My husband booked a surprise room for him and I for our anniversary and it was ruined by Jaysen the manager who denied me access to OUR ROOM bc he wasn't with me and I left my key upstairs. He had no decency. He had no care for a loyal customer. I begged him to allow me in our room but bc my husband was outside in the car and not with me HE TOLD ME NO he could not let me up. The hotel staff knew it was our Anniversary and NEW YEARS. I felt helpless. I sat In the lobby and cried bc he denied me access to our room. I will never recommend Anyone getting treated that way on NEW YEARS and their ANNIVERSARY. My night was RUINED! Thanks a lot Jaysen for really caring!

We waited at the bar for an event to start. The appetizers were lovely, the drinks were perfect and the atmosphere was excellent. The Indiana Ballroom was spacious and the food was wonderful. It was a great experience.

Had the worse experience at the Marriott hotel! When I made the reservation months ago. I asked for a room with a fridge and microwave. It was not provided but was provided for others. Was told there was a pool and there was not! Also had to pay for parking each night! We were traveling 5 hours for this trip. The food was horrible! This whole experience was terrible! The managers and workers were not helpful other than the guys that took our luggage. I won’t be coming back to this hotel or any Marriott hotel!

BEWARE! DO NOT STAY HERE! My 85 year old mother was robbed in her hotel room. They took her purse, ID’s, credit cards, cash and pain pills. The hotel lied to her and told her the police were in the lobby. When we called the hotel from Florida and then the police, we were told by the dispatcher they were only contacted two minutes prior to our calling them. The managers have refused to speak with my mother or us, her family. She is staying there with no money now and we have had to wire her money. They did not so much as offer her a food voucher until we could get money to her. beware! beware! beware!

Great place to stay. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I came in early Thursday to beat the Friday afternoon traffic. I loved the way the staff help make my accommodation arrangement adjustments so I could have the same room every night. Now I can relax and enjoy my trip without worrying about changing rooms. Thank you so much for your kindness and courtesy.

The rooms are well appointed and the mattress is very comfortable; however, they fail on two counts. First, the music throughout the lobby, restaurant and bar is too loud to carry on a normal conversation at all hours. We noted there wasn’t one business meeting taking place over the lunch hour — it’s too loud. Secondly, room service is offered; but, wasn’t delivered TWO mornings in a row. I’m puzzled why they offer it then royally fail… not once… but twice. I plan my morning carefully and they messed my schedule up two days in a row.

Room is great. Staff is wonderful. Short on modern amenities like USB ports in the rooms.

Spent the weekend with family here and had a lovely time. The Christmas decorations were exquisite and staff was courteous. Drinks at the bar were great and so was the breakfast spread. Would highly recommend it.

Expensive parking fee we got a discount and it was still 30.00 per day sorry Indianapolis is not Honolulu. Rooms are fine, food good but again expensive for where we were. Meeting room are excellent great size and a/c cool them correctly. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent restaurants within easy walk of hotel. Handy also to Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium.

My wife set up a weekend getaway downtown and we stayed in the Marriott. The room was very nice and the bed quite comfortable. The service was fantastic. They even sent a complimentary bottle of bubbly up to the room for my birthday. Another bonus is that the in-room breakfast wasn't "$23 for a piece of toast and an egg, but in your room" but reasonable prices for a tasty breakfast. Big fan, I'd return for other events.

Always do a great job helping host gen con Edit: I'm editing this because the General Manager read and responded to my comment, which I made quickly and left no details. To add to my brief comment: 1. There always seems to be a good number of staff, who are all necessary to keep things running smoothly and safely. 2. They keep up with the restrooms about as best they possibly could considering the volume. 3. The staff is usually very friendly and excited to see us in our costumes just as much as the guests. 4. Despite the crazy summer heat and humidity they usually do a great job keeping the place cool so we're not passing out in our hot costumes. There's a lot of human bodies in one place and it must be draining to cool that much space. The only places that can get a bit warm are the places by exterior doors and there's not really anything they could do about that. 5. Having water stations set up every fifty feet is a live saver. Nobody wants people passing out from dehydration or heat exhaustion! Thanks Marriott!

