It is a major convention here in Indy, and there is a lot people coming and going. They are still nice and very accommodating. I recommend this place to everyone.

They had great customer service and the pool and hot tub was definitely a plus I would have expected a little more for the price though. They had a microwave and kuerig in the room decor was nice, and room service was quite friendly I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

The rooms were clean and seemed updated. The location is great as it is very close to Licas Oil Stadium and other attractions. The breakfast buffet isn't worth the cost.

Our first room, we entered to find the TV on… Then I noticed a tissue sticking out from under the nightstand, so I pulled it out (with another tissue) and found a needle (my hubby thought it was a diabetic prick thing) either way, there was a f'n USED/DIRTY needle in our room! The next room they moved us to, we found hairs on our bed and poop on the side of the toilet! Parking alone was $20, and then you also had to pay for breakfast… the SAME breakfast that is complimentary at most their other hotels! We stay at Holiday Inn, because they are always nice and clean… I'd advoid this one!

We stayed there in January and it was absolutely disappointing and disgusting. The bathroom looked like it wasn’t cleaned in years and once we sent our children to bed, we found bed bugs crawling them, they refunded us. We just recently stayed there since other hotels were full. The service changed a little bit but not much.

HOTEL CHIC! Our room was very well appointed! We had a fantastic view of Lucas Oil Stadium. The beds we're luxurious and everything was clean. The decorating was really cool. A good night's rest due to the quiet comfortable atmosphere. In room Keurig coffee, refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer and the room was huge! Flat screen TV with cable. Walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants. Sofa sleeper and two queen beds. Alot of value for your money! Definitely recommend you stay here!

Location was great. Rooms has been updated nicely. Staff interactions were limited but they were friendly and helpful.

Nice updated hotel. Extremely close to the stadium. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and the water pressure in the shower was great.

Good place, but could be better, like understaffed for breakfast, and they charge for it on top of everything stuff cannot keep up, billing on top of serving and cleaning need room maintenance of small details in the rooms like loud had rattling fan, aux door lock screws are falling out… Plus is kids eat free, relativity good kitchen, small market, bad… no lunch…

Great experience. Well appointment room and fully kitchen was fully stocked with eating and cooking utensils. Would definitely stay again.

Great rooms! Spacious and clean. Breakfast is not worth the money. Parking is crowded in the garage. Perfect for a stay after a Colts game though. Short walk from the stadium.

Hotel was very clean, reasonably priced, and the staff was very helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone. The walls were thin, however, so if you're a light sleeper, be aware.

The room was nice, bed comfortable. The breakfast offered was also nice. The reason why I give it 2 stars is because the pool / jacuzzi area was very messy, and water looked dirty… (This is a make or break for a lot of hotel visits) On a personal note, I encountered more kids than what I felt was a reasonable amount. They ruined the experience for myself and fiance. Note: If you are looking for a place to go as a couple… to have a more romantic experience. Go to the Hyatt Regency… way better place for that. This is a kid friendly place. If you're a fan of rugrats stay here!

Do not wash the copertas, but there is no problem more than that.

Upon checking in, I found a dirty rag left in the corner of the room. The front of the cabinet has a big handprint that hadn't been cleaned off & the front of the microwave is smeared with something. The vinyl floor that covers more than half the room is cold to walk on. But the kicker was taking a cold shower the first morning. I then went downstairs to the conference I was attending and the meeting room kept losing temperature getting down to 62 degrees. When I told the staff about the water issue, I was told they were working on it. No offer to move me or compensate for the inconvenience. To their credit, I did have hot water that evening. Overall, it just didn't stand up to expectations for a downtown hotel.

Very well located. We could get to pretty much anywhere for cheap. Honestly I was surprised theyd have a room available to fit 5 for new years eve. It was a very busy weekend and they still provided good service. Kind of disappointed the requested we pay more for the breakfast new years day. We ended up not eating at the hotel, why pay for hotel breakfast when I can pay the same amount and get better food elsewhere.

Celebrating our fortieth anniversary, we made reservations at this hotel. When we arrived, Jenna, the front desk person, was too busy to stop her conversation with her friend to wait on us. We went to get settled into our room, only to have a broken toilet seat pinch a welt on the back of my leg. When we returned downstairs to get the second room, the motel keys we were given to the second room did not work. On our third visit to the front desk, we asked to get a refund so we could go somewhere and get a room well-maintained room on the first try, we were told there were no refunds. Even in speaking with a manager today, they insist that it was our fault that we were not willing to run up and down the elevator as many times as necessary to get a well-maintained room with working door keys; that batteries break all the time on the doors. Customer service has really hit rock bottom.

