Room was clean. I asked for a non-smoking room but was put in a smoking room. Bedding and furniture needs to be updated. Big flat screen TV worked good but only had a few channels. Was located close to hospital which was nice since my mother was in Hospital.

This place was a BIG disappointment: For starters, the desk person was cold and unfriendly. When we could not open our door with the card-key she first blamed us, then made us another key. The fridge didn’t work, there were not enough outlets in the room, and one of the lamps had a broken on-off switch. They offered a very meager breakfast (all carbs & sugar, no eggs or meat). The bed seemed marginally OK, but I woke up with a back ache! The most ridiculous thing was that they did not even have a luggage cart! The desk person said that the two they had had both been stolen, and management told them not to order new ones. We had to borrow a wobbly old laundry cart. Trust me: Don’t go to this motel. It’s worth the extra money to find a better place.

Terrible hotel, terrible staff, terrible room. Front desk woman is beyond rude. Don't stay you'll regret it.

The awning sign should have been an indicator not to stay it looks like something out of a horror movie. My shower curtain had mold on it. The TV remote didn't work. The TV had to be turned on manually and there was no volume.

We didn't have a good experience here. We asked for a non-smoking room and ended up in a room hat smelled like an ashtray. Upon quick inspection of the room we found a used condom on the floor. We informed the staff a were put in a non-smoking room that was a bit cleaner. However the curtians had gaps. We had to put out bags in from on them to close the gap and get privacy. Even though the experience was bad the woman we checked in with was still understanding and friendly. That counts for something but we would t be staying here again if we're back in Springfield.

I checked out early in the morning. I forgot my name tag for work and headphones. I had called when I realized it. Went to go get them immediately after I got off the women at the front desk was rude and lied at first saying there was nothing in the room then changed her story to she had them thrown away. Then said well Ill call housekeeping they had my headphones but no name tag and said it wasnt in there when I told them where it was at they said no. This customer service is poor and the woman was rude like I did something to her. I ask if I could go look they said no. As someone who works in the Hilton hotels this was absolutely terrible service and they need a lesson in hospitality and running a motel. Idk how they are still in business with the way they treated me and the way it seems they have treated other guests.

Not the best but close to Springfield memorial hospital. I had surgery at 6am so it was really handy. Just across the street. Grocery store and drug store close too. Staff was friendly. Needs some upgrades.

The woman who works during the day doesn't even try to be polite. She's rude. Very rude! They advertise a continental breakfast, but only offer it to overnight guests, and not to weekly renters. The room smelled like mildew, and everything was extremely outdated. They made me put down a five dollar deposit to use the room phone, but it was non-refundable. The housekeeping staff just enters the room without knocking. The hotel is close to downtown, but so are four other hotels. Stay at your own risk!

Horrible customer service… the middle eastern guy was aggressively talking… and ended up going back and for over a petty situation with maintenance… place smells like cigarettes… will never use again.

The room wasnt clean … hair all over beds… matress were not clean… remote didnt work old TV color was going out… vending machines didnt work … halls smelled horrible… asked for money back upon leaving and refused tried to place us in another room absoultly worst hotel ever.

DON'T GO! Just nasty staff unfriendly dirty room nasty shower just all bad.

Don't ever come here! Unless it's an emergency! The carpet is old, walls, bathroom are dirty! It says it a four star… HELL TO DA NO! online says it has a indoor pool and that was a lie! Trying to get my $$$$# back!

Great Place To Stay When In Springfield.

Disgusted! Upon check in I was bumped from a non smoking queen room to a smoking room with a tiny bed! Very irritating. Then when we got to our room and walked in it was like a blast back to 19 diggity 2 with the very out dated carpet and bed spread and lamps. Very disgusting as well. Since we drove 5 hours and were here just for the 2 nights to spend the weekend with my son we went a little less expensive to save money for more fun activities. Bad move! Walked in the room and it was a furnace and this is the end of August. The over head light had a heat bulb in it, so we turned on the air it kind of worked. Then tried the tv… nothing. The power cord was missing, called the front desk the guy said he would come look at it. I had to physically show him that the cord was gone. He rudely told us to grab our stuff he was moving us rooms. We did so, walked into the next room and it was even worse than the first. But the TV worked. But the air conditioner was loud I mean a loud screeching fan noise. Very disgusted and disappointed with no refund avalible… But I guess you get what you pay for… would not recommend this no tell motel.

Very basic ans extremely outdated. Outdoor pool, weather too chilly to use. Breakfast rules… food only allowed in dining, not allowed in rooms. Nice to provide smokers their own section of rooms away from nonsmokers.