The proximity to everything is amazing! It's an easy walk to the ICC and a lot of restaurants. Service has been nice. Wish we had a refrigerator but all in all awesome. I hope to stay here every year (should we be so lucky! )

From the moment we walked in the (apparently very new) lobby, we knew it would be a nice stay. Check in was easy. The king room was spacious and had a nice (firm) bed. Cool chaise thing on the side with a nice table for eating/snacking. Bathroom was nice with a great shower. Super quiet but our room was as far from the elevator as you could get.

I stayed this week and did not see any upgrades in the room. The room was 83 degrees and the heat was on even though it was in the 90’s outside. I turned on the AC and set it to 65 when I got there at 5pm. At 6am the next morning, the room temp had only gone down to 75 degrees. It was aweful. In addition, the room was not clean.

I visited for a conference. While they very nice and clean, and they served very good food, I took exception to the tables provided. We had tables suited for two chairs on the first day. On either side, the diagonal support bars bumped my legs (I'm 6'2). On the second day, we had tables suited for three chairs on each side, but only the middle chair wasn't in a spot where the person sitting would have to have a vertical bar between their legs. For a hotel that has such large and otherwise accommodating meeting rooms, I've never been inconvenienced like that.

We did not like having only one trash can in our room. The mirrors were dusty. Parking was a big issue. It's way above cost and guests should not have to pay for parking with 4-5 star hotel rating. Checkout I asked for recept and rep on duty give me a look that was not very much what I would call excellent customer
service, and said to me thought I give you it to you. Overall, its beatiful hotel, just need to be more informative about procedures with garage keycard and better customer service.

World class experience. Room service is phenomenal, the room was spotless. Every time I returned was like the first time I walked into the room. Staff in and around the front desk were cheerful and helpful. There's a bar that sits on the corner of the hotel with an outside patio that I visited my last night in Indianapolis, had an amazing hummus starter and a blackberry drink that was also great. And that's just the general guest experience. I had the pleasure of seeing their ballroom three times over the weekend, and the food and overall experience they offered exceeded any expectations by far. I've been to many similarly catered events and there's always one or two things that could have been better. I can't name one. Thank you to everyone at the Marriott that helped me feel very welcomed and even pampered away from home.

Was nice and newly renovated. I had a reservation but they didn't find my name. I produced the confirmation number and it had been checked in by someone else. They got me a different room but the bed wasn't made. Third time was a charm though.

Newly remodeled lobby area. Staff is extremely accommodating. Walking through the lobby we were greeted by several different staff members, in different areas of the large entry/lobby/refreshment center/bar area. The bar right off of the lobby has a very nice private patio street side. We had a tiny complaint about the refrigerator in our room, after it very quickly being addressed, an assistant manager tapped on our door to deliver a gift basket to make up for their mistake and overlooking that there was a small amount of food left behind by the previous guests. Very impressive guest relations! Rooms are nice as well!

Rooms appear to have been recently renovated, and are very nice. Clean, contemporary, equipped with nice amenities. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. Two bars, a VIP lounge, a Starbucks, and a small store make the lobby an easy place to frequent. Our room was quiet. Ice is not available in every floor. I saw no soda or snack machines. Short walking distance from great restaurants, shopping, a theater, museums, etc. Would recommend.

We stayed at the Downtown Marriott on a Friday night. Service was great. Room was freshly remodeled. Shower was pretty great. Comfortable bed. It was an extremely convenient stay for participating in the Indy Mini. Skyway walk to the Expo at the convention center. A 5 minute walk to the Circle Center Mall, monuments and plenty of dining options. We parked our car for the entire trip. The only negative I would take away from this is place is that there is no mini fridge in the room and no microwave available for guests to use. Location is the biggest plus of all!

