We chose this hotel for our wedding block (wedding was at Warehouse 109). The block was easy to set up, it was a great location in relation to our venue, staff was friendly and helpful, hotel was clean, room was clean and quiet, and breakfast spread was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at another Hampton Inn after this experience. Very pleased!

Excellent Hampton inn. The staff was amazingly helpful. They took a genuine interest in their guest. They had cookies in the evening, which the kids will love. They offered up good reviews on multiple local restaurants. Their breakfast also had it's in spin no stand was delicious. This place is now my go to when it comes to hotels in the area.

Relaxed atmosphere. Helpful and polite employees. Very comfortable beds, pillows, and bedding. Large selection for breakfast including fresh waffles, smoothies, fresh fruit, oatmeal with toppings, bakery goods, freshly-cooked omelets, hard-boiled eggs, juice, etc. Indoor pool area available. Well worth the stay.

Super nice and helpful staff. Clean, modern decorated rooms and comfortable mattress. Clean and asthetic common areas. Great selection of freshly prepared breakfast items were available in the morning. More than the usual Continental at other places including fresh cut fruit and fruit smoothies. Well done!

This hotel was perfect. The rooms were quiet and clean, everything was brand new and modern. The breakfast in the morning was top notch, above and beyond any complimentary hotel breakfast we’ve ever seen. The staff at this hotel were all so friendly and helpful. We definitely hope to stay here again next time we’re in the area, we highly recommend it!

A very nice hotel overall. The pool area was really nice, although it didn't have a hot tub. The business area is very nice with its own PC and everything the breakfast area was really good and was ready to go at 6 am. The rooms are nice seem to be very clean no complaints.

The service here was great! We especially liked the breakfast. In addition to some great hot food, they had homemade smoothies which were awesome!

It is a nice hotel with a comfortable bed and good parking. It is near a mall and several places to eat. There is also a refridgerator in the room, which is always a big plus for me. The breakfast is pretty good as well. I would recommend it to a friend.

Nice hotel… my usual spot to stay in Joliet. However, I do miss the hot tub they used to have.

Staff was very accommodating… Rooms clean, water hot… Near the mall, hot breakfast options… Gladly stay again! 03.21.18 — Back again, new ducks! Not sure I can say they got "better", because they were already pretty good, but I know they maintained their levels! Did I mention there is a Goodwill nearby?

Just off the the I 55 @ hwy 30. Close to the Joliet mall and plenty of good food. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

The staff here is just superb! Not only was I upgraded to a jacuzzi suite, but a gift basket with snacks was waiting for me in the room. And there was a hand written card with it, welcoming me. It was a great stay, excellent room, and fantastic staff!

Nice hotel. Fair rate and rooms were clean. Very impressed with the staff. Manager (Cheryl I believe) was very polite and accommodating at check out. Spent time in the breakfast area before leaving and multiple employees said hello, offered to clean my table, or even refresh my coffee.

I was so glad they have soap dishes in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely appointed and clean. Also, they had a nice array of breakfast choices. All of the help were very helpful and happy.

The Hampton staff was awesome. Our room was given to another couple, but they handled the situation perfect. I will be going back there.

I got married last week and I was told that you have to say in a hotel after getting married, I don't know who came up with that rule but whatever. After dancing all night, my feet were killing me. My beautiful bride and myself were dead tired and when we arrived everything went smoothly. It might be because they knew in advanced that a newly married couple has going to be staying in their hotel but overall it was a great experience.

Great place to stay. Pool was in excellent shape and clean. Carpets and decor were a little older but well taken care of. We stay at Hamptons often and this breakfast was one of the best ever. Included several small touches that you don't always get at a Hampton. Current management please stay there and keep it up!

Great stay. Staff was helpful and from was nice. Only down side it the. Morning I left the shower didn't drain.

I actually enjoyed this hotel. Nice swimming pool and very comfortable beds. Just wish the breakfast had a little more variety. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location right off of the highway was very convenient to find, you could see the sign easily. The pool was nice. The dining area for breakfast was nice also, not too small. The rooms were clean. All in all it was a great experience!

It was my first time coming to this place and I love the experience. Bed and breakfast was first class. Staff were very accommodating. Keep it up.

I'm giving 2 stars simply because of my best friends' Bridal Suite reservations being completely mismanaged by Hampton's corporate entity. Had that not happened I would probably have given 4 stars. The standard hotel rooms were very nice, 4 stars. . The front desk clerk, Steff (if I remember his name correctly) dealt with an impossible situation as best he could and he personally went above & beyond, 10 stars on a scale of 1 to 5 for him. Location… Tough to rate but for our purposes, 3.5 stars Hampton Regional General Management & Corporate entity… Minus a billion stars for over booking & ignoring reservations that were clearly made & CLEARLY entered into your reservation system almost 8 months in advance. As confirmed by Management even at the time of check in. While this may seem petty to most, you completely ruined one freshly minted Bride and Grooms Wedding night. If you're visiting for pleasure I can attest you will be fairly satisfied (albeit extremely over charged). If you are planning a Wedding. Skip the Hampton. Head 4 miles down the highway to the Wingate. Less expensive & more upscale for less $$.

Ooms are clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Front desk stay very friendly and helpful. GM was also very friendly. Housekeepers kind and accommodating. Good location, quiet, next to a mall and several places to eat.

Jordan greeted us at the front and he worked the next day. He was super professional, genuine and polite. Our room was awesome. Very cozy and clean. The gym was accommodating too. I wish I could remember the guy who checked us out. He was also so nice to deal with. We travel often and we don't get this kind of customer service. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant!

Very noisy with the highway right next to you. Tv is constantly freezing up, internet is slow.

Really nice hotel. Rooms are clean and quiet, and they really do have a great breakfast which surprised me. Usually you find some cereal, toast, and fruit, but they had omelettes and sausage in addition to the standard fare.

Extremely close to the highway. If you're not used to that noise it might bug you. Beds are very comfy, but the pillows are inflated pancakes. Great breakfast bar. Great parking. Beautiful "homey" rooms. Staff is wonderfully cheery and helpful. I would stay here again! ☺

The free breakfast is fire! Great location and very friendly staff. Perfect accessibility to last minute pre-wedding shopping since it's right by the mall. Can't complain! Awesome experience.

My family and I visited Chicago in August and we stayed at this hotel for 5 days was a very pleasant experience, the first service very friendly staff and the best tranquility and cleanliness of the hotel. My wife and I recently stayed in the Hampton Inn Joliet and I would say it was one of the best hotels I have have ever stayed in, especially for the price, which was quite reasonable. The room was nice, service at the front desk was always top notch, and all the employees that we encountered were friendly, well trained and eager to make sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. It was a very pleasurable couple of days and nights! Thanks Hampton!
