Hotel was clean and easy to get to. Only stayed one night, but the room was clean and we'll kept. The recent remodel give the rooms, and open areas, a nice modern feel and style. Bathroom showers we're super hot, I like that, and had plenty of pressure.

The staff were super nice. Everything was clean. The complementary breakfast was really good. I felt like it was a complete meal. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, make your own waffles, bagels, muffins, oatmeal. It was good. Nothing over cooked or dry. It was delicious.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First off, I walk up and 2 males were smoking right by the door. Not sure if both were employee's, but at least one was. Long hair and braids was one of the guys and the other, short hair. Both black males. Then one takes forever to come inside and meet me at desk. I requested 1st floor because I was told elevator was broken. My mother had hip surgery 3 weeks ago and can not do steps. Then they lie and tell us the gave us AARP rate. Room under my mother's name. They didn't. Then I mentioned to my mother that we should just go to another hotel. I didn't like the vibe. He then started to bad mouth other hotels. Very tacky. We go to our room. Supposed to be "renovated" It wasn't. It smelled like wet dog and cat pee (I am aware this is a pet friendly hotel, but that's easy to clean) I ask to move rooms and he got an attitude about that. 2nd room, smelled better but that was it. We slept there for the night, well tried to. It was loud all night. We decided to check out a day early after we found a hotel a few doors down. One of the hotels they tried to bad mouth. I'll tell you what, there are other hotels with an indoor pool and the rooms, staff and pool is much nicer. As well as a cheaper rate. I will be contacting corp over this. I will never stay here again and we are in this area at least 3 times a month if not more for my mother's doctors appointment. I have never seen such rude staff and gross conditions.

Staff was super friendly. Weirdly, the gym hours were 7am — 10 pm (but you could access it at any time with your card). Breakfast was good, coffee was GREAT!

Old rundown looking hotel… they tried to make it nice remodeling the rooms. Very loud walls thin. Our door did not fit properly. Had to call twice beginning at 930 pm to have the toilet plunged. Breakfast mediocore at best. Will NOT be back!

Very quiet, nice hot breakfast. No pet fee which is great! Hopefully La Quinta keeps it that way. I would stay again.

I stayed at this Laquinta and my room was very clean, comfortable, cozy, peaceful and very modern. The manager Cameron was absolutely the best. He was friendly, professional and just had all around excellent customer service skills. Cameron and Jam went over and above. Housekeeping was great and friendly. I don’t think I have ever stayed at a hotel in my entire life and received customer service to this extent. Way to go Laquinta North off Michigan Rd. Indianapolis. I have zero complaints. I definitely would recommend this location and I would come back. Just to add I can be very picky when it comes to my comfort level and this location exceeded my expectations. Not to mention for breakfast, eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, bacon, muffins, cereal of all types, milk, juice etc etc.

First of all I would like to take the time to make personal thank you, s to Dana, Cameron and Otis and all the staff that were so kind and helpful during a very hard time in our life! The hotel staff were so friendly accommodating, our dog was welcome to stay which was so very convenient and I felt like we were treated like family. My mother had to have heart surgery and without a though Dana made sure we had a room for as long as we needed, worked with us on the price and people I didn’t even know were praying for my mother and our family! I can’t say enough about Cameron and seeing his smiling face that would light up our days when it was so difficult to find happiness in. Otis loaned us tools for my truck when it had an issue and always greeted us with a smile. The cleaning crew and everyone were amazing! I would recomend them under any circumstances, clean rooms, amazing breakfast and just all around wonderful home away from home! Thank you so very much! Love to all!

I stayed at this location recently and was completely dissatisfied, if there was a way I could rate it below 0 I would do so. My sheet had something unknown on it and there was left over food on the floor of my room, on top of this there was left over food inside of my fridge which I chose not to report because I felt it may be just a fluke in the cleaning. Throughout my stay, there was so many people smoking marijuana on the premise that I began to feel it in my head as if I had done it myself. If you are looking to stay in the area I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

We stayed overnight at the Latest Quinta Inn. From the outside I was nervous. It is definitely an older building. However the inside has been completely remodeled. The hotel was clean and sufficient for our stay. We will be staying there again in the future.