Hotel has been nicely updated throughout. They just opened a new MLife lounge for Gold Elite and above members. It's really nicely appointed with complimentary food and drinks 24 hours a day. Stead are all very friendly. Staying here for a conference but would come back again if ever in the area for another reason.

Excellent hotel for business people. Just a step away from the Congress Center. Very Central.

Didn't like how they don't make it clear on the website or on the phone that it costs $49 to park! Had some random charge on my card after the stay. However, after finding out there was no refrigerator in the room they did bring one up for my husband's insulin. And since we were there for a convention they gave us extra parking time and held our things for us until 5. Loved that we could get to so many places without going outside.

I am very disappointed. The renovations are an issue-offer no snacks, no vending machines, no martlet place. Came back to my room to find some trash left on the counter in the room. I am not impressed with this hotel. The price is high, parking is high, food. It great. Overall disappointed.

No POOL! They no longer have a pool Which is still being advertised on many 3rd party sites! Lounge and Lobby area under construction and no restaurants on site. That being said, our room was updated and very nice. We parked next door in the parking garage for $25 a night as long as you do not move your car. It has walk way over to Convention Center and the neighboring JW Marriott. We got free breakfast with our deal, that had hot items, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, pastries. It got very busy with a very long line to be seated. At first the gentleman who checked us in said we only got one breakfast voucher with our deal and it would cost $20 each, but after my crazy look, he added two more for my children. It clearly said breakfast included.

A pretty nice hotel, with a great location, and a great staff. There are better hotels in Indianapolis, but few have as good of a location. If you're coming into downtown Indianapolis for one of the sporting events, conventions, or just to hang out in downtown this is the hotel for you. Nice rooms, cheaper than some of the nicer hotel rates, and walking distance to all of the hot spots.

First off a little heads up on the construction and the fact that the hotel was not 100% operational would have been nice. Second the lovely roll away beds they are so kind to give you got to be the worst thing I have ever slept on. Them let's talk about the fact you had to take a tour of the hotel just to get to the service elevatorsto get to your rooms. That issue was fixed somewhat so good job on that. So let's see was this hotel worth even the discounted rate we got? Ian going to have to say no. This was supposed to be a nice work weekend learning new stuff however the hotel has killed that idea. I hope they get things together because this is the worst experience ever.

Great hotel, friendly staff. The workout room is very nice as well. Hotel is currently under construction but noise wasn't an issue. I stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms and it was very comfortable.

Horrible. Thieves. Our room at the Indianapolis Marriott was burglarized hours after checking in. The staff basically told us we were lying and tried to shift blame that maybe we didn’t lock the door. No cameras on floors or elevators in the year 2018, really? Prior to that the hotel check in was horrible, pretty sure the check in clerk is the thief, multiple lines to check in and no one can give correct information, renovations in the lobby, parking, restaurants, and every floor, internet shows fridges and microwaves but none in rooms and they are giving a $10 a night discount for the inconvenience. Like a slap in the face! They should pay people to stay here! Don’t stay here unless you are prepared to lose your personal belongings and sense of security. I’ve been a Marriott rewards member for years and travel for business so I stay in many of their hotels but this is the only time I’ve been robbed and completely disappointed in their service and attitude. Shameful Marriott! Teach your management team some customer service and compassion!

It's under construction so it's not the best time to stay. That said, the rooms are great and the location is great for access to restaurants and events. I only stayed one night so I can't speak to everything. I didn't spend too much time in the main area but from what I saw the restaurant looked good. The gym is excellent and while I didn't use they pool it too was very nice. The room was really comfortable and would suit both business travelers and family. The location is really the biggest draw. Close to bars, restaurants and the stadium. The only downside is the renovation, it's a nuisance but nothing that would deter me from coming back soon.