2 blocks front town next to oil Lucas stadium. That is a great location. clean rooms and good service.

The service was adequate.

The hotel itself was overall very nice. You can tell it had been remodeled relatively recently, though it seems like the renovation stopped at the bathtub/shower. Breakfast was decent and not overpriced, parking was easy and inexpensive for the peace of mind.

It is quiet and good to rest. It's next to the American football stadium. The restaurant is small.

Very close to convention center and stadium. Most of the staff is very polite and helpful. Our room is very spacious and can easily sleep 6 with their pullout couch. Pool area has a hot tub which we had to ourselves and was nice and relaxing. Pool itself was freezing so we did not partake. Main complaint about this hotel seems to be coming from our room keys. Each of us had to go downstairs to the lobby to have our room keys re-magnetized as they stopped working on our door. Breakfast is a small buffet for about $8. Not the largest variety but pretty reasonable for a warm meal and coffee. Edited 8/22/17: Added 5th star — Original review was before checkout. Smooth checkout process and was still very satisfied with the staff and with the room itself. Still had keycard issue throughout the whole weekend.

Stayed here for gencon. The renovations are nice. We reserved a 2 bed, one pullout sofa room, but when we got there, there was no sofa, just a large empty space. This is the only thing about our stay preventing a five-star review.

This property is being rehabbed, but they are close to being completed. It seems very nice, clean, and has a pleasant staff. I checked into a room with a very noisy air conditioner, so they move me quickly to a different room that was perfectly quiet. The breakfast in the morning is quite tasty but not very diverse. Same thing every morning and not much variety. A quick walk to Most downtown venues.

Stayed here for a conference at the city convention center. It's super close to the convention center and the stadium. We had a newly renovated room which was lovely. The breakfast isn't free, which we unfortunately had to learn the hard way. Their website was misleading on that.

I am here for a show trade show at the convention center with the rest of my work team. I am so appalled that I have to stay here. I walk in my room and my bed is covered with public hair and head hair as well as my bathroom floors. I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt at first until I head from my coworkers the exact same thing. Hair everywhere. My one coworker asked for his sheets to be changed, (even put a black marker mark on the sheet to see if it actually got changed) left the ladies a tip, they took the money but never changed the sheets. Absolutely disgusting and definitely afraid that I'll be getting lice or bed bugs by the time this work trip is over with.

By far the worst hotel I've stayed in. The bathtub wasn't cleaned in weeks with build up around the rings of shower handle and scum all over. Not to mention pubic hair The toilet wasn't clean either. There was a ring around the toilet and hair in the back. I didn't notice until later that evening other wise I would have said something immediately and switched rooms or hotels. The next morning I went to get breakfast in the hotel (holiday inns always great breakfast) went down at 5:59am breakfast starts at 6am and nothing was set up. One of the staff members was sitting there and apologized that breakfast was late. In my case I was on vacation but people who work in the day rely on that 1st meal. Finally I was able to get breakfast at 6:15. I Went back to my room to warm up my eggs and oatmeal and when I opened the microwave there was a To-go container with a very old cheeseburger and French fries. I'm an IHG member and after paying almost $300 for a 2 night stay in a disgusting room the hotel gave me a measly 500 points on my account.

Where to start… First our room was nasty dirty. When booking we were suppose to have a free breakfast for 2, which we had to pay for. When we checked out our receipt said one price but were charged an extra $20.75. When I called I was informed it was a parking fee. Let me add we did NOT drive. Even had to sign a paper stating We did not drive. We road as a group and my neighbors only paid $17.25 for their parking fee. Pretty sure it's safe to say we will not stay here again.

Hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. I got into bed the first night to find blood on my sheets. The front desk was completely apathetic, and it took an hour just to have someone bring me new sheets. I contacted customer service who told me I had to contact the local manager while I was still a guest. I emailed him with no response to the issue. In addition to that, there was makeup on a pillow (not mine, as I had not been in the bed up to that point), the bathtub wouldn't drain, there were missing light bulbs, and the clocks in the room were all wrong. The place is just filthy in general, and the staff should honestly not be in the hospitality business. I stayed here as a last resort when I found out I was attending a conference, and would not recommend to anyone. Stay away from choice hotels! If you need more evidence, their entire Twitter feed is responses to customer issues (bedbugs, someone found a used tampon in their room, etc. ) @ChoiceHotels I didn't think it could get worse than the quality inn I stayed in in Illinois, but this topped that experience.

If I could discribe this place it would be DIRTY! Our sheets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and the hallways were dirty. Eveything was for the most part. We had to pay $20 for parking at the hotel. Do not stay here.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Front desk staff was hit and miss with manners and customer service. We were charged hidden fees and $20 a night for parking which I found a little outrageous. We will definitely be checking other hotels before staying at this one for our next visit.

