I was told that they will just not honor some of the Wyndham rewards members perks. Not only that, but both the guy who refused to check me in because he didn't like the rate I was getting, & the manager I spoke with the next day, were very rude about it. I don't see the point in them being a part of Wyndham if they aren't going to honor the rewards or respect its members.

Most of the staff is friendly, helpful & informative. My room was on the 1st floor. 1st impression was the mildew smell. The crickets that live in the wall were up all night singing each other love songs, so I was up all night listening. There's an indoor pool which is really nice (bring your own pool essentials), it explains the mildew smell. Breakfast is plentiful: Coffee, juice water, cereal, toast, waffles, Activia yogurt & fruit. If I could suggest anything for improvement it would be to remove all carpeting and put laminate wood for durability. Heat and moisture make a horrible mix.

Front desk (Stephanie) was amazing! Very friendly, courteous & helpful! She went above and beyond to make our stay extremely pleasant! The room was clean, housekeeping brought fresh towels daily. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were clean despite the lingering smell. I am guessing the hotel used to allow smoking inside. There were spots on the wall that look like they had been patched and not repainted. There was a fridge and microwave! There was a pretty nice pool. And a small but good breakfast. Good place to stay if you just need a budget friendly place to crash for a night.

Great location near retail and food, beds were hard, clean, window leaked but we were given a new room immediately, heated pool, quiet, great waffles.

Pros: best price around. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Clean. Warm pool. Good location Cons: Rooms all smell of smoke. Did not feel safe. Terrible coffee.

Great hotel for the price! And the staff was very kind and helpful. The only problem I encountered was that even though it is a smoke free hotel NOW I believe that at one point the third floor was a smoking floor. So the smoke smell still filters through the vents at times and even though we were on the second floor which was never a smoking floor we still battled with it smelling like smoke often. Other than that though our stay was great.

Don't clean room after 11:00 am and very rude employee. Will not stay again.

Lied about breakfast room service is nice hotel needs a upgrade and extra laundry room upgrade tubs and upgrade real complimentary breakfast and better coffee.

Great location, right off the highway and near a mall and restaurants. Room is small but comfortable. Great front desk service.

We walked in up to the counter, we were not greeted at all, the women behind the counter just said cash or credit. Right there it knew it was a bad choice. The room was nothing like the photo. The mattress was shot. It was also supposed to be a queen size bed? It was the smallest queen size bed I've ever seen. The room needed attention it was run down. I didn't feel safe in the room all the doors were cut improperly with gaps in between the door and wood. Check out time is 11:00 am and they called at 10:50am to see if they should add on another day?

If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is horrible. The pictures on the website looks nothing like the place does. The whole place smells like smoke and weed. Very noisy all day and all night. As for the breakfast ha! What a joke. By 7 am there is nothing left besides butter and syrup. Do not recomend this place at all. The only good thing is the staff. They are nice and friendly.

I am here right now. Woke up to people arguing in the hallway at 1 a. M. Very loudly! Now there is a couple in the parking lot screaming at each other. Different people. I realize this is an inexpensive hotel BUT this is scary. We are from another state and I would not stay here again. Thin walls and loud. Attracts apparently not so nice clientele. Even no smoking rooms kinda smell like smoke. Room is clean. Breakfast was not good. Waffle iron was broken. The staff is nice. The location is good, but if you need peace and rest, you probably want to go elsewhere.

Nice location and the customer service the lady worked on the customer service oh my god she’s so friendly and nice to the customers her name is Johanna. S I like the rooms a clean and nice place to stay.

Very clean, staff try very hard, always see something getting repaired at this place. The mattresses are shot, rooms are big ac worked good, hot water was good, complementary breakfast was good for the money. Biggest problem is the other guests they are all drug addicts and scare me, they are regulars there, visited last year same hypes running around.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke. The beds were very uncomfortable. In need of a good clean. I would not stay here again.

This place is terrible well we had bed bugs yes bed bugs. Hall ways smells like marijuana. Beds not made. Water was bad. Toilets don't work. Had to leave room because of bed bugs. Holes in walls. Water stinks. Cigarette burns in beds. Cable box made TV fuzzy. Wi-Fi stinks well it's a hotel what do you expect huh? No it disconnects you every five seconds. The air conditioner leaks had a big puddle on floor. Some light bulbs missing. This is just a bad place.

Nice rooms good location. A little noisey at night the staff was helpful indoor pool good price.

Stopped in due to a very bad storm in the area while riding a motorcycle. Lady at the front desk made every effort to get us into a room as quickly as she could. She even went outside and made sure she had us park in a safe area. Thank you so much.

Room stunk, the sheets were dirty on the one bed had to use the other, bed was wore out, blankets were wore out, the white towels were off color, the hallways smelt horrible, breakfast area was to small.

Friendly staff but hotel is really outdated.

You get what you pay for… plus bedbugs + you will smell a lot of marijuana Yes marijuana. … The employee s the best.

It was good room newly remodeled room still smelled like fresh paint bed was good internet is fast and breakfast was ok.

Pretty clean not bad for the price right next to a nice mall with a movie theater.

Clean rooms, clean towels, good internet. No nonsense. Stayed for two weeks with no problems other than someone apparently vacuuming upstairs a couple times a week after 9pm.

Staff is great… plumbing is I lil less than perfect but it's a nice comfortable place… stay here a few times a month always accommodating.

Good place to rest nice pool, friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. Only negatives were the shower water not draining properly and the elevator was a little funny although it did the job.