Excellent service. Rooms were top of the line with freshly renovated rooms. Wonderful views of downtown. At the time, renovations were talking place in the lobby so there was not a restaurant on site. Hotel was connected to convention center via sky bridge. Great location in downtown with convenient access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

The venue is nice, but parking is impossible if your event is at all large. All of the staff was friendly (from an attending event staff's perspective; I had no part in organizing). There was plenty of space inside, accommodations were nice and the sandwich lunch was average. Really there were no problems other than parking, but I had to spend $37 to park at another hotel for a 1-day event.

Still under remodel/construction during my visit but very well organized and put together considering. Staff was friendly and helpful, upgraded rooms were nicely decorated/equipped and modern. My only complaint is the lack of a refrigerator and microwave in each room.

Loved this property. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL, which reflects the management of course. First rate! I first booked this property a couple of years ago — during a horrendous blizzard-with car troubles and they went above & beyond duty in providing assistance, including driving me to the cell phone store when the charging port broke on my cell phone, THEN granted me a later Checkout until my car was repaired. Reminds me of the country businesses that I grew up with. The Marriott corporation has THE BEST corporate relations policies of all of the hotel chains bar none.

Even though they were in the middle of remodeling I couldn't have been more pleased with this place. The staff was nice, friendly and super helpful. If you have to stay in Indy I highly recommend this hotel. Room's were clean and tidy and the beds are comfortable. The location is within walking distance to many downtown spots.

I can't get over how nice the people of Indianapolis are! I dropped my phone with my id and credit card, and the front desk people were extremely friendly and helpful, letting me borrow their computer to show them my itinerary and went outside to help me find my phone. Turns out, a local taxi driver had found it, and he called me over to give it to me. Such an adventure, and I'm extremely grateful!

Great view from 19th floor overlooking City lights. Need to add mini refrigerator and microwave to the room though. Room is fairly bare bones at a $260 per night price tag. Room phone not working. Called front desk by cell phone to ask for someone to check it out. Was led to believe someone would be right up. As hour later still no one showed up. Decided to forget it. Parking $40 per night to self park and $45 per night for valet parking. This is definitely not for the economy minded.

This is a paid review. New renovations are nice but still incomplete. I enjoyed the amenities in the room except that there were 2 Double beds instead of 2 Queen beds. Otherwise, very nice facility.

Recently renovated rooms and hotel, so everything was new. The beds were very comfortable, with several pillows provided per person. The main entrance was closed off during my stay and still undergoing renovation. I couldn't find any water fountains and there is was no pool or hot tubs, but it was a nice stay overall.

Poor customer service I am a Gold status member, previously a Platinum status member with Marriott and travel all the time for work. I have never had such a bad experience with a hotel bill. I was double charged for parking and had to call back at least 5 times to get the charges corrected. The staff were not helpful or accommodating at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Went to the stadium for a game. The inside of the stadium was great but the crowd around the stadium was obviously on drugs. As I was exiting the stadium I was stopped by a lady and some cops and they made me throw my beer away even though the beer was in a closed container. I'm very aware of the laws and I know that transporting beer that is in a closed container on public property is completely legal. They had no right to do it but I do believe those cops were bought off by the NFL stadium.

Attended an industry event (Hospitality Suite). Food was very good and plentiful. Great bar service, with friendly staff all around. Seemed like an excellent job by the hotel as well as the RSSI for footing the bill.

We arrived to attend a Collegiate football game and checked into the hotel. It was under construction, but the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very nice and clean. The valet parking was packed and they had to Parker vehicle off site, but they were very quick and retrieving our vehicle for us.

The location is minutes from all the popular downtown restaurants and other popular places. The hotel has recently been renovated and the look is beautiful. The bed is so soft and comfortable it was very hard to get up to go the functions we had planned for the days we stayed. The hotel staff were very nice, friendly and well to help with anything we need. I am very pleased with my stay and will come back.

My experience with the Indianapolis downtown marriott has been just awesome. I had to call to change reservations and some other things a few times before we got here and everyone was great. And they did a lot to make our honeymoon feel special even during a busy convention weekend. Would book here again.