Upon checking in I was charged a full night's rate just for a few hours when I was previously told that would not be the case. I was put on a smoking section of the hotel mind you I do not smoke not given the choice of smoking or non smoking rooms. Even when I told her I didn't smoke and the odor of cannabis was very overwhelming and guest were walking around with blunts hanging out of their mouths. I was very offended and had I been Caucasian my choice would have been better but I strongly feel the color of my skin which is just a few shades darker than theirs decided my fate here at this hotel. I will never frequent this establishment again.

Drove 20 minutes out of my way and the lady in the evening tricked me into coming in. I have her on recording staying clearly that they took checks. Then when I got there she said they didn't accept checks. I will not do business with people that try to gain business out of deception. Good thing my calls are recorded. Because when she started hearing her voice in the recording. All of a sudden she didn't want to listen no more. Typical Dot Head run business. We need to run all these scandals out of town.

Staff here is horrible. The breakfast is from 7 to 9 and you stay later they kick you out with words. There are also bedbugs and it smells like somebody smoked. Also many dead cockroaches. The service is very bad they don't care. They were telling us bad words in front of small children why we couldn't be at the pool which made no sense. They don't care.

What a bad experience. This hotel has such of bad services… the manager kick us out from. The breakfast room. They only serve cereal and coffe… Also they kick us out from. The pool. Manager has such a bad actitud they don't care about the costumer. If you think on visit Springfield please do not stay on this hotel.

The Manager of the hotel is very arrogant and very badly speaks to guests.

Well lets say the the hotel was right for the price other then the manager kicked us out from the breakfast room because it was 9am already and we ask her if we can go to the pool and she said that we can't because we just ate but the night before she tried to take us out of the pool at nine and it was supposed to close at 10 and to many other things. The hotel smells like cigarettes and theres very bad service. They are very racist and they were giving attitude to me when I tried asking if we could get in the pool. First and last time I come to this hotel.

I stayed there recently the people r rude … they knew I was rentig it for the pool and refuse to tell me the pool was closed until it was too late to refund my money, all my stuff in my room was dirty hadn't been vaccumed in weeks trash in the room, TV remote didn't work, and I kept getting locked out. Cuz my key card wouldn't work it keep decoding and I couldn't get it recoded without my gma but my main thing was the pool it made me so bad and how rude the people r you!

This is the nastiest place I have ever be in. The staff while nice apparently do not cleanliness, I would have rather slept at the train station. The free breakfast was terrible the cereal was stale and the Orange juice tasted like buttermilk. I wish I knew where I was staying before I agreed to stay here. Do not stay here, if you hate yourself thats fine but if you plan on living after a night here please do not stay do not being children here.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, It is filthy and needs serious updates. The front desk is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I would refer this hotel for my pet let alone for the public. Take caution when staying here. I gave it one star only because I had to.

Upon check in we went to our room which was in building 2. Called the office to report TV didn't work. Then we decided the room was just too disgusting to stay. We didn't unpack, didn't use the bathroom, nothing. I called the office back and said we were leaving. Went back to the desk to checkout. The clerk said they wouldn't refund out money because it had been more than 15 minutes. Live and learn I guess.

BED BUGS! This hotel has a bed bug infestation. Past reviewers have also notes this. I called and spoke to an employee several times to try to find out how I could reach a manager-named "Kash. " The employee admitted that the hotel HAS treated for bed bugs in the past. When I finally got a hold of the manager, he denied any knowledge of bed bugs and denied every treating for bed bugs in the past. He blamed the bed bug problem on me. Completely unprofessional. I asked for the owner's name and contact information. The manager replied, he is "Mr. Patel, " but denied any knowledge of the owner's contact information. So, the manager has now idea how to get a hold of the owner? This is a very shady establishment with very shady management. The staff clearly does not care about cleanliness or their guests' experience. Pay more money and go elsewhere to save yourself the trouble.

Service is everything, very mean owner (female) rude. Smelly hallways smells like mold, the price and location is great for downtown. If you are looking to go shopping then this location is NOT for you. Close to Hospital. Ok bed… has refrigerator and Microwave…

It was good I went with my parents there was a pool I almost drowned it was scary but the bedroom was bad its smells like tabacos and there was lincon museum its good I give it 4 stars.

Bed bugs smelled nasty front desk people are rude the food is nasty found mold on my bread then they charged my card 250 saying I smoked in there room when I don't even smoke, they will never get my money again and I have filed a lawsuit from the bitch manager walking in my room while I was naked sleeping saying she smelt smoke,