It Is Incredible You can enter the pool Tanbien you can go to the gym and if goods at Christmas can see how snow falls.

The hotel room is clean and modern. The bathroom is clean, but a little small. This is one of the few hotels in the area that allows you to bring dogs, which is nice if you have a dog (and why we stayed at this hotel). However, the downside of this is the hotel is a little louder at night because of random dog barks.

Our stay overnight was great. Very clean room and easily accessible. The fact that pets are welcome is such an important factor. The staff is so very friendly & helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This is a great hotel. The people that work here are very very friendly. Especially Cameron. He went over above and beyond. Very happy with the service and smiling faces. Rooms are clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable. Water pressure in the shower is wonderful. My only complaint is that the shower was a little slippery. They might want to put anti slip tape decals on the bottom of the tub so no one slips and falls. Other than that, which I believe is not a big deal, I love the place.

Breakfast is terrible, biscuits always rock hard or like they were dipped in a bucket of butter, and when you got to turn on the shower, brown water comes out EVERYTIME! Brought this to the attention of management but they said oh it should stop in the next few days theyre working on the pipes, 1 month later here I am still contemplating if I should shower here or LA fitness. Toilet runs non stop all night long super loud, shower curtains too short so every time you take a shower the whole floor gets soaked Tighten up La Quinta.

This place is dirty! Dirty hallways, dirty beds, dirty bathrooms, dirty windows… dirty! Cigarette burn holes in the mattress pad, white stains all over the bed skirts, hair in the tub and on the bed. The iron was broken. We did get a second one and it leaked water all over. The staff was very pleasant.

Pissed and grossed out doesn't even begin to state how I feel. Walking the dog and there are cigarette buds and other sharp things like glass where the babies walk. THEN getting ready for a bath and a USED PAD falls out of the 'clean' towels and hits me in the face from the rack above the toilet. Not mine, and it had not been through the wash so I know the towels have not been looked at or moved since at least the last room occupant. I will never come back here.

A solid little hotel. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Convenient location near major road Michigan, as well as highway 465. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and average. Had a bit of trouble with the shower drain, but it wasn't that big of an issue.

Cameron made you feel welcome. Excellent personality.

Everything was fine until we arrived back to the room to sleep. When we rolled the blanket back, I noticed some pubic hairs and sock lint on the sheets. The sheets had not been changed. I went down to the front desk and asked for new sheets. I was given sheets. I went back to the room to change the sheets. The mattress was not in the best shape, but that wasn't important. Up in making the bed, the sheet I was given had holes in them. I did not receive clean pillow cases, so I flipped the pillow cases. On top of this experience, we could hear noises from everywhere. The walls are very thin. I do plan to call management about my experience.

Nice enough place, very basic but well priced. Free breakfast. Nice pool, clean. Really excellent pets policy, location close to many restaurants.

Not very pleased with my stay. Upon arriving, I witnessed the hostess arguing with a man that I assumed was a guest. I would say 99% of then time, hotels make reasonable accommodations for guests that are unhappy. I then received my keys and walked up to my room which FOR 5 DAYS, SMELLED LIKE A FOOTBALL LOCKER ROOM. I'm still not sure where the smell was coming from. I was staying in the hotel studying for a state exam and the walls are paper thin. I think the 3rd night I was there, there was a strong stench of marijuana coming from my hallway. Not that I care what you smoke, but it's a smoke free hotel for a reason. I let the front desk know, but nothing was ever done, as I smelled it off and on for the next day or so. Shower was consistently cold, then hot, cold, then hot. I can tell this building is older. At this point, LA Quinta just needs to start over.

Was very disappointed in my stay. Room was not cleaned at all on Saturday, the elevator was broken and the hot water was not hot at all. This is the most I have ever spent to stay at a hotel in Indianapolis, in the year that I have been traveling back and forth from Minneapolis. I usually spend 70-80 dollars and this was 113. Terrible disappointment. Shower curtain has mold on it. And door does not close properly.