The front desk staff is not properly trained to deal with customers who were experiencing 4-5 hour waits for rooms. I checked into the hotel at around 4pm and did not get a room until close to 9pm. I was told repeatedly that my room should be available "within the next 15 minutes" which was clearly not true. Management hid behind closed doors. Clearly there is an issue with housekeeping. Taking this long to turn rooms is unacceptable.

The hotel has multiple issues. We had 350+ guests there for a huge convention and every time we contacted the front desk for something we were told that we should go to the Westin Hotel (next door) for whatever it was… Seriously. The housekeeping was non-existent. The barely cleaned, never dumped trash, did not make the beds. We were there for a week, so should have had these done at the least a few times. When I spoke to the front desk about it just got, "Okay, thanks for telling us. " The concierges, security and banquet personnel where very helpful however. Just well below standard for the price point of this facility.

Went to the Mariott for a short business event with breakfast. Staff was helpful, main food was good and overall the space was excellent. Some issues with the pastries (mostly dry) and the event has some soundproofing issues that may or may not have been related to the space. Overall a good place to attend an event.

Great hotel. Most staff are very friendly! William and John were so fantastic and made our entire stay worth while! Can't wait to go back just to see them again! Food is okay, nothing stunning. Rooms are being updated so they are okay right now. Pool is still not open, but that doesn't bother us. Valet was fast and friendly and the bell staff was attentive. Good hotel, but great staff.

Wonderful hotel and what a view! My wife and I stayed redeeming a certificate from our Marriott rewards program and we're not disappointed. The 18th floor view of Victory Field was awesome! The staff were really amazing — everyone you saw acknowledged you and said hello, we're very friendly and professional. Will stay again and recommend to anyone!

Excellent service and food, the building and rooms are clean but certainly show some aging. The laundry room is far from inviting, but the fitness center and pool are both well kept. Overall, no issues during my week stay, and had a great view of downtown and about 5 blocks from the mall and plenty if restaraunts.

We attended a conference over the weekend (did not stay at the hotel however). The conference rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and helpful.

I enjoyed that th hotel is connected to the convention center. The hotel lobby is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. The staff was also very eager to help you and answer questions. The hallways and room were good but need a little touching up. Overall very easy and will use them again for our next event we attend in indy.

The rooms were basic and lacking small amenities like bottles of water. Sheets had stains on them. The pool was terrible. No liner, stainless steel bottom with rivets with what looked like rough metal around the ladders. Heated but barely lukewarm. Conveniently located though.

I was disappointed with the extra charges placed on my bill. I traveled to Indianapolis on a conference with Two other colleagues with the same reservations, however we each were given a different rate. My first night there I experienced a clogged bath tub after taking my first shower. (Disgusting) They took care of it right away, however, based on the rates $239 per night plus tax, I would expect better service and quality rooms. After leaving yesterday and checking my credit card, I find out today, that an additional charge of $120 was placed on my Amex. When I called no one at the front desk is able to help. Im disputing this. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. You are better off at the JW Marriott, just 7 minutes away, better service, and you get great hospitality.

Great dinner banqurt service at the indy marriott.

Went there for valentines day weekend and reserved the valentines day package which was not worth it!. We were supposed to get champagne and chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival well we got thw champagne but instead of strawberries we got a cheap box of 4 little chocolates. Our room had no fridge and no microwave and it cost us 40 dollars to park there even though we were guests there. And to top it all off there was no hot or even warm water in the shower! The maintenance said he fixed it but no he did not because when I tried to finish my shower the water was still freezing… needless to say I will never return to this hotel… by far the worst hotel experience ive ever had.

The Marriott was absolutely wonderful! Our room on the 19th floor was perfect. Clean, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the canal. The staff here can't be beat. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make sure you have everything you need. The concierge lounge was fully stocked with everything you would expect and had a very friendly staff. This was our second stay here and we will be back soon.

