Good location for early morning flights. They have reliable bus service on 15 and 45 minutes of every hour. Good selection for breakfast.

Nice rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. I had an issue with my digital key and the front desk promptly fixed it. Very satisfied with this hotel.

Do not stay here for airport travel. They no longer allow you to park at the hotel and take their shuttle to the airport. I booked a room here because it's close to the airport and they claim to "offer a shuttle", but they have actually cancelled their park and ride service. All the other 4 hotels here still offer it. They would not let me cancel my reservation even though they weren't providing the service. I basically got screwed out of my hotel fee and still had to drive to the airport and pay for parking. Staff was very rude, and the manager just arrogantly laughed and said tough luck don't stay here next time.

Rooms are very nice and friendly staff and it was a very pleasant experience not noisy at night like some hotels breakfast was great.

Noise, noise, noise. In the FedEx flight path with planes taking off about every 2 to 3 minutes throughout the night. Some almost shake the hotel. I'm a light sleeper so no sleep for me last night. Big yawn!

Great hotel. Remodeling, so parts are not put together but you can see how they are improving. Breakfast a bit sparse on options, but enough quantity. Nice people.

Really good place to stay. They were finishing up some remodeling but it didnt affect the stay.

A very nice hotel in an always dependable chain. Very friendly and helpful staff. Be aware that FedEx planes land really early, the front desk has ear plugs if it is disturbing. The only down side is that there are no restaurants nearby.

Rooms were nice sized. Needed some repairs. Out of the way a little bit but it was very restful.

I frequently use Hampton as my go to hotel and am usually very satisfied. This time our room had a bad chemical smell. Perhaps it was recently refurbished and the carpet was new.

The front desk staff was willing to help my friends and I find a taxi, provided us with information about services in Indy and also gave us free parking. The room was very nice for a one night stay after a concert. I highly recommend this place!

Simply too noisy for a restful night's sleep. The FedEx fleet is an absolute nightmare at 4am, and the hotel provided ear plugs don't cover the awful racket. The staff was spot on amazing, the breakfast fantastic, just the stupid FedEx planes that made it unrestful.

Pros — big shiney new hotel. Wonderful room. Clean, clean, clean! New fresh look. Modern. Close to airport. Can only give 3 stars because of the cons. Pity, as the room we stayed was brilliant. Cons: Location — right next to the FedEx warehouse, heard trucks banging and clanging all night. In middle of no where. Isolated. Food choices — Hilton is only Resturant within miles. Expensive and limited food choices. Noisey cramped clanging banging place. This Hampton Breakfast was disappointing. Oatmeal runny as water. Eggs cold and undercooked.

Typical hampton inn. Not old but far from new. Overall experience was great. Staff was on point no major issues. Only thing I recommend is not getting a room with an adjoining door. You can literally hear everything that goes on in the room next door and I mean everything. Right by the airport with shuttle service can’t go wrong with staying here. Prices are on point as well.

The service was great here with the staff being very friendly and giving advice about things to do and eat around Indy. The room was clean and orderly and even had a mini fridge and microwave. The only small complaint I have is that the water pressure was not very strong at all. Great stay! I would stay again.

I had a seminar in one of the business room. The temperature was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful when I asked about nearby restaurants. The one downside was that there were no signs telling me where my event was so I had to just wander around until I found it. Otherwise, it was a very nice experience.

I didn't actually stay here, but I attended a 3 day class that was being taught in one of the conference rooms. Staff was friendly, great continental breakfast. Coffee, leader and unleaded as well as hot water for tea or hot coco is available all day. I didn't see anyone in the pool but the area looked nice and clean. Very close to the airport with restaurants and big box stores close by.

Conveniently located not far from the airport, offers free shuttle service. Very good price quality ratio and friendly staff. As a European guest I was however surprised by all the waste, and through-away packages during breakfast.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Something was wrong with the thermostat. The room was hot all night and wouldn't cool down.