I've been staying at this location for the past 7 years. No major complaints! Sure, there may be an occasional room that smells of smoke, however, they can't be detectives. From the staff down to the reasonable prices, I'm sold.

They sold us on the ability to take a shuttle downtown and back for the Big Ten Championship game. What they failed to mention is it's shared with various other hotels. What's worse, the shuttle never came in the morning and was about 45 minutes late when we tried later. After the game, the shuttle only took people who prepaid. The staff did not tell us about paying ahead of time and did not care when we told them about it later. They were very friendly but not helpful at all.

Thought this would be a nicer place considering its location. As soon as we walked into our room, we smelled cat urine. The desk chair was broken. No bags in trash cans so they were nasty when we arrived. We called for a wake up call and were rudely told, "Well, I don't know, maybe. " No he wasn't joking and we found no humor in his response. We did get our wake up call, but I set the alarm on my phone because we couldn't be sure. The management has changed so it seems to be going downhill. Breakfast was ok, but we won't stay here again…

Good, clean, paid $87 + tax for a king size bed. Waffles for breakfast!

My family has been coming to this La Quinta Inn for 20 years. The management and staff are great to work with and our stay is always pleasant. Clean rooms and morning breakfast never disappoint. If you have questions or concerns the front desk staff has the knowledge and expertise. To the other review stating the had a bad experience due a lack of laundry room lead the corporate website they don't have it listed so why expect to see one. And the one about smoking the room did you mention it to the front desk.

Best friendliest most comfortable cleanest in midwest I would definitely recommend anybody who needs a nice clean affordable family friendly hotel definitely go to La Quinta Inn on Indianapolis Northwest side.

Seemed pretty clean overall and a good stay, it was worth it. The guy at the front desk wasnt the friendliest and also charged me twice for my room but the other staff seemed nice. Good breakfast (tiny dining area tho) my daughter and boyfriend really liked the pool. Bed was a nice size and the room had nice features. Will make this my regular hotel spot when I visit Indy if it maintains this way.

The only good things about this place was the breakfast and the friendly receptionist. The room smelled like smoke, even thought it's supposed to be nonsmoking. The pool was not as clean as it should have been and smelled funny (not like chlorine). The Wi-Fi didn't work, we didn't have any larger towels in our room, only hand towels. The desk clerk did apologize and gave us some towels though. He was very friendly. I also didn't realize that La Quinta allows pets. Maybe that's my fault for not knowing, but the people down the hall from us had dogs that would not stop barking most of the night. My husband asked them to try to keep them quiet, but they were kind of rude about it. When we went outside to smoke, those same dog people freaked out because my son was standing too close to their car, which I know isn't the hotel's fault, but I just don't like rude people. Our total price for one night was $87.70 which I think was on the high side for what we got. We chose it because it was so close to the waterpark, but we probably won't stay here again.

Nice but no laundry room which is very disappointed, I will never stay here again.

I was quite excited about booking this hotel because I have stayed at many LaQuintas and have been impressed every time. However, this hotel seemed a bit older and my Non Smoking room smelled STRONGLY like smoke. The whole hallway has Non-Smoking signs on the doors yet this room has obviously been smoked in A LOT. However, I'm stuck here because it's late and I have a ton of work to do. At least the internet is working.

Arrived Friday 1120 am to check in as I was attending Gen Con. I was told the room would be ready in 20 minutes and it was. Clean room with a Large king size bed with small refridg and microwave both worked. Air conditioning kept the room comfortable. I returned that evening around 8pm to an almost full parking lot, but no other problems. Pool area clean. Pool temp should be warmer. Breakfast was good the usual cereal, toast/bage, yogurt, or make your own waffle with juice and coffee. Bath towels were all clean and dry Check out Sunday went smoothly. Staff pleasant. For $65 ($55 +local taxes) a night great price for the service I received.