Absolutely the worst hotel stay ever. There were people smoking in my hallway that I was accused for and also charged a fee of $250. I stayed there for 3 days for my 22nd birthday and every day there was something crazy. My Samsung laptop was stolen by someone who works there. And when I called to ask them about it, loss prevention did not answer, I left a voice mail and they didn't call me back. I had to call them a second time and they told me they did not find it. But I know for sure somebody that works there stole my laptop. So they got me for $250 AND a new Samsung laptop. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. They are thieves.

I've attended professional events and wedding receptions here; the event staff is always experienced and professional and, the venue is of great quality, and the food is delicious. I look forward to events here for the sheer aspect of attending a well executed and catered event.

I came here for a youth convention. The hotel was clean and neat, and had great customer service. However, the bathroom in our room needed some repair. The shower head leaked really bad. But like I said, the rooms were consistent for all of our kids and we had an enjoyable experience. They do not have free Wi-Fi here.

This hotel has a nice lobby and is indeed located within walking distance to downtown Indy restaurants but that's where the appeal ends. From the staff at Champions to the bell hop, everyone seems well trained in the art of the hustle to the point of disservice. We we're not allowed the use of a baggage cart unless a bell hop accompanied the cart & followed us around like a puppy dog. The rooms are tiny and the Decour simple and there's absolutely no value to staying here. Many nicer cleaner hotels in the area for the amount of money that you're going to spend to stay here. Couple that with the $42 plus tip per night to park your vehicle here and we simply could not wait to leave. This is the very last time that I will ever stay with Marriott.

Pros — The location of this hotel is its best asset as its within walking distance to and from main attractions in downtown Indianapolis. There are views to be had if you are lucky enough to be in an upper level room. Cons — The small room size, small bathroom size, lack of free parking (yes even if you stay at this hotel paying a high premium for this mid tier property they do not waive parking in their own complex) to the tune of an extra 37 dollars per day, customer service that is very fast to ignore you if you aren't dressed in business casual, average bed comfort (other Marriott properties below this grade have had better beds and they cost less to stay at), and lack of free Wi-Fi despite adverisements noting otherwise all culminated as my worst Mariott experience. I honestly thought I was getting a personal treat by staying at a more expensive Mariott property but after this visit I am convinced the Springhill Suites by Mariott are far and away better than their namesake hotels.

I will never stay here again! All comments here I agree with, needs big improvement and refurbishment, very behind… Very disappointed. JW Marriott much better!

I was there for a conference, and ordered room service that I did not think was satisfactory. I was on an elevator with Spring xxx (a front desk supervisor) who asked me how my stay was. I told her of my dissatisfaction, and within 30 minutes, I received a note that she had reduced the cost of my meal and provided me a free breakfast buffet in addition. I really appreciate her professionalism and customer service.

It's a great location, room was OK except for the blood stains in the bathroom and the plugged drain in the tub, we could not take a shower. Unlike other Marriotts, the beds were not very good, the bath towels were really thin. I reserved two rooms with two beds for four people at $200 on each room on my credit card SEVEN MONTHS IN ADVANCE and when we checked in all the rooms with double beds were taken even though I had two reserved! I got an email 48 hours before we arrived and they said they were over booked and we may not get the rooms we reserved. I thought, that could not be possible as I made reservations seven months in advance. At that time it was impossible to get rooms within 30 miles as there was a lot going on in Indy that weekend. We were really lucky and ended up with a king sized bed and roll a-ways. It's a good thing our wives decided not to come! The desk told me that they do this ALL THE TIME and even if you reserve a room well in advance, it is first come, first get. WHY EVEN MAKE RESERVATIONS?! As a person who likes to stay at Marriotts, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had a one and I don’t think I will ever stay at one again. To make matters worse the parking garage was full and we had to find some other place to park. I would have never been treated like this at a much lower cost motel like Quality Inn or Holiday Inn Express.