Was first given keys to a room that was, ahem, being used. Room was so disgustingly dirty (dried pee in the bathroom, white mold on the walls, stains on every piece of furniture and the floor,. 25 inch of dust on every surface, yellow sheets) I immediately requested room Bathroom there ended up being cleaner but the mirror was busted and something had been ripped off the wall. White sheets this time, but floors were stained and furniture as well. Same dust. Same white stuff on the walls. Plus a broken lampshade! Non-guests are all over the property and in the elevators. I was forced to stay here through my work but left as soon as I was able. Disgusting.

We stayed here for a cheer competition and the night before our competition the hotel had no hot water. Imagine a team of 30 kids, none of whom can shower before a major competition. Overpriced to begin with, but considering no one could even shower I may have well been at a hostel. Front desk has a bad attitude, is unfriendly. Overall, I've never had such a terrible hotel.

The houseman was rude on my way to my car that was in the garage that same house man that like a bold head girl was smoking weed need to be fired next to my car alone with another bold black guy and the one that act like a girl is really rude but I did love the housekeeping staff the girls made me feel like I was at home.

We have stayed here the last 2 years for the big ten championship game. It's a great location near lucas oil stadium. Not too loud post game. Nice rooms and decent breakfast. We will always stay here for our annual trip.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. The hotel is well taken care of and the staff is friendly. I enjoyed my visit. The only drawback is parking — it costs $20 per night.

Not impressed by the receptionist greeting, but was received immediate response when needed bathroom maintenance. King bed room is very nice. Had good sleep even when the window is facing the main street. Shower isn’t strong enough. Room service is neat. I appreciated very much about the early check-in that allowed me to rest well without carrying 2 pieces luggage outdoor. However, there are 2 other hotels which I will consider next time if re-visit.

First room was right next to a light and too bright. They moved me to another room no problem. Would be nice if curtains closed.

Hotel was nice. Staff was helpful until I checked out and needed a receipt showing hotel room charges for reimbursement. So, FYI: Do NOT book through a 3rd party at this hotel if you need a receipt showing room charges for reimbursement. Plus. WHY charge me for a safe which I didn't use.

Overcharged on everything from the safe to parking. Over a month has gone by and there has been no resolution. Manager AND staff will hang up on you and then not answer the phone with their Called ID. If you call up corporate, they will just say they don't micromanage individually owner locations and recommend we call the Chamber of Commerce. There is no oversight of accountability. Manager is never in during the week and they only staff ONE PERSON all day. If you want something (blanket, towels, etc. ) you have to get them yourself because the one staff member is not allowed to leave the front desk. The breakfast made one of us sick. Free Internet did not work for all 4 days and one of the in-rooms phones didn't work at all. do not stay here.

The hotel and room itself were okay, nothing special, but its the employees there that are really the worst. I accidentally parked in a comfort suites silver membership parking spot, and instead of them calling the room or me to move it, they simply towed it. The sign had fallen down and multiple people got towed. In addition, they wouldn't have their shuttle drive me out to the tow lot. I had to taxi out there, which by the way, is 30 minutes outside of the city. In all, the front desk and management were extremely unhelpful. I promptly switched hotels. Dennis is the current manager and he is the most unhelpful, horrid excuse for a human being. Come for the adequate rooms, stay because they towed your car.

Worst hotel ever! Ill never come back. Room was dirty, they messed up my bill, on and on. It was if they went out of their way to make my experience terrible. Do not stay here.

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times now. I loved it until my visit this August 2013. During check-in the front desk staff made some kind of mistake and so later I found out I was marked as a no-show. This affected my Choice Hotel Privileges Points and ultimately amounted to hours of emails and phone calls. Worse yet, I was double charged for a night of my stay because they registered me as a NO-SHOW for my first night, though I have a receipt that shows I paid. So I paid for a night that I was there and they say I wasn't there, AND I am being charged a fee of one nights room that they insist I wasn't there?! It's ridiculous! The customer service with the hotel employees from the bottom of the chain to the top is severely lacking! I contacted the office staff and Lani Hatcher agreed to refund my charges after investigating the matter. Aaron L. Moss, the general manager however must have put a stop to that and I never got the credit to my account. They stopped responding to my emails and phone calls to get the double charge refunded, so I took the matter up with the credit card company. Now they are fighting it with the credit card company, when I clearly have a receipt that shows that I paid once for the night that they are saying I NO-SHOWED, and they proceeded to bill me a second time. Just stay away! It isn't worth the headache. I chose to stay here before because it is close to Lucas Oil Stadium and the staff was friendly and the manager was helpful.
