Went down and asked for new, told me they had none. There were maybe 8 cars in the parking lot!? I asked to trade it with an empty rooms and he said no. It took every ounce of patience not to go nuts. They offered a refund but I already paid and it would take 3-5 days to get it back. I planned my whole trip from Las Vegas while driving. I didn't have extra money to go blow on another room last minute. Ridiculous! Never ever again. Those pictures on here are all lies. Stinky, dirty hotel.

No breakfast. Cost 73 with tax if not booked online. Wake you up knocking on the door to leave 11am on the dot. The attempted updates helped but the lamp shades are yellow with smoke. There isnt an ice machine on the 2nd story. Every rooms different. Have stayed here many nights. Broken microwaves, police patrols. No breakfast false advertisement! upsetting. Price for the money idkk lol.

Nothing, the woman was nice till she got our money said we we're getting a deal. My air conditioner was torn apart ice machine broken. Getting a real receipt impossible got a drink that said 20 oz but drink w as 16.9. Thanks Obama for letting them come here and svrew America without a condom.

Place sucked a/c hardly worked our room was falling apart smelled and hot water took over a half hour and still wasnt hot will never stay there again.

Suspicious neighboring character's! Not for kids. Walls are paper thin. Bring air freshener! Beds hard, only 2hr sleep.

This hotel is a nice spot, not a super 8 as it says on the website, we were disappointed because all super 8's have a pool etc, the rooms were clean but the front desk staff were rude and unfriendly.

I hate it us groos they don't clean the bed shirts there is people having sex in the hallway doubt if you ever go there.

Over the summer we stayed here. The rooms, bedding and beds all smelled of smoke. The pool area and pool was full of diaper blowout. The staff had no interest in cleaning it up. In fact, the diaper mess was still there the next morning. I'd rather sleep in my car than stay here again.

Me & my family had a great time & we enjoyed our stay. We will come again and THANK YOU.