The staff was friendly, the valet parkers were pushy, the beds were uncomfortable, the breakfast overpriced, but the room was clean. For a little more, we should have stayed at the JW.

Came in with the 151st ELKs national convention. Staff very professional, and attentive. But 16.99 for internet in room! this is the 21st century. We have grocery stores in my town that give it to you for free. TVs in many rooms I visited plus mine were pixilating every 1-4 min. Told the staff and they replaced my TV. But this was not the problem. Reiterated this to the staff but in the week I've been here its still not resolved. Was looking forward to swimming everyday but the pool and spa were under repair for the summer… and 30 dollars a day to park under the hotel… wow! … We went down to have lunch at Circle City bar and grille and could not stay because it was FREEZING. For 20 dollars more a night Its the JW marriot for me next time.

Nice place but it's all about money park across the street in the government parking on the weekend's it's 16 bucks a day not the 37.00 they soak you for (it's literally across the road) there breakfast is 17.00 walk 3 blocks down. The road eat at steak and shake most expensive breakfast is 6 bucks! Very good to.

Great Hotel! Great Service! Would stay again.

I am a huge Marriott fan. I usually stay at the JW but thought I'd change it up just to see. Big mistake. When a Gold or Platinum member has to actually ASK for a room upgrade that is a perk w/ the numerous nights spent at Marriott facilities, where JW facilities automatically make you feel appreciated, it starts things off on the wrong foot. Bottom line. Pay an extra $40, stay at the JW Marriott 2 blocks away, and feel like a valued customer. You can't Judge an entire chain by one or two employees but you can go to where you always feel valued. For me it's the JW in Indy.

Worst experience ever! It reads on several advertisements that it offers free Wi-Fi, it does not. The reservation desk and the front desk were not helpful at all. We did not get the room we ordered in advance. They wanted to charge me for use of a microwave. Paper thin walls to ensure that I heard everbody else's conversation and footsteps. I'll never go back.

Soon after I stayed here I called their accounting department about a billing error. After a week, no response, so I called again. Another week, no response. Finally, after about 3 weeks, I talked to someone in guest services that got to the bottom of it within a day. What a great employee. I'm giving her 5 stars. And I'm giving the hotel and overall 4 stars, because other than the accounting department, it is a very well run hotel. I'd absolutely stay there again.

WORST HOTEL I´VE EVER VISITED! Marriot, You can be happy that I can´t give you a minus! This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever visit in whole of my life (and to be honest I used to live in Indonesia for a while). First of all, we are living in 21st century, where connection to the website must be complimentary and no for 13 bucks per day! Thanks god I am platinum member. 36 bucks for Parking? OMG, Marriot, Build your own parking lot, please. Finally, I have been in laundry to wash my clothes. I use all of my coins to the automate for washing powder, but nothing happen. So, I loose all of my coins and I went to the reception for another change (nobody return me money). It is waste of words for this hotel.

Have always stayed at Marriott hotels for the past 20 years and have always had great service. This particular Marriott will only allow TV's to go up to 25% of the TV's Volume level. The TV is 20 feet across the room so you must have "Closed Caption" on to hear the TV fem the Bed. There answer was most people set at the desk in the room to watch TV. Wrong Answer. Will be moving to the Hyatt across the street for the rest of my stay.

My college student daughter stayed here for a school competition, and NO Wi-Fi in the rooms. They want 14.00 PER DAY for Wi-Fi in their rooms! These kids have work to do and have to go to the lobby now to do it. They gave Wi-Fi to their advisors, but the advisors will NOT give them the Wi-Fi password. I would highly recommend NOT STAYING HERE.

Stayed here for a conference — — the front desk service was great but the price is a bit much for the quality of the hotel. It's clear the room was updated with comfortable beds and nice furniture but it's small and the walls are thin. The noise is terrible! You can hear slamming doors and your neighbors as if they were in your room. I would stay elsewhere next time so that I can sleep. Perhaps the hotel staff can provide guests with complementary ear plugs.