Always start with the toplines — Clean, well appointed, courteous and professional staff, very good breakfast, spacious room and bathroom. Now the details — Beautiful lobby. There were two smiling, professional, hospitable, presentable agents at the front desk even at 9:30 at night. Check in was lightning quick. Elevator, clean (although the door had a really loud squeak as was closing. ) I had a handicap accessible room. It was a clean, smelling fresh, spacious room. Almost felt guilty having all that room to myself. Breakfast offerings were standard but slightly better than I expected, (omelets, french toast sticks. ) Coffee was tasty and the most important thing for me — the breakfast area was kept very clean. Spills, drips, and crumbs were wiped up right away. I will return.

Sprinklers were aimed at the parking lot and we got soaked as soon as we stepped out. Couldn't control the AC and it turned on and off, never stayed as either. The beds and pillows were comfortable though. Crappy views, but super close to the airport.

Soft comfy beds very clean nice service at the front desk. Big clean pool with towels nice chairs and a shower. The hot tub was nice as well. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Room was nice and clean. A little on the smaller side. The remote worked and then it didn't. Nice place to stay. Close to the airport.

It's clean and it's nice. Nothing overly fancy, nor is it a budget hotel. It's comfortable. My co-worker was a high level member and was given a water bottle and treat. I was traveling with him and checked in at the same time and was offered nothing. Over the top customer service would have been to sacrifice $2 to offer the same perk.

Conveniently located by the Indy International Airport and not far from downtown. Great staff here! All very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here when you need a place to crash and rest your feet.

From check out to check in we had a wonderful experience. Check in was smooth. Room was very clean and well maintained. Facilities were clean and the beds were super comfortable! Whenever we had a question the staff was so kind to answer with a smile. Breakfast area was huge and had lots of options. Overall, wonderful experience. For sure 5 stats and would highly recommend!

Friendly staff, didn't have any issues. Could hear a few planes, but that is to be expected when starting close to an airport.

Not happy right now. Had a great two night stay thought everything was really nice, staff was very friendly. But now I am dealing with them charging me twice for my stay and another random amount over 250.00. They have over 500.00 dollars pending on my bank account (balance for the stay has already been processed) and no one seems to know why. Due to this it made my account over draft as well as making me late on other bills until my money is restored to my account. Not happy at all right now.

This is supposed to be an updated, upgraded Hampton property. They don't even offer a movie channel anymore! Not that it would matter because the television is very small. As a Diamond member, I stay at Hilton properties over 100 nights per year. It's really a shame that the Hampton franchise continues to offer fewer amenities and service and even the "complimentary breakfast" has become disappointing. It is starting to look like a bare minimum property — which is fine but the room rates are not. It's becoming harder for me to choose a Hampton Inn property like this one — you just don't know what you are going to find at check-in. Staff was very nice though.

I LOVED STAYING HERE Not noisy even while your outside so not sure why other person said it was. Clean and quite, (I heard no airplanes) Great people here! When we arrived I asked if they had some cutters for separating my rental car keys. The guy at front desk (Phillip and another guy who I can't remember his name), were so kind. Phillip even went to his car and got his own cutters to do it for me. Way beyond kindness from a front desk person. Pam in the breakfast area is like an air of sunshine in the mornings. With your breakfast which has all kinds of goodies anywhere from waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage or ham etc. Plus it changes every day which was nice you get greeted, offered for help and a lady that is a sweet, kind, happy and helpful. Totally beyond what is expected from a free breakfast. I wish she was in Texas. :-). On my last day here after staying for (4) nights, and the last part of my review I want to say I talked to LJ at front desk because my key I had lost the Magnetization LJ apologized even though I messed it up She asked if I had any problems. I told her about a little incident with house keeping. (Not a BIG DEAL) Without any hesitation she FIXED the problem and was telling me they want 100% satisfaction guaranteed. As we were talking a lady walked up) whom I believe was a manager and was apologizing and it was so sincere by both ladies. I recommend this hotel without any hesitation and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.
